Abstract

Two years ago a big portion of the high quality agricultural land was in state ownership. The agricultural land in state ownership could be given on lease to physical and legal entities, the privatization of the same was excluded. One of the series of reforms in the legal system of the Republic of Macedonia was the adoption of the Law on sale of agricultural land in state ownership. A remarkable way that will meet the ambition of the entities in procedure. The tenants who have cultivated the land for a long period of time eventually will enjoy the benefit of the effort made, time and money, and the money from the sale will go into the budget of the Republic of Macedonia. 7. Are Work-Family Initiatives an Asset or a Liability for Innovation?

Abstract

Through the lens of the signaling theory, this study uses survey-based data from manufacturing SMEs in Northern Italy to test whether the adoption of work-family initiatives (WFIs), formal and voluntary actions undertaken by a firm to support the work-life balance of its employees, affects the likelihood of an SME to engage in innovation. Additionally, we explore whether family (versus non-family) SMEs that adopt WFIs are more likely to innovate, because of their stewardship culture. Our results show that WFIs affect SME's innovation outputs when they are extensively adopted. Counterintuitively, our results indicate that the family ownership downplays the effect of WFIs on innovation, i.e., that family SMEs that adopt WFIs are less likely to innovate than non-family SMEs. Overall, our findings support the view of SMEs as firms in which the employee's potential and the ownership type are crucial elements for enhancing innovation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

The subject of the paper is processing and comparative analysis of contracts for alotman. The best way to work out these contracs is through analysis of the legal framework which regulates its placement. Try for comparative analysis of legislation in Macedonian and Serbian legislation is made through perceived positive and also negative sides of these contracts, and on the basis of this, conclusions are made, which law deeper regulates this issue and where it has overlap of contractual clauses of both legislation for contracts. Certainly the paper provides appropriate recommendations for improving the situation. Accetned is the role of the State market inspectorate of the Republic of Macedonia for preventing violation of the provisions of contracts, through control mechanism that has in its competence, regarding of operation and performance of travel agencies in the Republic of Macedonia.
