Abstract

В основу монографии положены доклады участников круглого стола «Стратегия устойчивого развития в контексте политических процессов XXI века», посвященного 100-летию со дня рождения выдающегося российского ученого и мыслителя, академика РАН Никиты Николаевича Моисеева (23 августа 1917 — 29 февраля 2000). Круглый стол состоялся на факультете политологии МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова в рамках V Международного научного конгресса «Глобалистика-2017» на тему: «Глобальная экология и устойчивое развитие». Основное внимание исследователи уделили трем направлениям, на которых необходимо обеспечить устойчивость развития: во-первых, охране окружающей среды (недопустимости превышения экологической емкости биосферы антропогенными воздействиями); во-вторых, охране здоровья человека для предотвращения биологического вырождения популяции homo sapience; в-третьих, формированию, сохранению и поддержанию механизмов (социальных, экономических, политических и пр.), способных обеспечить решение задач первых двух направлений и подавить социоразрушающие структуры и механизмы, возникающие в цивилизации. Существенное внимание участники круглого стола уделили интеграционным процессам, осмыслению роли и места России в условиях глобального кризиса. Книга адресована преподавателям, аспирантам, студентам, политологам, всем интересующимся актуальными проблемами политической глобалистики, теории между народных отношений и мировой политики.

17. Prevention of thrombohemorrhagic postoperative complications in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

Abstract

AIM: To improve the results of surgical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.MATERIALS AND METHODS: The study investigated the effectiveness of a comprehensive preoperative preparation of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. The clinical efficacy of traditional methods of preoperative preparation (compression bandaging of the lower extremities during surgery and in the postoperative period and Fraxiparine at a prophylactic dose) was compared with the same preoperative protocol used in combination with intravenous laser blood irradiation. The explored parameters included changes in clinical and laboratory coagulation indices and prostatic blood flow measured by Doppler sonography. The real time visualization was used to assess the effect of intravenous laser irradiation of blood on the morphofunctional state of platelets.CONCLUSION: The study findings showed a high effectiveness of intravenous laser blood irradiation in preoperative preparation of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. It was found to reduce the incidence of thrombotic events by 6% and hemorrhagic complications by 4.9% (p<0.05).

Abstract

Abstract: The absorption spectrum of water vapor enriched by deuterium and oxygen-18 is analyzed in the 6000–9200cm−1 region. The spectrum has been recorded at room temperature with a Bruker IFS 120h Fourier transform spectrometer. More than 14,000 absorption lines were measured in the recorded spectrum. The vibration–rotation assignments were performed on the basis of previously published experimental energies and of variational calculations. Nine water species (H2 16O, HD16O, D2 16O, H2 18O, HD18O, D2 18O, H2 17O, HD17O and D2 17O) were found to contribute to the observed absorption. More than 3600 lines of 19 vibrational bands of D2 18O and about 4700 lines of 16 bands of HD18O with J as high as 19 and K a as high as 11 were assigned. The main part of the HD18O and D2 18O lines and all lines of HD17O and D2 17O were observed in the laboratory for the first time. The obtained vibration–rotation energy levels are compared with previous experimental studies and the results of variational calculations. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]

Abstract

Abstract: The weak absorption spectrum of dideuterated water, D2O, has been recorded between 12450 and 12850cm−1 by high sensitivity Intracavity Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (ICLAS). This spectral region corresponds to the (ν 1 + ν 2/2+ ν 3)=5polyad, dominated by the 4ν 1 + ν 3 band centered at 12743.035cm−1. The achieved sensitivity has allowed for the detection of lines with a minimum intensity of 2×10−28 cm/molecule i.e. typically two orders of magnitude lower than previous observations in the region considered. A total of 586 energy levels belonging to 11 vibrational states were determined. The rovibrational assignment process of 1025 lines ascribed to D2O was based on new results of variational calculations by Shirin et al. [S.V. Shirin, N.F. Zobov, O.L. Polyansky, J. Quant. Spectrosc. Radiat. Transfer, in press, doi:10.1016/j.jqsrt.2007.07.010]. The overall agreement between these calculations and the observed spectrum is good both for the line positions and line intensities. The difficulties encountered while performing the rovibrational labeling and the assignment of the weakest transitions not included in Combination Differences relations, are discussed.
