Search

Zavádění předmětu Krizové řízení jak ve veřejné správě, tak v akademické obci bylo provázeno některými zvláštnostmi. Snaha o naplnění harmonogramu zpracování krizových plánů vedla k okamžitému školení všech aktérů jak ve státní správě, tak v samosprávě. V neposlední řadě vznikla poptávka výuky krizového řízení i v akademické sféře. Celý tento proces autor popisuje, poukazuje přitom na zvláštnosti a zároveň na zvyšující se úroveň výuky tohoto předmětu, zejména v akademické sféře. Introducing the subject of Crisis Management in the public administration and academic sphere was associated with specific issues. Efforts to meet the schedule within which the emergency plans should be created, led to immediate training of all participants in the state and municipal administration. Subsequently, there was a demand for Crisis Management teaching in the academic sphere. The entire process is described in the text. Enhancing this subject’s teaching standards remains in the focus at all educational levels.

Title: Analysis of ice and water rescue statistics. Objectives: The aim is to describe the work of rescuers during rescue operations on ice and water, to describe the watercourses and water areas freezing process, to describe hydrology of watercourses and water areas, to inform about the numbers of ice and water rescue interventions in past years and in each of Czech republic's regions and to determine a time series data tendency of ice and water rescue statistics - to predict whether the rescue interventions numbers will increase or decrease in the years to come. Methods: Literature and study sources research and their further summarization, ice and water rescue statistics analysis by determining the time series data tendency (trends) by calculating linear regression parameters of these statistics, tendencies visualization using graphs and heatmaps. Results: According to data analysis of years 2006 - 2021, water and ice rescue numbers will be decreasing in the future. On the other hand data analysis of years 2014 - 2021 predict an increase in these numbers. The conclusion is that the ice and water rescue numbers will be increasing in the future, although the numbers will not be as high as of past years of 2006 - 2014. Title: Project of crisis preparedness for an epidemic in the home for elderly. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out how the social services workers had been prepared for the COVID-19 epidemic based on their own experience. Methods: The questionare was created for this research. The respondents had the choice of several options in the multiple-choice questions ,which was given by the type of research question. For several questions respondents had the opportunity to extend the question with their own answer. The scale from 1 to 10 was used for answering to two questions and the scale from 1 to 5 was used for one question. Results: The result of this bachelor thesis is findings that at the beginning of the COVID-19 epidemic social workers had not been prepared for this situation. The next waves of COVID-19 epidemic have highlighted the areas of the contingency plan that the social workers need to focus on in order to be better prepared for epidemic like COVID-19. Title: Knowledge of the Principles of Public Behaviour in Emergencies among Ninth Grade Pupils of Primary Schools in Prague and Litoměřice Objectives: The diploma thesis aims to determine level of knowledge of principles of public behaviour in emergencies among ninth grade pupils in Prague and Litoměřice, specifically floods, chemical accident, fires and storms. Methods: compilation, survey questionnaire, analysis Results: Knowledge of the Principles of Public Behaviour in Emergencies among Ninth Grade Pupils were above average. Success rate of right answers was detected at 76 %. The knowledge of this specific field is sufficient due to overview teaching. At only three questions the answers did not exceed 50 %. As a weak spots can be indicated knowledge about general warning and principles during chamical accident. In comparation Litoměřice had better results by two percentage points than Prague. Title: Overview of knowledge of children in primary and secondary school about the integrated rescue system. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out what knowledge students in primary and secondary school have about the integrated rescue system. Furthermore, to compare individual answers of students between the two schools. Methods: For this research, an electronic questionnaire was created on the survio.com website. Results: Pupils from both schools have a great overview of the integrated rescue system. The high school students answered flawlessly, with some exceptions. Title: Dog training for the Mountain Rescue Service Objectives: The aim of this work is to compile a comprehensive set of information related to dog training for the Mountain Rescue Service and to describe other circumstances without which the training would not be successful. Methods: The research method and data and information collection methods were used for the sake of this work as well as the methods of analysis and synthesis of information obtained from the issue of rescue cynology and analysis of statistics on the use of dogs at the Mountain Service in the last six years. Results: The training of a dog for area and avalanche searching for mountain services and other factors that lead to the successful inclusion of a rescue dog in services are described in this work. Title: Analysis of the activities of selected fire brigade units of the Fire and Rescue Service ot the Czech Republic in different geographical conditions. Title: Canine service in the Integrated Rescue Systém Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the current possibilities of using dogs in components of the integrated rescue system. Methods: A combination of several scientific explanatory methods, especially logical ones, was used to achieve the objectives. Analysis and synthesis methods that are interrelated and verified are the main methods used. The research conducted within the bachelor thesis was focused primarily on the possibility of using dogs in various components of the integrated rescue system. Title: The Analysis of the Development of Physical Capability of Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic in Plzeň Region in 2012-2019 Objectives: The analysis of physical capability of members of Fire Rescue Corps in Plzeň region. The object of diploma thesis is to determine the current state of physical capability of members of Fire Rescue Corps. Moreover, to assess the development of physical capability in last seven years. An average age is 40 years. The results of strength disciplines positively increase and physical capability in this field increase as well. On the contrary, the results of endurance disciplines deteriorate. The most surprising finding is a deteriorating result in running. Title: Emergencies in nuclear power plants Objectives: The aim of this work is to summarize information about emergency plans of nuclear power plants Temelín, Dukovany and the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. Methods: Descriptive-analytical methods are used as methods in this work. Study sources and their subsequent research were used to develop this work. Results: The result is a summary of information on the emergency plans of the Temelín and Dukovany nuclear power plants and on the accident was the largest nuclear power plant accident in history. The current nuclear power plants in the Czech Republic place great emphasis on the prevention of nuclear accidents and on the overall safety of operation. Title: Factors of Motivation for Firefighter's Service Performance. Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe factors of motivation for firefighter's service performance and to further analyze them. Methods: Methods used to obtain information and data are: Survey, analysis of printed, internet and legislative documents sources. Results: Description of individual factors of firefighter's motivation and their analysis in questionnaire survey. The results of the questionnaire survey confirm that the main factors of firefighter's service performance are the team, assistance to people and the process of service. This is mostly internal motivation, which is process oriented not goal oriented. It has been confirmed that the work of a firefighter is more of a lifestyle than work despite a strong mental and physical burden and its consequences. Title: Analysis of test on physical competence of Joint Rescue System's members. Objectives: The main purpose is to analyze tests of physical competence of Joint Rescue System's members. Methods: The method of analysis was used in the work. The method of analysis was applied in the analysis of individual tests of physical fitness for the described components of the Joint Rescue System. Results: We've found that the physical tests of the components of the Joint Rescue System differ in the number and difficulty of individual physical tests. Differences were also found in the division into groups according to gender, age and job classification. However, the same elements in the strength of physical tests were also proven. Title: Analysis of the activities of the Police of the Czech Republic in the field of crime 2017- 2019 Objectives: This thesis objective is about the processing and statistical expression of actions of the Police of the Czech Republic for the period 2017 - 2019 in the Czech Republic. Another objective is to create a comprehensive overview of the history, activities, and areas of criminal police in individual regions and all territory of the Czech Republic Methods: This thesis uses methods of content analysis, data mining from available resources and materials, method of descriptive statistics and subsequent comparison of data. The data obtained are presented graphs and via tables, which are described and reviewed. Results: The result of the thesis is a complex description of the Police of the Czech Republic from its inception to the present, its operation and legislative competence. The operations of the criminal police are also described, and concepts related to it. Numerical data of all interventions by the Police of the Czech Republic in crime for the period 2017 - 2019 are written and evaluated here.
