The Gateway Marketing and Management Association is a local chapter of Delta Epsilon Chi, the postsecondary affiliate of Distributive Education Clubs of America. This vocational student organization provides leadership training and marketing skill development to prepare students for competition at state and national levels. (JOW)

Postsecondary vocational students organizations are effective avenues by which students can obtain additional skills, thus improving their chances for finding employment. For instance, the local chapter of Delta Epsilon Chi's Gateway Marketing and Management Assn members acknowledge the leadership skills and knowledge they have acquired from the organization. Kari Aiello and Drew Berben, are among the successful members whose vocational student organization experience have helped them find employment in their field of expertise.
