1. Correlating properties of alloys with constituent phases and their Raman spectra

Abstract: Microstructure in alloys decides their physical properties; however, microstructure variations in metallic alloys are never quantitative. This applies to ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. Therefore, a correlative methodology is proposed for their indirect quantification using x-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy. As a representative case, 16 different iron-based alloys with slight variations in composition and microstructure are considered. Changes to their properties and microstructure are correlated with XRD and Raman spectroscopy. Thermal treatments also have a role in such variation. Every x-ray peak position and FWHM was analyzed and correlated with corresponding Raman spectra and FWHM. The objective is the development of a reliable database and secondary testing methodology for fast performance estimation of different ferrous and non-ferrous alloys during production and for checking repeatability, other than by their microstructure and tensile strength, which is done at present.

Abstract: The primary objective of this study is to analyze the dynamic association among the green energy production (GEP), green technological innovation (GTI), and green international trade (GIT). This study uses fully modified least square (FMOLS) and dynamic least square (DOLS) for data analysis. This study uses the panel data set starts from 2000 to 2020 for eight south Asian countries. This study find a negative relationship between GEP and EFP. However, green technological innovation and green international trade have positive significant association. This study recommends several policy implications regarding the economies of south Asia (SA) based on empirical findings: to subsidize the industries for the installation of renewable projects for the production of renewable energies.

Abstract: This research explores the influence of real oil prices, trade openness, carbon emanations, economic growth, and income inequality on renewable energy consumption (REC) in twenty (20) OECD nations from 1991 to 2020 by employing the AMG assessor, which takes into account slope heterogeneity (SH) and CSD. The empirical outcomes confirm a significant favorable long-run relationship between these nexus, except for Carbon emanations, which are adversely related with REC, respectively. The findings also reveal that trade openness, REC, income inequality, and real oil prices all have a one-way causal relationship with CO2 emanations. Notwithstanding, it has discovered that there is bi-directional causality between income inequality and REC.

Abstract: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is considered to be an inflammatory disorder whereas OA is not an overtly inflammatory disorder as RA but certain inflammatory cytokines and periodic inflammation are observed to be involved in its progression. The pathophysiology of arthritis involves a cascade of processes taking place; therefore, arthritis necessitates a multidimensional approach for its management. Numerous conventional anti-arthritic drugs have been employed to relieve arthritis conditions but their efficacy and tolerability can be overshadowed by the reported deleterious effects on human health. Therefore, the pressing priority is to explore the complementary and alternative treatment options i.e., traditional medicine, medicinal plants and their phytochemicals, which exhibit significant anti-inflammatory activities with less deleterious effects on human health. The present review summarizes such potential medicinal plants and natural bio-active compounds against arthritis on the basis of their potent anti-inflammatory activities demonstrated in various in vitro, in vivo studies, other preclinical and clinical studies in order to facilitate researchers to develop phytomedicines against arthritis.

7. Post-COVID-19 investor psychology and individual investment decision: A moderating role of information availability

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the influence of psychological biases on the investment decision of Chinese individual investors after the pandemic of COVID-19 with a moderating role of information availability. A cross-sectional method with a quantitative research approach was employed to investigate the hypothesized relationships among variables. The snowball sampling technique was applied to collect the data through a survey questionnaire from individual investors investing in the Chinese stock market. Smart-PLS statistical software was used to analyze the data and for the estimation of hypotheses. Results indicated that overconfidence, representative bias, and anchoring bias have a significant and positive influence on investment decisions during the post-Covid-19 pandemic; however, the availability bias has insignificant and negative effects on the investment decision during the post-COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover, findings indicated that information availability has a significant moderating role in the relationship of psychological biases with the investment decision during the post-COVID-19 pandemic. This study contributes to the body of knowledge regarding behavior finance, psychological biases, and investment decision in emerging stock markets. The findings of the present study improve the understanding that how investors’ psychology affects their investment decisions.

Abstract: Periodontal diseases significantly impact about half of the global population, and their treatment often encompasses relieving symptoms as well as regenerating the destroyed tissues. Revolutionary research in the management of periodontal disease includes biomaterials, a boon to re-generative dentistry owing to their excellent biological properties: non-toxicity, anti-inflammatory, biocompatibility, biodegradability, and adhesion. This study aimed to fabricate an injectable fucoidan containing chitosan hydrogel and prove its effectiveness in periodontal bone regeneration. The injectable hydrogel was prepared using the sol-gel method and was subjected to various physical, chemical, and biological characterizations to understand its efficacy in formation of new bone. The effectiveness of the developed hydrogel was assessed in periodontal bony defects to study the soft and hard tissue changes. A total of 40 periodontitis patients with bony defects were recruited and randomized into two groups to receive fucoidan-chitosan hydrogel and concentrated growth factor, respectively. Customized acrylic stents were used to guide the hydrogel placement into the defect site. Post-surgical changes in clinical parameters were assessed at 3, 6, and 9 months to appreciate the soft and hard tissue changes using repeated measures analysis of variance and Bonferroni’s post hoc test. Significance was kept at 5%. The porosity, water uptake of the prepared hydrogel showed good efficacy, with particle size of the fucoidan containing chitosan hydrogel of 6.000 nm. The MG-63 osteoblasts cell line revealed biocompatibility, biodegradability and showed slow and sustained drug release, increased cell proliferation, and enhanced alkaline phosphatase secretion. Mineralization assay was greatest in the fucoidan containing chitosan hydrogel. Clinically, it exhibited significantly lower probing depth values and a higher mean improvement in clinical attachment level as compared to the concentrated growth factor (CGF) group at the end of 3 and 6 months (p < 0.05). The mean of the defect fills in the fucoidan containing chitosan group was 1.20 at the end of 9 months (p < 0.001) as compared with defect fills observed in the CGF group. The presence of fucoidan in the hydrogel significantly contributed to bone regeneration in humans, thus strengthening its potential in tissue engineering. Fucoidan-chitosan will be a promising biomaterial for bone tissue regeneration.

The SDGs goal (7th) defines the importance of clean, affordable and modern energy system in the World. Moreover, this study is attempting to increase the influence of sustainable energy consumption by employing dataset of selected Asian countries. This study uses annual panel data set and applies Augmented Mean Group (AMG), alongside Common Correlated Effects Mean Group (CCEMG) methods for data analysis. The overall results indicate the consumption of renewable energy sources have significantly contribution towards the economic prosperity of these economies. Furthermore, policy makers should focus on expansionary fiscal policies to enhance the use of environmental friendly power generation in these regions.

Abstract: The influences of renewable and conventional energy consumption on ecological sustainability remain unclear because of the dynamic economic and innovative framework. This investigation gives a new perception by exploring the association between the production of various sources of renewable energies (e.g., hydroelectric, wind, solar PV, geothermal, and biomass power) and economic growth encapsulating capital, government spending, and trade openness. This research used a heterogeneous approach for panel data and second generational tools for econometrics, which allow for cross-sectional reliance and slope heterogeneity. This study has revealed the substantial reason to back up the feedback assumptions between renewable energy sources and economic growth, using the Dumitrescu and Hurlin analysis. In terms of policy, this empirical analysis suggests enacting impactful policies that encourage green power and economic reform in an attempt to lessen CO2 concentrations in the biosphere.

Abstract: This study examines the causal relationship among technological innovation (TI), environment pollution (EP), energy consumption (EC) and sustainable economic growth (SEG) from selected South Asian economies. In order to identify the causal association between energy growth and nexus of CO2 emissions, this study is employed the premises of the EKC framework. This study has used annual time series data set from world development indicator (WDI), start from 1990 to 2019. The result of a fully modified ordinary least square (FMOLS) method describes a significantly worsen the quality environment in the south Asian region. The individual country as Bangladesh shows a positively significant impact on the CO2 emissions and destroying the level of environment regarding non-renewable and renewable energy and technological innovation index. However, negative and positive values of growth (GDP) and square of GDP respectively confirm the EKC hypothesis in this region. This study has identified the causality between GDP growth and carbon emission and found bidirectional causality between economic growth and energy use.

Abstract: Introduction: Dental age (DA) assessment is a reliable method for chronological age (CA) estimation used for criminal, forensic, and anthropologic purposes. Age estimation also provides valuable information when the birth date is unavailable, as in case of migrants. Furthermore, the CA of living people is important for employment and marriage purpose. Objectives: The aim of the present study is to check the reliability of the Willems method in the population of Bangalore. Materials and Methods: The study was conducted on 205 (109 boys and 96 girls) participants by their radiographic records in the department of forensic odontology using modified Demirjian's method by Willem et al. Results: A total of 205 subjects were selected for the study, among which 109 (53.2%) were boys and 96 (46.8%) were girls. The mean CA was 12.23 ± 1.75 and the mean DA was 12.20 ± 1.99. Willems method seems to be reliable in estimating DA in Bangalore populations. Conclusion: This study showed that the Willems method gave near precise estimation of the CA.

Abstract: ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the impact of “Brush Up” - a mobile application, on oral hygiene behaviours of 4-6-year-old children in Bangalore city. Methods: In this experimental study, 247 children aged 4-6, were randomly divided into three groups. Considering “Brush Up” is a mobile application, parents of the children in Group 1 (n=82) downloaded the application on their smartphones. Children in Group 2 (n=83) and Group 3 (n=82) received tooth brushing instructions by an educative video and manual demonstration, respectively. Effectiveness of tooth brushing was assessed with plaque scores, which were recorded for all the groups at baseline and one month using Visible Biofilm Index. Results: Wilcoxon signed rank test showed a significant improvement in the tooth brushing behaviour for the Brush Up group, which was indicated by a lower plaque score after a follow-up of one month. Kruskal-Wallis test followed by post-hoc test showed that the mean ranks of plaque scores of Brush Up group are consistently lower than those of video demonstration group and manual demonstration group. Conclusions: The lower plaque score in subsequent follow-up in Brush Up group suggests that using a smart system can enhance learning a correct tooth brushing method in young children and can also help in implementing the required reinforcement and motivation to brush and aid in better plaque control.

Abstract: Introduction: Dentistry has for some time been viewed as a profession with high-stress, and usually this begins from the days of dental school onward. Students are subjected to different kinds of stressors, some being the pressure from academics with an obligation to succeed, uncertainty regarding their future and difficulties of integrating into the system. Aim: The aim is to identify the perceived sources of stress among postgraduate students from a dental college in Coorg, Karnataka. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional questionnaire study was carried out, and the study samples included all the postgraduates of all nine specialties, including all the seventy-seven postgraduate students as samples. Results: Stress was relatively general among all the groups of the study participants, certain factors or stressors such as the amount of assigned work, competition with peers, examination and grades, lack of confidence to be a successful student and fear of facing parents after failure hamper the academic life of these students and had more significance among groups when compared to others. Conclusion: The academic life of students seemed to be hampered due to various potential stressors such as the amount of assigned work, competition with peers, examination and grades, lack of confidence to be a successful student, and fear of facing parents after failure. Such issues that arise in the educational setting need to be addressed which will help improve the academic environment of the students.

16. Comparative Evaluation of Antibacterial and Adhesive Properties of Chitosan Modified Glass Ionomer Cement and Conventional Glass Ionomer Cement: an In vitro Study

Abstract: Introduction: Recent studies have reported the incorporation of modifiers with conventional Glass Ionomer Cement (GIC) to enhance its antibacterial effect. One such modification being the addition of Chitosan (CH). However, these modifiers might affect the physical properties of the restorations. Aim: The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of modifying the liquid phase of conventional GIC with 10% v/v CH on the antibacterial properties and adhesion to enamel in comparison to conventional GIC. Materials and Methods: The liquid of commercially available restorative GIC (Fuji IX, GC Industrial Corporation, Japan) was modified with 10% v/v CH solution (Everest Biotech, Bengaluru). GIC powders were mixed with the unmodified and the CH-modified liquids at the desired powder/liquid ratio. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to determine the setting reaction between the conventional and CH modified GIC liquid with GIC powder. For evaluation of the antibacterial properties, biofilms of Streptococcus mutans (S. mutans) were formed on the GIC discs and characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). For the characterization of the adhesive properties, the unmodified and CH-modified GICs were bonded to the enamel surface and the microshear bond strength (µSBs) was evaluated. Student’s paired t-test was used to compare the micro-shear bond strength between CH modified GIC and unmodified GIC. Results: Modification with 10% v/v CH solution improved the antibacterial properties of GIC against S. mutans in terms of resistance to biofilm formation which was assessed using SEM. Microshear bond strength of CH modified GIC was 85.40 MPa compared to 46.94 MPa of conventional GIC. This difference was found to be statistically significant. Conclusion: Modifying the liquid phase of a conventional GIC with 10% v/v CH significantly improves the antibacterial property of GIC as well as its adhesion to enamel.

Abstract: Introduction: Effective management of an emergency situation in the dental office is ultimately the dentist′s responsibility. The lack of training and inability to cope with medical emergencies can lead to tragic consequences and sometimes legal action. It is logical to provide training on emergency care during undergraduate years ensuring basic competence in all graduating healthcare students. Previous surveys of medical and dental schools have highlighted deficiencies in such training. This survey sought to assess awareness of emergency drug use among students and teaching faculty in a dental college in Coorg, Karnataka. Materials and Methods: The study was carried out among a convenience sample of 250 dental students (III rd BDS, IV th BDS, Interns, and post graduates) and teaching faculty at the Coorg Institute of Dental Sciences, Coorg, Karnataka. The Closed - ended questionnaire containing selected basic multiple choice questions was used to assess the awareness. Results: About 60% of the responders scored < 50% marks, 15.6% of the responders scored between 50% and 59% marks, 14% of the responders scored 60-69% marks, 4.8% scored marks between 70% and 79% marks, only 5.6% of the responders scored between 80% and 89% marks. Conclusion: Awareness of emergency drug use among dental students and teaching faculty needs to be improved and updated.

19. Analyzing research trends of sentiment analysis and its applications for Coronavirus disease (COVID-19): A systematic review

Abstract: COVID-19 epidemic is one of the worst disaster which affected people worldwide. It has impacted whole civilization physically, monetarily, and also emotionally. Sentiment analysis is an important step to handle pandemic effectively. In this work, systematic literature review of sentiment analysis of Indian population towards COVID-19 and its vaccination is presented. Recent exiting works are considered from four primary databases including ACM, Web of Science, IEEE Explore, and Scopus. Total 40 publications from January 2020 to August 2022 are selected for systematic review after applying inclusion and exclusion algorithm. Existing works are analyzed in terms of various challenges encountered by the existing authors with collected datasets. It is analyzed that mainly three techniques namely lexical, machine and deep learning are used by various authors for sentiment analysis. Performance of various applied techniques are comparative analyzed. Direction of future research works with recommendations are highlighted.

Abstract: In light of increasing concerns about climate change and energy security, renewable energy has been seen as the most promising solution to fulfil future energy needs. This study examines the drivers of renewable energy consumption (REC) and the nexus between GDP growth, technological innovation, gross fixed capital formation, CO2 emissions, income inequality, and renewable energy consumption (REC) using annual data from BRICS countries. To this end, the study uses the augmented mean group (AMG) estimator, a second-generation estimator that takes slope homogeneity and cross-sectional dependence into consideration. For robustness, the pooled mean group (PMG) estimator has also been utilized. The findings of both estimators indicate that carbon emissions, technological innovation, and gross fixed capital formation exert adverse and significant impacts on REC. The findings also show that the use of renewable energy will rise as income inequality declines. We also employ the Dumitrescu and Hurlin (DH) granger causality test. The results of the analysis demonstrate a one-way causal association between income inequality and REC. This finding confirms that a reduction in income inequality will have a major impact on the adoption of renewable energy sources.

25. Ensemble hybrid model for Hindi COVID-19 text classification with metaheuristic optimization algorithm

Abstract: A SARS-CoV-2 virus has spread around the globe since March 2020. Millions of people infected worldwide with coronavirus. People from every country expressed their sentiments about coronavirus on social media. The aim of this work is to determine the general public opinion of Indian Twitter users about coronavirus. The Hindi tweets posted about COVID-19 is used as input data for sentiment analysis. The natural language processing is applied on input data for feature extraction. Further, the optimal features are selected from the pre-processed data using the metaheuristic based Grey wolf optimization technique. Finally, a hybrid of convolution neural network(CNN) and a long short-term memory (LSTM) model pair is employed to categorize the sentiments as positive, negative, and neutral. The outcome of the proposed model is compared with other machine learning techniques, namely, Random Forest, Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, Naive Bayes, Support vector machine (SVM), CNN, LSTM, LSTM-CNN, and CNN-LSTM. The highest accuracy of 87.75%, 88.41%, 87.89%, 85.54%, 89.11%, 91.46%, 88.72%, 91.54%, and 92.34% is obtained by Random Forest, Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, Naive Bayes, SVM, CNN, LSTM, LSTM-CNN, and CNN-LSTM, respectively. The proposed ensemble hybrid model gives the highest 95.54%, 91.44%, 89.63%, and 90.87% classification accuracy, precision, recall, and F-score, respectively.

26. A dark side of land revenue management and counterproductive work behavior: does organizational injustice add fuel to fire?

Abstract: Purpose This study empirically and theoretically aims to explore the consequences of top management’s dark personality traits (DPT) on organizational injustice, e.g. organizational procedural justice (OPJ), organizational interactional justice (OIJ) and organizational distributive justice (ODJ) and counterproductive work behavior (CWB). Design/methodology/approach A study was conducted to examine the influence of DPT on CWB among the contractual employees of the land revenue department, Pakistan. The quantitative method was employed using a convenient sampling approach. A designed survey questionnaire was distributed among 1,240 land revenue officials in 13 districts of Pakistan. Findings The results supported that dark DPT directly, significantly and positively affects CWB. In addition, DPT, except for psychopathy (PSY), significantly and negatively affects OPJ, OIJ and ODJ. Meanwhile, OIJ and OPJ strengthen the negative relationship between CWB and Machiavellianism and narcissism (NAR); however, PSY failed directly to affect OPJ, OIP and ODJ indirectly failed to capture CWB. Practical implications Top management/government should pay attention to fair dealings among the contractual employees. Consequently, they would prefer to do well in the workplace. Particularly, top management should avoid practicing DPT, which has ultimate results in CWB. Social implications Public managers should avoid DPT because they are not compatible with public needs. Managers with DPT negatively affect their employees' productivity behaviors. Therefore, managers should focus on positive personality traits to enhance employees' productivity via organizational justice. Originality/value This study is unique in the land revenue department of Pakistan, where unfair dealings are being practiced among contractual employees. Surprisingly, CWB is the ultimate consequence of both DPT and top management's dishonest dealings (e.g. organizational injustices).

27. Multilayer hybrid ensemble machine learning model for analysis of Covid-19 vaccine sentiments

Abstract: This work presents the analysis of significant sentiments and attitudes of people towards the COVID-19 vaccination. The tweeter messages related to the COVID-19 vaccine is used for sentiment evaluation in this work. The proposed work consists of two steps: (i) natural processing language (NLP) and (ii) classification. The NLP is utilized for text pre-processing, tokenization, data labelling, and feature extraction. Further, a stack-based ensemble machine learning model is used to classify sentiments as positive, negative, or neutral. The stack ensemble machine learning model includes seven heterogeneous machine learning techniques namely, Naive Bayes, Logistic regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, AdaBoost Classifier, Gradient Boosting, and extreme Gradient Boosting (XGB). The highest classification accuracy of 97.2%, 88.34%, 88.22%, 85.23%, 86.30%, 87.54%, 86.63%, and 88.78% is achieved by ensemble machine learning model, Logistic regression, AdaBoost, Decision Tree, Naive Bayes, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and XGB Classifier, respectively.

Abstract: This study examines the association among the green energy production (GEP), green technological innovation (GTI), and green international trade (GIT) on the ecological footprints (EFP). In addition, this research applies fully modified least square (FMOLS) to estimate the empirical outcomes, while dynamic least square (DOLS) is used to check the robustness of the outcomes. Although, the selection of the assessment technique depends on the order of integration of the selected series. Before estimation, some diagnostic tests are also performed to ensure the reliability of the data set. Furthermore, the empirical outcomes of the present analysis are twofold: at begin, this research discovered a negative relationship between GEP and EFP. Secondly, this research reveals that GTI has also an adverse impact on EFP along with GIT, which is unsurprising. Results imply that advancement in green technological innovations tends to improve the EQ by reducing the level of EFP.

Most merchants, even luxury stores, have failed to implement robust IoT cyber security procedures. Therefore, the researchers sought to put forth secondary research methodologies to bring forward efficient scrutiny regarding this particular issue to properly comprehend the influence of IoT in various devices, including a smartwatch, power displaying metre, brilliant weight showing gadgets and many more. The secondary research approach allowed the researchers to collect a large quantity of data quickly, acquiring a wide range of possible solutions for security and privacy issues in Consumer IoT (CIoT) devices. Secondary research also will enable scholars to compare and contrast several papers' philosophies and research findings to get a quick conclusion. To gather information, the researchers used publications and the internet efficiently. In this situation, it helped to save a significant amount of time. Findings suggested that vulnerabilities occur in smart IoT gadgets, including the intelligent power consumption metre and brilliant weight displaying widget, due to their low-standard and conventional security system. Thus, this paper has suggested possible solutions to protect IoT devices against phishing and theft attacks.

Abstract: Banks cannot afford to be complacent in their operations. Due to the dramatic changes brought about by improvements in computer technology (IT) as well as competitive intensity from FinTech businesses, they must re-evaluate their competing advantages. A major point of emphasis in this essay is that banks must not abandon relationship banking that encourages direct interaction with bank clients. Orienting relationship banking on the long term simplifies incentives while also supporting bank clients' long-term requirements and objectives. However, because to the availability of IT-driven economy of scale as well as rivalry by FinTech start-ups and IT corporations, banks may be tempted to enter the transaction banking business. In this context, the paper evaluates the importance of distance, AI, and behavioural inclinations in the decision-making process. The suggestions for banking stability are analyzed in detail. The authors believe that relationship banking has the potential to reduce its disadvantages, but it should conform to the newer facts to flourish.

Abstract: Introduction: Epidemiology plays an important role in providing interpretation of disease occurrence in populations, change of disease rate, and the associated factors related to occurrence. Physical health problems not only coexist with mental disorders such as depression, but can also predict the onset and persistence of depression. A study of a nationally representative sample of the United States showed 79% of all ill people were comorbid. Aims and Objectives: The aims of this study were to study the comorbid condition in subjects with common mental disorders (CMD). Methods: It was a community-based and cross-sectional study carried out in an urban Slum. Slum was divided into four quadrants and 10% of the population was taken. A total of 150 houses were visited by random sampling and the sample size was calculated to be 294. The study was recorded in a pilot tested pre-designed validated semi-structured questionnaire. Four hundred and twenty-three out of 467 people were included in the study which was conducted in two phases. First phase was the screening phase which included history, general examination, and demographic profile along with self-reporting questionnaire (SRQ-20) to measure the presence of mental illness. Socioeconomic status of family and quality of life was evaluated using Kuppuswami socioeconomic status scale. Subjects scored 7 and above selected for the study and further evaluated using mini international neuropsychiatric interview plus in the second phase. Results: In the present study, highest percentage of CMD was 26.47%, belonging to 16–25 age group and distress was found in 16.07% and severe distress in 7.80% with SRQ-20 scoring between 7 and 13 and >14, respectively, with higher proportion of females. The prevalence of CMD was 238.77/1000 and 11.88% and 8.91% subjects were found hypertensive and diabetic respectively. Conclusion: There is need to consider the impact of common psychological health problems that urban slum communities are facing today and CMD can be a major contributor to slum’s overall burden of functional impairment.

It occurs because of retirement, resignation or death of the employee. There can be many reasons for an employees to leave an organization like he may be getting higher job position in some other company or he may want to change his profession or he may leave an organization for higher studies, etc. A further contributing factor to turnover is the absence of employees’ confidence in their representatives, which results in a lack of motivation and therefore in low employee retention. From the employee’s side they state that lack of recognition and lack of growth within the organizations. Unfair treatment of employees is also another reason. Recently, gender discrimination has also contributed attrition. Finally, the present generation finds their jobs less challenging.

Abstract: There are two methods for cities to become “smart cities” in the Netherlands: one puts commercial models ahead of information architecture, while the other goes in the other direction. With regard to service improvement, resource allocations, and the sustainability of business expansion, the authors selected two cities to explore the fundamental distinctions between these two methods. While the second instance began with the creation of a system which acted as a technological framework to make alterations in commercial processes, the initial instance concentrated on producing marketing benefits via the utilization of technology by upgrading current resources and/or delivering newer ones. With additional innovative services made accessible to the general public, the authors discovered that the initial scenario increased company value more quickly. The second scenario, in comparison, required more resources and moved more slowly toward providing newer resources to the broader public, but the services were far better and more long-lasting.

Abstract: The main concern of this research is to inspect the dynamic nexus among the green international trade, green technological innovation, as well as green energy production (GEP). This investigation employs dynamic least square and fully modified least square for data inspection. The dataset includes spans the years 2004 to 2021 and pertains to a sample of seven South Asian nations. Moreover, the empirical findings demonstrate a unfavourable nexus between environmental foot print (EFP) and GEP. Conversely, green international trade and green technological innovation have also an unfavourable significant relationship with EFP. Abstract: Background: Despite advances in surgery and pharmacotherapy, there remains significant residual ischemic risk after coronary artery bypass grafting surgery. Methods: In REDUCE-IT (Reduction of Cardiovascular Events With Icosapent Ethyl–Intervention Trial), a multicenter, placebo-controlled, double-blind trial, statin-treated patients with controlled low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and mild to moderate hypertriglyceridemia were randomized to 4 g daily of icosapent ethyl or placebo. They experienced a 25% reduction in risk of a primary efficacy end point (composite of cardiovascular death, myocardial infarction, stroke, coronary revascularization, or hospitalization for unstable angina) and a 26% reduction in risk of a key secondary efficacy end point (composite of cardiovascular death, myocardial infarction, or stroke) when compared with placebo. The current analysis reports on the subgroup of patients from the trial with a history of coronary artery bypass grafting. Results: Of the 8179 patients randomized in REDUCE-IT, a total of 1837 (22.5%) had a history of coronary artery bypass grafting, with 897 patients randomized to icosapent ethyl and 940 to placebo. Baseline characteristics were similar between treatment groups. Randomization to icosapent ethyl was associated with a significant reduction in the primary end point (hazard ratio [HR], 0.76 [95% CI, 0.63–0.92]; P =0.004), in the key secondary end point (HR, 0.69 [95% CI, 0.56–0.87]; P =0.001), and in total (first plus subsequent or recurrent) ischemic events (rate ratio, 0.64 [95% CI, 0.50–0.81]; P =0.0002) compared with placebo. This yielded an absolute risk reduction of 6.2% (95% CI, 2.3%–10.2%) in first events, with a number needed to treat of 16 (95% CI, 10–44) during a median follow-up time of 4.8 years. Safety findings were similar to the overall study: beyond an increased rate of atrial fibrillation/flutter requiring hospitalization for at least 24 hours (5.0% vs 3.1%; P =0.03) and a nonsignificant increase in bleeding, occurrences of adverse events were comparable between groups. Conclusions: In REDUCE-IT patients with a history of coronary artery bypass grafting, treatment with icosapent ethyl was associated with significant reductions in first and recurrent ischemic events. This study uses panel data set from different sources over twenty-eight (28) years. The research uses different econometric techniques before switching to the generalized method of moments (GMM). The empirical results indicate a significant positive effect of net interest rate margins on bank loans in South Asian countries, whereas a positive relationship exists between foreign to local interest rates and the money supply. The findings depict that positive associations exist between inflation and money supply of banks, and between the money supply and bank stock returns. More specifically, the GMM results show that the money supply has positively affected the stock prices of banks suggesting strong policies for the stakeholders of these economies for the sake of economic growth and sustainable development.

Abstract: COVID-19 pandemic has adversely impacted the whole education system across the world. Approximately 2 billion students have been impacted due to the closures of school, colleges and universities in the context to corona virus pandemic at the mid of May 2020. In context to the problems due to COVID-19 pandemic, experienced by the people, having close association with the education sector, the research is conducted to determine the impact of COVID-19 on education sector in Uttarakhand. Collection of data was done with the help of self structured questionnaire and it was distributed to 186 respondents of colleges and universities of Uttarakhand. Questionnaire was prepared in a Google-form. Collection of data was done with the help of convenience sampling method. In order to extract the factors from my study ie. “Impact of COVID-19 pandemic on education sector in Uttarakhand”, exploratory factor analysis is used. Data analysis is done with the help of SPSS and Microsoft Excel.The extracted factors in this study were Rise in unemployment, Online learning will act as a critical lifeline for education Salary, payment to the employees irrespective of their capability, Lack of technological knowledge to access the online learning method, Requirement of technically sound system.
