Introduction. With the development of humanistic attitudes in society, the importance of issues related to the subjective well-being of the individual increases. It is important not only how successful a person is at work or in educational activities, but also how well he/she feels. The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly changed the learning environment for university students. The study of the factors of subjective well-being of students expands the instrumental capabilities of psychological support during the pandemic. In the case of a repetition of a similar situation, this knowledge will be useful for helping students, and potentially a wider circle of people, to maintain subjective well-being. Aim. The present research aimed to investigate the subjective well-being of students of psychological and pedagogical directions of universities during the pandemic with an emphasis on its emotional component. Methodology and research methods. The research methodology is based on the subjective approach, which considers a student as an active subject, capable of successfully adapting to the changed conditions of an educational activity. In the course of the research, the authors identified the interrelationships of subjective well-being, its semantic markers and self-organisation to expand the possibilities of diagnosing subjective well-being and maintaining it during the periods of extreme social situations, as well as to use semantic markers for self-analysis. To assess subjective well-being, three methods were applied. Self-assessment of satisfaction with one’s condition on a 10-point scale was carried out according to the following parameters: sleep, food, communication with family, communication with friends, studies, hobbies, and mood. The authors employed the scale of subjective well-being (by А. Perrudet-Badoux, G. Mendelsohn, J. Chiche, adapted by M. V. Sokolova) and psychosemantic characteristics of the subjective attitude to the situation of distance learning at the university due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To assess the ability of students to organise themselves in the changed learning conditions, the questionnaire of self-organisation of activities (N. T. Feather и M. J. Bond, adapted by E. Yu. Mandrikova) was used. The study involved 406 students between the ages of 18 and 45 years (383 women and 23 men) studying in the areas of psychology and pedagogy at the University of Tyumen and State Kurgan State University. For statistical analysis of the research data, the Mann-Whitney U Test and correlation analysis were used. Results. It was found that the ability to self-organise leads to higher subjective well-being, and this, in turn, stimulates self-organisation. Semantic markers of subjective well-being associated with educational activities during the pandemic, such as comfortable and uncomfortable, interesting and uninteresting, tired and vigorous, were highlighted. The authors revealed objective parameters associated with self-organisation and subjective well-being, namely sleep disturbances. This can lead to the fact that there is not enough daytime and the student works at night, thereby resulting in the disturbance of night sleep, and consequently – poor self-organisation. Scientific novelty. The parameters of subjective well-being and self-organisation of students in a new, extreme social situation, during the COVID-19 pandemic are considered. Practical significance. The data obtained can be used to develop a strategy for teaching students in a pandemic situation and forced self-isolation, as well as to increase subjective well-being in a new social situation. The research results can be applied in psychodiagnostics for a more complete interpretation of the parameters of subjective well-being, as well as for the use of the identified relationships in the programmes of psychological support for students of psychological and pedagogical specialities. Semantic markers of subjective well-being that have received empirical justification can be employed to create a diagnostic scale. Введение. По мере развития гуманистических установок в обществе возрастает значимость вопросов связанных с субъективным благополучием личности. Важно не только то, насколько человек успешен на производстве или в учебной деятельности, но и то насколько он себя хорошо чувствует. Эпидемия COVID-19 существенно изменила условия обучения студентов университетов. Изучение факторов субъективного благополучия студентов расширяет инструментальные возможности психологического сопровождения в период эпидемии. В случае повторения аналогичной ситуации, эти знания будут полезны для оказания помощи студентам, а потенциально и более широкому кругу людей сохранить субъективное благополучие. Цель статьи – исследование субъективного благополучия студентов психолого-педагогических направлений университетов во время пандемии с акцентом на его эмоциональный компонент. Методология, методы и методики исследования. Методологией исследования являлся субъектный подход, рассматривающий студента как активного субъекта, способного успешно адаптироваться к изменившимся условиям учебной деятельности. В ходе исследования выявлялись взаимосвязи субъективного благополучия, его семантических маркеров и самоорганизации, что позволяет расширить возможности диагностики субъективного благополучия и его поддержание в периоды экстремальных социальных ситуаций, а также использовать семантические маркеры для самоанализа. Для оценки субъективного благополучия использовались следующие методики: Самооценка удовлетворенности своим состоянием по 10-балльной шкале по следующим параметрам: сон, питание, общение с семьей, общение с друзьями, учеба, хобби, настроение. Шкала субъективного благополучия (А. Perrudet-Badoux, G. Mendelsohn, J. Chiche, в адаптации М. В. Соколовой) и психосемантическая характеристика субъективного отношения к ситуации дистантного обучения в вузе по причине пандемии по COVID-19. Для оценки способности студентов организовать себя в изменившихся условиях обучения применялся опросник самоорганизации деятельности (N. T. Feather и M. J. Bond, в адаптации Е. Ю. Мандриковой). В исследовании приняли участие 406 студентов, обучающиеся на направлениях психологии и педагогики в Тюменском государственном университет и Курганском государственном университете в возрасте от 18 до 45 лет, из них 383 женщины и 23 мужчины. Для статистического анализа данных исследования использовались критерий Манна – Уитни (U) и корреляционный анализ. Результаты. Установлено, что способность к самоорганизации приводит к более высокому субъективному благополучию, и это в свою очередь стимулирует самоорганизацию. Выделены семантические маркеры субъективного благополучия, связанные с учебной деятельностью в период пандемии, такие как удобный и неудобный, интересный и неинтересный, усталый и бодрый. Выявлены объективные параметры, связанные с самоорганизацией и субъективным благополучием, а именно: нарушения режима сна. Это может привести к тому, что дневного времени не хватает и студент работает ночью, а нарушение ночного сна в свою очередь негативно сказывается на самоорганизации. Научная новизна. Рассматриваются параметры субъективного благополучия и самоорганизации студентов в новой, экстремальной социальной ситуации, в период пандемии COVID-19. Практическая значимость. Полученные данные могут быть использованы для разработки стратегии обучения студентов в ситуации пандемии и вынужденной самоизоляии, а так же для повышения субъективного благополучия в новой социальной ситуации. Результаты могут быть применены в психодиагностике для более полной интерпретации параметров субъективного благополучия, а также для создания программ психологического сопровождения студентов психолого-педагогических направлений. Семантические маркеры субъективного благополучия, получившие эмпирическое обоснование, могут быть использованы для конструирования диагностической шкалы. The application of physical methods to solve non-physical problems has been considered. In particular, the prospects of physical approaches in quantitative linguistics are analyzed. The difference between the physical and non-physical methods is illustrated by an example of already existing “classical” models. A few mathematical models which make it possible to determine the rank-frequency dependence for words in a frequency dictionary, as well as the dependence of the dictionary volume on the text length, are proposed. It is shown that the physical approaches and principles that are used in physics can also be successfully applied to create mathematical models in linguistics., В статтi розглядається проблема використання фiзичних методiв для розв’язання задач нефiзичного характеру. Зокрема, аналiзуються перспективи застосування фiзичних пiдходiв в кiлькiснiй (квантитативнiй) лiнгвiстицi. Рiзниця мiж фiзичними та нефiзичними способами моделювання iлюструється на прикладi уже iснуючих “класичних” моделей. Також пропонуються математичнi моделi, котрi дозволяють встановлювати рангово-частотну залежнiсть для слiв у частотному словнику та залежнiсть розмiру словника вiд об’єму тексту. Показано, що пiдходи i принципи, котрi є характерними для фiзики, можуть бути з успiхом задiянi при створеннi математичних моделей у лiнгвiстицi.

Introduction. The article compares psychological characteristics of education based on individual instruction techniques and on whole-class instruction techniques. Implementation of new educational technologies should be complemented by an analysis of their effectiveness within various areas of training. Psychological characteristics including professional motivation, professional identity, and choosing various forms of professional activities are important prerequisites for the effectiveness of professional training. The purpose of the article is to conduct an empirical analysis of psychological characteristics of whole-class instruction and individualized techniques for students pursuing undergraduate psychology degrees. Materials and Methods. The authors have employed the following research methods: Vaysman's cognitive and professional motives questionnaire (modified by N. A. Bakshaeva, A. A. Verbitsky); N. A. Bakshaeva and A. A. Verbitsky's self-assessment inventory of educational, cognitive and professional motives; U. S. Rodygina's Student Professional Identity Questionnaire; Questionnaire of professional activities attractiveness for psychology students. Mathematical and statistical methods included descriptive statistics and Mann-Whitney U-test. Results. The authors summarized empirical data and revealed the characteristics of professional motivation and professional identity of psychology students, taking into account various educational technologies. The authors analyzed students' preferences for various types of professional activities, as well as relevant types of activities which support professional activities of psychology students. As a result, the authors compared psychological characteristics of training psychology students within the whole-class system and using individualized educational technologies. Conclusions. Within the framework of educational reforms, universities build different models for the organization of educational process. Based on empirical data, it is shown that individualized instruction technologies enhance students' psychological direction of professional motivation and professional identity. © 2020 Science for Education Today.

Synthesis, properties and structure of inorganic compounds

Практически любая молекула антибиотика может инактивироваться в микробной клетке за счёт определённого механизма резистентности. В связи с этим эффективность каждого антибиотика начинает уменьшаться, что обусловливает необходимость синтеза всё новых антимикробных препаратов.Цель работы – изучить ранее синтезированные замещённые 2-(1Н-тетразоло-5-іл)анилины и продукты их структурной модификации на противомикробную и противогрибковую активности.Материалы и методы. Исследование биологической активности проводили диско-диффузионным методом на среде Мюллера-Хинтона на следующих штаммах микроорганизмов: грамположительные кокки (Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Enterococcus aeruginosa, E. faecalis ATCC 29212), грамотрицательные палочки (Pseudomonas aeruginosa ПСС27853, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922), факультативно-анаэробные грамотрицательные палочки (Klebsiella pneumonia) и грибы (Candida albicans ATCC 885653).Результаты. Проведённые исследования показали, что противогрибковая активность характерна только для S-замещённых тетразоло[1,5-с]хиназолин-(6Н)-5-онов(тионов). Рост грамположительных кокков Staphylococcus aureus и Enterococcus faecalis, более эффективно задерживали 5-(N,N-диаликиламиноетилтио)-тетразоло[1,5-c]хиназолины (4.4–4.6). 1-(2-(1Н-тетразоло-5-ил)-R1-фенил)-3-R2-фенил(этил)мочевины (2.1–2.31) оказались более селективными по отношению к Staphylococcus aureus и Enterococcus faecalis. Анализ взаимосвязи «структура-активность» показал, что введение галогенов в анилиновый фрагмент молекулы приводит к усилению активности. Так, соединение 2.3 с фтором задерживало рост Escherichia coli и Klebsiella pneumonia на 31 мм и 21 мм соответственно. Структуры с хлором (2.4) и бромом (2.5) задерживали рост Pseudomonas aeruginosa на 20 мм и 23 мм соответственно. А наличие в молекуле как трифторметильной группы в фенилуреидном остатке, так и хлора в анилиновом фрагменте соединения 2.27 привело к получению наибольшей по эффективности задержки зоны роста 25 мм. Среди исследованных соединений только 1-(4-метоксифенил)-2-(тетразоло[1,5-c]хиназолин-5-илтио)этан-1-он (4.13) и 1-этил-3-(5-фтор-2(1Н-тетразоло-5-ил)фенил)мочевина (2.3) отрицательно влияли на рост Klebsiella pneumonia (диаметр задержки роста 11 и 21 мм соответственно).Выводы. Микробиологический скрининг 62 синтезированных соединений среди новых замещённых 2-(1Н-тетразоло-5-ил)анилинов, 1-(2-(1Н-тетразоло-5-ил)-R1-фенил)-3-R2-фенил(этил)мочевин, N- и S-замещённых тетразоло­[1,5-с]хиназолин-(6Н)-5-онов(тионов) позволил выявить «соединения-лидеры» с противомикробной активностью, которые превосходят по активности часто используемые противомикробные и противогрибковые средства., Практично будь-яка молекула антибіотика може бути інактивована в клітці мікроорганізму шляхом певного механізму резистентності. У зв'язку з цим ефективність кожного антибіотика починає зменшуватись, що зумовлює необхідність синтезу все нових антимікробних препаратів.Мета роботи – вивчити раніше синтезовані заміщені 2-(1Н-тетразоло-5-іл)аніліни та продукти їх структурної модифікації на протимікробну та протигрибкову активність.Матеріали та методи. Дослідження біологічної активності здійснювали диско-дифузійним методом на середовищі Мюллера-Хінтона на таких штамах мікроорганізмів: грампозитивні коки (Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Enterococcus aeruginosa, E. faecalis ATCC 29212), грамнегативні палички (Pseudomonas aeruginosa ПСС27853, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922), факультативно-анаеробні грамнегативні палички (Klebsiella pneumonia) та гриби (Candida albicans ATCC 885653).Результати. Ріст грампозитивних коків Staphylococcus aureus та Enterococcus faecalis ефективніше затримували 5-(N,N-діалкіламіноетилтіо)-тетразоло[1,5-c]хіназоліни (4.4–4.6). 1-(2-(1Н-тетразоло-5-іл)-R1-феніл)-3-R2-феніл(етил)сечовини (2.1–2.31) виявилися більш селективними щодо Staphylococcus aureus та Enterococcus faecalis. Аналіз взаємозв’язку «структура-активність» засвідчив, що введення галогенів до анілінового фрагмента молекули призводить до посилення активності. Так, сполука 2.3 з флуором затримувала ріст Escherichia coli та Klebsiella pneumonia на 31 мм і 21 мм відповідно. Структури з хлором (2.4) та бромом (2.5) затримували зони росту Pseudomonas aeruginosa на 20 мм і 23 мм відповідно. А наявність у молекулі як трифторметильної групи у фенілуреїдному залишку, так і хлору в аніліновому фрагменті сполуки 2.27 призвела до отримання найбільшої за ефективністю затримки зони росту 25 мм. Серед сполук, що досліджували, тільки 1-(4-метоксифеніл)-2-(тетразоло[1,5-c]хіназолін-5-ілтіо)етан-1-он (4.13) та 1-етил-3-(5-флуоро-2-(1Н-тетразол-5-іл)феніл)сечовина (2.3) негативно впливали на ріст Klebsiella pneumonia (діаметр затримки росту – 11 і 21 мм відповідно).Висновки. Мікробіологічний скринінг 62 нових заміщених 2-(1Н-тетразоло-5-іл)анілінів, 1-(2-(1Н-тетразоло-5-іл)-R1-феніл)-3-R2-феніл(етил)сечовин, N- та S-заміщених тетразоло[1,5-с]хіназолін-(6Н)-5-онів(тіонів), котрі синтезовано, дав змогу виявити «сполуки-лідери» з антимікробною дією, які перевищують активність часто застосовуваних протимікробних і протигрибкових засобів., Virtually any molecule of antibiotic can be inactivated in the microbial cell by particular resistance mechanism. In this regard, each antibiotic effectiveness starts to decrease, which necessitates the synthesis of new antimicrobial agents.Aim. To examine the previously synthesized substituted 2-(1H-tetrazolo-5-yl)anilines and products of their structural modification for antimicrobial and antifungal activity.Materials and methods. The study of biological activity was conducted by disco-diffusion method on Mueller-Hinton agar on these strains of microorganisms: Gram-positive cocci (Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Enterococcus aeruginosa, E. faecalis ATCC 29212), Gram-negative bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosa PSS27853, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922), facultative anaerobic gram-negative bacteria (Klebsiella pneumonia) and fungi (Candida albicans ATCC 885653).Results. The studies showed, that the antifungal activity was characteristic only for S-substituted of tetrazolo[1,5-c]quinazoline-(6H)-5-ones(thiones). The growth of gram-positive cocci Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus faecalis, more effectively detained 5-(N,N-dialkylaminoethylthio)-tetrazolo[1,5-c]quinazolines (4.4-4.6). 1-(2- (1H-tetrazolo-5-yl)-R1-phenyl)-3-R2-phenyl(ethyl)ureas (2.1-2.31) were more selective against Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus faecalis. Analysis of «structure-activity relationship» showed, that the introduction of halogen to the aniline fragment leads to increase of activity. Thus, the compound 2.3 with fluorine stopped the growth of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumonia for 31 mm and 21 mm, respectively. Structures with chlorine (2.4) and bromine (2.5) stopped the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa at 20 mm and 23 mm, respectively. And the presence of trifluoromethyl group in the phenylureide fragment and chlorine in aniline fragment of compound 2.27 led to the highest growth delay zone 25 mm. Among the investigated compounds only 1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-(tetrazolo[1,5-c]quinazoline-5-ylthio)-ethanone (4.13) and 1-ethyl-3-(5-fluoro-2-(1H-tetrazolo-5-yl)phenyl)urea (2.3) adversely affect the growth of Klebsiella pneumonia (diameter growth 11 and 21 mm, respectively).Conclusions. Pharmacological screening of 62 synthesized compounds among 2-(1H-tetrazolo-5-yl)anilines, 1-(2-(1H-tetrazolo-5-yl)-R1-phenyl)-3-R2-phenyl(ethyl)ureas, N- and S-substituted tetrazolo[1,5-c]quinazoline-(6H)-5-ones(thiones) allowed to revealed «leader-compounds» with antimicrobial activity which are superior to commonly used antimicrobial antifungal drugs.

© 2016 Shinkevich et al.The relevance of the research problem is conditioned by the fact that currently in the global economy the strengthening of integration processes, increasing of inter-sectorial cooperation and the internationalization of economic processes are observed. Relevant and promising in this case is the formation of the network model of value added chains’ creation based on the integration of competitive enterprises in innovation-oriented cross-sectorial clusters. The purpose of the paper is to develop model of competitive enterprises’ integration in innovation-oriented inter-industry clusters, the formation of the algorithm for cluster’s building and its capacity and activity strengthening, competitive enterprises’ bringing on the level of innovative development. Leading method to the study of this problem is the method of building a spatial network model that allows realizing of economic entities’ integration of different categories and types of activities in a generic intersectorial competitive cluster. To assess the effectiveness of the value chain creation the use analysis method is assumed based on value added, which allows to diagnose groups of competitive and noncompetitive producers, to identify resource and innovative potential with further construction of development strategies. The research materials can be used in managing by the development of economic regional and cross-industry systems, clustering of the economy, as well as to assess the level of competitiveness of enterprises, the construction of strategies of innovation development.

In the conditions of modernization of educational environment one of the main purposes is improving the quality of higher education. The essence of changes is to move from a simple transfer of knowledge, skills and abilities in the learning process to the formation and development of professional competence of students. The researches paid special attention to the preparation of professionally competent experts in the field of teaching activities, in particular training of future foreign language teacher, by means of interactive methods of teaching. Foreign language communicative competence is viewed by the authors as the basis of professional competence of future foreign language teacher. According to their professional activity, teachers should know language at high level and demonstrate a foreign language communicative competence at schools. The authors conducted an experimental work on the formation of foreign language communicative competence of students-bachelors, as the basis of professional competence of future foreign language teacher. The main method of formation of foreign communicative competence was interactive technologies, such as role-playing and business games, projects, discussions, brainstorming, cultural adaptation (culture assimilator), through situational and simulation games. As a result, we have obtained satisfactory evidence of the effectiveness of competence-based and interactive approaches in the formation of foreign language communicative competence of students.
