Cet article explore les divergences d’attentes des parties prenantes d’une activite externalisee : l’accueil des visiteurs en entreprise, sujet demeurant largement inexplore dans la litterature. Grâce a une etude combinant entretiens, observations et etudes de documents internes, et impliquant un directeur de services generaux agissant comme donneur d’ordre, des responsables de site, des representants de l’entreprise prestataire de service, et des hotesses en poste sur site, cette recherche met en lumiere d’importantes disparites d’attente qui rendent problematique la satisfaction du client. Nous avancons l’idee qu’une meilleure prise en compte des attentes et du contexte de chacun et davantage de consideration pour les hotesses en poste amelioreraient grandement la prestation.

La présente publication, en accès libre sur Huma-Num, résulte d’un Projet Collectif de Recherche (PCR) sur la céramique médiévale et moderne du bassin de la Loire moyenne qui s’inscrit dans la longue durée, puisqu’il a commencé en 1996 et a déjà fait l’objet de deux suppléments à la RACF (Husi 2003 dir. https://www.persee.fr/issue/sracf_1159-7151_2003_ant1 et Husi 2013 dir. https://journals.openedition.org/racf/1860).Cette publication a comme objectif d’appréhender : (i) la question de la chronologie à partir d’une démarche archéo-statistique originale ; (ii) les questions économiques sociales et culturelles notamment liées aux traditions de fabrication, aux flux et aux échanges de récipients au sein et à l’extérieur de l’espace retenu et dans la longue durée (6e-19e s.) ; (iii) la question de la pertinence de la céramique comme source essentielle de la culture matérielle, comme indicateur fonctionnel des sites et social des habitants.Nous avons fait ici le choix d’un format de publication logiciste dont l’originalité est de proposer une lecture rapide et à plusieurs niveaux du raisonnement, des résultats et de l’argumentaire à partir d’une masse importante de données. En effet, l’analyse logiciste est fondée sur des opérations logiques, dites d’inférence, à double lecture, dans un sens sur un raisonnement empirico-inductif d’inférence par généralisation des observations et dans l’autre sur un raisonnement hypothético-déductif d’inférence déduite des prémisses, excluant de fait des textes longs et descriptifs.L’architecture de la publication s’articule autour de sept grands blocs qui se déclinent de la manière suivante : (Bloc 1) La chronologie, préalable indispensable à tout discours historique, construite à partir d'une démarche archéo-statistique originale aboutissant à une périodisation générale des sites et des ensembles à l’origine de la chrono-typologie de la céramique ; (Bloc 2) les diagrammes logicistes subdivisés en deux sections, représentent graphiquement la structure arborescente des chaînes d’inférence entre les propositions logicistes ; (Bloc 3) une suite de propositions logicistes fondées sur l’analyse commentée des données primaires, introduites pour chacune des deux sections par un court texte de synthèse des résultats historiques ; (Bloc 4) les méthodes archéo-statistiques élaborées pour analyser un corpus de données volumineux ; (Bloc 5) les planches chrono-typologiques de synthèse réalisées par sous-espaces constitutifs du bassin de la Loire moyenne et les répertoires typologiques ; (Bloc 6) les données mobilisées dans le cadre de cette publication ; (Bloc 7) deux études thématiques abordant (i) la question des périodes de transition (ii) un type de récipient particulier, les cloches de cuisson en terre cuite chamottée.Enfin sont présentées les notices de sites et d’assemblages céramiques comprenant une rapide explication du contexte archéologique, les planches de dessins et l’accès aux données pour chaque assemblage. Bien que volumineux, donc quelque peu en contradiction avec le choix d’une publication logiciste, ce chapitre doit être perçu comme un ensemble d’informations supplémentaires à la lecture de la publication logiciste.Les méthodes archéo-statistiques élaborées pour l’analyse de données mobilière volumineuses sont développées dans le cadre du projet interdisciplinaire SPARTAAS, collaboration entre le laboratoire Archéologie et Territoires (UMR CITERES-LAT, CNRS/Université de Tours) et le laboratoire de mathématiques de l’Université de Nantes (UMR LMJL, CNRS/Université de Nantes). Outre l’usage fréquent de liens hypertextes mettant en relation des différents blocs, la publication se réfère également à la base de données en ligne du réseau d’information sur la céramique médiévale et moderne ICERAMM.

The stone of Saint-Samson is a Neolithic stele of 70 tons and 10 m of probable length. Its intriguing leaning position and its very regular morphology have aroused curiosity since medieval times. Three of its four faces—oriented towards the cardinal points—display engravings that were discovered in the 1970s. Now, a new recording protocol has combined 2D techniques for emphasizing the contrast of the engravings (oblique rotating lights) and 3D methods for restoring the volumes of the support (photogrammetry, structured-light scanner). The results obtained have made it possible to implement the first structural analysis of the stone. The north and west faces show an opposition between domestic (cattle, goats) and wild animals (suidae, cervidae, birds, cetaceans), depicted confronted and with their horns or tusks clearly visible. The south face was reserved for the human figure and for iconic artefacts (polished axe, throwing stick, ring disk, steering oar). The four faces have in common the presence of boats. The relationship linking the monument to waterways and the sea is approached by analysing both local legends and the phenomenon of the tidal wave.

Le site de Vauvert, repéré d’avion par G.Leroux en 1992, se compose de fossés pour la plupart profondément creusés dans les schistes précambriens. Ils limitent plusieurs parcelles carrées ou rectangulaires. La plus ancienne, établie à la fin du viesiècle ou au siècle suivant constitue sans doute le noyau initial du site. Plusieurs parcelles vont venir progressivement entourer cet enclos primitif dont nous n’avons pu fouiller qu’une petite partie, le reste ayant été détruit juste avant l’évaluation de J.-C.Meuret en 1999. Les structures d’habitat découvertes sont rares et souvent mal conservées. Elles se résument à un four domestique, une fosse complexe, quelques trous de poteau, des fosses-tranchées énigmatiques et une sépulture établie dans le fond d’un fossé. La partie explorée de ce site, qui appartient à la périphérie d’un habitat beaucoup plus vaste, n’est plus occupée après la période carolingienne. The Vauvert site, identified from the air by G. Leroux in 1992, consists of ditches most deeply cut in precambrian schists, which delimit several square rectangular plots. The earliest, established by the end of Vth century AD or during the following one, is probably the initial nucleus of the site. Several others progressively surround this basic enclosure; we could only excavate a small part, the rest having been destroyed just before evaluation by J.-C. Meuret in 1999. The domestic structures are few and often ill-preserved: a domestic hearth, a complex pit, some postholes, some engmatic ditches and a grave placed in the bottom of a ditch. The explored part of the site, which belongs to the periphery of a much larger settlement, is no longer occupied after the Carolingian period.

Lithium is the standard treatment for bipolar disorder. It has long been contra-indicated during pregnancy because of its teratogenicity, especially regarding cardiac anomalies. More recent epidemiological studies show that the teratogenic risk of lithium has been overestimated in the past. When caring for a pregnant bipolar woman, physicians should consider the risk of fetal exposure to a mood stabilizer but also the risk of relapse if the treatment is interrupted. We have conducted a literature review on this subject. In the second part of the article, we have looked at the authors' recommendations about possible administration of lithium during pregnancy, timing of prophylaxis and precautions to minimize risks.

International audience; Multiple filamentation in a high concentration solution of coumarin 153 in ethanol is studied. It is shown that the output filament pattern may be controlled by placing diffractive elements (circular aperture, edge) in the input beam path. These filaments are formed in highly reproducible arrays along diffraction maxima corresponding to the element used. Experimental results are supported by numerical simulations. They confirm that diffraction-induced intensity gradients swamp modulational instability on the wavefront, forcing filaments to form along diffraction maxima. The effect of two-photon absorption by coumarin molecules on filament patterns is also investigated over a range of dye concentrations. Control results are finally exploited in the production of arrays of localized lasing filaments, which should open novel applications. The resultant lasing sources are mutually coherent and highly repeatable from shot-to-shot, as is shown by their far-field interference patterns.

First, we derive the propagation equations starting from the Maxwell equations. We remind of the main physical phenomena undergone by ultrashort and powerful laser pulses. First self-focusing occurs, owing to the Kerr response of the medium. This self-focusing is stopped by plasma generation from the laser-induced ionization of the ambient atoms. The propagation of the wave generates a supercontinuum through self-phase modulation. We recall the main results concerning the simple and multiple filamentations of an intense wave, induced by the beam inhomogeneities and which take place as soon as the beam power is above critical. In a second part, we investigate the influence of high-order nonlinearities on the propagation of the beam and especially on its filamentation pattern. To control the multifilamentation process, we investigate in a third part the propagation of beams with special designs, namely; Gradient- and vortex-shaped beams. We justify the robustness of this latter kind of optical objects. Eventually, we investigate multifilamentation patterns of femtosecond pulses in a fog tube and in cells of ethanol doped with coumarine, for different beam configurations.; Nous présentons différents aspects de la propagation d'impulsions laser ultra-courtes dans les milieux transparents. Tout d'abord, après avoir établi les équations de propagation à partir des équations de Maxwell, nous rappelons les principaux phénomènes physiques auxquels sont soumises les impulsions ultra-courtes et de forte puissance se propageant dans un milieu transparent. Celles-ci subissent de l'auto-focalisation causée par la réponse Kerr du milieu. Cette auto-focalisation est stoppée par la création d'un plasma produit par l'ionisation photonique des molécules du milieu. La propagation de l'onde laser génère aussi un supercontinuum par auto-modulation de phase. Enfin, on rappelle les principaux résultats concernant la filamentation simple ou multiple de l'onde provenant des inhomogénéités du faisceau et qui a lieu lorsque la puissance initiale du laser est supérieure au seuil d'auto-focalisation. Dans une deuxième partie, nous nous intéressons à l'influence de non-linéarités optiques d'ordre élevé sur la propagation de l'onde et sur la figure de filamentation créée. Dans une troisième partie, afin de contrôler la filamentation multiple, nous analysons la propagation de faisceaux particuliers: les impulsions optiques femtosecondes avec gradient fort et les vortex. Nous justifions les propriétés de robustesse de ces derniers type d'objets optiques. Enfin, nous examinons la filamentation multiple d'impulsions ultra-courtes à travers une chambre à brouillard, et dans les cellules d'éthanol dopées à la coumarine, pour différentes configurations du faisceau.

International audience; The filamentation of powerful, ultrashort laser pulses in liquids is investigated. It is shown that the multiple filaments produced in ethanol can be modified into controllable, regular patterns by doping the medium with dyes at high concentrations. Experimental results are confirmed by three-dimensional numerical simulations. Pump-dump pulse experiments furthermore reveal that the stimulated emission from excited dye molecules in the bundle can be locked in phase and leads to bright interference patterns.

We examine the robustness of ultrashort optical vortices propagating freely in the atmosphere. We first approximate the stability regions of femtosecond spinning pulses as a function of their topological charge. Next, we numerically demonstrate that atmospheric optical vortices are capable of conveying high power levels in air over hundreds of meters before they break up into filaments.

The influence of atmospheric aerosols on the filamentation patterns created by TW laser beams over $10\phantom{\rule{0.3em}{0ex}}\mathrm{m}$ propagation scales is investigated, both experimentally and numerically. From the experimental point of view, it is shown that dense fogs dissipate quasi-linearly the energy in the beam envelope and diminish the number of filaments in proportion. This number is strongly dependent on the power content of the beam. The power per filament is evaluated to about 5 critical powers for self-focusing in air. From the theoretical point of view, numerical computations confirm that a dense fog composed of micrometric droplets acts like a linear dissipator of the wave envelope. Beams subject to linear damping or to collisions with randomly-distributed opaque droplets are compared.

The atmospheric propagation of femtosecond pulses with a phase singularity is investigated. Vortex beams are shown to constitute robust structures able to convey high powers over long distances, before they break up by azimuthal instability.

The influence of higher-order optical nonlinearities on the self-guiding of femtosecond pulses in the atmosphere is investigated theoretically. ${\ensuremath{\chi}}^{(5)}$ susceptibility, even small, is shown to significantly affect the propagation dynamics and enhance the robustness of femtosecond filaments by lowering the threshold intensity at which the beam saturates and by enlarging the self-channeling range.
