Aim: The purpose of this work was to study the dynamics of structural manifestations of acute cases of postpartum endometritis in cows. Materials and Methods: The light and electron microscopy methods were used when studying structural changes in the endometrium in case of postpartum endometritis in seven cows. Sections of endometrial specimens for light microscopy, 5-7 μm thick, were stained with hematoxylin and eosin and also by Van Gieson's. For electron microscopy, semi-thin sections were stained with Azur-2 in combination with basic fuchsin, as well as contrasting by lead citrate and uranyl acetate. Results: As a result of the study, we have established the following: Necrobiosis of the epithelial layer of the mucosa, cellular infiltration with shaped elements of blood in the functional layer, swelling of the cells of the uterine gland, and single microbial cells on the surface of the mucosa. We have noted edema of the stroma of the functional layer of the endometrium, swelling of the epithelial layer of the endometrial mucosa, and swelling of fibroblastic and lymphoid cells. Ultrastructural changes in endometrial cells in case of acute postpartum endometritis in cows are accompanied by the destruction of microvilli on the apical surface of the epithelium, an abundance of coccal microflora on the surface of the epithelium, necrobiosis of epithelial cells, and partial edema of the nucleus, and cytoplasm of the histiocyte. Conclusion: We had established that acute purulent-catarrhal dystrophic processes were observed in the structural organization of the endometrium. In the depth of catarrhal mucus on the surface of the endometrium, there was an abundance of bacterial flora, with diplococci being prevalent. In ultrastructural organization of the endometrium, we observed deep dystrophic and necrobiotic processes in the parenchyma and endometrial stroma, as well as exudative processes with a change in the integrity of the microcirculatory bed. Thus, to prevent an inflammatory process from turning into a latent form, it is necessary to detect acute postpartum endometritis promptly using diagnostic methods taking into account the obtained parameters of the dynamics of structural changes in the uterine tissues.

The dynamics of biochemical factors of blood and results of effectiveness of administrated therapy in African grey parrots with hypocalcemic syndrome are showed in this article. All clinically affected birds were divided into three groups. Control group comprised birds with owners that refused from suggested therapy. Birds in study groups were subdivided by the severity of clinical sings. In this study, we analyzed correlation between changes of biochemical blood factors, clinical sings and changes in life welfare of studied birds, by effectiveness of hypocalcaemia therapy. By administrated therapeutic correction we reached reference values of blood factors by 14th day of treatment in birds with mild severity of the disease. Birds with severe clinical sings improved their blood rates by 44th day of therapy. An objective control of clinical response was obtained in 87,5% of birds with hypocalcemic syndrome. As a result of conducted therapeutic correction welfare of affected birds in both studied group significantly improved.

We studied epizootiology and clinical-morphological characteristics of salmonella in pig farms. Salmonella in pig farms often recorded under adverse conditions of feeding and housing of animals. The disease in pigs took place in acute, sub-acute and chronic forms.

We studied etiological factors and clinical-morphological expression of chlamydia in pig farms. The disease was observed in the farms, regardless of the season, but more often in winter-spring period. Upon initial appearance of the disease in farms with single sows gestating in recent weeks registered abortions. In pigs-sosunov chlamydia proceeded against the defeat of the respiratory, digestive organs.

Intramuscular injection of the drug on the basis of compositional enrofloxacin and colistin in doses of 0,5, 1,0 and 2,5 ml per 10 kg weight of the animal within 20 days of piglets did not violate arhitektotoniku girder structure of the organ and morphometric parameters of hepatocytes. Use of the drug did not alter the amount and distribution of the lobules of the liver glycogen and lipid content of DNA in the nuclei and RNA in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes, as well as the amount of total proteins in hepatocytes. The composite preparation on the basis of enrofloxacin and colistin of piglets had no effect on the structural organization of the mucosa of the small intestine and morphometric parameters, as well as DNA content nuclei and RNA in the cytoplasm. It does not change the core area, area and cytoplasmic-nuclear ratio of enterocytes apical and lateral surfaces of villi and crypts.

The carried out research of local - irritant, skin - resorvent and allergic effect of injection form of drug induding enrofloxacin and colistin in animals. It has slight irritant effect on the skin and doesn't have any skin - resorvent and allergic properties. The influence of composition of enrofloxacin with colistin on the physiological status of animals. It was found that an intramuscular injection of the drug in doses of 0,5 and 1,0 ml per 10 kg bodyweight doesn't have any negative impact on the overall condition of laboratory animals, does not alter the morphological and biochemical indices of their blood. Exchange of drug in a therapeutic dose does not change.

We studied the acute and sub-chronical toxicity of the drugs on the basis of еnrofloxacin and colistin in laboratory animals. The drug according to GOST 12.1.007-76 apply to Class 3 danger - little dangerous. We studied the influence of the drug on the basis of composite еnrofloxacin and colistin at doses 0,5, 1,0 and 5,0 ml per 10 kg body weight on the clinical and biochemical indicators of the blood in piglets and calves. It was found that the therapeutical efficacy of new drug with kolibakterioze calves equaled 90,7%, piglets - 91,4%, while the effectiveness dizparcolum (base product) was 78,9% and 80,0% respectively.
