RESUMEN La leche de cabra y sus derivados son importantes a nivel mundial debido a sus componentes nutrimentales que brinda al ser humano. No obstante, existen factores importantes que influyen en la calidad y composición, uno de ellos es la dieta. Se ha reportado que el forraje, además de ser fuente de macronutrientes, puede proporcionar compuestos bioactivos como flavonoides, considerados como antioxidantes. Mediante un estudio etnobológico se identificaron las especies de plantas forrajeras consumidas por cabras en libre pastoreo en la microrregión de Coyopolan, Ixhuacán de los Reyes, Veracruz, entre las cuales destaca la zarzamora silvestre (Rubus adenotrichus). Las plantas identificadas, fueron caracterizadas por un tamiz fitoquímico preliminar. La incorporación de flavonoides en la leche se realizó con la modificación de la dieta en un hato caprino de la raza Alpina; se usó follaje de zarzamora (R. adenotrichus). Se determinaron los cambios bromatológicos de la leche y el contenido de flavonoides durante 30 días que duró el experimento. Los extractos etanólicos de zarzamora mostraron mayor presencia de flavonoides, alcaloides, terpenos/esteroles y en menor grado la presencia de cumarinas y saponinas. Las cabras alimentadas con forraje de zarzamora presentaron incorporación de flavonoides en la leche, sin mostrar diferencias significativas en los parámetros bromatológicos respecto al grupo testigo. La dieta caprina tiene un efecto importante en la incorporación de sustancias bioactivas como los flavonoides, ya que se encontró su presencia en la leche de cabras cuya dieta fue modificada. ABSTRACT Goat milk and its products are very important worldwide due to its nutritional components that it provides to human beings. However, there are many important factors that influence the quality and composition of milk, one of them is the diet of goats. It has been reported that fodder, in addition to providing macronutrients, bioactive compounds such as flavonoids are antioxidants. A botanical study identifies the main species of plants consumed by goats at the Micro-region of Coyopolan, Ixhuacán de los Reyes, Veracruz. Identifying the wild blackberry (Rubus adenotrichus). The plants identified were characterized by a preliminary phytochemical test. The incorporation of flavonoids in goat milk was carried out with the modification of the diet in a goat herd of the Alpinas breed; The quality of the foliage content of blackberry (Rubus adenotrichus). The changes in the bromatological parameters of the milk and the flavonoid content were determined during 30 days of the experiment. The ethanolic extracts of forage plants indicated flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenes / sterols, coumarins and saponins. The extracts of black-berry were the ones with the highest flavonoid content. The goats fed with blackberry forage include the incorporation of flavonoids in the milk produced, without showing differences in the bromatological parameters with respect to the control group. Currently, most of the tellurium is recovered as a by-product in the anode sludges of the electro-refining of the copper. Due to its application in the production of photovoltaic cells, the importance of this metal has increased, beginning the study of techniques for the treatment of minerals that contain Te and Au, such as the calaverite (AuTe2), sylvanite ((Au, Ag)Te2) and others. Therefore, it is important the development of the electrowinning as a technique for the recuperation of gold and tellurium. This study presents the electrochemical study of the electrowinning of gold and tellurium from cyanidation solutions. The methodology consisted of four stages: the first, thermodynamic modeling of the metals of interest; the second, electrochemical study; the third, the electrodeposition; and finally, the characterization of the solids obtained. With the thermodynamic modeling, it was established that the electrodeposition must be developed at pH grater at 10. With the electrochemical analysis by voltammetry, the reduction potentials of the metal of interest were found. At pH 13 a reduction potential of Te of -1.05 V vs SCE ([Te]=500 ppm) was detected, and a potential of -0.93 V vs SCE for gold ([Au]=50 ppm) was detected. Adding 20 ppm of CN and with both metals in solution, a reduction potential of -0.9 V vs SCE for gold and -1.2 V vs SCE for the tellurium was measured. By chronoamperometry a diffusion coefficient of 1.0823 x10-7 cm2/s for the Te and the Au 1.1463 x10-5 cm2/s were found. By electrowinning, it was recovered 20.93% of gold and 17.65% of tellurium (pH 13, T = 25°C, 3.0 V, 24 h, [Au]0 = 100 ppm, [Te]0 = 129.56 ppm and [CN]0 = 52.8 ppm). With the applied potentials, it was not obtained a selective recovery, that is, a deposit containing both metals was formed. Furthermore, in the analysis by MEB, it was observed that the gold was deposited over the cathode as a layer of round particles while the Te is deposited on the gold particles and in dendritic form. Actualmente, la mayor parte del teluro es recuperado como un subproducto en los lodos anódicos de la electro-refinación del cobre. Debido al uso de teluro en la elaboración de celdas fotovoltaicas, la importancia de este metal ha incrementado, dando inicio al estudio de técnicas para el tratamiento de minerales que contienen Te asociado con Au, tales como la calaverita (AuTe2), silvanita ((Au,Ag)Te2), entre otros. Por lo anterior, se deriva el interés en la electrodepositación como técnica para la recuperación de oro y teluro. En este trabajo se presenta el estudio electroquímico de la electrodepositación de oro y teluro de las soluciones de cianuración. La metodología consistió en cuatro etapas: la primera, la modelación termodinámica de los metales de interés; la segunda, el estudio electroquímico; la tercera, la electrodepositación; y finalmente, la caracterización de los sólidos obtenidos. Con la modelación termodinámica, se estableció que la electrodepositación debe efectuarse a pH mayores de 10. Con el análisis electroquímico mediante voltametría, se encontraron los potenciales a los cuales ocurre la reducción de los metales de estudio. A pH 13 se detectó un potencial de reducción de Te de -1.05 V vs ECS ([Te]=500 ppm) y un potencial de -0.93 V vs ECS para el oro ([Au]=50 ppm). Añadiendo 20 ppm de CN y con ambos metales en solución, se detectó un potencial de reducción de -0.9 V vs ECS para Au y -1.2 V vs ECS para el Te. Mediante cronoamperometría se encontró un coeficiente de difusión de 1.0823 x10-7 cm2/s para el Te y para el oro 1.1463 x10-5 cm2/s. Con la electrodepositación, se obtuvo una recuperación de 20.93% de oro y 17.65% de teluro (pH 13, T = 25°C, 3.0 V, 24 h, [Au]0 = 100 ppm, [Te]0 = 129.56 ppm y [CN]0 = 52.8 ppm). Con los potenciales aplicados no se obtuvo una recuperación selectiva, es decir, se formó un depósito conteniendo a ambos metales. Además, en el análisis con MEB se observó que el oro se deposita sobre el cátodo en forma de una capa de partículas redondas mientras que el Te se deposita sobre las partículas de oro y en forma dendrítica.

The present work of investigation titled labor stress and organizational climate in the collaborators of the Hospital of the Solidarity Chiclayo, 2018, had like general objective To determine the level of relation that exists between stress and organizational climate in collaborators, with a non experimental experimental design, cross-section of correlational type, taking as a sample a total of 30 technicians to whom a data collection instrument was applied, this being the Likert scale, which was validated according to expert judgment with a reliability level of 0.889. It was verified that the variables of work stress and organizational climate are related in an inverse and significant way (- 0.653) and given that p- value (0.000)

La presente tesis tiene como objetivo principal desarrollar el Índice de Progreso Social del distrito de Cutervo en la ciudad de Cajamarca, el cual está basado en tres dimensiones: (a) Necesidades Básicas, (b) Fundamentos de Bienestar, y (c) Oportunidades, esta investigación busca medir el desempeño social y ambiental del distrito, y con ello identificar las principales áreas de acción en las que entidades del sector público y privado se podrán focalizar para su desarrollo buscando mejorar la calidad de vida de sus habitantes. La investigación tiene un enfoque de tipo cuantitativo mediante el cual se busca encontrar los resultados del IPS, se basó en la recolección de datos mediante un cuestionario brindado por la Social Progress Imperative y CENTRUM Católica aplicado a los jefes de hogar del distrito, el cual fue dividido en cinco zonas. La información recolectada fue procesada y analizada utilizando los programas estadísticos SPSS Statistics 24.0 y StataMP- 14, hallándose el Alpha de Cronbach y KMO para asegurar la consistencia interna y el ajuste de los indicadores de los componentes de la herramienta IPS. La medición realizada en el distrito de Cutervo dio como resultado un IPS de 38.09, el cual lo ubicó a un nivel “Muy bajo”, con dimensiones caracterizadas por estar clasificadas como Bajo y Extremo bajo; así también se demostró que sólo dos componentes: Agua y saneamiento básico y Tolerancia e Inclusión muestran indicadores alentadores “Medio alto” y “Alto” respectivamente, generando ello la necesidad de mejora en todos los demás componentes analizados. Estas debilidades encontradas en el distrito de Cutervo por el Índice de Progreso Social deben ser conocidas y gestionadas por los agentes públicos y privados, para un actuar con políticas y programas más focalizados que ayuden a mejorar la calidad de sus habitantes. The main objective of this thesis is to develop the Social Progress Index of Cutervo district in Cajamarca city, which is based in three dimensions: (a) Basic Needs, (b) Foundations of Wellbeing, and (c) Opportunities. This investigation looks for to measure the district’s social and environmental performance, and with this identifying the main action areas in which public and private sectors’ entities will be able to focus for its development looking to improve population’s quality of life. This is a quantitive-approach-type investigation that looks for the SPI results. This investigation was based on data collection through a questionary provided by Social Progress Imperative and CENTRUM Catholica, which was applied to the household heads of the district, which was divided in five areas. Collected information was processed and analysed using statistics programas such as SPSS Statistics 24.0 and StataMP-14, finding Crobanch’s Alpha, and KMO to ensure intern consistency and indicators adjustment to SPI tools’ components. The measurement performed at Cutervo district resulted in a SPI of 38,09 which located it in a “Very low” level, with dimensions carachterized for being clasified as Low and Extreme Low; additionally it was demonstrated that only two components: Water and basic sanitation, and Tolerance and Inclusion show encouraging indicators such as “Upper Middle” and “High” respectively, generating an improvement necessity in every other analysed components. The weaknesses found in Cutervo district by the Social Progress Index must be known and managed by public and private agents in order to act with policies and programs more focused on improving populations’ quality of life.
