Background. The topic of the article is timely. Many interesting and technically quite feasible ideas in equipping the stage were not implemented in the theater due to the lack of direct groundwork and limited time resources. Problem statement. Generalization of the latest experience in the field of theatrical machinery requires raising the issue to the level of an interdisciplinary scientific direction based on mechanics, mechatronics and robotics. Purpose. The need to implement the increasingly complex ideas of performance directors in a modern theater requires the improvement of demonstration equipment, primarily theatrical machinery based on new scientific achievements and modern technical means of mechanization and automation. Research methods. Special stage robots can have a very different appearance, for example, they can be zoomorphic or anthropomorphic, but while maintaining the style of constructivism, they can have a man-made appearance. Such robots can perform complex movements, while they usually have numerous moving parts with independent drives. To provide flexible motion control capabilities with a focus on spectator perception, it is required to use microprocessor control with coordination from central control computers. Results. When setting requirements for such a technique, the orientation towards visual perception is specific, which is also used in demonstration robotics. Based on the scientific generalization of previous and new experience in creating technical equipment for theatrical productions of large theaters, the paper describes and characterizes typical tasks of creating and working out a scientific base for creating modern and promising equipment for theatrical productions based on general principles and practical methods of mechanics, mechatronics and robotics.

A period has come in Russia when institutional transformations in matters of state youth policy (GMP) are objectively necessary. They presuppose the formation and development of a coherent system of youth affairs bodies, ensuring coordination of efforts of state bodies, local self-government bodies and civil society institutions to implement GMP. The problem is that Russia has been searching for an integrative management model in this area for more than 30 years, discussions continue about the interdepartmental and sectoral nature of GMP, its essence and typology. This article focuses on the issue of a management body in the field of GMP, designed to ensure the integration of the activities of all its social actors. According to the author, it should be created in the rank of a federal ministry. Dialectical and systematic approaches, historical, logical, formal-legal, comparative and structural-functional research methods are used for substantiation. A brief history of the creation and functioning of federal and regional bodies for youth affairs is given, attention is drawn to their current composition and development trends. Conclusions are drawn about the actual approach to the independence of the status of the executive authority responsible for the development and implementation of GMP, its regulatory and legal regulation in the Russian Federation, and measures are proposed to improve integration processes in the management of the sphere under consideration.

Objectives. To conduct a comparative analysis of the features of a fermentation unit design for obtaining bioprotein from natural gas and determine the main technical and structural solutions used in the development of fermentation apparatus, which vary according to the method of organizing hydraulic and mass transfer processes.Results. An analysis of publications devoted to the problem of developing technological equipment for conducting the process of obtaining a bioprotein from natural gas is presented. Using the comparative analysis, the key features of bioreactors and their internal elements are indicated according to the method of organizing the hydrodynamic regime. The main approaches to the technological development of fermentation units for obtaining bioprotein from natural gas are described and technical solutions used in the implementation of these structures are identified.Conclusions. Fermenter designs for the cultivation of methane-oxidizing microorganisms vary according to the main approaches for implementing the hydraulic regime inside the apparatus. While one class of fermentation systems is based on the principle of volumetric mixing in the working space of the apparatus, with the possibility of including external circulation circuits, additional tanks, and auxiliary bioreactors in the system, the other main class relies on the principle of flow (displacement) in the tube space with subsequent release of the gas phase from the circulating culture liquid.

We developed recombinant variants of oncolytic vaccinia virus LIVP strain expressing interleukin-15 (IL-15) or its receptor subunit alpha (IL-15Rα) to stimulate IL-15-dependent immune cells. We evaluated their oncolytic activity either alone or in combination with each other in vitro and in vivo using the murine CT26 colon carcinoma and 4T1 breast carcinoma models. We demonstrated that the admixture of these recombinant variants could promote the generation of the IL-15/IL-15Rα complex. In vitro studies indicated that 4T1 breast cancer cells were more susceptible to the developed recombinant viruses. In vivo studies showed significant survival benefits and tumor regression in 4T1 breast cancer syngeneic mice that received a combination of LIVP-IL15-RFP with LIVP-IL15Ra-RFP. Histological analysis showed recruited lymphocytes at the tumor region, while no harmful effects to the liver or spleen of the animals were detected. Evaluating tumor-infiltrated lymphocytes represented profound activation of cytotoxic T cells and macrophages in mice receiving combination therapy. Thus, our experiments showed superior oncolytic effectiveness of simultaneous injection of LIVP-IL15-RFP and LIVP-IL15Ra-RFP in breast cancer-bearing mice. The combined therapy by these recombinant variants represents a potent and versatile approach for developing new immunotherapies for breast cancer.

The OBJECTIVE was to promote the official introduction into clinical practice of the term «fibrinothorax» as a separate nosological unit and a special form of exudative pleurisy. This term reflects the essence and timing of the pathological process in the pleural cavity and defines a specific set of necessary therapeutic and diagnostic measures.METHODS AND MATHERIALS. 67 patients with fibrinothorax of different volumes were examined and treated. Two methods of pleural cavity sanitation were used: operative (thoracoscopic) and «closed» with the use of proteolytic enzymes.RESULTS. Among 67 patients, the leading cause of fibrinothorax was nonspecific (para- and metapneumonic) pleurisy – 48 (72 %) patients. In 7 (10 %) cases, fibrinothorax was established, which complicated the course of pleurisy of tuberculous etiology. In 6 (9 %) cases, pleural effusion was a transudate, in which, against the background of repeated punctures and long periods of fluid accumulation in the pleural cavity, partial delineations in the form of fibrinothorax formed. Carcinomatous pleurisy was diagnosed in 6 (9 %) patients of the study group. Pleural cavity sanitation through the use of proteolytic enzymes was performed in 49 (73 %) of 67 patients. Thoracoscopic sanitation with biopsy for fibrinothorax was performed in 18 (27 %) patients. This material formed the basis of the concept of diagnosis of fibrinothorax and optimization of treatment.CONCLUSION. The introduction of the term «fibrinothorax» into clinical practice, reflecting the essence of this pathological condition, contributes to the formation of a treatment and diagnostic algorithm aimed at the sanitation of the pleural cavity in optimal ways.

Abstract Optical generation of kilo-tesla scale magnetic fields enables prospective technologies and fundamental studies with unprecedentedly high magnetic field energy density. A question is the optimal configuration of proposed setups, where plenty of physical phenomena accompany the generation and complicate both theoretical studies and experimental realizations. Short laser drivers seem more suitable in many applications, though the process is tangled by an intrinsic transient nature. In this work, an artificial neural network is engaged for unravelling main features of the magnetic field excited with a picosecond laser pulse. The trained neural network acquires an ability to read the magnetic field values from experimental data, extremely facilitating interpretation of the experimental results. The conclusion is that the short sub-picosecond laser pulse may generate a quasi-stationary magnetic field structure living on a hundred picosecond time scale, when the induced current forms a closed circuit.

Background. Recently, in the Russian Federation, there has been a tendency to an increase in the number of registered cases of dirofilariasis among residents living in a temperate climate zone, including in Western Siberia. The species Dirofilaria repens and Dirofilaria immitis are of clinical importance for humans. Dirofilariae are characterized by migration into the subcutaneous tissue, mucous membranes, organs of vision, internal organs. In the Omsk region, there is an increase in cases of dirofilariasis, including among children. The aim. To assess endemicity of the territory of the Omsk region in relation to pathogens of dirofilariasis.Materials and methods. The maps of the epidemiological survey of persons infected with dirofilariae for the period 2013–2020 were analyzed, parasitological and molecular biological methods examined 1155 blood samples of dogs, 2488 samples female blood-sucking mosquitoes, 26 samples of dirofilaria helminths removed from residents of the Omsk region.Results. In 18 people, the infection was regarded as local, since the infected persons had not left the Omsk region for the previous three years. Local infections are reported annually. Infection of the final owners – dogs – with dirofilaria ranges from 0.6 to 4.8 % in different years. On average, the extensiveness of the invasion was 3.0 ± 0.6 %; and the intensity of microfilaremia was 1277.68 ± 395.87 specimens/ml of blood. On the territory of Omsk and the Omsk region, 11 species of mosquitoes belonging to the genus Aedes, Ochlerotatus, Culex, Anopheles, Coquillettidia were identified. The estimated individual infection of mosquitoes of different species ranged from 0.6 % (O. flavescens) to 9.8 % (An. messeae). The total infection of vectors was 3.4 %. All positive samples were found to contain DNA of D. repens.Conclusion. The territory of the Omsk region is endemic for pathogens of dirofilariasis, in particular, D. repens. Further studies are needed to study the prevalence and species diversity of pathogens of dirofilariasis in Western Siberia, to identify the most dangerous from an epidemiological point of view, species of vectors.

It is known that much of the technology aimed at intensifying fluid inflow by means of hydraulic fracturing involves the use of proppant. In order to transport and position grains in the fracture, a uniform supply of proppant with a given concentration into the fracturing fluid is ensured. The aim of the operation is to eliminate the occurrence of distortions in the injection program of proppant HF. A mathematically accurate linear increase of concentration under given conditions is possible only if the transient concentration is correctly defined. The proposed approach allows to correctly form a proppant HF work program for both linear and non-linear increase in proppant concentration. The scientific novelty of the work lies in application of a new mathematical model for direct calculation of injection program parameters, previously determined by trial and error method. A mathematical model of linear and non-linear increase of proppant concentration during HF was developed. For the first time, an analytical solution is presented that allows direct calculation of parameters of the main HF stages, including transient concentrations for given masses of the various types of proppant. The application of the mathematical model in formation of a treatment plan allows maintaining correct proppant mass distribution by fractions, which facilitates implementation of information and analytical systems, data transfer directly from a work program into databases. It is suggested to improve spreadsheet forms used in production, which would allow applying mathematical model of work program formation at each HF process without additional labour costs. The obtained mathematical model can be used to improve the software applied in the design, modelling and engineering support of HF processes.

The article presents a mathematical model that describes, in a one-dimensional approximation, the interconnected processes of unsteady deformation of flat permeable granular layers. The model consists of solid particles and wave processes in pore and surrounding gas. The model is based on nonlinear equations of dynamics of two interpenetrating continua. As interfacial forces, drag forces are taken into account when gas flows around ball particles and friction forces. The numerical solution of the equations is carried out according to the modified scheme of S.K.Godunov, adapted to the problems of the dynamics of interpenetrating media. The contact surfaces of pure gas with the porous granular layer and pore gas are the surface of the fracture of porosity and permeability. The numerical implementation of contact conditions is based on the solution of the problem of disintegration of a gap at a jump in porosity. Solutions are obtained for the effects of plane shock waves on a deformable granular layer. We study the transformation of waves passing through an elastoplastic granular layer with and without taking into account changes in the permeability of the layer. When solving problems, the dependence of the change in the permeability of a layer on its compression is used, which is also obtained numerically when modeling the compression of symmetric fragments of granular layers in a spatial setting. Numerical studies of the processes of nonlinear interaction of shock waves with deformable permeable granular layers have shown that the parameters of transmitted and reflected waves substantially depend on the degree of compression of the granular layers. Assessment of the protective properties of permeable barriers when exposed to strong shock waves should be carried out taking into account changes in their permeability due to deformation layers.

Introduction. At present, high-resolution esophageal manometry is the «gold standard» for the diagnosis of esophageal achalasia, based on the determination of the integrated relaxation pressure of the lower esophageal sphincter, the value of which in the case of achalasia must exceed 15 mm Hg (MMS System). However, in some patients with clinically and radiologically confirmed achalasia, this value is normal. There is no unified view of the cause of this phenomenon. We assumed that low pressure figures may be affected by incorrect installation of the manometric catheter. Methods and materials. This research included 149 patients (61 by retrospective estimating the patients data and 88 new patients) with achalasia established during the period from January 2017 to March 2020. When it was impossible to localize the lower esophageal sphincter and take correct measurements during high-resolution manometry in new patients, the X-rays or upper endoscopy was performed to control the manometric catheter placement. If its’ placement was incorrect and the integrated relaxation pressure level was lower than 15 mmHg, repeated high-resolution manometry was performed with the over-the-guidewire manometric catheter placing.Results. In 36 patients of both groups (24.2 %), the manometric data did not correspond to esophageal achalasia; in the prospective group, 12 out of the 19 patients had incorrect manometric data due to inability to visualize lower esophageal sphincter. In the prospective group, the manometric catheter was reinstalled by a guidewire, which allowed visualizing the signs of the lower esophageal sphincter in all cases, and in 15 out of 19 patients (79 %), the integrated relaxation pressure of the lower esophageal sphincter was more than 15 mm Hg.Conclusions. In some cases, the over-the-guidewire installing makes it possible to pass catheter through the lower esophageal sphincter correctly, visualize the lower esophageal sphincter during the high-resolution manometry examination and obtain true pressure values.

Oncolytic viral therapy is a promising novel approach to cancer treatment. Oncolytic viruses cause tumor regression through direct cytolysis on the one hand and recruiting and activating immune cells on the other. In this study, to enhance the antitumor efficacy of the thymidine kinase-deficient vaccinia virus (VV, Lister strain), recombinant variants encoding bacterial flagellin (subunit B) of Vibrio vulnificus (LIVP-FlaB-RFP), firefly luciferase (LIVP-Fluc-RFP) or red fluorescent protein (LIVP-RFP) were developed. The LIVP-FLuc-RFP strain demonstrated exceptional onco-specificity in tumor-bearing mice, detected by the in vivo imaging system (IVIS). The antitumor efficacy of these variants was explored in syngeneic murine tumor models (B16 melanoma, CT26 colon cancer and 4T1 breast cancer). After intravenous treatment with LIVP-FlaB-RFP or LIVP-RFP, all mice tumor models exhibited tumor regression, with a prolonged survival rate in comparison with the control mice. However, superior oncolytic activity was observed in the B16 melanoma models treated with LIVP-FlaB-RFP. Tumor-infiltrated lymphocytes and the cytokine analysis of the serum and tumor samples from the melanoma-xenografted mice treated with these virus variants demonstrated activation of the host’s immune response. Thus, the expression of bacterial flagellin by VV can enhance its oncolytic efficacy against immunosuppressive solid tumors.

INTRODUCTION. Developing novel medicines based on non-pathogenic enterovirus strains exhibiting oncotropic and oncolytic properties represents an up-to-date and safe approach to complex cancer treatment and postoperative metastasis prevention. Safety pharmacology studies are a necessary step in the preclinical development of medicinal products.AIM. The study aimed to investigate the single and repeated-dose general toxicity, local tolerance, safety pharmacology, and pyrogenicity of medicinal products based on non-pathogenic LEV4, LEV7, LEV8, LEV14, and Russo enterovirus strains as part of preclinical safety studies.MATERIALS AND METHODS. The study used medicinal products of highly purified group A, B, and C enteroviruses at a titre of 2×107–5×108 CPD50/mL (CPD50 is a cytopathogenic dose of the virus causing 50% cell lysis) and normal saline as a diluent. The viruses were propagated in Vero cells. The safety study used 220 male and female BALB/c mice, 440 male and female Wistar rats, and 18 male Soviet chinchilla rabbits. The study animals received an intravenous dose of 1×105 or 1×106 CPD50/animal once (single-dose toxicity) or weekly for 90 days (repeated-dose toxicity). Clinical examination, laboratory testing, and necropsy were performed on days 45 and 91 of the experiment. Statistical data processing was performed using Prism 8.0 software (GraphPad Software, Inc., USA).RESULTS. Upon single administration of each of the five enterovirus medicinal products to mice and rats, the authors observed complete survival, upward trends in body weight gain, and no gross or histopathological changes in the brain, spleen, liver, kidneys, lungs, or at the injection site. Upon repeated administration at the study doses, the medicinal products caused no functional changes in the organs and systems. All the studied parameters were within the normal physiological ranges for male and female rats. Histopathological examination revealed no pathological changes or specific cytolytic and/or cytopathic effects. No local irritation was observed. None of the investigational medicinal products showed pyrogenicity.CONCLUSIONS. The obtained preclinical results demonstrate the safety of antineoplastic agents based on live non-pathogenic LEV4, LEV7, LEV8, LEV14, and Russo enteroviruses.

The article focuses on the criteria of pedagogical innovation. Along with such criteria as an obvious novelty and effectiveness, the author dwells on the adequacy of the considered pedagogical experience to ensure the advanced scientific and technological challenges of the time, as well as the solution of priority social problems. This implies that the tasks are reflected primarily in the conceptual documents of the country’s development. This criterion corresponds to a narrow understanding of innovation, which is associated with the system of «scientific novelty – technological (social) project – development – implementation». The broad understanding of the category «innovation» is determined by the development and preservation of the anthropological potential of society and education in particular. The relevance of the proposed basic criterion is revealed as a result of a critical analysis of a scientific publication devoted to the pedagogical experience within the system of military education. The article justifies the real anti-innovative systemic effects of the so called «Innovative approach». In the context of the growing pace of the scientific and technological revolution, the concept of «Asymmetric response» to the innovative challenges of the time is introduced. As a result of the analysis of the achievements of domestic and foreign scientists, a set of «Asymmetric measures» is proposed. They stemmed from the development of universal basic information, creative competencies, and polytechnic skills, as well as humanitarian and economic orientation of training, the development of primarily STEM-areas in school education, simulation and distance learning tools, innovative pedagogical technologies.

The methodological problem of student-centered education and the person-oriented paradigm is revealed. The article considers the experience of Norilsk State Industrial Institute on the creation of a dialogue atmosphere «teacher – student – employer», which is characterized by respectful attitude of a student towards a teacher and employer. Our approach implies that student accepts a guiding influence of teacher and employer on his/her personal and professional development. The authors dwell on the model that has been introduced in the educational process to develop hard and soft skills in students demanded by the employer. The employer compiles competency models for every training area. According to these models, the University forms competency maps. A rapid response of the university to the formation of the relevant hard and soft skills is possible due to introducing them into the system of supplementary education, as well as the active participation of the employer at all stages of the educational process. The educational program «Formation of soft skills based on the practice of mindfulness» on the portal of the Norilsk State Industrial Institute is available for free and free training for everyone.

The relevance of the study is due to the complexity of socio-cultural reality due to the aggravation of the contradiction between globalization and national-oriented processes, the increasing struggle of cultures, economies and ideologies, and the acceleration of scientific and technological progress. The purpose of the article is to consider sociocultural and anthropoecological distinctive features of pedagogical discourse. The author points out that anthropo-innovations, such as genetic engineering, cyborgization, cloning, integration with artificial intelligence, pharmaceutical advances, and GMO products threaten the existence of a person in his or her mental and physical integrity. The restriction of anthropological innovations is due to spiritual revival, reliance on traditional cultures, as well as the best cultural and pedagogical national experience, and is determined by the understanding of the soul as an integrating component of a person. In the Humanities, the description of an increasingly complex socio-cultural reality is closely related to its description in the context of various discursive plans. This approach is also promising for pedagogy. At the same time, modern trends in the development of the discursive approach “blur” the boundaries of pedagogical knowledge. The article presents a highly specialized definition of pedagogical discourse. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis of legal documents and scientific and methodical literature. It is proved that the pedagogical category “zone of proximal development” in its socio-cultural and anthropo-ecological contexts favors understanding of the distinctive features of educational and pedagogical discourse. It is concluded that orientation to the zone of proximal development of the individual contributes to the consistency of the socio-cultural experience, including nationally oriented components, transmitted by the teacher, with the life experience of the student, favors his or her emotional involvement in the educational process.

The authors propose to create a digital economy for the development of electric car charging networks for mass use in business, in fact, these are mechanisms of public-private partnerships. Purchasing electric charging stations of Korean, Japanese, German manufacturers and paying for placing them on communications of federal or territorial highways or in organizations and enterprises of various forms of ownership is a poorly managed and not rational process. At present, the digital economy schemes are a sustainable way of obtaining financial resources, when structures are created over some networks or over some sustainable business mechanisms. In this case, it is proposed to leave the layout of specific electrical charging stations and go to the schemes of unpowered outlets or plugs. The technical solution relates to the technical means of electric charging (recharging) of units of mobile electric transport. The task is to reduce the cost of creating a network of electric charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. The technical result is the ability to provide an electric vehicle charging directly from an existing power supply system by using phase state modes of an electrical connector cable that is powered or not powered by electric current. Based on the materials of the article, applications for patents in Russia and Kazakhstan have been submitted.

Background. Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) is a treatable disimmune neuropathy, which accurate diagnostics and treatment are essential to improve a long-lasting prognosis and prevent invalidization. In atypical cases and differential diagnosis extra investigations are needed, including neuroimaging.Objective. Evaluating the diagnostic role of the cauda equina magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in CIDP.Materials and methods. 8 patients with CIDP according to European Federation of Neurological Societies and Peripheral Nerve Society criteria were originally included in the main cohort: 6 patients with definitive CIDP, 1 patient – with possible CIDP; in 1 patient later mixed crioglobulinemia, associated with hepatitis C was later diagnosed. MRI with contrast enhancement of the cauda equina was performed in all primary included patients in the main cohort and in 8 controls with metabolic polyneuropathy. In 12 months MRI was repeated in the main cohort patients.Results. The enlargement of the nerve roots of the cauda equina and nodular hypertrophy was demonstrated in all CIDP patients, and in none of the control subjects. The extensiveness of qualitative changes correlated with disease duration. All CIDP patients with root hypertrophy had gadolinium enhancement and its severity did not correlate with disease activity. Contrast enhancement in roots of the control group patients was explained by the medullary artery phenomenon.Conclusion. MRI of the cauda equina with contrast improves the diagnostic of CIDP, but does not depict the activity of the disease. MRI in CIDP is a promissing technique, requiring further investigation and standardization.

Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignant neoplasms in the world, and is characterized by a high mortality rate. The study of the key aspects of colorectal cancer formation and progression is necessary to develop new approaches to its therapy, as well as to search for new diagnostic, prognostic and predictive biomarkers of CRC. In many types of tumors, one of the key changes in metabolism is the activation of glycolysis, which is associated with alterations in the expression of the main glycolytic enzymes and regulatory molecules. There is often an increase in hexokinase 2 (HK2) exogenous expression in tumor cells, which makes it a promising target for anticancer therapy. Quantitative expression analysis of 15 genes (GAPDH, ADPGK, ALDOA, ENO3, PFKL, PGK1, PGAM1, PKM2, ENO1, PDK1, PDK3, PFKP, ENO2, GPI, and BPGM), encoding the key glycolysis enzymes, as well as HIF1A gene was carried out in a modified RKO cell line, which constantly expresses the short hairpin RNA (shRNA) for the inhibition of hexokinase 2. A significant decrease in the expression of PFKP, BPGM, and GPI genes both at the mRNA (5, 86, and 93fold, respectively) and protein (2.5, 3.5, and 19fold, respectively) levels was revealed. Probably, the downregulation of GPI and PFKP is associated with a decrease in the amount of their substrates, glucose6phosphate and fructose6phosphate, under the inhibition of hexokinase 2. Nevertheless, the cause of a decreased mRNA level of these three enzymes, while the expression level of other glycolytic participants is constant, requires further investigation.

Reforms of the past fifteen years are considered as inadequate to the evolutionary development of national higher education and Russian socio-economic realities.Bureaucratization of all sectors of society, including education, increases pseudoinnovation trends, especially in the regions. Power crisis is caused by the traditions based on manipulation by social benefits, centralized multi-level control, distribution and redistribution of cash flows and quotas, active exploitation of people’s slave psychology. Change of this situation is associated with a change in management forms that keep encouraging dependency, paperwork, monitoring, distributive and redistributive features preventing the effects of self-organization.

Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is one of the most common types of brain tumor. Despite intensive research, patients with GBM have a poor prognosis due to a very high rate of relapse and significant side effects of the treatment, with a median survival of 14.6 months. Oncolytic viruses are considered a promising strategy to eliminate GBM and other types of cancer, and several viruses have already been introduced into clinical practice. However, identification of the factors that underly the sensitivity of tumor species to oncolytic viruses or that modulate their clinical efficacy remains an important target. Here, we show that Coxsackievirus B5 (CVB5) demonstrates high oncolytic potential towards GBM primary cell species and cell lines. Moreover, 2-deoxyglucose (2DG), an inhibitor of glycolysis, potentiates the cytopathic effects of CVB5 in most of the cancer cell lines tested. The cells in which the inhibition of glycolysis enhanced oncolysis are characterized by high mitochondrial respiratory activity and glycolytic capacity, as determined by Seahorse analysis. Thus, 2-deoxyglucose and other analogs should be considered as adjuvants for oncolytic therapy of glioblastoma multiforme.

For the first time a set of 110 recombinant inbred lines of a spring wheat mapping population was evaluated in different ecogeographical regions of Russia. Thirty-nine economically important traits that manifest themselves at different stages of growth have been examined in each ecogeographical locality under study for five years. A total of 186 quantitative trait loci (QTL) with LOD scores above 2,5 were identified. We have determined 97 QTLs with LOD scores exceeding 3,0. QTLs for traits studied, mapped on 21 chromosomes, manifested themselves under contrasting environmental conditions with varying degrees of reliability. It has been shown that manifestation of identified QTLs can depend or not depend on the environment, but the evaluated quantitative traits interact and correlate with each other. Relationships of identified homologous and homoeologous QTLs with known major genes or QTLs responsible for the manifestation of the studied traits in wheat or other Triticeae genera are discussed. The identified QTLs may be of interest for further experiments on the genetic control of the corresponding agriculturally valuable traits and for marker assisted selection in wheat breeding.

The research is aimed at solving some problems of controlling the processes of monitoring the process of mine water purification by mobile technological complexes with variations in its costs and physical and chemical characteristics. The initial data are the results of discrete and continuous monitoring of the characteristics of the treated water and the technological mode of reagent-free water treatment by a mobile technological complex. The analysis of the problems that arise when choosing the observation procedures necessary to solve the problem of predicting a non-stationary random process with varying mathematical expectation, variance, and the type of distribution laws itself is performed. To ensure the stability of the water treatment process in the statistical sense, a procedure for parametric identification of the predictive model from a limited sample is proposed. The requirements for monitoring the quality of process management at the upper hierarchical level of the mine water treatment management system are formulated.

The paper considers the problem of forced rather than self-actualized teaching of a foreign language to students, educators and representatives of other practical fields of activity. Theoretical and methodological backgrounds for solving this problem are revealed on the basis of the humanistic and activity-based traditions of psychological and pedagogical knowledge. Activity-related traditions are analyzed in regard with the potentialities of appropriate approaches to learning to stir cognitive interest while educational process. Humanistic traditions designed to individualize education are explored in the context of psycho-corrective capabilities of educational activity, its conformity to the world outlook, cultural needs and psychological characteristics of a learner. The practical side of this study consists of methodological recommendations on the application of Baitukalov’s method of teaching foreign languages. Within the framework of Baitukalov’s methodology, the activity-related aspect of sociocultural foreign-language immersion is actualized through feature films. Fragments from feature films are used for the humanization of education as well. In the paper it is also substantiated that the fragments of motion pictures recommended for memorization through role playing not only contribute to the development of the communicative competence, but also make the psycho-correcting effect on the learner’s consciousness. The paper makes emphasis on fairy-tale stories, positive situations from films, where heroes overcome external circumstances successfully and change and grow personally. Besides, a characterization of a number of feature films is given. The criteria for the selection of feature films should be based on the individual characteristics of a person. It is recommended to unite the efforts of specialists for the experience exchange of using the feature films potential. The provision of «ecological safety» (that concerns ethics, moral, etc.) and aesthetics while selecting the certain fragments of film production for education purposes is asserted as the essential problem of the noted experience exchange. Further development of Baitukalov’s methodology is suggested in the aspect of the teaching potential of feature films, as well as in increasing the efficiency of cognitive activity at the expense of equal time intervals between key semantic units (words, images, etc.) with at least threefold repetition of key information

Assignment of surface texture parameters during product design and measurement during manufacturing are some of the important tasks of product manufacturing technology. In recent years, there has been a transition from two-dimensional (profile) surface analysis to three-dimensional (areal), the methods of measurement and filtration have changed. International and national standards use a large number of surface texture parameters. All this makes it difficult to assign the optimal set of parameters for specific operating conditions of products. In order to minimize the selection of functional parameters, a study was conducted. For this, a linear correlation was established between the parameters Smr, Spk, Svq, Spq, Vvv, Vvc, Vm, Sxp. Four surfaces of ШX15 steel products were used as samples after grinding, round grinding, superfinishing, and polishing. It was found that in 16–18 cases out of 26 there is a significant correlation with a Pearson coefficient of more than 0.8. Therefore, in engineering technology, it is sufficient to use a limited amount of functional parameters to describe the surface texture of products.

Background. The arsenal of physical methods for correcting pathological skin scars is quickly replenished, but the results of their use are often unsatisfactory. An inadequate approach to therapy, without taking into account the evaluation of their effectiveness, leads to relapses and increased growth of scar tissue or the absence of a clinically significant effect of many of them and requires strict scientific evidence in the course of benign scientific studies. Aims: Comprehensive (qualitative, quantitative, structural) analysis of evidence-based research in electronic evidence-based research databases (PEDro, PubMed, e-Library) and systematic review databases (Cochrane Library) for the period from 2000 to 2020. The clinical effects and suggested mechanisms of action of currently proven therapeutic physical factors in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease are considered in detail. The most studied of the physical methods with proven effects are high-intensity laser technologies of high-intensity laser therapy (47%), fractional radiofrequency therapy (14%), microneedling (9%) and microdermabrasion (8%), which cause the most pronounced remodeling of the extracellular matrix of the skin in the area of scars. Conclusion. It is necessary to regularly generalize and analyze existing evidence-based studies, as well as perform new high-quality randomized controlled clinical trials to study the impact of physical correction methods on post-acne scars, which serve as the basis for developing clinical recommendations.

This paper is devoted to the study of the role international sporting events in forming image of state. The goal of research is to study the role of the FIFA World Cup in forming Russia’s image. The front-end content analysis is used, which is focused on drawing up the most detailed idea of the information Vow over a certain period in order to identify meaningful dynamics and is of an applied nature. The physical unit of content analysis was the article number (release date), and the text publication was the unit of analysis. Texts for processing were searched in English using a Google search for the period from May 1, 2018 to August 1, 2018. Ne articles should simultaneously contain the words “Russia” and “World cup”. In a generalized form, the search query looked like this: site: [publication site] Russia and World cup. Ne sample population includes the most popular Google search queries. Articles containing only a summary of sports indicators were excluded from the texts found, since the research objectives were satisfied with articles affecting the social, political and economic aspects of the 2018 World Cup. The information priorities of different foreign media are different. For the American and British media, it is important, in particular, to respect human rights in Russia, and for the Chinese media, the opportunity to profit from the supply of our own products. However, after the end of the 2018 FIFA World Cup, negative rhetoric gave way to positive. Ne results of the study indicate the positive role of the 2018 World Cup in shaping the image of the Russian state.

Objective: to evaluate the efficiency of a comprehensive rehabilitation program (CRP) in patients with early rheumatoid arthritis (RA) for 6 months. Subjects and methods. Sixty patients with early RA were examined. During medical therapy, 6-month CRP was implemented in 34 patients in the study group. The 2-week in-hospital stage involved ten sessions of 15-min local air cryotherapy (-60 °C) of the hands, knee or ankle joints; ten classes of 45-min therapeutic exercises (TE) under the supervision of a trainer; ten sessions of 45-min ergotherapy (training people how to therapeutically position their joints, to apply their protective methods, to lift and move things, to use assistive devices, and to do hand exercises); orthotics (working wrist orthoses, knee ones, or individual orthopedic insoles); and four 90-min educational program classes. The outpatient and domiciliary stages included 45-min TE thrice weekly; creation of a correct functional stereotype; and orthotics. Twenty-six patients received medical therapy only (a control group). The authors estimated tender joint count (TJC), swollen joint count (SJC), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP), joint pain on 100-mm visual analog scale (VAS), DAS28, HAQ, RAPID3, hand grip strength, average maximum knee extension and ankle flexion by the EN-TreeM movement analysis, and compliance with drug and non-drug treatments. Results. The study group showed a stably high compliance with therapy with disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs, less need for symptomatic agents, higher adherence to the methods of creating a correct functional stereotype, orthotics, and regular TE. Twenty-two patients completed 6-month CRP; 12 patents did not complete the treatment because of non-compliance with nondrug methods, primarily TE. Upon completion of the in-hospital stage of CRP, the study group exhibited significant positive changes in pain and functional status and no significant impact on global inflammatory activity indicators (SJC, ESR, CRP, and DAS28). After 6 months of CRP, there were reductions in TJC by 6.0+1.8 or 72.3% (p
