Early detection of cervical (CC) and endometrial (EC) cancer recurrence in previously irradiated areas remains a difficult task for clinicians and radiologists. 18F-FDG PET-CT scope and limits in this matter are not clear yet.Purpose. To determine 18F-FDG PET-CT significance and diagnostic value in differential diagnosis of locoregional recurrence and post-radiation tissue changes in CC and EC patients with suspected relapse in preirradiated zones.Materials and methods. Follow-up data, including multiparametric MRI (T1-WI, T2-WI, DWI, DCE) and 18FFDG PET-CT full descriptions, were studied in 51pts., in 25(49%) CC and 26 (51%) EC Ia–IIIc FIGO, with suspected loco-regional recurrence in pre-irradiated area, 4–96 months after the end of treatment.Adjuvant combined radiotherapy (conformal pelvic EBRT – 3D-CRT, IMRT, VMAT, endovaginal 192Ir HDR brachytherapy) was performed in 33 (64,7%) pts. after radical surgery, adjuvant chemoradiation with Cisplatin 40 mg/m2 or Carboplatin AUC2 weekly – in 8 (24.2%) of them. 18 (35,3%) pts. were treated with definitive chemoradiation, median EQD2 for HR-CTV D90 81.6 ± 4.4 Gy (CI 95% 72.4 Gy – 93.7 Gy) and 54.6 ± 3.3 Gy (CI 95% 48.8–64.2 Gy) for metastatic pelvic and paraaortic lymph nodes.Indications for 18F-FDG PET-CT (Biograph True64, Siemens, 3.8–4.7 MBq/kg, total 169–356 MBq) in all pts. were suspicious clinical, cytological, complex ultrasound, and multiparametric MRI findings in pre-irradiated zones. Any areas of 18F-FDG pathologically increased uptake were considered hypermetabolic lesions, positive for cancer recurrence.Results. No evidence of loco-regional recurrence in pre-irradiated zones was confirmed in 32 (62.7%) pts. Clinical, morphological and radiological signs of progression were obtained in 16 (31.3%) 18F-FDG PET-CTpositive patients, with SUVmax 2.86–8.8 in this subgroup. 18F-FDG PET-CT false-positive results were obtained in 6 (11.8%) patients, false-negative – in 1 (1.9%) heavy pre-treated CC patient. 18F-FDG PET-CT sensitivity was 94.1%, specificity – 84.2%, positive predictive value – 72.7%, negative predictive value – 96.9%.Conclusions. 18F-FDG-PET-CT has a high diagnostic value in the differential diagnosis of loco-regional relapses and post-radiation tissue changes in CC and EC patients with suspected progression in pre-irradiated zones. But 18F-FDG-PET-CT findings evaluation and interpretation requires a multidisciplinary discussion and consensus for this cohort of patients.

Objective. To analyze the work of the Republican Perinatal Council in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Materials and methods. A retrospective analysis of the work of the Republican Perinatal Council in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for 20182021 was carried out. Results. A total of 1553 women were sent to the RPC in 20182021. The proportion of group 2 women with changes in biochemical screening, chromosomal and hereditary fetal pathology increased. According to the results of RPC, the routing of pregnant woman is clearly worked out. The effectiveness of RPC can be estimated by the infant mortality rate in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) (2021 3.6 %). Conclusions. The work of the Republican Perinatal Council, strict control over the observance of the stages of obstetric care, the introduction of routing sheets in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the concentration of pregnant women and women at high risk for maternal and perinatal pathology in third-level institutions allowed to reduce an early neonatal mortality, infant mortality.

The aim of the work was to carry out a systematic analysis of the molecular mechanisms that determine the possibility of a combined use of amino acid glycine and zinc compounds for the treatment of patients with manifestations of stress and anxiety.Materials and methods. Information retrieval (Scopus, PubMed) and library (eLibrary) databases were used as research tools. In some cases, the ResearchGate application was applied for a semantic search. The analysis and generalization of references was carried out on the research topic, covering the period from 2000 to the present time.Results. It has been shown that amino acid glycine, along with gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), is a key neurotransmitter that regulates physiological inhibition processes in the central nervous system (CNS) by increasing transmembrane conductance in specific pentameric ligand-gated ion channels. The introduction of zinc ions can potentiate the opening of these receptors by increasing their affinity for glycine, resulting in an inhibitory processes increase in CNS neurons. The replenishment of the glycine and zinc combined deficiency is an important element in the correction of a post-stress dysfunction of the central nervous system. A balanced intake of zinc and glycine is essential for most people who experience daily effects of multiple stresses and anxiety. This combination is especially useful for the people experiencing a state of chronic psycho-emotional stress and maladaptation, including those who have a difficulty in falling asleep.Conclusion. A balanced maintenance of the zinc and glycine concentration in the body of a healthy person leads to the development of a stable anti-anxiety effect, which is accompanied by the normalization of the sleep-wake rhythm, which makes it possible to have a good rest without any loss of working efficiency after waking up.

The main task in livestock complexes is to ensure the safety of livestock and to obtain healthy young animals. It is known that in the last months of pregnancy in cows, the fetal weight increases by 70-75 %, all the organs of the immune defense and the enzymatic system develop, and, consequently, the general resistance of the newborn young is formed. This underlines the importance of creating optimal conditions for feeding and keeping pregnant animals. Therefore, when developing rational measures for the prevention and control of diseases of nascent young animals, it is necessary to consider this complex as a single system, since the physiological immaturity of newborns cannot be further compensated even by ideal growing conditions.The use of a composition based on a mycelial fungus and an organosulfur compound is a promising preventive agent that does not have a pronounced negative effect on the animal's body. The proposed therapeutic two -component composition for pregnant cows consists of selimaccide and a commercial preparation «Milife» containing a culture of the mycelial fungus Fusarium sambucinum strain VKPM F-139. Selimaccide is the diethylammonium salt of N-methylamino-1-phenylmethanesulfonic acid, belongs to the new chemical compounds of the class of aminomethanesulfonates, is a white crystalline powder with a specific odor, well soluble in water, alcohol, dimethylsulfoxide.Daily watering of the proposed composition to pregnant cows 12 days before calving 2 times a day at a dose of 500 cm3 / head with an interval of 6 to 8 hours ensures the birth of calves resistant to gastrointestinal disorders.The aim of the research was to study the effectiveness of the drug, which is a combination of selimaccide and the mycelial fungus Fusarium sambucinum strain VKPM F-139 as a means of preventing gastrointestinal disorders in newborn calves when applied to pregnant cows.

The paper considers an algorithm for the diagnostic study of patients with cancer of different localization, the possibility and feasibility of involving imaging techniques in radiation therapy and brachytherapy (BT) planning. The most widely used ultrasound in BT planning does not exclude a subjective assessment of the boundaries of the tumor and organs at risk, as well as the inaccuracies caused by endostatic devices. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) provides a high level of achievement of the criteria necessary for BT planning, but it has financial constraints and the need for individual selection of research conditions. Computed tomography (CT) is the most effective technique for visualizing the tumor, endostatic devices, and organs at risk for BT 3D planning. The involvement of MRI and positron emission tomography with CT in BT planning is a promising area that requires equipping with a mathematical tool for double and triple contouring of the tumor and organs at risk and for defining protection priorities. The prescribed and used focal dose should be controlled by direct dosimetry methods to ensure quality assurance.

The data on the first finds in the Udmurt Republic (and the East of European Russia as a whole) of a dangerous invasive species of bark beetle of the Far Eastern origin, Polygraphus proximus Blandford, 1894, are presented. The species was discovered in 2019 simultaneously in four districts (Zavyalovsky, Malopurginsky, Kiyasovsky, and Sarapulsky) of the central and southern parts of the republic. The established areas damaged by the Polygraphus proximus of forest stands are located both near railway tracks and highways and in the depths of natural forests in which Siberian fir grows (Abies sibirica Ledeb.), which indicates a long-term hidden invasion of the pest and its adaptation in Udmurtia. A further outbreak of the pest can lead to catastrophic consequences for forests with the participation of fir in the region. In addition, in the stands damaged by the Polygraphus proximus, an increase in the number of local species of longhorn beetles, associated with fir, is possible. In connection with the extreme potential harmfulness of this invader, it is necessary to carry out sanitary and restoration activities in order to localize and eliminate the identified outbreak foci of the pest, as well as to clarify the forest areas occupied by Polygraphus proximus on the territory of the Udmurt Republic and adjacent regions, with introduction of quarantine and monitoring measures.

The field experiment on identifying differences in the effect of the herbicide and foliar feeding of plants with liquid nitrogen fertilizer (UAN-32) against the background of autumn tillage with a cultivator or plow on potato yield and phytopathologic characteristics of tubers during storage was carried out in 2019-2020 in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The experiment was laid on sod-podzolic sandy loamy soil in production conditions on two varieties of potato ‒ the super-early Сolomba variety and the medium-early Innovator variety grown for seeds. The variants under study were surface application of the soil herbicide Gezagard in a tank mixture with UAN-32 and foliar feeding of plants with UAN-32 (N42) during the growing season against the background of N42P42K169 (calcium chloride in autumn + ammonium nitrate phosphate in spring). The results indicate that the background fertilization provides the yield of Colombа variety potato of 20.7-29.0 t/ha, the Innovator variety – 17.4-23.1 t/ha. The use of the herbicide is more effective during autumn tillage with a cultivator, providing an increase in yield of 28-37 % on both potato varieties, feeding of plants with UAN-32 contributes to an increase in yield (8-10 %) only on the Сolomba variety. Plowing the soil for potatoes helps to avoid the pest damage of tubers and to reduce their susceptibility to rhizoctonia by 6-27 %, to wet rot ‒ up to 55 %. In general, it has been established that due to autumn plowing with fertilization at a dose of N42P42K169, it is possible to obtain an increase in potato yield exceeding the increase provided both by herbicides and the use of foliar feeding of potatoes.

The possibility of chemical encapsulation of surfaces of technological equipment made of PVC materials into porous H+- or OH–-conducting and hydrogen- or oxygen-producing layers. They consist of activated carbon grafted with ethanolamine derivatives of PVC and aqua complexes H2SO4, NaOH, or KOH and are bridges between electrolyte solutions in reactive electrochemical matrices. With cathodic polarization, the layer becomes a source of hydrogen, and with anodic polarization, it becomes a source of oxygen. The rate of their release into the reaction masses is determined by the magnitude of the current in the matrix.

We present here a scintillation detector based on a polystyrene scintillator with light guides, solid-state photo-electron converters, and computer control for the MKD-04 multichannel dosimeter for in vivo dosimetry during brachytherapy. The external diameter of the detector and light guide was decreased from 4.0 to 3.2 mm, which improved its geometric characteristics for intracavity measurements. The detector was calibrated for the γ radiation of a 192Ir brachytherapy source in a PMMA phantom (including auxiliary calibration in a 200-kV X-ray beam). A correction factor $$ {k}_{Q,{Q}_0}^{SC} $$ = 1.059 ± 0.020 for 192Ir was obtained relative to calibration in a 60Co γ beam.

Radiation-induced lower urinary tract events are currently a topical problem despite technological progress and improvement of small pelvic radiotherapy procedures. New preventive treatments for this pathology are constantly developed. The present investigation dealt with ozone therapy used in this nosological entity. It was based on the study of the pathogenesis and morphological changes in the urinary bladder wall during small pelvic radiotherapy in combination with intravesicular ozonized solution. Based on the results of use of this procedure in 40 patients receiving teleradiotherapy applied to the small pelvis, the authors developed an ozone therapy regimen. A pronounced beneficial effect of intravesicular ozone therapy was achieved in a high proportion of patients. The findings were compared with those of the control group of patients receiving no ozone therapy. They were based on a follow-up diagnostic monitoring. The findings give grounds to recommend ozone therapy for the treatment of radiation therapy-induced lower urinary tract events as one of the components of combined therapy for radiation complications.

A systematization is presented of studies of carbon sorbent functionalization based on chemical modification of the active carbon surface by covalent grafting of macromolecular N-substituted cyclic amines. Thus, porous electron-conducting and luminescent layers grafted onto supports are obtained. The layers can sorb organic compounds. After sorption of acids, hydroxides, and metal salts, the layers become electron- and ion-conducting. Here, hydrogen is formed as in cathodically polarized electrochemical bridges and oxygen is formed as in anodically polarized electrochemical bridges. Principles of layer formation are considered on the surface of the material of cellulose fibers and asbestos cloth, as well as nickel filaments. Specific features of such functionalized sorbents are shown.

The research has been carried out under production conditions on light gray forest soils with light particle-size composition at an area of 550 hectares where liquid pig manure (LPM) of a large pig breeding complex is annually used as an organic fertilizer at doses of 60 and 90 t/ha. The average characteristics of LPM are as follows: dry matter content is 9.5%, pH 7.7 units, nitrogen 0.22%, phosphorus 0.11%, and potassium 0.12%. The cultivated grain crops were presented by winter and spring wheat varieties, Moskovskaya 39 and Esther, respectively. It has been established that at the dose of 60 t/ha LPM for two years of research at an average a mean wheat yield was 3.0-3.75 t/ha, and at the dose of 90 t/ha - up to 4.75 t/ha. The return on investments for fertilizers in the “winter wheat → spring wheat” crop rotation link at the dose of 60 t/ha of LPM was 5.41 kg of grain per 1 kg of active substance of manure, at the dose of 90 t/ha - 4.57 kg / kg. A positive balance of nutritional elements developed on all fields, but it was better balanced when the dose of LPM was 60 t/ha and the yield was 3.0 t/ha of grain annually, or when the LPM dose was 90 t/ha and the yield of wheat was 4.75 t/ha. In this case, the estimated potassi-um supply of soil occurs at a lower rate than that of nitrogen and phosphorus. The application of 120 t of LPM during two years in total on loamy sand and of 180 t/ha on light loamy soil provided an increase in the content of mobile phosphorus compounds by 5-22 mg/kg, and potassium - by 11-30 mg/kg with a variation coefficient of 28-57% and 21-49%, respectively.

The influence of mineral fertilizers used in combination with other intensive plant-protection measures (Selest Top insectofungicide, Zenkor Ultra herbicide, Concerto, Acrobat, Revus Top and Zummer fungicides, and Reglon Forte dessicant) was researched during a 3-year field experiment. Three potato varieties were examined: Vineta (standard) and Labella early ripening varieties and middle-late Granada variety. The experiment was carried out in the Nizhny Novgorod oblast in podzolized chernozem in 2015–2017 in three replications. The basic mineral fertilizers were applied in spring at a dose of N120Р156K176 (diammophoska, Naa) while performing ridge tillage. The experimented group was fertilized with N120Р156K176 + K120 and with Kcl in autumn. Planting was performed with applying the Extrasol microbial drug, and the Isabion and Agris Phosphor organomineral fertilizers were used in a tank mixture with pesticides. It has been established that the Labella variety is the most high-yielding (38.0–47.9 t per hectare) and stable according to observations in different years, and the Granada variety gives the largest yield of starch (87.1 c/ha).

The analysis of scientific papers concerning economic significance of evaluation of agricultural land fertility and quality has been done. This analysis was made according to technological and cost parameters. It is noted that the study of soil ability to realize the general biospheric functions is of current importance now not only in theoretical but also in practical aspect. This research is required by state environmental agencies when they execute their oversight functions. It is also very important for land owners when they organize a land rent or title transfer on the stage of ecological and economic evaluation of agricultural land. The data on the content of organic substance and basic plant food compounds in the soil are proposed as criterions for assessment the soil ability to realize general biospheric functions. The economic evaluation of soil general biospheric functions support may be done by analyzing the increase of humus, mobile potassium and labile phosphorus for a certain period of time as well as by costs for applying organic fertilizers (manure) and mineral fertilizers (superphosphate and potassium chloride) to provide the increase. The costs for support of soil fertility (an environment component and a guarantor of biogeocenotic functions execution) was calculated and it was 2 259.5 rubles a year per hectare. The podzolic chernozem soil of one farm in Nizhny Novgorod region was taken as an example for this assessment.

The line of evidence is given in the paper. It concerns the characteristic of manure as a fertilizer which is formed after a long time housing of animals in hangars on a permanent straw bedding as well as the influence of the manure on agrochemical characteristic of sod podzol; light loamy soils surrounding the area of the enterprise.

The reaction of poorly soluble manganese(II) bis(1-hydroxyethylidene)diphosphonate tetrahydrate (Mn(H3L)2•4H2O) with 2-aminoethanol (H2NCH2CH2OH) in an aqueous medium on heating to 70—80 оС causes the initial formation of soluble manganese(II) bis(1-hydroxyethylidene)diphosphonate tris(1-hydroxyethaneaminium) (Mn(H3L)2• •3H2NCH2CH2OH•4H2O), which then disproportionates to slightly soluble manganese(II) (1-hydroxyethylidene)diphosphonate-2-hydroxyethaneaminium (MnH2L•H2NCH2CH2OH) and coordination polymer of 1-hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid with 2-aminoethanol containing no metal cations. In the course of the reaction, MnH2L•H2NCH2CH2OH precipitates as whiskers that are grouped into a leaf (lepidoid) structure. The latter was examined by IR spectroscopy, X-ray phase analysis, scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, optical microscopy, and thermal desorption of nitrogen. The starting and resulting manganese compounds refer to poorly soluble crystalline complexes. The presence of a 2-aminoethanol molecule in the final product leads to an increase in the solubility from 0.40 to 0.54 g in 100 mL of the solution. Poorly soluble MnH2L•H2NCH2CH2OH is easily converted to a soluble form by the treatment with 2-aminoethanol or 2-amino-2-(hydroxy- methyl)propane-1,3-diol (H2NC(CH2OH)3). The agronomical efficiency of a solution of the Mn(H3L)2•3H2NCH2CH2OH•4H2O complex was studied on the cultures of white lupine Degas, spring wheat Ester, spring rape, and pea Stabil.

For the purpose of an assessment of transformation of a phosphatic condition of the light gray forest soil under action of afteralcohol grains in the laboratory of the department of agrochemistry and agroecology of the Nizhny Novgorod SAA carried out an experiment by laying the model experience. As the studied factor are taken increasing doses of afteralcohol grains which in production conditions conventionally correspond to doses of 50, 100, 150 and 200 m3/ha. The fractional composition of phosphates in the soil was determined right after laying of experience, and then every 2 week for 3 months. As the object of research used waste produced in the technological cycle of "Distillery" Chugunovsky" Vorotynsky district of Nizhny Novgorod, containing in the structure 3,7% of solid, 0,44% of nitrogen, 0,06% of phosphorus and 0,12% of potassium. During researches it is established that with increase in a dose of afteralcohol grains making the absolute content and a share of organic phosphorus in relation to gross increases. The total of mineral phosphates on the fertilized options is higher, than on control, however their individual share in the general reserves of phosphorus at increase in a dose of afteralcohol grains decreases by 3%. The sum of phosphates of all groups at introduction of the increasing doses afteralcohol grains an comparison with control option increases - by the end of experience their contents on option with the maximum dose of afteralcohol grains in comparison with control option increases from 35 up to 42%. At the same time it is noted that increase of content of phosphates is reached due to increase in amount of less valuable phosphates of iron and aluminum in the agronomical relation. The unidirectional tendencies in dynamics of a phosphatic condition of the soil during the studied period aren't revealed. Use of high doses of afteralcohol grains promotes essential (to 50%) to increase of fosfatazny activity of the soil.

A fundamentally new low-temperature method of synthesizing ammonia has been suggested, which is carried out directly in a hydrogen-producing matrix with a material made of cellulose fabric with porous layers of ethanol–cyclam PVC derivatives with activated carbon with aquacomplexes of sodium hydroxide grafted onto its fibers. Complexes of zero-valent nickel and iron within the cyclam structure are formed in the matrix. Hydrogen is formed on the cathode in the course of electrolysis of water from sodium hydroxide aqua complexes on particles of activated carbon as microelectrodes. Hydrogen forms bonds with complexes of zero-valent nickel. Nitrogen from adsorbed air is bound in complexes of zero-valent iron and interacts with active atomic hydrogen. Water is transported to carbon particles through the fabric onto which the layer is grafted. The process is carried out at the room temperature. It has been found that the forming hydrogen is almost completely used. As opposed to the existing methods of synthesis of ammonia, the suggested process is carried out at room temperature and normal pressure.

A review of methods for the synthesis of new composite materials—electroactive and adsorption-active tissues, their electrochemical properties, and potential applications is presented. These are cellulose or asbestos fibers with porous layers linked to their surface, which consist of cyclam derivatives of PVC filled with active carbon, providing electric conductivity. The H+ or OH– ion conductivity is provided by the H2SO4 or NaOH aqua complexes with aza-crown groups in the pore walls. The high rate of ion transport was demonstrated in air, hexane, benzene, and their vapors. When the current is passed, H2 or O2 is evoluted, or redox transformations of the adsorbed substances occur on the carbon particles. The dependence of the characteristics of the material on its composition and adsorption equilibrium conditions was analyzed. The mechanism of its functioning was suggested. The material was shown to be promising for use in the production of H2 or O2 and acid–base or redox transformations of substances adsorbed from gaseous media or nonaqueous solutions.

The reaction of an aqueous suspension of basic cobalt carbonate CoCO3·4Co(OH)2·3H2O with equimolar amount or two-fold excess of 1-hydroxyethylydenediphosphonic acid (H4L) has yielded crystalline CoH2L and amorphous Co(H3L)2 products, respectively. The interaction of poorly soluble CoH2L complex with 2-aminoethanol has resulted in the formation of amorphous water-soluble CoH2L·H2NCH2CH2OH·6Н2О complex; the latter loses 5 water molecules at heating and is converted into CoH2L·H2NCH2CH2OH·Н2О. The study of agrochemical effects of Co(H3L)2 and CoH2L·H2NCH2CH2OH·6Н2О has revealed their advantage over the conventional salt form (cobalt sulfate) reflected in the reduced phytotoxicity of the element. The prepared compound containing 2-aminoethanol (solubility promotor) has revealed better performance.

To study characteristics of maternal behavior in women with epilepsy.Twenty-three women with epilepsy, aged 25-35 years, with one or more children, aged 0-10 years, were interviewed. Thirty age-matched women were included in the control group. The following psychological methods were used: the projective test 'Mother and Child', the Scale of the degree of rejection of a child in the family, the Parent Institution Study Test Questionnaire (PARI), the projective methodology 'Unfinished sentences', a method for diagnosing the level of empathic abilities.The style of child upbringing in women with epilepsy is authoritarian, directive. Often there is egocentrism, fixation on one's own behalf, internal coldness. Mothers with epilepsy have a reduced level of empathy and are irritable, anxious, hyperopic, indulgent, emotionally cold, hypochondriac, uncritical, dependent, devout, conceited.Цель исследования. Выявление особенностей материнского поведения у больных эпилепсией женщин. Материал и методы. Опрошены 23 женщины, страдающие эпилепсией, в возрасте 25-35 лет, имеющие одного или нескольких детей в возрасте 0-10 лет. Группу сравнения составили 30 здоровых матерей соответственного возраста. Психологическое обследование проводилось с помощью проективных тестов ('Мать и дитя', шкала степени отверженности ребенка в семье, тест-опросник изучения родительских установок), проективных методик 'неоконченные предложения', 'методика диагностики уровня эмпатических способностей'. Результаты и заключение. Стиль материнского воспитания у больных эпилепсией женщин носит авторитарный, директивный характер. Часто встречаются эгоцентризм, фиксация на собственных интересах, внутренняя холодность. Пациентки обладают сниженным уровнем эмпатии, их можно охарактеризовать как раздражительных, тревожных, гиперопекающих, потворствующих, эмоционально холодных, ипохондричных, некритичных, зависимых, набожных, тщеславных.

There are discussed the following questions: the use of import-substituting technologies in sphere of contact radiation therapy based on integration of the technological complex AGAT-VT with endostatic equipment and production meth- ods of individual application systems; the use of computed tomography and magnetic resonance tomography technologies for endostatic visualizations and dosimetry; ways of laser modification and prevention of complications and apparatus- technological possibilities of direct dosimetry.

The paper presents the results of research on the selection of biological agents with antagonism to microorganisms affecting raw materials of plant origin. The antagonists selected at the first stage showed significant changes in the antagonistic activity of various isolates when the temperature of the medium increased to 450C. There was no decrease in activity in isolate 20, so it is resistant to high temperature. Isolate No.21 had a significant increase in antagonistic activity, it is likely to be more resistant to high temperatures and some biochemical enzymatic processes are stimulated, leading to increased antagonistic properties. And in isolates 9, 16 and 23, on the contrary, it was lowered, possibly due to the fact that the increased temperature causes structural and biochemical changes in the cell of the microorganism. Similarly, isolated isolates No.9, 16, 23, 21, and 15 had high antagonistic activity against micromycetes that contaminate plant-based feed.

A material with porous structures formed by jointed aza- and oxa-aza-crowns with peripheral OHgroups is synthesized on the basis of cellulose fabric and PVC transformed into hydroxyethylcyclam. Mesopores are mainly observed on the fiber surface. The specific surface of the material is 6 m2/g; the volume of free space is 0.112 cm3/g. Assuming the internal pores have a disk-like shape, their width is estimated at 2 nm. The material sorbs vapors of aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, amines, amides, nitriles, and sulfoxides. It also swells to a limited degree in organic solvents. When sulfuric acid or sodium hydroxide is sorbed in the pores, compounds of them with H+- and OH–-conducting systems of hydrogen bonds are formed.

The article discusses the reasons for the significant reduction of criminal cases on tax crimes in the court with the indict- ment and the low level of compensation for this category of crimes, made concrete proposals for improving the existing legislation to change the situation.

The synthesis of bilayer materials with porous upper layers composed of PVC hydroxyethylcyclam derivatives filled with carbon and a layer consisting of hydroxyethylcyclam, cross-linked via Si–O–C groups with the silica chains of a developed surface of asbestos fabric, is described. The aza-crown groups in these materials are bound with aqua complexes of H2SO4 or NaOH. The structure of the materials is examined, their adsorption characteristics are determined, and the rate of motion of H+ or OH– ions in electrochemical bridges is measured, while the formation of H2 and O2 in their cathodic and anodic polarization is determined as a function of voltage. It is shown that the upper layer of these materials is adsorption-active and electronand H+- or OH–- conductive, while the bottom layer is only H+- or OH–- conductive; through it, the upper layer is supplied with the H+ or OH– ions needed for the regeneration of the aqua complexes broken down to H2 and O2 on carbon particles.

We report 9 clinicopathologic cases of Lyell’s syndrome, known as toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN). Five deceased patients had dermal exposure to cow parsnip, grey mercury ointment or whitening agents. In 4 cases, TEN developed in the course of drug treatment as a part of polytherapy, and in one of them it was accompanied with the infection. All of TEN patients suffered from acute or chronic diseases, endogenous or exogenous intoxication, immunodeficiency.

A material with an electrically ОН–-conductive porous layer of cyclam-substituted PVC filled with active coal containing NaOH aqua complexes with aza-crown ligands and cross-linked with the surface of cellulose tissue fibers has been synthesized. The structure of the material was studied. Its sorption capacity in vapors and liquid benzene and hexane, specific resistance, potential of ОН- transfer from solution to layer, and rate constants of ОН– travel in the layer of the material as an electrochemical bridge in vapors and liquid benzene and hexane were determined. The aqua complexes decomposed in the layer with formation of Н2 during the cathodic polarization of the bridge and О2 during the anodic polarization; the composition of the complexes was regenerated due to the motion of ОН–.

Electrically conductive PVC layers are synthesized. The layers are filled with active carbons containing porous H+-conductive structures of hydroxyethylcyclam/sulfuric acid complexes crosslinked with cellulose fabric. They are interlaid with layers based on the same structures containing added benzene and hexane adsorbates and solvates. It is found that upon anode or cathode polarization of the layers as H+-conductive electrochemical bridges in air and in the vapor and liquid phases of benzene and hexane, either the electroreduction of H+ to H2 or the electrooxidation of H2O to O2 occurs in the areas of contact between active carbon particles and the complexes. The dependences of rates of H2 and O2 formation on the voltage are studied. The magnitudes of overvoltage and the constants of electrochemical reactions are found to depend on the composition of a layer.

Multifold enhancement of solubility in water of Fe(III) and Mn(II) complexes with (1-hydroxyethylidene) diphosphonic acid has been achieved by their transformation into the corresponding salts via interaction of aqueous suspensions of the poorly soluble complexes with 2-aminoethanol and 2-amino-2-(hydroxymethyl)propane-1,3-diol. Molecular structure of tris(2-hydroxyethanaminium)(1-hydroxyethylidene)-diphosphonate has been determined. Potential agricultural efficiency of the prepared iron and manganese derivatives as well as zinc and copper complexes with (1-hydroxyethylidene)diphosphonic acid as a microfertilizer has been estimated.
