Background: This study evaluated of clinical characteristics, outcomes, and mortality risk factors of a severe multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children admitted to a the pediatric intensive care unit. Methods: A retrospective multicenter cohort study was conducted between March 2020 and April 2021 at 41 PICUs in Turkey. The study population comprised 322 children diagnosed with multisystem inflammatory syndrome. Results: The organ systems most commonly involved were the cardiovascular and hematological systems. Intravenous immunoglobulin was used in 294 (91.3%) patients and corticosteroids in 266 (82.6%). Seventy-five (23.3%) children received therapeutic plasma exchange treatment. Patients with a longer duration of the PICU stay had more frequent respiratory, hematological, or renal involvement, and also had higher D-dimer, CK-MB, and procalcitonin levels. A total of 16 patients died, with mortality higher in patients with renal, respiratory, or neurological involvement, with severe cardiac impairment or shock. The non-surviving group also had higher leukocyte counts, lactate and ferritin levels, and a need for mechanical ventilation. Conclusions: In cases of MIS-C, high levels of D-dimer and CK-MB are associated with a longer duration of PICU stay. Non-survival correlates with elevated leukocyte counts and lactate and ferritin levels. We were unable to show any positive effect of therapeutic plasma exchange therapy on mortality. Impact: MIS-C is a life-threatening condition.Patients need to be followed up in the intensive care unit.Early detection of factors associated with mortality can improve outcomes.Determining the factors associated with mortality and length of stay will help clinicians in patient management.High D-dimer and CK-MB levels were associated with longer PICU stay, and higher leukocyte counts, ferritin and lactate levels, and mechanical ventilation were associated with mortality in MIS-C patients.We were unable to show any positive effect of therapeutic plasma exchange therapy on mortality.

Background: During the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, the world has a large number of reported COVID-19 cases and deaths. Information on characteristics and mortality rate of pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) cases with COVID-19 remains limited. This study aims to identify the risk factors for mortality related to COVID-19 in children admitted to PICU. Methods: A retrospective multicenter cohort study was conducted between March 2020 and April 2021 at 44 PICUs in Turkey. Children who were 1 month-18-year of age with confirmed COVID-19 admitted to PICU were included in the study. Children with multisystem inflammatory syndrome and asymptomatic for COVID-19 were excluded. Results: Of 335 patients with COVID-19, the median age was 6.8 years (IQR: 1.2-14) and 180 (53.7 %) were male, 215 (64.2 %) had at least one comorbidity. Age and gender were not related to mortality. Among 335 patients, 166 (49.5%) received mechanical ventilation, 17 (5.1%) received renal replacement therapy and 44 (13.1 %) died. Children with medical complexity, congenital heart disease, immunosuppression and malignancy had significantly higher mortality. On multivariable logistic regression analysis, organ failure index [odds ratio (OR): 2.1, 95 confidence interval (CI): 1.55-2.85], and having congenital heart disease (OR: 2.65, 95 CI: 1.03-6.80), were associated with mortality. Conclusions: This study presents detailed data on clinical characteristics and outcomes of patients with COVID-19 admitted to PICU in the first pandemic year in Turkey. Our study shows that having congenital heart disease is associated with mortality. In addition, the high organ failure score in follow-up predict mortality.

Sanayi devrimi ve teknolojik gelişmelere paralel olarak artan serbest zamanlar, bireyin hem fizyolojik hem de psikolojik olarak kendini geliştirmesi fırsat sağlamaktadır. Birey bu zaman diliminde iyi vakit geçirme, sosyalleşme ve aidiyet duygularını rekreatif faaliyetler aracılığı ile gerçekleştirebilmektedir. Ayrıca rekreatif etkinliklerin bireylere, özgür seçim şansı tanıyarak kendilerini ifade etmelerine olanak sunması bireyin akış deneyimi yaşamasını kolaylaştırmaktadır. Bu noktadan hareketle oluşturulan bu ilişkisel tarama araştırmasının amacı; rekreatif bir faaliyet olarak tenis oynayan üniversite öğrencilerinin serbest zaman ilgilenim ve akış deneyimi düzeylerinin cinsiyet, sınıf, toplumsal olarak algılanan refah, serbest zaman kullanımında algılanan güçlük ve haftalık serbest zaman süresinin yeterlilik durumu açısından incelemektir. Araştırmanın evrenini Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi öğrencileri oluşturmakta iken örneklem grubunu 112 birey oluşturmaktadır. Verileri elde edebilmek adına “Rekreasyonel katılımcılarda akış deneyimi ölçeği” ve “Serbest zaman ilgilenim ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Veriler SPSS paket programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiş olup normallik dağılımını belirlemek için çarpıklık-basıklık testlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre; katılımcıların algıladıkları refah düzeyi ve kendini ifade etme alt boyutunda anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu, cinsiyet değişkeni ile serbest zaman ilgilenimi ve akış deneyimi arasında anlamlı bir farklılığın oluşmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; serbest zaman ilgilenimi ve akış deneyimi arasında anlamlı ve olumlu bir ilişki saptanmıştır., A person has the opportunity to grow both physically and psychologically as free time increases as well as the industrial revolution and technological advancements. Through recreational activities, the person can have sentiments of enjoyment, companionship, and belonging throughout this time. Additionally, it is simpler for someone to experience flow when engaging in recreational activities that provide them the freedom to express themselves. Accordingly, the purpose of this relational survey research is to examine the leisure time involvement and flow experience levels of university students who play tennis for fun in terms of gender, class, perceived social well-being, perceived difficulty in using leisure time, and adequateness of weekly free time. Students from Necmettin Erbakan University make up the research's population, while 112 people make up the sample group. In order to obtain the data, "Flow experience scale in recreational participants" and "Leisure involment scale" were utilized. Skewness-kurtosis tests were performed on the data using the SPSS package program to establish the normalcy distribution. According to the results, it was found that there was no significant difference between the gender variable and leisure time involvement and flow experience, but there was a significant difference in the participants' assessed welfare level and self-expression sub-dimension. Therefore, a strong and favorable link between leisure time involvement and flow experience was discovered.

Son yıllarda rekreasyon alanında yapılan araştırmalar yamaç paraşütü faaliyetine katılımın her geçen gün arttığını göstermektedir. Yamaç paraşütü sayesinde hem katılımcılar hem de destinasyonlar maddi ve manevi çok önemli kazanımlar elde etmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, bir açık alan rekreasyon faaliyeti olan yamaç paraşütünün aktif olarak bu faaliyet ile ilgilenen katılımcıların (eğitmen, pilot ve müşteri) beyanları doğrultusunda Konya’daki potansiyelini ortaya koyabilmektir. Araştırma katılımcıların boş zaman değerlendirme faaliyetlerini, yamaç paraşütüne katılım nedenlerini ve Konya’nın yamaç paraşütü aktivitesi için potansiyelini açıklamaktadır. Durum desenine göre yürütülen bu araştırmada, çalışma gurubu belirlenirken maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubu, 7 pilot- 6 müşteri ve 6 eğitmen olmak üzere 19 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada katılımcılardan elde edilen açıklamalar, açık ve aksiyal kodlama yaklaşımı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Verilerinin yorumlanması sürecinde endüktif betimsel analiz ve içerik analizi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda, boş zaman değerlendirme şekilleri, yamaç paraşütüne katılım nedenleri ve Konya’nın yamaç paraşütü potansiyeli olmak üzere üç tema belirlenmiştir. Sonuçlar boş zaman değerlendirme faaliyeti olarak kültürel ve açık alan rekreasyon faaliyetlerinin daha çok tercih edildiğini, bireylerin tercihinde en fazla mutluluk ve sosyalleşme isteğinin etkili olduğunu ve Konya’nın özellikle jeolojik yapısı nedeni ile bu faaliyetler açısından son derece uygun alanlara sahip olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır., Researches made in the field of recreation in recent years show that participation in paragliding activities is increasing each passing day. By virtue of paragliding, both participants and destinations obtain very important material and spiritual gains. The purpose of this research is to reveal the potential of paragliding, which is an outdoor recreation activity, in Konya in the direction of statements made by the participants (instructor, pilot, and customer) who are actively interested in this activity. The research demonstrates the leisure time activities of the participants, their reasons for participating in paragliding, and the potential of Konya for paragliding activity. The maximum diversity sampling method was used during the determination of the study group in this study, which was carried out according to the case pattern. The working group consists of 19 people, 7 pilots, 6 customers, and 6 instructors. A semi-structured interview form was used as a data collection tool. The explanations obtained from the participants in the research, were analyzed using the open and axial coding approach. Inductive descriptive analysis and content analysis techniques were used in the process of interpreting the data. As a result of the analyses, three themes were determined as leisure time forms, reasons for participating in paragliding and the paragliding potential of Konya. The results show that cultural and outdoor recreation activities are preferred more as leisure time activities, the desire for happiness and socialization is the most efficient preference of individuals, and Konya has extremely suitable areas for these activities, especially due to its geological structure.

Günümüzdeki teknolojik, ekonomik, sosyal ve psikolojik gelişmeler; tüketicinin ihtiyaçlarının, beklentilerinin ve isteklerinin bireysel yönünü daha baskın hale getirmektedir. Dolayısıyla turizm; bireyselleşme noktasında daha yaratıcı, çeşitlendirilmiş, benzersiz, güvenilir ve unutulmaz deneyimler ile şekillenerek yeni bir çağa girmektedir. Bu çağda turizm sektörü, değişen dünyaya ayak uydurmak ve varlığını sürdürmek için daha da özelleştirilmiş bir dönüşüm geçirmektedir. Bu sürece önemli katkı sunan mekanizmalardan biri de geleceğin turizmini şekillendireceği düşünülen deneyimsel turizmdir. Ayrıca yeni modelleriyle deneyimsel turizmin, özellikle turist rehberini turistin bireysel deneyim sürecinin daha aktif ve işlevsel yönlerinden biri haline getireceği ve turist rehberliğine yepyeni bir anlam kazandıracağı öngörülmektedir. Ancak ilgili literatürde, deneyimsel turizmin içeriğinin yeterli düzeyde açıklığa kavuşturulmadığı ve özellikle turist rehberinin deneyimsel turizmdeki rollerine yönelik farklı bakış açılarının geliştirilmediği görülmektedir. Bu boşluktan hareketle, bu çalışmanın amacı; ilgili literatür ışığında, deneyimsel turizmin içeriğini irdeleyerek deneyimsel turist rehberliği ile ilgili kavramsal bir çerçeve oluşturmak ve model önerisinde bulunmaktır. Çalışmada, deneyimsel turist rehberliği; turistin deneyimleme sürecini tasarlama, yürütme ve geliştirme bileşenlerinden oluşan deneyimsel rol performansı bağlamında kavramsallaştırılmıştır. Söz konusu model ise rehberin deneyimsel rol performansını ve turistin rehber eşliğindeki deneyimleme sürecini etkileyen faktörler (rehberin kişisel ve mesleki kaynakları, deneyimsel turist, destinasyon, deneyim ortamı, deneyim sağlayıcıları, yerel toplum ve küresel gelişmeler) ve bu sürecin çıktıları (rehbere, deneyimsel turiste, işletme ve destinasyona, turizm endüstrisine ve diğer sektörlere yönelik) ile oluşturulmuştur. Bu model, gelecekte yapılacak araştırmalar için birçok öneri sunmaktadır., Today's technological, economic, social, and psychological developments emphasize the individual aspect of the consumer's needs, expectations, and desires. Therefore, tourism is entering a new era that is being shaped by more creative, diversified, unique, reliable, and unforgettable experiences at the point of individualization. In this era, the tourism and hospitality industry has undergone a more privatized transformation to keep up with the fast-changing world and survive. One of the mechanisms contributing to this process is an experiential tourism, which is thought to shape future tourism. In addition, it is predicted that experiential tourism, with its new models, will make the tourist guide one of the more active and functional aspects of the tourist's individual experience process and will give a brand new meaning to tourist guiding. However, in the relevant literature, it is seen that the context of experiential tourism has not been sufficiently clarified, and different perspectives have not been developed, especially regarding the role of the tourist guide in experiential tourism. Based on this gap, this study aims to create a conceptual framework and propose a model for experiential tourist guiding by examining the context of experiential tourism in the light of relevant literature. Experiential tourist guiding was conceptualized as the guide's experiential role performance, which consists of designing, executing, and developing the tourist's experience process. The model in question was created with the factors (personal and professional resources of the guide, tourist, destination, experiencescape, providers, local society, and global developments) affecting the guide's experiential role performance and the tourist's experience process with a guide and the outputs (guide, experiential tourist, business, destination, tourism industry, and other sectors) of this process, as well as contains multiple recommendations for further research.

Introduction: Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has infected people of all ages all across the world, with children accounting for 1.7 percent of cases. Despite the fact that over 90% of children with COVID-19 had asymptomatic, mild, or moderate disease, new worries about hyperinflammatory states or Kawasaki-like disease have surfaced. Materials and Methods: We would like to present 17 patients with different patterns of myocardial involvement. They were selected from our database of 214 patients (19 newborns) hospitalized for SARS-CoV-2 infection treatment in our pediatrics clinic from March 2020 to October 2020. Selection criteria involved cardiac involvement in terms of positive laboratory findings (elevated troponin I) electrocardiographic and echocardiographic findings. Results: Cardiac involvement was detected in only 17 (7.9%) of the 214 hospitalized patients. Patients were grouped into three categories according to their hospitalization units which were neonatal intensive care, pediatric intensive care and pediatric inpatient clinic. Most of our patients (88.2%) had elevated troponin I levels whereas 12 patients (70.5%) had abnormal electrocardiograms and echocardiographic exams. Fourteen (82.3%) of patients with high troponin I levels had also abnormal electrocardiograms whereas 13 (76.4%) of them had abnormal echocardiographic exams. Conclusion: Although we did not observe cardiac involvement in most of the patients (92.1%) hospitalized for SARS-CoV-2 infection treatment in our pediatrics clinic, subjects with involvement had quite diverse patterns ranging from only troponin I elevation to the multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children needing arteriovenous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation therapy. Giriş: COVID-19 çocuklarda hafif seyirli bir hastalık olmakla beraber, Kawasaki benzeri hastalık ya da hiperinflamatuar durumlar ile kendini gösterebilmektedir. Biz çalışmamızda COVID-19 pandemisinde çocuklarda kardiyak tutulum sıklığı ve şekillerini ortaya koymayı amaçladık. Gereç ve Yöntem: Mart 2020 ile Ekim 2020 arasında SARS-CoV-2 enfeksiyonu nedeni ile pediatri kliniğimizde tedavi gören 214 hastamızdan değişik şekillerde kardiyak tutulum gözlediğimiz 17 hastayı sunmak istiyoruz. Hastaların seçilme kriterleri laboratuar (artmış troponin I), elektrokardiyografik ve ekokardiyografik bulgulara dayanmaktadır. Hastalar tedavi gördükleri birimler olan pediatri servisi, yenidoğan yoğun bakım ünitesi ve çocuk yoğun bakım ünitesi olarak üç ayrı gruba ayrılmışlardır. Bulgular: Kardiyak tutulum 214 hastanın %7,9’unda gözlenmiş olup bunların %88.2’sinde troponin I yüksekliği, %70,5’inde anormal elektrokardiyografi bulguları ve yine %70,5’inde anormal elektrokardiyografi bulguları saptadık. Troponin I yüksekliği saptanan hastaların %82.3’ünde beraberinde anormal elektrokardiyografi bulguları saptanırken, yine bu hastaların %76.4’ünde anormal ekokardiyografi bulguları saptadık. Yedi hasta çoklu sistem inflamatuar sendromu olarak değerlendirildi. Sonuç: SARS-CoV-2 enfeksiyonu tedavisi alan hastalarımızın büyük bir kısmında kardiyak tutulum tespit etmedik. Tutulum saptadığımız hastalarda ise tutulum şekli oldukça değişkenlik göstermekte idi. Lakin bu yelpazenin bir ucunda sadece troponin I yüksekliği olan hastalarımız var iken diğer ucunda ekstrakorporeal membran oksijenizasyonu tedavisine ihtiyaç duyan sol ventrikül sistolik fonksiyon bozukluğu olan hastalarımız mevcuttu.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, kültürel mirasın yönetimi sürecinde katılımcı, sürdürülebilir bakış açısı ile turizm paydaşlarının algı ve tutumları arasındaki farklılıkları incelemek ve olası sorunlara yönelik çözüm önerilerini sunmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Sürdürülebilir Kültürel Miras Yönetimi (SKMY) ile ilişkili olan sosyo-ekonomik, yönetsel, çevresel, bilgi paylaşımı, korumacı yaklaşım gibi faktörlerin, turizm paydaş gruplarına göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğine dair bir çalışma kapsamı oluşturulmuştur. Çalışmanın alan araştırması Konya ilinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Örneklem grubu olarak turizm paydaş gruplarından yerel halk, yerli ve yabancı turist, turizm işletmeleri, yerel yönetimler ve Sivil Toplum Kuruluşları (STK) çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Paydaşların algı ve tutumlarını ölçmek için önceden kullanılan bir anket formundan yararlanılarak yeni bir anket formu geliştirilmiştir. Yüz yüze yapılan görüşmeler neticesinde, turizm paydaş gruplarında yer alan 2080 kişiden incelenebilir veri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen anket verileri belirleyici istatistikler, faktör analizi, Kruskal Wallis-H, Mann-Whitney U gibi istatistiksel analiz yöntemleri yardımıyla incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, SKMY’nin sosyoekonomik, sürdürülebilir yönetim uygulamaları ve paydaşlar arası bilgi paylaşımı boyutlarında gruplar arasında anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilmemiştir. Ancak; doğal kaynaklar ve enerji kullanımı, çevreci ulaşım uygulamaları, kültürel mirasın korunması, katılımcı yönetim uygulamaları ve taşıma kapasitesi boyutları açısından, paydaş grupları arasında anlamlı farklılıkların olduğu tespit edilmiştir. The aim of the research is to examine the differences of perceptions and attitudes of tourism stakeholders from the participative and sustainable perspective in the process of cultural heritage management and to offer solutions for possible problems. In line with this purpose, a study scope was created to determine whether factors such as socio-economic, administrative, environmental, information sharing, and protectionist approach associated with sustainable cultural heritage management (SCHM) differ according to tourism stakeholder groups. Field research of the study was carried out in Konya province. As the sample group, local people, local ve foreign tourists, tourism enterprises, local governments and nongovernmental organizations from tourism stakeholder groups were included in the study. A previously used questionnaire was used to develop a new questionnaire which was then used to measure the perceptions and attitudes of the stakeholders. As a result of face-to-face interviews, investigable data was obtained from 2080 people in tourism stakeholder groups. The obtained survey data were analyzed with the help of determinative statistics, factor analysis, statistical analysis methods such as Kruskal Wallis-H, Mann-Whitney U. According to the results of the research, no significant difference was found between the groups in the dimensions of SKMY's socio-economic, sustainable management practices and information sharing between stakeholders. However, it has been observed that there are significant differences among stakeholder groups in terms of natural resources and energy use, environmental transport practices, protection of cultural heritage, participatory management practices and carrying capacity dimensions.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, kültürel turizm amaçlı seyahat eden yerli ve yabancı turistlerin Konya’ya ilişkin imaj algılarını belirlemek ve turistlerin ziyaretleri kapsamındaki tercihlerini ortaya koyabilmektir. Araştırmanın verileri 2016 yılı Haziran ve Aralık ayları arasında Konya’yı ziyaret eden yerli ve yabancı turistler ile yapılan anketlerden elde edilmiştir. 404 yerli turist, 392 yabancı turist olmak üzere toplamda 796 ziyaretçi ile yüz yüze anket yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 22.00 paket programı yardımıyla frekans dağılımları hesaplanarak yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada turistlerin demografik özellikleri, Konya’da bulundukları süre içerisindeki turistik tercihleri ve Konya ile ilgili algıladıkları imaja yönelik bulgulara yer verilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre, Konya’yı ziyaret eden yerli ve yabancı turistlerin benzer demografik özelliklere sahip olduğu ve Konya’ya dair ortak bir imaj algılarının olduğu görülmüştür., The aim of this study is to determine the image perceptions about Konya of local and foreign tourists traveling for cultural tourism and to reveal their preferences within the scope of tourists? visits. The data of the survey were obtained from the questionnaires conducted with domestic and foreign tourists visiting Konya between June and December 2016. A total of 796 visitors, including 404 domestic and 392 foreign tourists, were surveyed face to face. The obtained data were interpreted by calculating frequency distributions with the help of SPSS 22.00 package program. The survey included demographic characteristics of tourist tourist preferences during their stay in Konya, and findings about the image they perceive about Konya. According to the findings of the survey, it is seen that domestic and foreign tourists visiting Konya have similar demographic characteristics and have common image perceptions about Konya.

Objective: We assessed our knowledge about the epidemiological, clinical characteristics, laboratory/ radiological findings, and outcomes of hospitalized children with COVID-19.Materials and Methods: This retrospective single-center study was conducted on 54 children with COVID-19 who were hospitalized from March 16, 2020, to April 26, 2020, in the Pediatric Department at Sancaktepe Training &Research Hospital Istanbul, Turkey.Results: The median age of our patients was 121.5 months (range 1-214 months), of the 54 hospitalized children, 48.1 % (n=26) were female, and 51.9% (n=28) were male. The most common symptom was cough (n=24, 44.4%). The median duration of hospitalization was five days (range 1-13 days). According to the PCR test results, 24 (44.4%) patients werepositive, and 30 (55.6%) were negative. Among 54 children, white-cell count (WBC), absolute neutrophil count (ANC) were significantly lower, and CRP levels were significantly higher in PCR negative patients. Computed tomography was performed in 26 children, and 19(73.1%) CT scans were consistent with classic/probable/indeterminate COVID-19 predominant patterns. Oxygen requirement was significantly higher in our PCR negative patients.Conclusion: As a result of the low sensitivity of PCR test results, clinicians should consider clinical signs and symptoms in deciding on the diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19., Amaç: Çalışmamızda COVID-19 tanısı ile hastanede yatan çocukların epidemiyolojik, klinik özellikleri, laboratuvar / radyolojik bulguları ve sonuçları hakkındaki bilgilerimizi değerlendirdik. Materyal ve Metod: Bu retrospektif tek merkezli çalışma, 16 Mart 2020 - 26 Nisan 2020 tarihleri arasında İstanbul Sancaktepe Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Pediatri Kliniğinde yatan 54 COVID-19 tanılı çocuk hasta üzerinde gerçekleştirildi. Bulgular: Hastalarımızın ortanca yaşı 121,5 ay (1-214 ay) idi. Hastaneye yatırılan 54 çocuk hastanın % 48,'i (n = 26) kadın, %51,9'u (n = 28) erkekti. En sık görülen semptom öksürüktü (n = 24, % 44,4). Ortalama yatış süresi 5 gündü (1-13 günarasında). PCR test sonuçlarına göre 24 (% 44,4) hasta pozitif, 30 (% 55,6) hasta negatifti. 54 çocukta beyaz küre sayısı (WBC), mutlak nötrofil sayısı (ANC) anlamlı olarak düşüktü ve CRP düzeyleri PCR negative hastalarda anlamlı olarak daha yüksekti. Bilgisayarlı tomografi 26 hastamıza çekildi ve 19 (% 73,1) BT klasik / olası / belirsiz COVID-19 baskın paterni ile uyumlu idi. PCR negative hastalarımızda oksijen gereksinimi anlamlı derecede yüksekti. Sonuç: PCR test sonuçlarının düşük hassasiyetinin bir sonucu olarak, klinisyenler COVID-19'un tanı ve tedavisine karar verirken klinik belirti ve semptomları ön planda düşünmelidir.

SIVILAŞTIRILMIŞ DOĞAL GAZ (LNG) İÇEREN DEPOLAMA TANKLARININ PATLAMA SONUÇ ANALİZİ VE TOKSİK SALIM DAĞILIMININ MODELLENMESİDünyada günümüze dek meydana gelen LNG ile ilgili kazaların araştırılarak, insan popülasyonu ve çevre üzerindeki etkilerinin incelenmesi ve tekrar yaşanmaması için iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin ele alması gereken konulardan birisidir. Buna göre, oluşabilecek patlama senaryoları ve termal radyasyon etkileri analiz edilerek, bu tür kazaların oluşma olasılıkları durumlarından yola çıkılarak çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir.LNG içeren depolama tankların muhafaza edildiği tesislerde, olası patlamaların dağılım, katastrofik yırtılma ve toksik yayılım modellemelerinin sonuç analizinden, tesis ve çevresinde bulunan insan popülasyonunun ve yapıların nasıl ve ne kadar etkilendikleri çıkarılmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Safeti programı kullanılarak dağılım, katastrofik yırtılma ve toksik yayılım modellenerek, modellemeler sonucunda ortaya çıkacak olan radyasyon etkisinin ölümle sonuçlanacak etki boyutunda olduğu analiz edilmiştir.Safeti program kullanılarak oluşturulan katastrofik patlama modellemesinde, 85.000 m3'lük LNG içeren depolama tankının, 1,5 km/s rüzgâr hızı, stabil hava (1,5/F), 1,5 km/s rüzgâr hızı, normal hava (1,5/D) ve 5 km/s rüzgâr hızı, normal hava (5/D) olmak üzere modellemesi yapılmıştır. Her üç hava koşulunda da katastrofik patlama neticesinde; ortaya çıkacak geç havuz yangını nedeniyle oluşan radyasyon seviyesi ~890 m içerisinde 220 kW/m2 olduğu bulunmuştur. Accordingly, the study was carried out by analyzing the explosion scenarios and thermal radiation effects that may occur and the probability of occurrence of such accidents.In the facilities where storage tanks containing LNG are preserved, the result analysis of the modeling of possible explosions, dispersion, catastrophic rupture, and toxicity is extracted from how the human population and its structures are affected. The purpose of this study is to model distribution, catastrophic tear, and toxic spread using Safeti software. The radiation effect that will emerge as a result of these models is analyzed to be the effect size that will result in death.In the catastrophic explosion modeling created by using Safeti software, the storage tank containing 85,000 m3 of LNG, modeled by using wind parameters such as; 1,5 km / h wind speed, stable air (1,5 / F), 1,5 km / h wind speed, normal air (1,5 / D) and 5 km / h wind speed, normal air (5 / D). As a result of a catastrophic explosion in all three weather conditions; The radiation level caused by the late pool fire to be revealed was found to be 220 kW / m2 within ~ 890 m. Respiratory viruses are the leading cause of respiratory infections in children. Herein, we aimed to determine the epidemiologic and clinical feautures of viral agents among hospitalized children with lower respiratory tract infections. Material and Methods: Nasopharyngeal swab specimens were obtained from the 422 patients hospitalized with a diagnosis of lower respiratory tract infections between December 2012 and December 2016. Multiplex reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction was performed for the detection of viruses. Results: Viral respiratory pathogens were detected in 311 patients (73.7%). In regard to respiratory virus subtypes, 103 patients (33.1%) had respiratory syncytial virus, 102 (32.7%) had human rhinovirus, 49 (15.7%) had multiple viruses, 15 (4.8%) had parainfluenzavirus, 13 (4.1%) had adenovirus, nine (2.8%) had human metapneumovirus, eight (2.5%) had human coronaviruses, six (1.9%) had bocavirus, five (1.6%) had influenza virus, and one patient (0.3%) had enterovirus.
