Temats ir aktuāls, jo kompensācija par darbu vienmēr ir bijusi viena no cilvēka pamatvērtībām, pašlaik darbaspēka stimulēšana ir viena no aktuālākajām problēmām darba attiecību jomā. Darbinieku algas sāka tieši būt atkarīgas no darbinieka intereses par darbu un motivāciju, lai būtu veiksmīgi izpildīti uzticētie uzdevumi un mērķi. Tam visam seko līdzi nodokļi, kuri ir jāieskaita valsts budžetā, ja tiek pieļautas kļūdas nodokļu piemērošanā, pastāv riski tikt sodītam, tādēļ darba devējam ir svarīgi izzināt nodokļu piemērošanas kārtību, kā arī izpētīt Latvijā aktuālo problēmu „aplokšņu algu” izmaksa uzņēmumos, noskaidrojot pastāvēšanas un izplatības iemeslus. Mērķis ir pamatojoties uz mācību literatūru un cietiem iespējamiem avotiem, veikt darba samaksas un ar to saistīto nodokļu analīzi kā arī izpētīt tādu problēmu kā ”aplokšņu algas”, izprast tās pastāvēšanas un izplatības motīvus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus ”aplokšņu algas” problēmas samazināšanai. Bakalaura darba ietvaros ir trīs daļas. Pirmajā daļā tika analizēta teorētiskā un zinātniskā literatūra sakarā ar darba samaksu, ieskaitot likumu, normatīvo regulējumu piemērošanas kārtība un ar algu saistošie nodokļi. Darba otrajā daļā tika pētīts algu aprēķini, aplūkojot aprēķinu formulas, kuras piemēro, lai aprēķinātu darbiniekiem darba samaksu, pielietojot prognozēto neapliekamo minimumu, kā arī izstudēta tāda problēma kā ”aplokšņu” algas. Darba trešajā pētījuma daļā tika veikta anketēšana grāmatvedības nozares speciālistiem, lai uzzinātu un izvērtētu speciālistu pieredzi kā arī analizētas un apkopotas aptaujas rezultāti par darba ņēmēju zināšanām un viedokli sakarā ar darba samaksu un tās ietekmējošiem nodokļiem. Darba noslēgumā tiek izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Bakalaura darba mērķa sasniegšanai darba autore izvirzīja piecus uzdevumus: 1. izpētīt teoriju, pieejamo literatūru un citus iespējamos avotus par Latvijas darba samaksu un tai piemērojošos nodokļus; 2.Izpētīt darba samaksas veidus un to aprēkināšanas kārtību; 3.izpētīt ”aplokšņu” algas ietekmi uz valsti un sabiedrību, kā arī izanalizēt kāpēc tā rodas; 4.veikt aptaujas ar sabiedrību un intervēt grāmatvedības nozares speciālistus; 5.izstrādāt secinājumus un priekšlikumus. Darbs sastāv no 60 lpp., 16 attēliem, 3 tabulām, 27 literatūras avotiem., The topic is relevant because compensation for work has always been one of the core human values and currently, workforce stimulation is one of the most pressing issues in the field of labor relations. Employees' wages began to depend directly on the employee's interest in work and motivation to successfully complete the assigned tasks and goals. This is followed by taxes, which must be transferred to the government budget. If mistakes are made in the application of taxes, there are risks of being penalized, therefore the employer needs to ascertain the procedure for applying taxes, as well as to study the current problem in Latvia of paying “envelope wages” in companies by establishing the reason for its existence and spread. The aim is to carry out an analysis of wages and related taxes based on the relevant literature and solid sources, as well as to study such problem as “envelope wages'', to understand the motives for its existence and spread, and to develop proposals to reduce the problems of "envelope wages". There are three parts to the bachelor's thesis. The first part consisted of an analysis of the theoretical and scientific literature on wages, including the law, the application of regulations, and taxes related to wages. The second part consisted of wage calculations that were studied by looking at the calculation formulas used to estimate wages for employees using the predictable non-taxable minimum, as well as such a problem as “envelope wages”. The third research part consisted of a survey involving accounting specialists. It was conducted in order to determine and evaluate the experience of specialists, as well as to analyze and summarize the results of the survey on employees' knowledge and opinion regarding wages and taxes affecting them. Conclusions and proposals were developed at the end of the work. In order to achieve the goal of the bachelor's thesis, the author proposed five tasks: 1.to study the theory, available literature, and other possible sources on Latvian wages and applicable taxes. 2.To study the types of wages and the procedure for their calculation; 3.to study the impact of the “envelope” salary on the state and society, as well as to analyze why it arises; 4.to conduct public surveys and interview specialists in the field of accounting; 5.develop conclusions and proposals. The work consists of 60 pages, 16 images, 3 table, 27 references.
