This dataset contains the models and data used in the article "To what extent does river routing matter in hydrological modeling?". In this work, we configured the Variable Infiltration Capacity (VIC) macroscale hydrologic model in conjunction with the mizuRoute routing model to examine the impacts of different decisions on hydrologic model performance. The dataset contains the versions used for the hydrological and routing models used, in conjunction with the meteorological forcings and ancillary data for the Cautin river at Cajón River basin.

Lo que se pretende obtener con la realización de este trabajo es una buena administración operativa eficiente control de inventarios, efectiva rotación de las entradas y salidas, adiciona la la utilidad década producto y servicio que se maneja en planeta animal todo para tu mascota. El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional aborda el desarrollo creativo y las fases de realización audiovisual del video promocional “El viaje de Franco”, elaborado para el Programa Fast Entrepreneur Trip (FET) del Centro de Innovación y Desarrollo Emprendedor (CIDE) de la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). La pieza fue realizada con el objetivo de incrementar el número de solicitudes de información sobre el Programa FET en Facebook en un 100% durante los 6 meses posteriores a su publicación. Se sustenta el trabajo a través de cinco etapas que comprenden la determinación del objetivo, la definición del concepto estratégico, el desarrollo y producción audiovisual, la validación e implementación de cambios realizados. Finalmente, como resultado obtenido, se logró duplicar el número de solicitudes de información sobre el Programa FET en los 6 meses posteriores a su publicación. This work of professional sufficiency addresses the creative development and audiovisual production phases of the promotional video "El viaje de Franco", developed for the Fast Entrepreneur Trip (FET) program of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurial Development (CIDE) of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP). The piece was created with the objective of increasing the number of requests for information about the FET Program on Facebook by 100% during the 6 months following its publication. The work is supported through five stages that include the determination of the objective, the definition of the strategic concept, the development and audiovisual production, the validation and implementation of changes made. Finally, as a result, the number of requests for information on the FET Program was doubled in the 6 months after its publication.

COVID-19 Pandemic has created different challenges for Peruvian cities. How Urban Law and urban regulation should respond to those challenges? The article tries to respond to this question by revisiting the concept of Urban Law and the principles that are behind it. Moreover, the article will explore the impacts that the social distancing policies have had in territorial planning, public transport and public spaces and how this new context requires a reframe in the policies that regulate those sectors. The final section is dedicated to highlighting the importance of housing in the social distancing context and how the housing regulation should evolve to create a real safe-place from the risks imposed by the COVID-19 that allows the continuity of life in this new reality. ¿Cómo afecta la pandemia del COVID-19 a las ciudades? ¿Cuál es el impacto de las medidas adoptadas para combatir dicha enfermedad respecto del derecho urbanístico? ¿Cuáles son los principales retos impuestos por dicha enfermedad a esta rama del derecho administrativo? El presente artículo busca dar respuesta a estas interrogantes a partir de la definición de derecho urbanístico y los principales ejes que conforman su contenido. Asimismo, se analiza el impacto de las nuevas políticas de distanciamiento social dentro de los espacios públicos, así como en el servicio de transporte. Por último, se esbozan unas breves reflexiones sobre la importancia de la vivienda como espacio para la convivencia y continuidad de actividades de los ciudadanos en este contexto actual.

En la presente investigación se busca favorecer el desarrollo de la competencia comunicativa oral en niños de primera infancia a partir de la conversación y se desarrolla un proyecto de aula como propuesta de intervención permitiendo la inserción de la vida en la escuela y se da inicia a un trabajo de investigación orientado al desarrollo de la competencia comunicativa oral desde una perspectiva sociocultural, en el cual se reconoce la importancia de las interacciones sociales y en donde la conversación como formato oral posibilita el intercambio comunicativo. Es así, como se presenta una investigación que evidencia la manera en que la conversación, posibilita el desarrollo oral en niños de preescolar y se demuestra que es posible pensar en prácticas educativas intencionadas y progresivas de la oralidad desde los primeros años de socialización. The present research seeks to favor the development of oral communicative competence in early childhood children from conversation. A classroom project is developed as an intervention proposal allowing the insertion of life in school and a research work is initiated oriented to the development of oral communicative competence from a socio-cultural perspective, in which the importance of social interactions is recognized and where conversation as an oral format makes possible the communicative exchange. Thus, we present a research that evidences the way in which conversation makes possible oral development in preschool children, and it is shown that it is possible to think about intentional and progressive educational practices of orality from the first years of socialization.

The Colombian textile sector, which represents 3% of the gross domestic product, has staff turnover problems. When aworker quits, an immediate replacement is needed in order to not affect productivity. Companies often recruit people without training or even experience. In this paper is analyses job turnover of businesses in the textile sector in Barranquilla (Colombia) through internal, external and contextual factors with their respective indicators. The investigation is quantitative with a correlational scope and a cross-sectional design. The methodology consisted of reliability testing (Cronbach’s alpha and McDonald’s omega) and construct validity (exploratory factor analysis) for the measurement instrument. This was followed by a descriptive analysis, with measures in relation to central tendency and dispersion for each factor indicator, concluding a confirmatory factor analysis with maximum likelihood estimates to observe causality, covariation and incidence relationships. The results established that the relevant indicators are commitment and satisfaction, sickness and company flexibility. The strongest covariance is between internal and contextual factors. Consistent with the theory, it was possible to statistically validate the theoretical model applied and a tool to measure job turnover.
