Ichnocarpus frutescens (Apocynaceae) are generally known as Krishn sariva in Hindi, Kali Sariva in Sanskrit, a large, evergreen, red woody climber, native to India, Java, China, Ceylon, South Asia, Northern, Australia and found in ascending to an altitude of 4000 ft. Different tribes of India are used this plant as a substitute for Indian Sarsaparilla (Hemidesmus Indicus) it has been used conventionally in diverse ailments of human beings that is headache, wound, fever, tongue, ulcers, cramps, night blindness, stomach pain, bone, fracture, skin infection, diabetes, liver disorder, as an alternative, tonic, diuretic and diaphoretic, Pharmacologically plant shows Antiobesity, analgesic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, skeletal muscle relaxant, hepatoprotective, antitumor. The present study has aimed to identify the Phyto-substance present in Ichnocarpus frutescens using GC-MS analysis. The root part was extracted by maceration in which we have taken 70% Ethyl alcohol and 30% of distilled water. The phyto-components of Hydroalcoholic extract were identified by GC-MS investigation and eight were identified by GC-MS investigation and found eight numbers of phyto-components. Phyto- constituents of the extracts were D-Ribo-Hexose, 2, 6-dideoxy-3-O-methyl-, Diethyl Phthalate, Desulphosingrin, 3-O-Methyl-d-glucose, d-Mannose, Ethyl Oleate, Hexadecanoic acid, 2 Hydroxy-1-(hydroxymethyl) ethyl ester, Octadecanoic acid, 2-hydroxy-1-(Hydroxymethyl) ethyl ester. This study is the major characterization of the phyto-components of plant data that indicates the hydro-alcoholic extract has remarkable activities.

Neem oil is an excellent source of biofuel and medicinal levels that show good chemical components. Fresh seeds of Azadirachta indica (neem seeds) were collected during summer season (April 2022) and were dried in the sunlight for 24 hours. The dried seeds were kept in the seeds to oil machine and the oil was extracted by heat press method. Around 45ml of the oil was extracted from 100 gm of seeds. The waste seed substrate of Azadirachta indica that mix with yeast has shown the Microbial oil burn in glass plate. The extracted oil was tested for the biochemical activities to understand about the chemical components (protein, carbohydrates, phenols, terpenoids, steroids, cholesterol, avonoids and aminoacids) present in the oil. The seed oil and Petroleum ether mix with microbial oil (50:50) has shown little activity with Candida, Enterococcus, Pseudomonas and Staphylococcus. No antimicrobial activity was observed with Ethanol dissolved with microbial oil (50:50). Trypsin and proteinase K has shown protein degradation. The oil with proteinase has not shown gelatin degradation indicates the oil mix with proteins making negative effect with gelatin degradation. QSAR (Quantitative structure-activity relationship) properties shows no partial charges showing molecules as stable. The ligands and the receptor has been selected in the present experimentation to understand about molecular docking process. Caffeic acid and gallocatechin present in fresh seeds oil of Azadirachta indica (neem seeds oil) shown best activities with microbes.

In this article, Fifth generation mobile technology is termed 5G. It is basically a standard notation, used for a major phase of mobile telecommunication other than 4G standards. After the overall success of fourth generation (4G) mobile communications which was based on the platform named “Long Term Evolution (LTE)-Advanced standard” developed by the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP), the industry along with the research department such as International Telecommunication Union — Radio communications Standardization Sector (ITU-R), 3GPP, has been continuously working on the 5G mobile communication standards through some projects, such as the EU FP7 METIS and independently. In the year 2015, a paper has published in which it was reported that ITU-R developed a vision for 5G mobile communications. This vision supports the accommodation of explosive growth of data traffic through enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB). It also supports massive machine-type communications (MTC), along with ultra-reliable and low-latency communications (URLLC). This paper presents a review of the innovation, updates, and advancements from the first generation (1G) to the fifth generation (5G). Also, the network capabilities providing reasonable broadband wireless connectivity for all generations of telecommunication are discussed here.
