Space and time form a single 4-dimensional space-time continuum of our Universe, based on this, it can be shown that the speed of a body cannot be greater than the speed of light in a vacuum. Also, taking into account the limit of the speed of light, the removal and acceleration of galaxies in our Universe can be explained using only the law of universal gravitation of I. Newton.

Since viruses are the first form of life on Earth, it can be shown that it was viruses that formed and spread biological life on the planet. The evolutionary transition from giant viruses to the first protozoan bacteria is logical and can be considered proven. The genome of the organism is encoded in DNA and viruses are the first form of life, therefore, in the past, there should have been the last universal DNA molecule, which contained the genes of all possible living beings in our biosphere.

Using the particle-wave dualism of microparticles and the Bohr model of the atom, it is strictly shown that the maximum number of chemical elements in the periodic table cannot be more than 137. Since, starting from element 138, the speed of a 1S-electron when moving around the nucleus of an atom must be higher than the speed light in a vacuum. Therefore, Feynmanium (Z=137) is the last chemical element. It was also shown that a decrease in the half-life of chemical elements correlates with an increase in the 1S-electron relativism.

Using de Broglie waves of elementary particles it is shown how time is formed in the Universe. The definitions of the concepts "time" and "space" are given. Time is a simple duration of the process of oscillation of microparticles, which is fixed at a certain point in space. Therefore, time is a scalar and there is no "arrow of time". It is also shown how de Broglie waves transfer information between microparticles at a speed exceeding the speed of light in a vacuum.

The process of the rapid origin of life on Earth is analyzed, taking into account the evolution of our Sun (the beginning of thermonuclear reactions). Given the knowledge about DNA, viruses and the structure of bacteria, it is concluded that the origin of life on Earth was initiated from the outside. Further, using space chemistry, it is shown that spontaneous assembly of DNA/RNA molecules can occur on particles of interstellar and intergalactic dust. Therefore, when favorable conditions are created on the planet, the emergence of life begins rapidly, since the initiators of life are already available from cosmic dust (RNA and DNA molecules).

Using the particle-wave dualism of microparticles, it is strictly shown that the Universe has a limiting speed of movement of elementary particles, which is equal to the speed of light in vacuum. Since all material bodies are composed of microparticles, therefore, no object in the Universe can move faster than the speed of light. Further, using the limit of the speed of light in the Universe, the photometric and gravitational paradoxes are explained (Olbers' and Bentley's paradoxes).

Using energy quantization according to Planck and de Broglie wave-particle duality, the Einstein mass and energy equivalence formula is theoretically rigorously derived. The conclusion of this formula is also given on the basis of the concepts of classical physics and the principle of mass equivalence. It is shown that the equivalence of invariant and gravitational masses in the micro-world manifests itself as the duality of the wave and particle, which expresses the equivalence of kinetic and potential energies. But, since the equivalence of the particle and wave properties of micro-particles has long been proven experimentally, therefore, the principle of mass equivalence can be considered strictly proved.

It is shown that in black holes, baryonic matter is converted into quark-gluon plasma. A black hole consists of a small core (“drop” from QGP) and a large gravitational radius. In small black holes, the radius of the core of the quark-gluon plasma will be equal to the gravitational radius. In large black holes, the radius of the QGP core will be much less than the gravitational radius. Therefore, Hawking radiation should be sought near small black holes. The minimum mass of a black hole, and its minimum radius, will vary over a wide range of values depending on the state of the QGP inside the black hole. It is also obvious that such a binary structure of black holes explains the existence of supermassive black holes, since it forbids the decrease in the mass of most black holes.

Using the idea of de Broglie oscillations in elementary particles, for example, in an electron, it is easy to obtain quantitative values of the magnetic moment of an electron and the electron spin. Based on the oscillations the gyromagnetic ratio is logically explained. The calculations presented in the work once again confirm the reality of the existence of a periodic process in elementary particles, that is, de Broglie oscillations.

Using gravitational field lag effect we can explain why the Milky Way galaxy has a curved shape of a “Chair”. Galaxies what having the form of a flat disk due to the effect of the field lag have an increased energy of gravitational interaction, to reduce this energy, galaxies take a curved shape of the “Galaxy-Chair”. This phenomenon resembles a decrease in energy in the cyclohexane molecule, where the most stable conformation is also the “Chair” conformation, which is almost identical in shape to the curved Milky Way.

The process of the origin of life is analyzed on the basis of "self-assembly" of DNA and RNA molecules. The minimum amounts of various DNA/RNA molecules that are necessary for the nucleation and evolution of the biosphere as a whole are calculated, since life is an integral property. A cybernetic theory of evolution is presented, which considers DNA as a genetic program of an organism written in a binary system. The stages of evolution of the biosphere are given, with the calculation of the number of all species at each stage. It is shown that oxygen catastrophe is the main cause of the evolution of the biosphere and global glaciation. Moreover, the evolution of the biosphere inevitably leads to mass extinctions, which are a simple restructuring of the biosphere according to new conditions on the planet.

The mechanism of neutrino oscillations, which are the result of the Compton effect, that is, the scattering of CMB photons by neutrinos, is investigated. The scattering of highenergy photons by neutrinos leads to the formation of neutrons, which opens the way to the synthesis of baryonic matter in the Universe and restores the dynamic model of the stationary Universe. Confirmation of the stationary model of the Universe is the fact of the scattering of galaxies, which in fact is a consequence of the chaotic motion of galaxies in a limited volume. On an unlimited Universe scale, galaxies move randomly and therefore there are no Universe extensions.

The theory of hybridization of atomic orbitals of L. Pauling is analyzed using the principle of quantum superposition. It is shown that the principle of quantum superposition, and therefore quantum mechanics as a whole, is in insurmountable contradiction with the theory of hybridization of atomic orbitals. Since the concept of σ- and π-bonds automatically follows from the theory of hybridization, the classical chemical description of single, double and triple bonds (based on σ- and π-bonds) is also in insurmountable contradiction with the principle of quantum superposition.

Taking into account the fact that gravity is a curvature of 3D space, it can be represented as a conic section. And this leads to the formulation of the law of I. Newton’s law in a general form, depending on the topology of space, which makes it possible to theoretically derive the speeds of the stars in galaxies. The theoretical derivation of the Hubble–Lemaitre law is also given, and the relativistic form of the law of I. Newton is derived (in a generalized form). Explained relation between galaxies speeds with distance to it, on the basis of the A. Einstein's STR.

Using the law of conservation of energy-momentum and the postulate of the constancy of the speed of light, the dependences for the length of the electromagnetic wave with red and blue shift when the Doppler effect are derived. Moreover, using this approach, general formulas for the gravitational shift (red and blue) are derived, and the Compton effect is explained from these positions. It is also shown that for any redshift, galaxies will always have a speed lower than the speed of light in a vacuum. Taking the speed of light in vacuum, as the escape velocity for the visible part of the Universe, the mass of the Universe is calculated.

It is shown that using the modern classical concepts of chemical bond, it is impossible to obtain (strictly theoretically) a physical justification of the cause of the formation of a chemical bond. The shows the inapplicability of the Pauli principle to chemical bond and a new theoretical model of the chemical bond is proposed based on the Heisenberg uncertainty principle.

It is shown that the CMB actually refutes the Big Bang theory, since it is an absolute coordinate system, and this is impossible according to A. Einstein's STR. Moreover, a prediction is made about the change in the CMB map over time, since the CMB depends on the gravitational potential at a given point, and taking into account the movement of our galaxy in the Universe, it (potential) will change. Similarly, the concept of “nothing” is analyzed, which is used to explain the expansion of the Universe. The existence of “nothing” is also in insurmountable contradiction with Einstein's STR.

The wave-particle duality of elementary particles is analyzed using the principle of quantum superposition (PQS). It is shown that the elementary particle can no longer be regarded as a corpuscle (or as a material point), but also it cannot be regarded as a wave. A real elementary particle, for example, an electron, is a phenomenon of a higher level in which both the corpuscle and the wave are only particular manifestations of the complex internal structure of the particle. Using the oscillation hypothesis of Louis de Broglie (together with the principle of PQS), an elementary particle can be represented as an oscillator, in which the kinetic and potential energy completely transform into each other with a certain frequency.

The present work (Review. Benzene on the Basis of the Three-Electron Bond. (The Pauli exclusion principle, Heisenberg's uncertainty principle and chemical bond)) shows: 1. It is shown that the main assumption of the molecular orbitals method (namely, that the molecular orbital can be represented like a linear combination of overlapping atomic orbitals) enters into an insurmountable contradiction with the principle of quantum superposition. It is also shown that the description of a quantum system consisting of several parts (adopted in quantum mechanics) actually prohibits ascribe in VB method to members of equation corresponding canonical structures (pp. 106-119). 2. The present work shows the inapplicability of the Pauli principle to the chemical bond (pp. 104-105). 3. Using the theory of relativity, it is shown that when the electrons move, the field in the molecule can not be conservative field by definition (pp. 90-93). (When describing the behavior of electrons in atoms or molecules, it is often assumed that the move is in a conservative field). 4. That is, in fact, in this paper it is shown that modern concepts of the chemical bond can not be strictly considered theoretically true, but rather qualitative with empirical quantitative calculations. 5. In addition, a new theoretical model of the chemical bond is proposed on the Heisenberg uncertainty principle (pp. 93-103) and a three-electron bond with a multiplicity of 1.5 is introduced into chemistry, on the basis of which is easy to explain the structure of the benzene molecule and many organic and inorganic substances (pp. 6-36, 54-72). Moreover, in the opinion of the authors, the development of the theory of three-electron bond and chemical bonding by Heisenberg will lead not only to the quantitative calculation of the chemical bond (complete) but also the application of these calculations to the synthesis of substances (use in the laboratory) and the prediction of biological activity of chemicals. It means that it will be possible to easily calculate the basic properties of a molecule (substance) by the structural formula, and the accuracy must be such that synthesis of substances is not needed. Similarly, with biological activity: the development of the theory (for example, the development of electronegativity in organic compounds, etc.) chemical bond should lead to a deeper understanding of the dependence of biological activity on the chemical structure, which undoubtedly will have an explosive effect on the appearance of new drugs (and new classes ) and significantly simplify the task of searching for new substances in the structure. When I started work on a three-electron bond (it was 1 year after graduation), I understood perfectly all the boldness and contradiction of orbital views. Therefore, I had two ways: 1 - is the development in the field of organic (classical) chemistry, 2 - is the development in the field of quantum chemistry. I have a mathematical mindset (I've always liked math and physics), and so I did not scare specialization after university in quantum chemistry (moreover, a professor in graduate school tried to convise me change from the specialization of a synthetic chemist into a chemist-theorist (quantum chemistry) in his own department, but I refused, it's amazing, but I had a "Pauli effect" - my presence adversely affected the devices, for example, when they took and loaded the substance synthesized by me into the PMR spectrometer, it broke, which my professor joked, that it would be strange if it was not like this). I understood that if I were to be engaged in quantum chemistry, then for 5 to 7 years I had to study quantum chemistry at a sufficient level so that I could analyze the possibility of the existence of a three-electron bond with a multiplicity of 1.5. But I was worried by the fact that by specializing and studying quantum chemistry I can theoretically drop the three-electron bond, and the first application to the benzene molecule accurately indicated the success of the concept of three-electron bond in chemistry (interaction through a cycle). And so I chose 1 way, that is, the development of the theory of three-electron bond with a multiplicity of 1.5 in the field of classical representations of organic chemistry. Although I understood very well how difficult it would be to publish a work without theoretical justification in quantum chemistry (I did not know if I would finish it at all), since the three-electron bond contradicts the MO method and the VB method. But there was no other way, and therefore I left the theoretical justification for the three-electron bond for a time, when the theory of three-electron bond has already been developed. The development (and pondering) of the theory over time took more than 10 years (the structure of the benzene molecule based on three-electron bond, this is the first work) (it was work at home at night, on weekends and on vacation). And only after that I proceeded to develop a theoretical justification for the three-electron bond using quantum mechanics and not quantum chemistry (quantum mechanics is more fundamental (I still like physics) and I simply could not imagine how to explain the three-electron bond on the basis of the MO method or the VB method, but of course attempts were made). But for many years all attempts have been unsuccessful (that in physics, that in quantum chemistry). And only after I accidentally saw a famous photo of pentacene (Leo Gross, Fabian Mohn, Nikolaj Moll, Peter Liljeroth, Gerhard Meyer. The chemical structure of a molecule resolved by atomic force microscopy, Science, 325, 1110 (2009)), a start was made in the theoretical justification of the three-electron bond. And further in the last 4 years, a theoretical substantiation of the three-electron bond was developed. And what was my surprise when it turned out that both the MO method and the VB method contradict the fundamentals of quantum mechanics. That is, theoretically incorrect was not a three-electron bond with a multiplicity of 1.5 but the MO method and the VB method, and this contradiction turned out to be principled and incorrigible (that is, this conceptual contradiction). All this took 22 years, the last work I already worked out with my son. Even more complicated work (the first work) and its publication is my ignorance of the English language, but recently my son helped me, he can use a English free. P.S. January 16, 2018, published the work "Nature of the Three-Electron Bond" (David Danovich, Cina Foroutan-Nejad, Philippe C. Hiberti, and Sason Shaik, J. Phys. Chem. A, 2018, 122 (7), pp. 1873- 1885, DOI: 10.1021/acs.jpca.7b11919 ). In this paper, based on the theory of resonance, the authors investigate the three-electron bond and come to the conclusion: "... For the doubly-π-(3e)-bonded species, RECS is very large, exceeding 100 kcal/mol. As such, it is fitting to conclude that σ- and π-3-electron-bonds find their natural place in the CSB family along with two-electron CSBs, with which they share identical energetic and topological characteristics. Experimental manifestations/tests of 3e-CSBs are proposed." (see abstract), which is actually a quantum-chemical rationale for a three-electron bond with a multiplicity of 1.5. As shown in the “Review. Benzene on the Basis of the Three-Electron Bond. (The Pauli Exclusion Principle, Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle and Chemical Bond)”, the theory of resonance contradicts the principle of quantum superposition (that is, from the point of view of physics it is not physically rigorous, but rather qualitative, empirical), but nevertheless it gave and, as we see, makes it possible to explain the formation of chemical bonds and molecules at a given stage in the development of the theory of chemical bond. The resonance theory once again expanded our understanding of the nature of the chemical bond. There is no doubt that the combination of quantum mechanics and the theory of relativity will lead to a theoretically rigorous calculation of the three-electron bond with a multiplicity of 1.5, but this requires time and fundamental assumptions in quantum mechanics.
