The article reveals the international aspects of communicative strategies for the functioning of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs adopted by transnational companies. The authors consider the dynamics of CSR in the problem-chronological perspective using the methods of strategic analysis. They first trace the history of the emergence of such programs and the evaluation system created by various international and regional organizations, then analyze the dynamics of CSR programs during the COVID-19 pandemic and during the period of sanctions against Russia in 2022. The authors consider that if the challenges of 2020–2021 caused significant changes in the understanding of business responsibility to the population and strengthened the reputational factor in the CSR system, then the sanctions 2022 have demonstrated the internal contradictions of corporate responsibility programs, originally designed to ensure the well-being of the territories where these businesses are located.

The article deals with bacterial lung microbiota in patients with bronchial asthma (BA) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), bacterial inflammation of the bronchopulmonary system which can be manifested by sensitization and allergy. Also they can be a trigger with the development of bacterial inflammation. Bacteria can colonize the lungs without severe clinical, laboratory and instrumental changes. High levels of IgG to Str. pneumoniae, Neisseria perflava, Haemophilus influenza in ACOS patients can be evidence of their etiological significance. Taking into account the etiological significance of microbiota, methods of treatment of patients with COPD and BA with the use of antibiotics, vaccines and probiotics have been developed.

217 people were examined including BA patients (n=78), patients with COPD (n=38), patients with combined asthma and COPD (n=39), and community-acquired pneumonia patients (n=17). The control group represented patients with essential hypertension and coronary heart disease (n=25) and 20 healthy persons. NE, AAT, phagocytic activity of neutrophils (FGC), oxygen blast, respiratory function and FeNO, serum IgE and IgG antibodies to Strept. pneumoniae, Neisseria perflava, Haemofil. influenzae and Staph. aigai were determined in all patients. The indicators of the functional state of neutrophils reflected the degree and severity of bronchopulmonary inflammation. Patients with bronchial asthma in combination with COPD had bacterial inflammation, manifested by bronchial obstruction with increasing level of AAT. These features were absent in patients with BA and COPD.

Background. The aim of the study was to investigate cellular phenotypes of the spontaneous sputum, estimate possibilities of cytological sputum analysis in evaluation of airways inflammation peculiarities in comparison with the expired nitric oxide level and respiratory function tests. Materials and methods. functional properties of neutrophils were evaluated by respiratory burst intensity. 72 patients were included, 23 - with moderate bronchial asthma course and chronic bronchitis, 18 - with moderate bronchial asthma and COPD, 31 patient had COPD only. All patients were examined in the exacerbation period, all of them had productive cough. Results. Cytological phenotypes were stated as well as the links between different sputum cells presence and between cytological peculiarities, inflammation and functional state of the respiratory system. Functional defects of neutrophils were found in COPD patients.

The aim of the study was to reveal specificity of the anemnesis and of the immune system condition in children with primary peritinitis who had undergone a cavitory operation that failed to reveal the cause of the inflammation and to improve their health. There was some increase of the relative content of activated monocytes with the classic phenotype CD14 bright CD16 - HLA-DR + versus the total number of monocytes with a phenotype CD14 bright.

The study involved 169 people, of which 33 were practically healthy, 69 had bronchial asthma, 24 had bronchial asthma combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, 35 had COPD and 8 had community-acquired pneumonia. We assessed the presence of IgE to tick allergens, dust allergens, and the combined allergens of grass, trees, weeds and flower pollen. We determined the presence of IgE and IgG to the allergens Strept. ?neumon., Haemofil. influenzae, Neisseria ?erflava and Staph. ?ureus. We assessed the presence, multiplicity, severity and combination of sensitisation to the presence of specialised IgE towards infectious and atopic allergens. All study groups displayed sensitisation, including heaslthy people and patients with COPD and community-acquired pneumonia, who did not show clinical allergy symptoms. A statistically significant direct correlation was established between IgG and IgE to Strept. Pneumoniae and Haemofilus influenza in healthy subjects and those with pulmonary conditions. The IgE or IgG reaction to Neisseria perflava and Staph. ?ureus did not show a significant correlation in either healthy or affected subjects.

This study was done in order to determine the cellular phenotypes of spontaneous sputum, and to evaluate the features of respiratory inflammation based on sputum cytology results. The study looked at 72 patients, with 23 patients having moderate asthma in combination with chronic bronchitis (asthma + CB), 18 patients having moderate asthma in combination with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (asthma + COPD), and 31 patients having only COPD. All patients were studied during a period of disease exacerbation and had a productive cough. Eosinophilic, neutrophilic, epithelial and macrophagic phenotypes were determined. Mono cellular phenotypes were rare, with patients with asthma and COPD having a predominantly multi cellular phenotype. It is widely accepted and confirmed in international statements (GINA, GOLD) that broncho pulmonary inflammation is involved in the pathogenesis of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). For this reason, doctors and researchers are interested in studying sputum, which is a product of the respiratory tract.

An immunological research of the patients and control group with primary peritonitis was made. The main indices of immune response were in the range of age rates. However, the immune signs of foci of chronic inflammation were revealed in patients after operation. The consequences of disease (an abdominal cavity effusion) were eliminated during surgical interventions, but not the cause of the inflammation. Children with the primary peritonitis should be examined for detection of infection foci.
