Mineral extraction does not exclude explosions of coal, sulfuric and sulphide dust, the least explosive of these airships is sulphide dust. The ignition and explosiveness of sulphide ores during short-term shock wave heating has not been studied in practice. The purpose of this work is to investigate the explosiveness of air sills of sulfide ores under the impact of shock waves on them. Explosiveness experimental study of sulphide ore powder suspensions with particle sizes of 1-5 μm in the air was carried out. The aerial suspensions were initiated by shock waves with temperature exceeding the ignition temperature of iron sulfides, and also when high-temperature gas detonation products affected them. A structural analysis of the ore powders is performed to establish the particles surface chemical composition change.

During the observation period, the annual air temperature increased: in Yekaterinburg (1832-2018) by 3,1°C, in Zlatoust (1881-2018) by 2,2°C, in Kurgan (1894-2018) by 2,2°C and in Shadrinsk (1894-2018) by 2,1°C. The analogical climate change was noted for the period 1966-2018. The strongest warming is observed in winter (by 2,3-3,0°C), the weakest warming is observed in spring (by 0,8-1,7°C). We noted an increase the annual amount of precipitation in Ivdel (by 68,2 mm), Shadrinsk (by 50,9 mm) and Krasnoufimsk (by 43,6 mm). Also marked an increase the amount of precipitation during the growing season in Ivdel (by 43,9 mm), Shadrinsk (by 42,8 mm) and Krasnoufimsk (by 26,8 mm). The annual amount of precipitation increased in Chelyabinsk and Yekaterinburg, but the amount of precipitation during the growing season decreased in Kurgan. Favorable changes in the agro-climatic conditions of growing season were noted in Shadrinsk and Zlatoust. Unfavorable changes in hydrothermal coefficient for cultivated plants were noted in Chelyabinsk, Kurgan, Troitsk, Yekaterinburg and Bredy. Identified the need to introduce an irrigation system for cultivated plants of the southern districts (Chelyabinsk region).

A device is developed for automated immunochromatographic assay, designed for one-time tests at the place of occurrence of a disease. The device comprises a turntable platform for up to five strips placed simultaneously, a unit for sample collection and microdosing to a test strip, a detection unit, and a microprocessor control system. A manual, semiautomatic, or automatic operation mode may be selected. Colloidal quantum dots with a luminescence peak from the visible to near-infrared spectral region (600-800 nm) are used as fluorescent labels. A UV-LED or a laser at 365-480 nm can be used as an excitation system; the detection device is a spectrometer with an operation range of 500-800 nm, based on a CCD series of TCD1304DG sensors (Toshiba). RFID tags of samples can re read and the analysis results can be sent to an external computer. The device is made in a plastic case for carrying. For the first time, full size lead tungstate crystals of different suppliers, quality and dopant concentration have been irradiated with [gamma]-rays at low temperatures down to -25[degrees]C at IHEP Protvino. In contrast to the behavior at room temperature, increased damage and extremely slow recovery processes have been observed. These first results are discussed in the light of several very different interpretations. Further more sensitive measurements are under preparation. The Outcome will have a strong impact on the presently assembled ALICE-PHOS detector and the design of the EM calorimeter of PANDA at the future FAIR facility. The secular evolution of comet nucleus rotation states subject to outgassing torques is studied. The dynamical model assumes that the nucleus inertia ellipsoid is axially symmetric. The outgassing torques acting on the surface are modeled using standard cometary activity formulae. The general rotational equations of motion are derived and separately averaged over the fast rotational dynamics terms and the comet orbit. Special cases where the averaging assumptions cannot be applied are evaluated separately. The modification of the comet orbit due to comet outgassing is neglected. Resulting from this analysis is a system of secular differential equations that describes the dynamics of the comet nucleus angular momentum and rotation state. We find that the qualitative secular evolution of the rotation state is controlled by a single parameter that combines parameters related to the comet orbit and parameters related to the nucleus surface geometry and activity. From this solution, we find qualitatively different evolutionary paths for comet nuclei whose entire surface is active, as compared to nuclei with only a single active region. For surface activity models between these extremes, we show that certain evolutionary paths are more likely than others. Additionally, our solution indicates that a comet nucleus' rotational angular momentum will tend to increase over time, potentially contributing to the observed phenomenon of comet nucleus splitting.
