Preko zadružnih i seoskih kooperativa treba postići sinergiju ekonomskih mera, naučnih istraživanja i koordinisanog usmeravanja proizvodnje da bi se postigao optimum iz ograničenih uslova u kojima se trenutno nalazi poljoprivreda u Srbiji. Potpuni promašaj restauracije kapitalizma na ovim prostorima ogleda se u ekonomskom pustošenju sela i neprestanoj depopulaciji uprkos izuzetnom potencijalu za razvoj agrara.

Due to the loss of agro-biodiversity, there is a strong effort to find apparent and efficient mechanisms for the conservation and sustainable use of genetic diversity. A joint monitoring of the diversity and collections structure of the Montenegrin maize landraces conserved in the Serbian (MRIZPGB) and Montenegrin (MGB) gene banks has been conducted in order to improve the composition of the collections and to identify and eliminate possible redundancy. Based on a separate analysis of white- and yellow-orange maize landraces, it can be concluded that the diversity and evolution of distinct maize landraces grown and collected in Montenegro have been simultaneously shaped by both environmental (i.e., natural selection) and socially driven factors (farmers’ selection, migration and colonization processes of the human population). Although it has been determined that the authenticity and variability of the Montenegrin maize landraces gene pool have largely been preserved in the MRIZPGB collection, a significant amount of redundancy was observed. The obtained results will contribute to the cost-efficient conservation of the maize gene pool in the Montenegrin and Serbian gene banks. The recognized and well-preserved original variability of the MRIZPGB and MGB Montenegrin gene pool represents a valuable source for pre-breeding activities on broadening the white and flint maize breeding programmes under temperate conditions.

The number of light aircrafts is constantly increasing and this trend will continue in the future with further development of composite technology and hybrid and purely electric propulsion systems. Since these vehicles enable fast and comfortable transport to destinations in the region and will be employed more and more in urban environments, any improvement of aerodynamic performances together with size reduction would be more than beneficial. Therefore, this paper presents a comparative study of aerodynamic performances of two different configurations of lifting surfaces, single vs. double wing since biplane configuration enables more compact aircraft design. Lift and drag coefficients are obtained by simulating flow by finite volume method in ANSYS Fluent. The flow is considered incompressible and viscous. Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations are closed by transition SST turbulence model. Results are presented in the form of aerodynamic coefficients of lift and drag as well as flow visualizations by velocity contours. Main observations on aerodynamic performances of biplane wings are presented and discussed.

Трансформацију економије из традиционалне у економију знања карактерише чињеница да неопипљиви ресурси и ресурси засновани на знању представљају кључне покретаче конкурентске предности и основу за постизање изнадпросечне пословне успешности. Сходно томе, велики значај има питање на који начин треба управљати неопипљивом имовином (интелектуалним капиталом) ради повећања ефективности предузећа у савременом пословном окружењу, како би оно успешно одговорило на промене са којима се суочава, остварило супериорне перформансе и осигурало одрживу конкурентску предност на тржишту. Холистичко разумевање и интегративан приступ организационој ефективности и тежња да се предвиди и одреди интензитет утицаја интелектуалног капитала на разнолике аспекте успешности предузећа су разлози за посматрање ефективности предузећа кроз приступ конкурентских вредности. Стога, предмет овог истраживања представља испитивање утицаја интелектуалног капитала, састављеног од пет димензија: људски, структурни, релациони, обновљиви и крауд капитал, на ефективност предузећа мерену сваким од модела организационе ефективности посматране кроз приступ конкурентских вредности, на примеру предузећа у Републици Српској. Након теоријске анализе и постављања хипотеза, спроведено је емпиријско истраживање применом одговарајућег анкетног упитника и извршено тестирање постављених хипотеза на коначном узорку од 224 предузећа, применом статистичко-економетријске технике моделирања структурних једначина према варијансном приступу (PLS-SEM). Добијени резултати су делимично потврдили постављене хипотезе и указали на који начин треба развијати поједине димензије интелектуалног капитала у предузећима Републике Српске, у зависности од врсте трансформационог процеса и фазе животног циклуса, ради постизања ефективности предузећа у различитим доменима. У раду се указује на неопходност разумевања стратегијског значаја интелектуалног капитала ради охрабривања шире друштвене заједнице да пружи подршку расту и развоју индустриј, The transformation of the economy from the traditional into the knowledge economy is characterized by the fact that intangible resources and knowledge-based resources are key drivers of competitive advantage and the basis for achieving above-average business success. Consequently, the question of great importance is how to manage intangible assets (intellectual capital) to increase the effectiveness of enterprises in a modern business environment, in order to successfully respond to the changes they face, achieve superior performance and ensure a sustainable competitive advantage on the market. Holistic understanding and an integrative approach to organizational effectiveness and the tendency to anticipate and determine the intensity of the impact of intellectual capital on various aspects of enterprise success are the reasons for observing the effectiveness of enterprises through competing values approach. Therefore, the research subject is to exam the impact of intellectual capital, composed of five dimensions: human, structural, relational, renewal and crowd capital, on the effectiveness of enterprises, measured by each of the models of organizational effectiveness observed through the competing values approach, on the example of enterprises in the Republic of Srpska. After theoretical analysis and setting the hypotheses, empirical research was conducted using an appropriate questionnaire and hypotheses were tested on the final sample of 224 enterprises using the statistical-econometric technique variance-based structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Obtained results partially confirmed the hypotheses and indicated in what way individual dimensions of intellectual capital should develop in enterprises of the Republic of Srpska, depending on the type of transformation process and stages of the life cycle, in order to achieve the effectiveness of enterprises in different domains. Шуме и шумски екосистеми имају веома велики значај за целокупно људско друштво, при чему живот и опстанак не малог броја људи зависи управо од овог ресурса. Буква и састојине које она гради су широко заступљене, како у Европи, тако и у Србији, те самим тим буква представља најзначајнију врсту на овим просторима, било са економског, било са еколошког аспекта. Kао таква, ова врста је кључна за очување стабилности и биодиверзитета шумских екосистема широм Европе. Планирање газдовања, како шумама уопште, тако и буковим шумама, представља основно средство за обезбеђивање трајног задовољења свих човекових потреба у односу на шуму, а у исто време и за обезбеђивање стабилности шумских екосистема. Имајући у виду учешће букве у укупном шумском фонду Републике Србије, као и проблеме у буковим шумама и шумама уопште, долази се до закључка да би се стање шума у Србији у многоме поправило решавањем проблема газдовања буковим шумама. У прилог наведеном говори и чињеница је да је теоријски основ практичној изради планова оскудан. У исто време, када се данас говори о планирању, врло често се говори о њему као о систему. Основна одлика сваког система је постојање солидне теоријске основе. Имајући у виду све напред наведено, циљ овог рада је употпуњавање теоријског основа планирања газдовања буковим шумама у Србији, тако што би се у омеђеном простору, дефинисаном границама (једно шумско подручје), теоријски предпоставио модел планског приступа одрживом управљању и газдовању шумама. Истраживања за потребе ове докторске дисертације су спроведена у оквиру Тимочког шумског подручја, у шумама којима газдује ЈП „Србијашуме“ Београд. Ово шумско подручје је одабрано за реализацију истраживања првенствено због чињенице да се ради о типично буковом шумском подручју, у коме буква има врло широко распрострањење. Kongresni turizam je važan činilac performansi koje se ostvaruju na nivou destinacije, pogotovo imajući u vidu da se poslednjih nekoliko godina beleži trend povećavanja broja međunarodnih događaja. Aktivnim nastupom na međunarodnom kongresnom tržištu, etablirane i nove destinacije nastoje da privuku što veći broj kongresa, jer se time doprinosi ukupnim performansama destinacije, ali i promociji lokalne ekspertize u oblasti iz koje se kongres organizuje. Da bi bile uspešne u tome, destinacije, nezavisno od nivoa razvoja, moraju da razumeju kompleksnost tržišta kongresnog turizma, kao i da implementiraju odgovarajuće tehnike menadžmenta destinacije. U disertaciji se analizira kongresno tržište i specifičnosti menadžmenta destinacije u kongresnom turizmu i istražuje uticaj kongresnog turizma na destinaciju. Istraživanje se odnosi na sistematizaciju aktivnosti menadžmenta destinacije na nivou kongresnog biroa i definisanje značaja aktivnosti kongresnog biroa za organizatore događaja. Disertacija ima za cilj utvrđivanje povezanosti između kongresnih performansi destinacije sa jedne strane i turističkih performansi, hotelskih performansi i ekonomskim rastom i razvojem destinacije, sa druge strane. U istraživanju se polazi od toga da je uspeh kongresne destinacije uslovljen destinacijskim menadžmentom. Pregled literature pokazuje da se menadžmentu destinacije pristupa sa strateškog aspekta, dominantno u sferi odmorišnog turizma, dok je pitanje menadžmenta destinacije u kongresnom turizmu predmet analize manjeg broja autora. Uvažavajući specifičnosti kongresnog turizma i analizirajući okvir menadžmenta destinacije, u disertaciji se predlaže sistematizacija aktivnosti menadžmenta destinacije na nivou kongresnog biroa koja se dalje detaljno analizira. Disertacija u obzir uzima i činjenicu da je kongresni turizam postavljen kao „quick win“ strateški proizvod za turizam Srbije. U disertaciji se istražuje činjenica da u prethodnim godinama kongresni turizam u Srbiji beleži znača, Meetings industry (congress tourism) is the inevitable component of performances achieved on the destination level, especially having in mind that in last several years the trend of increase of the number of international meetings has been recorded. By being active on international meetings market, established and new destination are trying to attract larger number of events, since it is influencing the total destination performances, as well as promotion of local expertise from the specific field in which event is being organised. In order to be successful in this, destination, no matter the development level, need to understand the meetings market complexity, and to implement appropriate techniques of destination management. Dissertation analyses meetings markets and specifics of destination management in the congress tourism (meetings industry) and researches the influence of congress tourism on destination. Dissertation is focused on systematisation of destination management activities from the perspectives of convention bureaus and on defining importance of convention bureau activities for event planners. Dissertation aims at defining relations among destination congress performances on one side, and tourism performances, hotel performances and economic growth and development, on the other side. Research starts from the facts that success of congress destination is being influenced by destination management. Literature review shows that destination management is being research from strategic perspective, foremost in the field of leisure travel, while aspect of destination management in congress tourism is being researched by smaller number of authors. Respecting specifics of congress tourism and by analysing destination management framework, dissertation suggests systematisation of convention bureau destination management activities that is further detailed analysed. In maize (Zen mays L.) breeding programs, it is very important to define a genetic distance of inbred lines and to establish criteria and biometric methods for the satisfactory germplasm classification. A total of 29 inbred lines from Maize Research Institute "Zemun Polje" (MRIZP) breeding program, Belgrade, Serbia, were used to compare similarities obtained by morphological (according to UPOV- Union Internationale pour la Protection des Obtentions Vegetales) and molecular (simple sequence repeats, SSR) markers. The aim was to assess discriminative power of applied markers in the separation of related lines, and to determine the possibility of their application in choosing parental lines for breeding programs. Application of different marker types resulted in adequate separation of inbreds into divergent groups, which facilitates the choice of parental lines. However, there were still many inconsistencies between the field and laboratory results. The quality of information from morphological markers was improved by the application of the appropriate descriptor, measurement scale and the biometric method. According to the correspondence analysis, increased number of SSR markers will enable more reliable results. Regression analysis of morphological visual assessment (MVG) and SSR similarity of individual inbreds pointed out that in some cases morphological, and in others molecular markers more accurately reflected known pedigree information of tested maize lines. In the early generations of maize inbred lines testing, we propose utilization of information resulting from in orphologi cal markers, according to UPOV descriptor. However, application of adequate number of molecular (SSR) markers has an economic justification on a smaller number of elite lines in the later generations of line testing.
