Purpose: The present study endeavours to uncover the moderating role of marketer related activities (service quality and price promotions) and consumer characteristics (flow) on online retail customer satisfaction. It specifically examines the moderating influences on Gen Z consumers. Design/Methodology/Approach: Survey responses were gathered from 700 students who were pursuing MBA from two universities in North India. Findings: The study concludes that Gen Z consumers who have lower service quality perceptions feel less satisfied when a lot of price promotions are directed at them. Customers witnessing low flow feel less satisfied with an increase in service quality perception. For customers feeling high flow, customer satisfaction rises rapidly with increase in service quality and price promotions. Consumers who exhibit low receptivity towards price promotions and low flow experiences, feel more satisfied with an increase in service quality. Consumers in low flow, who are highly receptive towards price promotions, feel similarly satisfied at low and moderate levels of service quality; but customer satisfaction rises as service is perceived to be of high quality for these customers. Research Limitations: The present study is based on cross-sectional data. So, temporal changes in Gen Z customers cannot be predicted through this study. Managerial Application: Marketers should focus on website experiences that enhance flow keeping specifically into mind the needs of Gen Z customers. This will help the e-retailers take initial steps to push customers higher on the customer loyalty ladder. The present study seeks to identify whether mothers perceive the effect of in-store food promotional strategies on food shopping behavior of children and mediate this impact by using feeding practices. Data have been collected from 473 mothers of children in the age category 4–11 years from Punjab (India). The mothers are found to use multiple feeding practices because they recognize that the use of in-store food promotional strategies have negative effects on the health of children. They use "teaching about nutrition" and "food as a reward" practices because they find rampant use of in-store food promotional strategies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The article presents a study which identifies Brucella isolated from goats through the use of Pst I site polymorphism at outer membrane protein (Omp2) gene loci. The isolated brucellae cultures were isolated from different tissues of goats. Brucella's Omp2 gene was used as a locus of two nearly homologous repeated copies. The study indicates that DNA fragments obtained from B. melitensis 16M strain isolated from goats strain produced three bands.

The article discusses a study which developed a diagnostic polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay for diagnosis of brucellosis in goats. The assay examined the serum and whole blood samples from brucellosis suspected field goats. The serum PCR seems to be specific as none of the 10 culture negative animals in a separate controlled experiment was positive. The optimal clinical specimen for the test was serum, which leads to assay simplification. The use of serum samples provides advantages for nucleic acid amplification methods. The PCR assay sensitivity was higher with serum than with whole blood samples.

The article discusses a study which evaluated an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) using purified recombinant outer membrane protein 31 (rOmp31) isolated from Brucella melitensis in sheep. The study included 1,152 samples of rOmp31 taken from sheep with history of Brucella melitensis-induced abortions. It was designed to develop an ELIDA for the serological diagnosis of ovine brucellosis with purified rOmp31. The sensitivity and specificity of the ELISA test were computed in related to the samples used. Results from the ELISA were compared with Rose Bengal Plate test, which proved the relevance of Omp31 to the serological diagnosis of ovine brucellosis.
