In this article, we present a novel concept of the supra neutrosophic multiset topological space. We describe the behaviour of neutrosophic sets and multiset with in this framework. Additionally, we define the supra neutrosophic open multiset (SNOMS), supra neutrosohic closed multiset (SNCMS), supra neutrosophic interior multiset, and supra neutrosophic closure multiset, and provide examples to illustrate their properties. In the present study, six mononuclear Zinc(II) complexes, [Zn(L1)(6-Methyl-2,2′-bpy)] (1), [Zn(L1)(1,10-Phen)] (2), [Zn(L1)(5-Amino-1,10-Phen)] (3), [Zn(L2)(6-Methyl-2,2′-bpy)] (4), [Zn(L2)(4,4′-Di-tert-butyl-2,2′-bpy)] (5), and [Zn(L2)(1,10-Phen)] (6) formed from Schiff bases, 2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-(pyridin-2-ylmethylimino)propan-2-ol (L1) and 4-chloro-5-methyl-2-(1-(pyridin-2-ylmethylimino)ethyl)phenol (L2) were synthesized. The synthesized Schiff base ligands and metal complexes were characterized by different spectroscopic techniques such as FTIR, UV–Visible, 1H & 13C NMR spectroscopy, in addition to Powder X-ray diffraction and cyclic voltammetry. Further, the synthesized metal complexes (1–6) and their parental Schiff bases (L1, L2) were evaluated for antibacterial, antifungal, and antioxidant activities. Of those, Complex 1 was shown to have significant antibacterial activity against all of the evaluated microorganisms. Schiff base ligands, L1 and L2, complexes 1, 4, and 5 were shown to have superior antifungal activity against Aspergillus niger than the standard drug, fluconazole. Background: Lifelong intervention is the mainstay of rehabilitation for individuals on the autism spectrum. The Lancet Commission on care and clinical research on autism has noted the prohibitive cost of intervention services in Low Middle Income Countries and has recommended active involvement of parents in the intervention process. However, there appear to be limited resources for parents to train themselves. The purpose of this qualitative study was to understand the state of Parent Mediated Interventions across India. Method: The study was carried out in two phases. In the first phase, professionals from centers across India were interviewed to understand the methods followed in their centers. In the second phase, focus group discussions were conducted with parents of children on the autism spectrum to understand their needs and challenges in working with their children. The findings from these two phases were then presented to an experienced professionals to corroborate the results. Results: Parent-mediated interventions were found to be limited and relying on manuals published in the West. Parents of children above the age of six continued to face challenges in teaching communication and managing difficult behaviors. Conclusion: Empowering parents by educating them right from the time of diagnosis of the child will ensure better adult outcomes among individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Usage of single use plastics has been rapidly increasing in the recent past and it is challenging to dispose of these plastics safely, since they are non-biodegradable. Especially, Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) which is widely used in the form of water bottles cannot be easily recycled or reused. On the other hand, construction projects require sustainable materials having good strength, accordingly various studies have been conducted to reuse plastic wastes in the concrete and positive results have been obtained. In this study, the crushed PET bottles are partially substituted with fine aggregates and water hyacinth is added as a bio plasticizer in concrete. The concrete specimens are cast by substituting PET aggregates with the fine aggregates at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10% and water hyacinth is added at 10 & 20% by weight of water. The specimens are tested and it is noted that with the addition of PET aggregates up to 4% the strength of the concrete increases and beyond 4%, strength of the concrete gradually decreases, and addition of water hyacinth enhances the strength of the concrete.
