В настоящее время происходящие в нашей стране различные социально-экономические преобразования выдвигают на повестку дня такую важную проблему, как воспитание и перевоспитание подростков с девиантным и аддиктивным поведением. Эта проблема имеет сегодня особую актуальность, поскольку связана с ростом подростковой преступности, ведущей, к сожалению, к увеличению количества рецидивных преступлений, совершаемых подростками, чему часто способствует безнадзорность несовершеннолетних. В этой связи педагогическая действительность наполняется сегодня новыми понятиями, и одним из рассматриваемых в данной статье является пространственный подход к ресоциализации. Исходя из этого целью настоящего исследования является анализ причин девиантного поведения подростков; раскрытие сущности пространственного подхода; выявление возможностей пространственного подхода при ресоциализации подростков.

Изучение практики формирования у студентов университета саморазвития исследовательской компетенции показывает, что данный процесс будет успешным настолько, насколько полно будут учтены компоненты ее содержания с точки зрения возможности достижения ими позитивных результатов в самоорганизации своей исследовательской деятельности. В этой связи, становится актуальным выявление сущностно-содержательной характеристики саморазвития исследовательской компетенции студентов педагогической магистратуры. Исходя из данной проблематики, в статье раскрываются следующие аспекты: саморазвитие как ресурс развития субъекта при его активной позиции; компетенция как способность индивида решать профессиональные задачи; основные элементы приобретаемых студентами компетенций; основные личностные качества исследовательской компетенции студента; сущность саморазвития исследовательской компетенции.

В настоящее время обучение в педагогической магистратуре акцентировано на субъективном развитии и саморазвитии личности будущего учителя, способного на основе инновационных технологий выходить за пределы своей нормативной деятельности, направляя ее в исследовательское русло, а также трансформировать свой исследовательский потенциал в личностно-деятельностную форму. В связи с этим, в статье рассматриваются организационные формы проведения занятий, условия эффективности педагогической практики, параметры исследовательского потенциала, комплексные задачи педагогической магистратуры, качества профессионально-педагогической культуры, междисциплинарный характер исследовательской деятельности студентов, уровни овладения педагогической профессией.

The fast development of communicational and informational technologies has led to the increase of active young internet users and over the last 3 years their number has more than doubled. Nowadays, comprehensive mass and general education activities are organized through teaching in the context of educational digitalization, with the purpose of providing equal opportunities for all learners. General education and communication through internet require relevant preparation in elementary school. The purpose of this study is twofold: firstly, to identify the characteristics of using educational websites in professional activity of elementary school teacher in the Russian Federation and secondly, to develop methodological recommendations on effective usage of educational websites. Research was carried out in the city of Kazan (Tatarstan, Russia). In this research we used query-diagnostic methods (surveys, interviews) that help to reveal particularities of applying educational web sites in teaching process of elementary school children in Russian Federation. Materials and results of research could be interesting for elementary school teachers, parents of schoolchildren and school administration.

Purpose of the Study: Risks have become an integral part of the modern world. Elevated risk levels resulted from an accelerated pace that modern society has developed at, extreme degree of digitalization and informatization of human life. The system of education is therefore challenged by additional tasks to educate future generations for situations of risk. In view of this, this research aims to find and justify a suitable measure to evaluate the effectiveness of the ‘at-risk teacher training’ model. The purpose of this empiric study is to examine whether the ‘at-risk teacher training’ model is efficient. Methodology: Beta-testing of the model of ‘at-risk teacher training’ has been run in the Institute of psychology and education at Kazan Federal University since 2013. The research tool used is the questionnaire on coping strategies developed by Heim. Main Findings: According to Russian researchers studying risks, a teacher’s willingness to work in risk situations is defined as the noxological competence. Noxological competence includes situational, motivational, cognitive, active, analytical, and reflexive components. Thus, the performance evaluation of the ‘at-risk teacher training’ model equals assessment of the noxological competence development of teachers. However, there is no single measure that can assess all components of the noxological competencies. According to this view, the authors designed the model of ‘at-risk teacher training’ building on the importance of action competencies in situations of risk which are essential for a professional teaching career in the modern world. Applications of this study: The research helped to identify student teachers’ motivation for communication, behaviour patterns in conflict situations, ability to understand non-verbal communication cues and gestures, which are referred to as essential professional teaching competencies needed to resolve and manage conflict situations. Novelty/Originality of this study: The authors suggested a possible suitable measure to evaluate the effectiveness of the ‘at-risk teacher training’ model.

An appeal to the personalistic component of the history of mathematics, stories about scientists who have contributed to its development, contribute to the implementation of the educational aspect in the teaching of mathematics. A question arises: how can a mathematics teacher shape the moral qualities of a child, including patriotic and international feelings; what pedagogical means he can use at the same time; how to prepare a teacher for this type of activity at a university. Based on the purpose of the study, the case study method was chosen as the main tool, which allowed us to carefully study the data (biographical materials) in a certain context (in terms of their educational potential). Biographies of outstanding mathematicians were analyzed and cases related to the manifestation of their qualities in various life situations were identified. The publications and experience of teachers were considered in terms of the possibility of including this material in the process of teaching mathematics. The empirical experience of implementing the process of training a teacher-educator in the framework of teaching methodological and mathematical disciplines and organizing extracurricular activities of a professional orientation was generalized. As a result, the main directions of work on the implementation of educational activities through the appeal to the patterns of behavior of the creators of mathematics were identified: the creation of biographical essays and the preparation of presentations that reveal personal experience and career trajectory; the inclusion in the discussion of the actions and facts from the life of outstanding mathematicians; the inclusion in the discussion of actions and facts from the life of these wonderful people; preparation of brief historical notes on the discoveries of Russian mathematicians of different historical periods and other near-mathematical events; making presentations, wall newspapers (traditional or interactive) or video clips, organizing mathematical holidays, etc. The practical significance of the materials of this article lies in the fact that the developed system of work, including getting to know the cases from the life of scientists in the framework of training sessions, setting practice-oriented tasks for organizing independent work of students and organizing extracurricular educational activities in the form of group projects, contributes to the formation of the future teacher's readiness to use the educational potential of cases from the life of scientists in educational work.

Contemporary development of informational technologies conditions necessity to change the ways of learning activity in education. Renovated informational and educational environment has new possibilities for effective teaching of children. At the same time pedagogical community is concerned by problem of quality decrease in learners' mathematical training, including elementary school children. The reasons in decreasing the quality of mathematical training are various -these are weak will in overcoming difficulties, absence at lessons, low level of cognitive activity and other causes. It is needed and very important to use new possibilities of informational and educational environment in organizing mathematics' teaching of junior pupils. So, qualitative educational result can be achieved only in conditions of teaching mathematics to junior pupils in modern informational and educational environment that can provide neutralization of various causes in quality decrease of mathematical training. One of the most effective digital education sources are educational platforms. With the help of these platforms, there can be filled blanks in knowledge and worked out skills of learners. Purpose of this research: analysis of Russian-language educational platforms with intent of effective usage in teaching mathematics to children of junior school age. Research was carried out in Kazan city of Russian Federation Tatarstan Republic. In this research, there were applied comparative and correlative analyses, survey and diagnostic methods (questionnaires, tests) that help to find effective Russian-language educational platforms for usage in teaching mathematics to children of junior school age. The introduction of new standards of mathematical education requires to stop understanding of the learning process as the transfer of ready-made knowledge and experience. Educational activity built on the principle of self-construction of knowledge by schoolchildren is highly demanded in new environment. Tasks with parameters have high learning, development, research and diagnostic potential. It allows to identify and in the process of teaching mathematics to prepare students who possess subject knowledge at the highest level, corresponding to the trends of the time. The urgency of the problem under study is determined by the need for students to form the ability to solve problems with parameters in order to achieve high results in mathematical, intellectual and personal development. The aim of the research is to develop a methodology for teaching students how to solve problems with parameters as an effective means of high-quality mathematical studies. The authors have identified main methods for solving problems with parameters and approaches to their study, and proved the theoretical basis for the application of these methods in the learning process. Therefore, they have shown the role of the propaedeutic stage of teaching graphic methods for solving problems with parameters, its goals, objectives and content. The authors suggest a methodology for designing a system of tasks that contributes to achieving high learning outcomes, which has passed multi-stage approbation. Moreover, they prove the need to use the Live Mathematics software as an effective visualization tool for studying graphic methods for solving problems with parameters. The methodology described in the article can be used by teachers at school and extracurricular mathematics classes, by the authors of textbooks for students and teachers, and it can also be the basis for a special course for students of pedagogical universities.

The relevance of the problem is caused by the rapid development of Internet-addiction of modern teenagers and young people as a form of addictive behavior. Necessity to start an earlier preventive work with children is recognized in the scientific and professional community as an important socio-pedagogical problem. The aim of the research is to develop and test a pilot program to prevent teenager's Internet addiction. The authors present a model of psycho-pedagogical prevention of Internet-addiction for 10-15 year old pupils in school and family, as well as the results of the pilot program. A model of preventive work with children and parents, which includes target, content, technological and resultative components is theoretically developed and experimentally implemented. It is proved that the work of school teachers and psychologists on prevention of Internet-addiction should be carried out both with children and their parents on a particular program. This model was the basis for a pilot program aimed at: a) primary psychological and pedagogical prevention of internet-addiction of children; b) providing psychological and pedagogical assistance to parents in solving this problem.

The issue under study is urgent today because there is a necessity for students to develop skills in working with the mathematical problem at the final stage of its solution in order to get excellent results while learning geometry and when encouraging intellectual and personal development. The aim of the research is to develop the theory and methodology of the final stage of working with planimetric problems as a means of improving the quality of geometry knowledge of schoolchildren. The key research method of the issue is match making between the components of the final stage of working with the mathematical problem and their corresponding operations. The research has resulted in defining the structure of the final stage of working with mathematical problems. It allowed to perform a certain set of operations composing the skill of working with the mathematical problem at the final stage of its solution. The article shows the technique for composing special tasks in order to form operations corresponding to the final stage of working with mathematical problems. It is proved that students’ ability to carry out the above described stage of solving a mathematical problem helps them to get excellent results while learning geometry. The author’s technique of teaching students to work with the mathematical problem at the final stage of its solution, proposed in the article, can be used by mathematical teachers in their practical work, by the authors of resource books for students and teachers and by students of pedagogical universities while doing their special courses.

The main goal of the present paper is to get a feedback of the Computer Science lessons in order to introduce consecutive changes in Computer Science curriculum for enhancing the efficiency of the educational process. One of the prospective ways of solving such a problem is the use of information and communication technologies that help searching for an option for enhancing the efficiency. The aim of the current research is to develop monitoring of the educational process at the Computer Science lessons with the use of information and communication technologies and the implementation of the process concerning teachers’ deliberate acquirement of monitoring skills. The essential method is monitoring that can improve the state of schooling at the Computer Science lessons by means of identifying problems and deliberate individual work. The paper deals with the step-by-step algorithm of the monitoring implementation at the Computer Science lessons. This algorithm includes the following stages: introductory and motivational, reproductive self work, productive self work and final stage. The peculiarity of monitoring is its traceability of the educational process, a phased examination and progress assessment at the Computer Science lessons. The implementation of phased monitoring at the Computer Science lessons aims at classroom management, the development of educational work and impartial progress assessment.

The present study was conducted in Semnan Science and Technology Park and aimed to analyze the relationship among intellectual property rights, open innovation, and organizational performance of 30 New Technology Based Firms (NTBFs). Senior managers, middle managers, and business owners were considered as appropriate respondents for study. A total of 140 questionnaires were distributed among the respondents, and 126 filled questionnaires were returned. The research method used in this study is descriptive-correlation and the analysis was carried out utilizing Structural Equation Modeling. The factors analysis and the findings show that intellectual property rights have a significant positive relationship with open innovation. Further, open innovation has a significant positive relationship with organizational performance. Moreover, no significant relationship between intellectual property rights and organizational performance was established. But, intellectual property rights affect organizational performance positively, through open innovation acting as a mediator.

The necessity of this study was determined by the importance of the issue of migrant children’s language adaptation. Migrant children are arriving in Russia having no knowledge of the Russian language but at the same time schools and other educational organizations are not prepared to cater to these children – there is a lack of tested methodologies that are evidence-based and effective in teaching Russian as a second language to migrant children. This study was aimed at (1) examining the process of migrant children’s language adaptation in the context of primary school education and (2) developing an effective communicative methodology for teaching Russian to migrant Muslim children and helping them adapt. The main research method used in this project was a pedagogical experiment that followed observing-reporting, formative and control stages. We also used statistical analysis and expert evaluations. 152 primary school migrant children took part in our research project. The teaching methodology was designed with respect to positive language transfer (positive cross-linguistic influence) and linguistic interference (negative cross-linguistic influence). The main distinguishing feature of the developed methodology is that it is based on the model that uses three languages in the educational process – going from the native language of children (Uzbek) to Tatar and then transitioning to Russian. Our findings confirmed the effectiveness of the developed methodology as its use helped children significantly improve their Russian with some of them achieving the level B1 in a relatively short period of time. Parents, primary school teachers and other educators might find this article interesting and useful.

The modernization of the current education system, socio-economic shifts in society and increasing migration call for changes in teacher education as today’s teachers need to be mobile, adaptable and capable of anticipating and neutralizing negative factors that arise from various risk factors in the field of education. In view of this we argue that noxological preparation is an important component in teacher education. In this study our main objective is (1) to identify the problematic areas in the psycho-pedagogical and methodological components of teacher education in a multicultural setting and (2) to test the effectiveness of simulation technologies in preparing teachers to deal with risks. Our main research methods were pedagogical modeling and the project-based approach which enabled us to create a model of working students in problem-focused groups with the use of simulation technologies and to create an assessment complex which helps evaluate the preparedness of future teachers to work under risks in a multicultural environment. Moreover, we have developed an assessment complex tool which enables to assess if teachers are prepared to work in the context of increased migration. This tool helps establish the ethnic identity types of future teachers as well as evaluate their coping strategies. We have evaluated the increasing potential of simulation technologies and how they can be used for effective multicultural teacher education; we have established the criteria for teacher competences and preparedness to deal with risks; we have identified the conditions of the effective use of simulation technologies in the informational space of a university. In order to develop the noxological competence of future teachers we have developed an educational model which aims to develop the preparedness of teachers to deal with risks with the use of simulation technologies. The materials of this study represent practical value for the specialists working in the field of teacher education in a multicultural environment.

New educational standards implementation prioritizes the projective beginning of training in school education. Therefore, consideration of educational activity only as the process of obtaining ready knowledge should be abandoned. Thus the relevance of the studied problem is substantiated by the need to develop methodical works connected with the introduction of inter-subject projects into mathematics teachers’ pedagogical activity as mathematics has a wide application in various sciences, though, at lessons, it is left behind due to time limits and insufficient mathematical apparatus school students possess. All that said specifies the goal of the paper: to define opportunities of project-based activity application in integration of mathematical and natural-science disciplines and development of methodical recommendations on its broad application in the course of training in the subject. The key research method of this problem is modeling the system of possible project-based activity directions aimed to work purposefully to increase results in subject studied as well as to develop meta-subject abilities. The paper proves the necessity to apply project-based technology in the form of inter-subject projects on mathematics; the basic models of school disciplines integration in the context of project-based learning opportunities realization are revealed; project themes of integrated disciplines that differ in time periods, volume and quantity are elaborated; features of their use in the course of studying mathematics are identified. Practical application of this system compensates the lack of tools of meta-subject technologies in pedagogical activity as it demands the ability to work in team, communicative skills, tolerance, self-organization, abilities to set goals independently, to achieve them and to analyze obtained results.

Relevance of the article is caused by need to form the teacher's psychological competences on the basis of life and professional situations. This article is directed to detection of the main difficulties, which students have in the course of studying psychology and efficiency of use of video cases at classes of psychology. The leading research method of this problem is the reflexive assessment, allowed to reveal the main difficulties which are experienced by students in the course of studying Psychology and their relation to the use of video cases by the specified criteria. In the course of research three working methods with video cases were approved: group and individual analysis of fragments of feature and animation films; selection of fragments from the literary works and films reflecting psychological features of children of different age; creation of the film about group. In article the content of work with video cases on classes of Psychology is disclosed, the main difficulties which are experienced by students in the course of studying Psychology, criteria for evaluation of work with video cases are revealed, it is proved that video cases allow students to understand and solve professional and life situations better. Using of video cases in the course of studying of psychological disciplines allows students to acquire theoretical material, to visualize and solve professional and life situations better.

Addictive behavior in the modern world is a disincentive factor for personal-professional development of students. The purpose of this article is to identify the socio-psychological characteristics of college students who are prone to substance abuse. The problem suggested by the authors, is studied on the basis of an integrated approach which is based on an understanding of socialization as a process of social and professional growth, which determines the structure of psychological orientation and actively impacts its holistic subjective inner world, which allows to identify the socio-psychological characteristics of students, influencing the formation of the propensity to addictive behavior. The study made have revealed such personal characteristics of students with varying degrees depending on the propensity for alcoholism and drug addiction , such as anxiety , dependence on public opinion, and a high dependence on the attachment figure, difficult self-control, poor tolerance of difficulty, unpredictability in the actions, unstable emotional state. It was found out that students with a high propensity for substance dependence deformed structure of value orientations, reduced motivation to activity. The results of this paper can be used to develop programs of the educational process at universities, which will allow to adjust the work of teachers, psychologists, aimed at preventing the propensity of students for different addictions in order to increase the effectiveness and success of their socialization during training at the university. Gender-based discrimination is found in all economies in the world. Women’s unpaid work accounts for about half of the world GDP, yet women remain under-valued and under-represented in national policies worldwide. The question of gender budgeting and citizens’ participation in budgeting and governance processes has gained attention in recent years, but Russia is far from implementing these. Instead, blindness to gender issues dominates in national strategies and budgets. This paper explores these issues and looks in-depth at them in the decentralisation process in Bashkortostan, a central Russian republic. Civil society institutions whose role is to strengthen the links between government, civil society and the community in Bashkortostan, such as Public Chambers and Municipalities, lack the capacity to introduce participatory gender budgeting. As a result, no systematic participatory planning, let alone planning that is gender-sensitive, has taken place there.

The relevance of this study is due to the search and identifying of effective pedagogical conditions of formation of the modern student, future teacher of primary school, priority orientations on spiritual and moral values of teaching activities, to practical necessity of formation of pedagogical values of a specialist in the field of primary education and the development of a methodological model of the formation of the pedagogical values of future primary school teachers. The purpose of this article is to reveal the essential characteristics of pedagogical values in modern conditions, the identification and justification of pedagogical values of future primary school teachers as the basis for his professionalism, the development of the methodological model of the formation of the pedagogical values of the future specialist in the field of primary education. A leading method of this problem study is a pedagogical experiment (ascertainment, formation and control stages) as well as the method of expert estimations, statistical processing of the quantitative results of the study, testing students, monitoring of their activities. The main results of the research are revealing of essential characteristic of pedagogical values identifying and justifying of pedagogical values of future primary school teachers, elaboration of methodical model of formation of pedagogical values of the primary school teachers. The article can be useful for teachers of higher educational institutions interested in the problem of ways and methods of forming the pedagogical values of students, leading to high achievements in pedagogical activity.

Although the former Soviet totalitarian structures are being dismantled, new forms of political, economic and social organizations are not yet in place. In Communist Russia, the family as an ideological institution shaped official family policy. The contemporary transformation of Russian society has inevitably touched family life and women’s roles within it. This article presents an analysis of domestic violence in Russia, and makes recommendations for social action, legislation, social condemnation and the women’s movement.

The submitted article deals with the theoretic and practically-oriented aspects of planning and implementing the modular competence-based curriculum in higher professional institutions. Particularly, the authors submit the structure of the modular competence-based curricula, develop the principles of their projecting, describe the technology of introducing the modular competence-based curriculum in higher professional institutions. The developed structure and technology can be applied in the professional institutions, further training and retraining centers in the process of core curriculum drafting, additional vocational programs and working programs as well.

Essential characteristics of pedagogical ensuring education of non-violence position among elementary school pupils are revealed in the article. The features of tolerant educational space creation as conditions of non-violence position education among elementary school pupils in teaching and educational process at elementary school are revealed. Materials of the article can be useful for tutors and teachers of elementary schools, and also for the researchers dealing with problems of non-violence pedagogics.

The search of qualified staff is an up-to-date problem for all enterprises. In this regard the aim of the research is the development of perspective students selection mechanism by the future employers. One of the sub-stages of the algorithm is the formation of the resource and reserve groups of students by the enterprise representatives and by tutors of the faculty of professional educational institutions. The formation of the resource and reserve groups of students with flexible system of transition from one group into another according to the results of their progress, according to participation extracurricular life of the institute, participation at the international, All-Russian scientific and practical conferences, allow to intensify the process of their self-preparation by means of creation of the natural competitive environment in educational institution of professional education. It also helps to do the selection by employers and to distribute perspective students taking into account their potential opportunities and professional interests.

The urgency of the problem is based on the fact that professional motivating training of students majoring in "Tourism" should be primarily aimed at the formation of their orientation to the professional activity in the field of tourism. A key element of this training is its content, aimed at maintaining the interests of students and the predisposition to their chosen profession. The paper presents the content design features of professional and motivating training of students majoring in "Tourism" in the region with well-developed folk arts and crafts on the theoretical, regulatory, educational, personal levels and on the level of tourist activity. The article submission may be useful for teachers in selecting and structuring the content of professional and motivating training of students majoring in "Tourism".

It's known that the Russia is a young democracy society. We also know that it's difficult to increase the availability of services when the economy is weak and state and local budgets are so tight. The last years are characterized by the increasing tendency of the growth of ethnic intermarriage Historical roots for interethnic conflicts in Bashkortostan are not present. However the unreasoned national politics of the Soviet period, the phenomenon of separatism and mistakes in national policy of the modern period have seriously worsened interethnic relations and the further aggravation can lead to interethnic collisions. At the same time there is a tendency of formation a new ethnic phenomenon - new state identity I'm Russian (Rossiyanin) and the institution of ethnic intermarriages could become a significant mechanism of creating new ethic conciseness. Appropriate ethno-national policy should address the national needs of the Russian society.

The purpose of this study is directed to theoretical establishment and experimental verification of pedagogical conditions when forming research skills of junior pupils in informational and educational environment of elementary school. In empirical research, there took part 270 people including 211 pupil of and 9 teachers of elementary school. It was carried out in conditions of educational process going on in the schools №81 and №32, gymnasium №37 of Kazan city in Tatarstan Republic of Russian Federation.During the experiment, there was developed and introduced into school practice the program for extracurricular activity of junior pupils named “Teaching the junior pupils to research”.
