The piezomaterial used in cylindrical piezoceramic transducers vibrations requiring high precision displacements indicates that accuracy depends on design and technological factors. The analyzed criteria have made possible to choose the piezomaterial for optimal mechatronic system having a maximal displacement. The experimental investigation of precision vibrosystems by means of 3D holographic visualization enables one to obtain appreciably larger amount of information about the vibrating surface in comparison with traditional methods. On the basis of the developed methodology of analyzing the experimental data derived from 3D holographic visualization and by using the experimental holography stand, we have obtained results making it possible to optimize the design of operation of the piezoceramic mechatronic system or its separate elements.

Forgery of personal identity documents is an integral part of organized crime, the precondition of international smuggling drugs, weapons and other goods, illegal immigration, human trafficking, terrorism, mobility, fraud, money laundering. These sides of organized crime puts the greatest threat to internal security of the EU, while the harm to made to the economy, including distortions of the domestic market, can reach hundreds of billions of euros. Therefore, expeditious inspection of personal identity documents continues to remain a very important issue for law enforcement bodies (officers of migration, police, State Border Guard Service). This research deals with the authenticity inspection of personal identity document – passport data page – which is based on non-destructive testing – holographic interferometry methods and the analysis of thermal behaviour impact on the MPR data page surface deformation. Original and forged passports were investigated, thermal load parameters on the data page and its fixation conditions in a special holder were determined. The analysis of the obtained holographic interferograms allowed confirming the hypothesis claims that the character of surface deformation of forged MPR data page significantly differs from the character of original MPR data. Computational model of MPR data page thermal behaviour was developed. Simulation of the process of data page surface deformation with the applied thermal loading was carried out. Theoretical and experimental results confirming the application possibility of non-destructive testing methodology for determining authenticity of the passports were obtained., Asmens tapatybę patvirtinančių dokumentų klastojimas yra neatskiriama organizuoto nusikalstamumo, tame tarpe tarptautinės kontrabandos narkotikais, vaistais, ginklais ir kitomis prekėmis, nelegalios imigracijos, prekybos žmonėmis, terorizmo mobilumo, sukčiavimo, pinigų plovimo, prielaida. Šios organizuoto nusikalstamumo sritys kelia didžiausias grėsmes ES vidaus saugumui, o daroma žala ekonomikai, įskaitant vidaus rinkos iškraipymus, siekia šimtus milijardų eurų. Todėl ir toliau labai aktualiu klausimu teisėsaugos subjektams (imigracijos, policijos, sienų kontrolės pareigūnams) išlieka operatyvi asmens tapatybę patvirtinančių dokumentų patikra. Šis darbas skirtas asmens tapatybės dokumento – paso duomenų lapo autentiškumo eksperimentiniams tyrimams paremtiems neardančios kontrolės - holografinės interferometrijos metodais, nustatant paso duomenų lapo šiluminio plėtimosi įtaką jo paviršiaus deformacijai. Исследования пьезоматериалов, используемых для возбуждения вибраций в цилиндрических преобразователях для высокоточных перемещений, показали, что их точность зависит от дизайна и технологических факторов. Анализ критериев позволил выбрать пьезоматериал оптимальных мехатронных систем с максимальными перемещениями. В сравнении с традиционными методами, экспериментальные исследования точности вибросистем средствами голографической визуализации 3D позволяют получить намного больше информации о вибрирующих поверхностях. На базе разработанной методологии анализа экспериментальных данных, полученных благодаря использованию метода голографической визуализации 3D и экспериментального голографического стенда, получены результаты, позволяющие оптимизировать общий дизайн мехатронной системы или ее отдельных элементов.

Under the effect of globalization and constantly increasing number of persons crossing state borders reliable authenticity assessment of personal identity documents is of crucial importance. As for inspection of the document only a few minutes are allocated, in the presence of signs of falsification or counterfeiting effective methods based on the application of technical devices are necessary. The research presents a method for structural integrity verification of a data sheet of multilayer structure polycarbonate - teslin by the analysis of heat exchange process in it. The change of physical parameters (thermal conductivity) at the mechanically damaged and nondamaged zones of the data sheet was experimentally researched. Mathematical model of heat exchange process through the thickness of the data sheet was built. Simulation results of the process indicate that difference of temperature on the sheet’s surface is sufficient for detection by modern devices, its duration and heating temperature are reasonable for practical implementation of the method in inspection of travel documents., Vykstant globalizacijos procesams ir dėl to nuolat didėjant valstybių sienas kertančių asmenų skaičiui, ypač svarbu patikimai nustatyti asmenų dokumentų autentiškumą. Kai kelionės dokumentų patikrai yra skiriamos tik kelios minutės, kilus įtarimui, kad dokumentas gali būti sufalsifikuotas, svarbu turėti patikros būdų, paremtų techninėmis priemonėmis. Šis darbas skirtas kelionės dokumento duomenų lapo, kuris yra daugiasluoksnė polikarbonatoteslino struktūra, integralumo patikros metodo, paremto šilumos mainų proceso analize, tyrimams. Fizinių parametrų (nagrinėjamu atveju šiluminio laidumo) vertės mechaniškai pažeistose ir nepažeistose duomenų lapo zonose ištirtos eksperimentiškai. Sudarytas šilumos sklidimo duomenų lape matematinis modelis. Atliktas šilumos mainų proceso modeliavimas, kai duomenų lapo viena pusė tolygiai šildoma pastovios temperatūros šilumos šaltiniu. Gauti rezultatai patvirtina, kad priešingos dokumento lapo pusės paviršiaus temperatūrų skirtumas pažeistose ir nepažeistose zonose yra pakankamas, kad jį būtų galima nustatyti šiuolaikinėmis priemonėmis, o paties proceso trukmė bei šildymo temperatūrų diapazonas yra tinkami, kad siūlomas metodas galėtų būti praktiškai taikomas kelionės dokumentų patikrai.

Skaitmeniniai izopachų vaizdai, gaunami taikant hibridines skaitmenines-eksperimentines procedūras, įgalina tiksliau interpretuoti termotampriuoju būdu atlikto eksperimento rezultatus. Nagrinėjami tamprios konstrukcijos plokščioje įtemptoje būsenoje virpesiai pagal savąją formą. Pasiūlyta jungtinės aproksimacijos glotninimu procedūra šiam uždaviniui spręsti ir pateikti gautieji izopachų vaizdai.

Nonlinear optical techniques based on light diffraction on transient free carrier and photorefractive gratings are used to study growth-defect governed carrier generation and transport properties. The sensitivity of those nondestrutive techniques for monitoring dislocation/EL2 distribution in SI GaAs and direct determination of carrier mobilities/lifetimes in heavily doped GaAs is demonstrated.
