Quartzite is a mountain igneous sedimentary rock formed by fusion of quartz sand with other minerals. The volume of its consumption is increases constantly. For this reason resolution of the problem of the feasibility of developing a new formation or a new site (lode) of an existing quartzite deposit depends directly on its properties. This is especially true for the use of quartzite in the metal industry where it is exposed to high temperature. As a rule studying properties of quartzite for water absorption, open porosity and apparent density is performed at room temperature. Macro and microstructures are studied before and after calcining at 1450°C using optical microscopes that make it possible to conduct X-ray phase analysis.

The article deals with the problem of metrological support of innovative technologies, in particular, related to the production of promising renewable energy sources such as biofuels. In the process of biofuel separation, it is very important to monitor various technological parameters: pressure, flow, liquid level, temperature, etc. For this purpose, measuring devices are used as part of the automation of technological processes. At the same time, flow turbulence can have a significant impact on the accuracy of the readings of these devices. Often, the transition from laminar to turbulent flow is associated with the formation of a vortex when overcoming the flow of various constrictions at the outlet of the installations. The paper considers a method for preventing the formation of vortices through the use of a anti-vortex device (AVD). Computer modeling of the fluid flow in the SolidWorks software package was carried out in order to determine the optimal geometric characteristics of the AVD. In particular, the influence of the gap in the AVD and its plate diameter was studied.

The article is devoted to the use of electron beam welding for connecting pipelines in the oil and gas industry. The analysis of the proposed approach and equipment for creating permanent pipe-flange connections is carried out. The advantages and disadvantages of the proposed approach are considered. During the work, the welded seam was calculated. A set of interchangeable attachments for the turntable has also been developed. Thus, the purpose of this work is to improve the quality of welded joints of oil and gas equipment through the use of electron-beam welding technology and design of replaceable nozzles for a turntable for an electron-beam welding unit.

The article deals with the problem of connecting pipelines in the oil and gas industry. One of the connection methods is resistance welding. Often, the use of this approach shows muted efficiency as it depends on the qualifications of the welder. A technique for creating flange (plane) connections with a pipe in the oil and gas industry is considered. The necessary equipment and types of welds within the considered area are considered. Thus, it is necessary to conduct a literature-patent review to find an alternative method for creating welded joints in oil and gas pipelines in order to increase the reliability of such joints and reduce the cost of production. The analysis of the subject area and the search for possible solutions to the problem posed were carried out. Various welding methods (manual electric arc, automatic submerged-arc welding, induction brazing, etc.) are considered and a comparison of the main welding methods is given, as well as the rationale for the use of electron beam welding to create such pipe joints.

The article deals with the problem of connecting pipelines in the oil and gas industry. To improve the quality of welds on the oil pipeline, the article proposes an alternative method of welding and venting the beam into the atmosphere. This method includes a mobile installation for electron beam welding, in which, in manual mode, it is possible to adjust the seam speed, penetration depth, change the trajectory of the weld and the position of the installation relative to the pipe axis. Guns with a plasma cathode, which allow welding products in the atmosphere, are considered. The power of the generators is also calculated, and the generators are selected corresponding to the put forward requirements. In the course of the work, the authors are designing an electron beam welding unit, which in the future is planned to be developed as a mobile one. The mobile installation includes: a generator directing the belt to the pipe, a horizontal displacement motor, a welding positioner, an electron gun with a plasma cathode.

The article discusses an automated measuring installation, and also analyzes the subject area. Some types of soldering are considered (capillary, diffusion, contact-reaction and others). The choice of induction brazing for the soldering of pipeline elements of an automated gas metering installation has been substantiated. The work presents the installation of induction heating, considering the required technological parameters. Based on this installation, the basic diagram of the Fitting and the schematic diagram of the connecting sleeve were corrected, which will allow the development of a mobile induction installation as well as collapsible inductors. Potential induction equipment and the developed designs can be used to connect pipelines in the oil and gas industry.

The article solves the problem of developing an intelligent system for controlling the process of induction soldering of waveguide paths from aluminum alloys. The concept of a control system is proposed, which uses the fuzzy logic methods as a solution of control problem. The following input variables were defined for the fuzzy controller: mismatch of the soldered waveguide elements temperatures; mismatch of the soldered waveguide elements heating rates; estimation of the process control quality by the temperature mismatch signal; estimation of the process control quality by the signal of heating speed mismatch. Output variables of the fuzzy controller were the choice of control algorithm and adjustment of the regulator coefficients. Based on the results of numerical experiments, both the forms of control actions in the system and their parameters were selected. The proposed approach to the formation of control was tested in a series of full-scale experiments on the soldering of waveguide paths. As a result of these experiments the heating curves of the product elements were obtained, according to which it is possible to judge the effectiveness of using intelligent control based on a fuzzy regulator. Application of the proposed approach allows to provide high quality control of the induction heating process and to obtain reliable permanent joints of the elements of waveguide paths.

В данной статье рассматривается разработка интеллектуальной технологии, предназначенной для решения задачи управления процессом индукционной пайки волноводных трактов космических аппаратов. Решение данной задачи осложняется особенностями, обусловленными использованием бесконтактных датчиков измерения температуры. Интеллектуальные методы хорошо себя зарекомендовали при решении задач управления в условиях неопределенности. Использование интеллектуальных методов хорошо подходит как для решения задач идентификации и коррекции погрешностей средств измерения, так и для непосредственного управления технологическим процессом индукционной пайки волноводных трактов космических летательных аппаратов. Суть предлагаемой технологии заключается в применении коллектива искусственных нейронных сетей для решения задачи управления процессом индукционной пайки на следующих его этапах: оценка качества измерений температуры в зоне нагрева, получаемых при помощи пирометрических датчиков; коррекция измерений в случае обнаружения ненормативных погрешностей в измерительных средствах; управление процессом индукционного нагрева при отсутствии надежных показаний измерительных средств. В статье описываются структуры искусственных нейронных сетей, предлагаемые для решения поставленных задач управления, блок-схема алгоритма интеллектуального управления, а также результаты экспериментальных исследований эффективности применения предложенного подхода. Использование представленной интеллектуальной технологии позволит повысить качество управления процессом индукционной пайки волноводных трактов космических аппаратов.

The article is devoted to the analysis and construction of a multivariate regression model. The mode of operation of generalized heat points is considered. The positive and negative aspects of using heat points to maintain the temperature at the desired level have been identified. The analysis of the multivariate model is carried out. The input data for the generated model has been defined. The factors that affect the temperature in structurally isolated rooms have been identified. A multifactorial regression model of temperature control in heated rooms has been built, with the help of which it is possible to determine how much heat needs to be supplied to a particular structurally isolated room, which will allow more efficient use of resources to maintain the temperature at the required level.

The article discusses the development of a system for recognizing people at a pedestrian crossing. Such recognition system includes a trained classifier and two sets of images taken from an open database containing images of city streets from outdoor cameras. Some shortcomings that can be easily solved with the help of the developed recognition system are analyzed. We also studied common methods of detection, for example, the Viola-Jones method, and their advantages in the operation of the system. A comparison of all the considered methods is carried out and the most suitable one for the set goal is selected and the method of constructing a classifier is described separately. This system is becoming more and more relevant with the development of the technological capabilities of urban life and improves its quality due to its smooth operation and good performance indicators.

The article is devoted to solving the problem of modelling the distribution of energy in the steady mode with electron beam welding with the means of ANSYS Academic Student. The authors propose the implementation of the simulation model to allow evaluating the density of the heat field in the assembly unit of the product when it is connected to its elements by means of electron beam welding. Two imitation models are implemented for one of the types of aerospace products, made of titanium alloy and aluminum alloy. Such models allow research to assess the effect of technological parameters of the process of electron beam welding on the heating intensity of the zone near the weld. A series of experiments with visualization of their results for various power values was carried out.

The presented work is devoted to the study of the effect of various values of the electron beam current on the distribution of the energy cross section of the weld when conducting the technological process of electron-beam welding of thin-walled structures. The work is used by the simulation system of COMSOL Multiphysics, in which mathematical models of energy distribution proposed by the authors are implemented with electron beam welding. Imitation modelling was carried out for two materials widely used in the aerospace industry: titan alloy BT14 and AMG aluminum alloy. The values of the parameters for which the simulation was carried out were selected as a result of the predetermined process of optimizing the technological mode of electron beam welding for the construction under study. In the process of the research, a change in the value of the electron beam current is carried out both in less and to the large side. The article presents visualization for the three values of the parameter under study for each material, which makes it possible to judge the effectiveness of the previously formed set of optimal parameter values.

The article presents a mathematical model of pipe heating in the process of induction brazing of waveguide paths. The object of research is the technological process of induction brazing, in particular, the regularities of energy distribution over time over the volume of the pipe Assembly of the waveguide path. The purpose of creating the model is to improve the quality of control of the production process of waveguide paths based on induction heating. The presented models will be actively used in the development of an algorithm for adaptive (intelligent) control of the technological process of induction heating of waveguide path assemblies in order to achieve uniform heating of the brazed elements to form a high-quality one-piece connection.

The article discusses the issues of modeling induction heating in the process of induction brazing of pipelines in a protective gas environment. Elcut 5.1 software product is used for modeling. The modeling of the following physical characteristics of the induction heating process is carried out: the electromagnetic field formed by the inductor, the distribution of eddy currents over the elements of the pipe being welded, the temperature distribution. On the basis of the developed simulation models, the influence of the position of the pipeline system assembly in the inductor window and the influence of the frequency of the current generated by the generator on the efficiency of the induction heating process are evaluated. The results obtained in the course of the study make it possible to efficiently adjust the technological parameters of the process of induction brazing of pipelines in protective environments and, accordingly, to improve the quality of the formed permanent joints.

The article discusses the construction of the simulation-dynamic model of the manufacturing details process in the workshop. As part of the production process, the workshop prepares workpieces, performs processing operations and packaging of details, as well as controls defective workpieces during processing operations. The model is built, taking into account the percentage of defect probabilities during the operation. It also shows the work process of the enterprise workshop for 8 hours. A model management interface was created, which includes an input interface through which data is entered, as well as an output interface that allow seeing the results of the work done. On the grounds of the conducted experiments, conclusions were drawn regarding the available data, a comparison of the experimental results was carried out, as well as illustrating how the model visualizes changes in the manufacturing process of details in the workshop.

The article is devoted to a review of approaches used to simulate thermal processes occurring during electron beam welding of thin-walled products. The analysis of more than fifty sources is carried out on the basis of which ideas about the current state of the problem considered in the article are formed. To implement the simulation, it is possible to use modern software systems such as: ANSYS, Comsol Multiphysics, Abaqus and NX Nastran, each of which has its own set of advantages and disadvantages. By using the method of expert evaluation on the basis of the formulated criteria, the most effective software was selected. The results of the study of mathematical models implemented in the selected software system will allow not only to get an idea of the thermal process occurring during electron beam welding of thin-walled products, as such, but also to form a mathematical justification for making technological and control decisions.

The article considers the influence of various types of advertising and identifies those that have the greatest impact on sales of services of different organizations. The model is built with consideration of the following types of advertising: event advertising, advertising on social networks, television and outdoor advertising. Also taken into account communication that has the greatest influence on the increase in the purchase of services. The constructed model is aimed at modelling the acquisition of service once and does not consider modelling repeat purchases. Based on the constructed graphs, changes in the number of existing and potential customers and the effect on the flow of customers from various types of advertising are analyzed. From this, conclusions were drawn about which particular type of advertising has the greatest impact, and which is the least and how communication affects the acquisition of services.

The article presents a dynamic model of the composition of the labour collective in the organization. The model is built, taking into account the following categories of workers: «Executives», «Specialists», «Employees», «Workers» using Powersim Studio. Our model is multidimensional. A model management interface was created, which includes an input interface through which data is entered, as well as an output interface that allows seeing the difference between new employees and experienced ones. During the experiment, a model of the life cycle of an employee in an organization from hiring, adapting, working to experienced employees to the subsequent dismissal was considered. Based on the calculations, it was concluded that the recruitment rate, the speed of dismissals and the total number of employees affect the reception of new employees.

The article describes a trust assessment model and a method based on it for managing client access to scarce resources in a client-server computing system. Trust in a client is the degree to which it meets the standard. The trust assessment score is based on an ordinal preference scale with a limited normalized weight of criteria. The model allows you to get a numerical assessment of the client’s compliance with a given set of criteria. The method of managing computer system resources is based on a controlled impact on the communication channel between the client and the server of the system. This method describes how to select a threshold value for the trust assessment score. The method allows you to reasonably limit the total number of clients in the system and thereby increase the probability of access to scarce computing resources of the server for trusted clients.

The article presents the concept of the control intellectualization for the waveguide paths induction soldering process. This is a concept of the intelligent information system designed to support decision-making in control the technological process of creating permanent connections using induction heating in conditions of incomplete or unreliable information. The system should implement methods for assessing the reliability of information on process parameters, methods for estimating the magnitude of measuring tools errors and compensation methods for obtaining unreliable information, as well as methods for predicting the development of the technological process based on the analytical core of the expert system to generate a control action when measuring devices fail. The implementation of this concept will make it possible to recognize interference with measuring instruments and their failure for the further formation of sustainable process control of induction soldering.

In this research presents results of the software and algorithmic support development for an automated system of the electron-beam welding. The article describes the basic algorithms of the software, their purpose and implementation. The structure of the software system is given, as well as the results of its testing. The results of the study - developed software and algorithmic support - can be used in conjunction with electron-beam equipment to control the process of electron-beam welding, allowing the setting, maintenance and display of the main technological parameters of the process, as well as process control in automatic mode.

Causes of cracks formation in quartzite lining of induction crucible kiln with industrial frequency during iron smelting and events of insight of liquid metal into lining are considered in this article. Demonstrable presentation of this events, which was recognizing during research of causes of anticipated kilt out of its exploitation through a fault lining during its shake-out are considered. The main reasons for the formation of cracks in the lining during its operation, and ways to prevent them are given. The most difficult situations from the point of view of the correct operation of an industrial-frequency induction crucible furnace are described.

The errors in the means of measuring technology have a significant impact on the technological processes of creating permanent joints. This is also true for the processes of creating permanent joints based on induction heating. In this technological process take place an induction heating of materials with different values of emissivity, which introduces significant errors in the indications of measuring equipment. Non-contact pyrometric sensors are used to take readings of the induction soldering process, which also causes the occurrence of a large number of factors that introduce errors into the readings of these sensors. To ensure high quality control of the induction soldering process, it is necessary to carry out identification of errors. This article suggests the use of intelligent methods for identifying errors in measuring instruments. As an algorithmic support, it is proposed to use the apparatus of artificial neural networks. The software offers the use of the programming language “Python” and the set of libraries “Anaconda”. In the article is described the process of effective neural network structure and parameters search. The results of experimental study confirm that the usage of intelligent methods for identifying errors allows to improve the quality of induction soldering process control as well as other methods of permanent joints creation.

Equipment of video observation system for electron beam welding process was developed. Construction of video observation system allows to reduce negative effects on video camera during the process of electron beam welding and get qualitative images of this process.
