Abstract

In organ transplantation, the grafts must be carefully monitored, but it is often difficult to make a quick and accurate diagnosis of unusual changes. Extensive research has failed to identify a useful marker for rejection. We investigated the clinical utility of sialyl Lewis X(CD15s) monitoring in 17 renal transplant patients with acute rejection.

19. Possible Spin Ordering in BCC Solid 3He: Role of Four Particle Exchanges in Heisenberg Antiferromagnet

Abstract

Heisenberg antiferromagnets for BCC lattice are investigated. Quadruple exchange interactions among neighbouring spins are taken into account in addition to the nearest neighbour and next neighbour exchanges. The model is supposed to describe low energy states of solid 3He in the BCC structure. Possible phases of spin ordering and nature of transitions among such phases are obtained. The results are exhibited in the parameter space. The spin ordering can be detected by NMR absorption. If the ordering is more complex than the normal antiferromagnetic structure for BCC lattices, NMR absorptions will be found not only at ω∝H but also at the other frequency which remains to be finite as H → 0. This frequency (optical mode frequency) is calculated and estimated at MC region.

Abstract

In this paper, diagnosis of depression was deliberatively considered from a view of psychopathological studies, and problems of operational diagnostic system in psychiatry were discussed. For good clinical practices, 1) diagnosis must be considered as a part of clinical practices. 2) diagnosis must be closely related to therapeutic works, 3) the process of making a diagnosis itself should be managed to be remedial, and 4) a clinical category is expected to contain not only a summation of individual cases, and at the same time the link between the category and individual cases should not be abandoned. The author also discussed about some clinical maneuvers.
