Yapıların sismik analizinde en önemli unsurlardan biri de ivme kayıtlarıdır. Analizlerde kullanılacak ivme kayıtlarının doğru seçimi, yapıların deprem etkisi altında göstereceği tepki ile ilgili daha gerçekçi bilgiler elde edilmesini sağlamaktadır. Türkiye Bina Deprem Yönetmeliğinde (TBDY 2018), yapıların tasarım spektrumuyla uyumlu ivme kayıtlarının kullanılması istenmektedir. Tasarım spektrumuyla aynı ivme kayıtlarının seçilmesi neredeyse imkânsızdır. Bu yüzden ivme kayıtlarının ölçeklendirilmesi veya dönüştürülmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, literatürde yaygın tercih edilen basit ölçeklendirme yönteminin aksine deprem kayıtlarının spektral dönüşüm sağlanacak şekilde dönüştürülmesi ele alınmıştır. Tezin amacı, spektral uyuşum sağlanacak şekilde dönüştürülmüş gerçek deprem kayıtları arasından orijinalliğinin mümkün oldukça korunduğu ve hedef tepki spektrumuyla uyuşumun maksimum olduğu kayıtların bulunarak analizlerde kullanılabilecek ivme kaydı setlerinin oluşturulmasıdır. Diyarbakır/ Merkez özelinde fay tipi, deprem büyüklüğü, istasyona olan uzaklık gibi parametreler dikkate alınarak Pasifik Deprem Mühendisliği Araştırma Merkezi (PEER) veri tabanından 200 ivme kaydı alınmıştır. DD-2 deprem düzeyi ile birlikte ZB, ZC ve ZD zemin sınıfına sahip her bir lokasyonun tasarım spektrumu SeismoMatch programında hedef tepki spektrumu olarak tanımlanmış, veri tabanından alınan ivme kayıtları programa girilmiş ve bu kayıtlar spektrumla uyumlu olacak şekilde dönüştürülmüştür. Dönüştürülmüş ivme kayıtlarına ait spektrumların hedef spektrumla olan ortalama uyuşmazlık ve maksimum uyuşmazlık verileri ile birlikte, dönüştürülmede kullanılan iterasyon sayısı SeismoMatch programında analiz edilerek seçilecek ivme kayıtları için farklı bir strateji uygulanmıştır. TBDY 2018'de ivme kaydı setlerinde üçten fazla kayıt olmaması koşulu da dikkate alınarak üç lokasyon için katalogdaki kayıtlardan oluşan bir ve iki boyutlu analizlerde kullanılabilecek en uygun ivme kaydı setleri oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan ivme kaydı setlerinde kullanılan iterasyon sayısı ve uyuşmazlık yüzdeleri dikkate alındığında kabul edilebilir sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca, her üç set için dönüştürülen ivme kayıtları spektrumlarının ortalamaları tasarım spektrumu ordinatlarından küçük çıkmamıştır. Bu şekilde TBDY 2018'de istenilen koşula da uyulmuştur. One of the most important elements in seismic analysis of structures is using acceleration records. The correct selection of acceleration records to be used in the analyses provides more realistic information about the reaction of the structures under the influence of earthquakes. Turkish Building Earthquake Code (TBEC 2018) requires to use of acceleration records compatible with the design spectrum of the structures in time history analysis. It is almost impossible to select the same acceleration records as the design spectrum. Therefore, acceleration records need to be scaled or converted. In this study, it is evaluated to convert earthquake records to provide spectral transformation instead of the simple scaling method widely preferred in the literature. The thesis aims to create acceleration recording sets that can be used in the analysis by finding records whose authenticity is preserved as much as possible and where the match with the target response spectrum is maximum among the actual earthquake records. Two hundred acceleration records were obtained from the Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research Center (PEER) database taking into account parameters such as fault type, earthquake magnitude, and distance to the fault for Diyarbakır city. For the DD-2 earthquake ground motion level, the design spectrum of each location with ZB, ZC, and ZD ground class was defined as the target response spectrum in the SeismoMatch, the acceleration records from the database were converted to be compatible with the spectrum. In combination with the average mismatch and maximum mismatch data of the spectrums belonging to the converted acceleration records, a different strategy was applied for the acceleration records to be selected by analyzing the number of iterations used in the converting in the SeismoMatch. In TBEC 2018, the most suitable acceleration recording sets were created for three locations that can be used in one- and two-dimensional analyses of the records in the catalog, taking into account the fact that there are no more than three records in the acceleration recording sets. Acceptable results were obtained when the number of iterations and mismatch percentages used in the acceleration recording sets were taken into account. In addition, the averages of the acceleration records spectrum converted for all three sets did not outage the design spectrum ordinates. In this way, the desired condition was observed in TBEC 2018.

ÖZET 2013 yılında Çin Devlet Başbakanı Xi Jinping tarafından duyurulan Bir Kuşak Bir Yol (One Belt One Road-OBOR) Projesi, eski İpek Yolu’nun yeniden canlandırılmasını ifade etmektedir. Çin, bu Proje sayesinde lojistik maliyetlerini ve süresini azaltarak Avrupa ile ticari ilişkilerini artırmayı hedeflemektedir. Proje güzergahındaki pek çok ülkeye büyük ölçekli yatırımlar yapılmaktadır. Türkiye’de de bu kapsamda önemli projeler geliştirilmiştir. Küresel ekonomik güç merkezinin ABD’den Asya-Pasifik bölgesine kayması bu projeyi çok daha önemli kılmıştır. Proje kapsamında yapılacak ulaşım ağları sayesinde lojistiğin daha hızlı ve az maliyetli olarak gerçekleştirilecek olması bölge ülkelerinin uluslararası ekonomiye entegrasyonu kolaylaştıracaktır. Bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde uluslararası ticaret kavramına, son dönemde buna ilişkin yaşanan gelişmelere ve Çin’in değişen ekonomi politikaları ile uluslararası ticaretteki yükselişine yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde OBOR Projesi hakkında detaylı bilgi verildikten sonra uluslararası ticaretteki eksen kaymaları bu proje çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir. Son bölümde ise OBOR projesi kapsamında Türkiye’nin yaşanan eksen kaymasındaki durumu incelenmiştir. Through this Project, China aims to increase its trade relations with Europe by reducing logistics costs and duration. Large-scale investments are made in many countries along the project route. Important projects have been developed in Turkey in this context. The shift of the global economic powerhouse from the United States to the Asia-Pacific region has made this project much more important. Thanks to the transportation networks to be carried out within the scope of the project, logistics will be carried out faster and less costly, facilitating the integration of countries in the region into the international economy. In the first part of this study, the concept of international trade, recent developments related to this and China's changing economic policies and its rise in international trade are included. After detailed information about the OBOR Project was given in the second part, axis shifts in international trade were evaluated within the framework of this project. In the last chapter, Turkey's situation in axis shifts was examined within the scope of OBOR project. Bu çalışma, Elazığ ve Bingöl il sınırları içerisinde bulunan Özlüce Baraj Gölü'nün fiziko kimyasal özelliklerini ortaya çıkarmak için yapılmıştır. Baraj gölünde yapılan çalışma Ocak ve Haziran 2015 ayları arasında yapılmıştır. Bu tarihler arasında Özlüce Baraj Gölü’nde belirlenen toplam 5 istasyonda yüzey suyundan aylık örneklemeler ve anlık ölçümler yapılmıştır. İlave olarak seçilmiş bir istasyondan (İstasyon 4) farklı derinliklerde vertikal örnekleme ve ölçümler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara gözönüne alınarak gölde alabalık yetiştiriciliği ve taşıma kapasitesi hakkında bazı değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur. Baraj gölünün yüzeyinde yapılan çalışmalarda; su sıcaklığının 5.6-19.4 °C, çözünmüs oksijen konsantrasyonunun 9.2-12.1 mg/L, pH değerinin 7.6-8.7, nitrit konsantrasyonunun 0.0002 mg/L-0.0736 mg/L ve nitrat konsantrasyonunun 0.04 mg/L 2.33 mg/L arasında değiştiği tespit edilmiştir. İstasyon 4’te su kolonunda yapılan çalışmalarda; su sıcaklığının 3.3-18.9 °C, çözünmüş oksijen konsantrasyonunun 4.0 mg/L-11.4 mg/L, pH değerinin 7.4-8.6, nitrit konsantrasyonunun 0 mg/L 0.2389 mg/L ve nitrat konsantrasyonunun 0 mg/L 2.29 mg/L arasında değiştiği belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca seki diski derinliğinin gölde 1-5 m arasında değişim gösterdiği saptanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler dikkate alınarak yapılan hesaplamalara göre belirlenen kurallara uyulması koşuluyla, Özlüce Baraj Gölü periyodik alabalık yetiştiriciliği için uygun bulunmuştur. Fosfor yüküne dayanarak hesaplanan tasıma kapasitesine göre de gölde yaklaşık 21.500 ton/yıl alabalık yetiştiriciliği yapılabileceği öngörülmüştür.

This study aimed to determine the species composition of two algal associations in Karakaya Dam Lake. For this purpose, monthly variations in species composition of phytoplankton and seasonally variations in epipelic algae occurring in the dam lake were studied between June 2010 and May 2011. Five stations were selected in Karakaya Dam Lake. A total of 38 algal taxa belonging to Bacillariophyta (27 taxa), Charophyta (2 taxa), Chlorophyta (3 taxa), Cyanobacteria (3 taxa), Miozoa (2 taxa) and Ochrophyta (1 taxon) were identified in the phytoplankton. The diatom genera Cocconeis, Cymbella, Fragilaria, Nitzschia, Stauroneis and Surirella were represented with two taxa in the phytoplankton. Ceratium hirundinella was noticed with its continuous occurrence in the phytoplankton throughout the year. A total of 25 algal taxa belonging to Bacillariophyta (21 taxa), Charophyta (1 taxon), Chlorophyta (2 taxa) and Cyanobacteria (1 taxon) were identified in the epipelon. Seasonal variations of algal species with respect to occurrence frequency and abundance were compared and discussed in relation to physical and chemical properties of the dam lake., Bu çalışma, Karakaya Baraj Gölü'ndeki iki alg topluluğunun tür kompozisyonunu belirlemeyi amaçlamıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda; Haziran 2010 ile Mayıs 2011 arasında gölde fitoplanktonik alg türlerinin ortaya çıkış ve bolluklarındaki değişimler aylık olarak incelenirken epipelik alglerdeki değişimler ise mevsimsel olarak incelenmiştir. Bu araştırma için Karakaya Baraj Gölü'nde beş istasyon seçilmiştir. Baraj gölü fitoplanktonunda Bacillariophyta (27 takson), Charophyta (2 takson), Chlorophyta (3 takson), Cyanobacteria (3 takson), Miozoa (2 takson) ve Ochrophyta'ya (1 takson) ait toplam 38 alg taksonu tespit edilmiştir. Cocconeis, Cymbella, Fragilaria, Nitzschia, Stauroneis ve Surirella cinsleri fitoplanktonda iki taksonla temsil edilmiştir. Tüm algler arasında Ceratium hirundinella, yıl boyunca fitoplanktonda sürekli bulunmasıyla dikkat çekici olmuştur. Karakaya Baraj Gölü epipelik alg topluluğunda Bacillariophyta (21 takson), Charophyta (1 takson), Chlorophyta (2 takson) ve Cyanobacteria'ya (1 takson) ait toplam 25 alg taksonu kaydedilmiştir. İstasyonlarda diyatomelerin ve diğer alg türlerinin ortaya çıkışlarındaki mevsimsel değişimler ve bollukları karşılaştırılmış ve baraj gölünün fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri ile ilişkili olarak tartışılmıştır.

Vaccination is the most effective, reliable, and economical way of preventing or reducing the effect of infectious diseases. When preparing inactive vaccines, a range of additives called adjuvants are necessary to enhance the magnitude of the immune response. Boron has a wide range of industrial and medical applications, and its positive effects on distinct functions have been described in plants, humans, and animals. However, no studies exist about the possible adjuvant activities of boron compounds in vaccines. Hence, in this study, the potential adjuvant effect of boric acid was explored and compared with common veterinary adjuvants in a mice model.Staphylococcus aureus(S. aureus) used as vaccine antigen was isolated from dairy cows with bovine mastitis. Vaccines adjuvanted with boric acid, aluminum hydroxide, Montanide ISA 50 and ISA 206, and Montanide + boric acid combinations were prepared. The efficacy of vaccines was evaluated according to local reactions at the injection site, C-reactive protein, total Ig G, total Ig M, and anti-S. aureusantibody levels in mice. Boric acid reduced local inflammatory reactions induced by the Montanide adjuvants. WOS: 000412410600005, This study was carried out on 20 of 8-10 months old Anatolian black goats which were healthy or Linognathus africanus infested (n=10 each). Each goat was housed individually all along the study. Five of ten louse-infested goats were administered vitamin B complex (Benefor enj) intramuscularly at a dose of 40mL/goat. Remaining goats (n=5) were not given vitamin B complex. The other goats that have not been infested with L. africanus were grouped exactly the same as above. All the animals (n=20) were first sensitized and then measured for hypersensitivity reaction in terms of cellular immune response. Infested goats given vitamin B complex were shown a decrease in L. africanus infestation. The other 5 number of infested goats that not given vitamin B complex were detected with an increase in the louse infestation. Verimlilik günümüzde sadece mal ve hizmet üreten kar amaçlı işletmelerde değil aynı zamanda kâr amacı gütmeyen kurum ve kuruluşlarda da önemli bir kavram ve uygulama alanı olarak yerini almıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışmada veri zarflama analizi (VZA) yöntemi ile Türkiye’deki devlet üniversitelerinin kuruluş yılları esas alınarak 2018 yılı etkinlikleri altı adet girdi ve yedi adet çıktı kullanılarak analize tabi tutulmuştur. Analizlerde 1933-1987 yılları arasında kurulmuş yirmisekiz devlet üniversitesi, 1988-2000 yılları arasında kurulmuş yirmibeş devlet üniversitesi 2001-2011 yılları arasında kurulmuş kırksekiz devlet üniversitesi analize tabi tutularak karşılaştırmalar yapılmıştır. Yapılan VZA analizinde ölçeğe göre sabit getirili (CCR) ve ölçeğe göre değişken getirili (BCC) girdi yönelimli, çıktı yönelimli ve yönelimsiz tüm analiz sonuçları elde edilmiştir. Analizlerde öncelikle etkinlik skorları belirlenmiş, sonra rol model seçilen üniversitelerin rol model seçilme sayıları ve daha sonra üniversitelerin etkinlik sıralaması yapılmıştır.

Brusella, birçok konak üzerinde etkili hücre içi zoonoz bir patojendir. Canlı attenüe suş olan B. melitensis Rev.1aşı suşu, piyasada koyun-keçi brusellozisine karşı en etkin aşı suşudur. Koruma gücü açısından koyun-keçilerde hatta sığırlarda güvenle kullanılabilmektedir. Ancak koyun-keçilerde saha enfeksiyonlarından/aşılamaya bağlı oluşan antikorları ayırt edebilmesine yönelik etkin bir aşı suşu olmamakla ile birlikte birçok çalışma mevcuttur. Brusella dış membranında bulunan Omp19 proteini hem virulans hem de koruma ile ilişkili bir antijendir. Bu çalışmada 534 bp uzunluğunda Omp19 ORF silinmesi için 5’ve 3’ homoloji bölgesini bulunduran pJQ200KS isimli intihar plazmidi elektroporasyon ile penisilin, ampisilin ve glisin ile sferoplast haline getirilen B. melitensis Rev.1’lere aktarımı sağladı. Delesyonu doğrulanan mutant suştan (B. melitensis Rev.1 ΔOmp19) aşı hazırlandı. Fare modellerinde B. melitensis Rev.1 aşısı ile etkinlik, immün temizlenme ve Omp19 bölge delesyonunun yarattığı enfeksiyonlardan ayrımının kıyaslanması amaçlandı. Gen aktarım sürecinde E.coli’de mutant vektör oluşturmak için ışı şok transformasyon metodu X-gal’lı besi yerinde mavi beyaz koloni ayrımı, Brusella’ya gen aktarımı için elektroporasyon kullanıldı. Sferoplast dönüşümünü gözlemlemek için S.E.M. elektron mikroskobundan yararlanıldı. Mutant vektör ve delesyon mutantlar PZR ve dizi analizleri ile doğrulandı. Fare model denemeleri bireysel havalandırmalı kafes sistemi içerisinden yürütüldü. Elektroporasyon sonucunda 17, 43, 44, 45 (glisin sferoplast) ve 19, 46 (ampisilin sferoplast) isimli denemelerde gentamisine dirençli B. melitensis Rev.1’ler tespit edildi. Fare modeli etkinlik denemelerinde, 3 ticari aşı OIE standartlarına uygun uyarım sağladığı tespit edildi. Delesyon mutantlarından 19 ve 44-10’nun uyarım gücü açısında ticari aşılarla benzer etkiliğe sahip olmasına karşın Omp19 proteini ile yapılan ELISA testinde negatif kontrolden farksız sonuç tespit edildi. Çalışmada elde edilen 2 adet Rev.1 Omp 19 delesyon mutantı fare modelinde en az ticari aşılar kadar yeterli rezidüel virülans ve protektif immunite oluşmaktadır. Omp19 geni silinmiş B. melitensis Rev.1 ΔOmp19 suşundan aşı hazırlanılması ve kullanılması durumunda serolojik olarak Omp19 proteini taranmasına yönelik ELISA testleri ile aşılı/enfekte ayrımı (DIVA) yapılabileceği tespit edilmiştir., Brucella is an intracellular zoonotic pathogen that acts on many hosts. B. melitensis Rev.1, a live attenuated strain, is the most effective vaccine strain against sheep-goat brucellosis in the market. It can be used safely in sheep-goats and even cattle against antibody titer and challenge. However, there is not an effective vaccine strain in sheep-goats to distinguish antibody titer from field infections/vaccination, but there are many studies. The Omp19 region on the brucella outer membrane is both virulence and a protective antigen. In this study, the suicide plasmid pJQ200KS, which contains 5 and 3 'homology region for the removal of 534 bp Omp19 ORF, was transferred to B. melitensis Rev.1, which was transformed into spheroplasts with penicillin, ampicillin, and glycine in electroporation. Vaccines verified deletion mutant mouse models in fields inTurkey B. melitensis Rev. 1 vaccines with activity aimed to infection by comparison of the distinction of the immune clearance of deletions and Omp19.In the gene, the transfer process, the blue and white colony separation was used in breeding the site with X-gal in the light shock transformation method to create a mutant a vector in E.coli, and electroporation was used for gene transfer to Brucella.S.E.M. to observe the spheroplast transformation. the electron microscope was used. Mutant vector and deletion mutants were confirmed by PCR and sequence analysis. Mouse model trials were conducted through the IVS cage system. As a result of electroporation, gentamicin resistant B. melitensis Rev.1 was detected in trials named 17, 43, 44, 45 (glycine spheroplast) and 19, 46 (ampicillin spheroplast). In mouse model efficacy trials, 3 commercial vaccines were found to comply with OIE standards. Although the deletion mutants had similar efficacy with commercial vaccines in terms of stimulation power of 19 and44-10, the ELISA test with Omp19 protein showed no different results from the negative control. The 2 Rev.1 Omp19 deletion mutants obtained in the study consisted of sufficient residual virulence and protective immunity as at least as commercial vaccines. With this study, it has been determined that if the vaccine is prepared and used from B.melitensis Rev.1 strain whose ΔOmp19 gene has been deleted, the vaccine / infected separation (DIVA) can be performed by ELISA tests for screening Omp19 protein.

People damage the environment by polluting the it while producing and consuming anti-environmental products. Therefore, ecological changes such as climate changes, global warming, drought, natural disaster are observed in nature. However, these changes began to be noticed by people in the 60s and then transformed into social environmental movements. In the 1970s, efforts to find solutions for environmental problems by the means of international diplomacy increased the level of social sensitivity to the global measure. For this reason, the World Environment and Development Commission was established by the United Nations (UN) in 1983 and studies were initiated to regulate the relations between the environment and socio-economic development.7153 numbered Environmental Law on 11.29.2018 in Turkey and arrangements which introduced by the Law Amending Certain Laws can also be evaluated in this context. Mentioning the concept of environmental accounting in the Law No. 7153, in this study, evaluations were made on traditional accounting and environmental accounting practices and exemplary accounting records that were given. İnsanlar, üretirken ve tüketirken çevreyi kirleterek doğaya zarar vermektedir. Bundan dolayı, doğada iklim değişikliği, küresel ısınma, kuraklık, doğal afet gibi ekolojik değişimler görülmektedir. Ancak bu değişimler 60’lı yıllarda insanlar tarafından fark edilmeye başlanmış ve ardından toplumsal çevre hareketlerine dönüşmüştür. 70’li yıllarda çevre sorunlarına ülke yönetimlerinin uluslararası diplomasi yoluyla çözüm arama çalışmaları toplumsal duyarlılık seviyesini küresel boyuta yükseltmiştir. Bu nedenle 1983 yılında Birleşmiş Milletler (BM) tarafından Dünya Çevre ve Kalkınma Komisyonu kurularak çevre ile sosyoekonomik gelişme arasındaki ilişkileri düzenleyen çalışmalar başlatılmıştır. Türkiye’de 10.12.2018 tarihinde yürürlüğe giren 7153 Sayılı Çevre Kanunu Ve Bazı Kanunlarda Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Kanununla getirilen düzenlemeler de bu kapsamda değerlendirilebilir. Bu çalışmada, çevre muhasebesi kavramından söz edilerek, 7153 Sayılı Kanunda çevre ile ilgili olarak yapılan düzenlemeler hakkında çevre muhasebesi uygulamaları üzerinden değerlendirmede bulunulmuş, örnek muhasebe kayıtlarına yer verilmiştir.

Bu araştırmanın amacı, işbirlikli dijital hikaye anlatımının ilkokul 4. sınıf öğrencilerinin yaratıcı yazma ve sosyal duygusal öğrenme becerilerine etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmada, yarı deneysel desenlerden, ön-test / son-test kontrol gruplu deney modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, Manisa ili Alaşehir ilçesinde bulunan bir devlet ilkokulunun 4. sınıfında öğrenim gören, 30'u deney, 30'u kontrol grubu olmak üzere 60 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma 2017-2018 Eğitim–Öğretim yılında gerçekleştirilmiş, uygulama süreci 11 hafta sürmüştür. Uygulama aşamasında, deney grubundaki öğrenciler işbirlikli dijital hikaye hazırlamıştır. Öğrencilere ön-test ve son-test olarak Sosyal Duygusal Öğrenme Becerileri Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Ayrıca, öğrencilerin serbest yazı çalışmaları Yaratıcı Yazma Dereceli Puanlama Anahtarı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde bağımlı gruplar için t-testi, bağımsız gruplar için t-testi ve tek faktörlü ANCOVA analizi kullanılmıştır.Verilerin analizi sonucunda, deney ve kontrol gruplarının her ikisinde de yaratıcı yazma ve sosyal duygusal öğrenme becerilerine ilişkin ön-test ve son-test puanları arasında anlamlı bir gelişme olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Deney ve kontrol grupları arasında yaratıcı yazma becerilerine ilişkin ön-test puanları kontrol altına alındığında son-test puanları arasında deney grubunun lehine anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu ve bu sonucun orta düzeyde bir etki gösterdiği görülmüştür. Sosyal duygusal öğrenme becerileri için deney ve kontrol grupları arasında, ön-test puanları kontrol altına alındığında son-test puanları arasında anlamlı bir farkın olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, işbirlikli dijital hikaye hazırlamanın yaratıcı yazma becerilerini anlamlı bir şekilde arttırdığı, sosyal duygusal öğrenme becerilerini ise anlamlı bir şekilde arttırmadığı görülmüştür. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of collaborative digital storytelling on creative writing and social emotional learning skills of 4th grade students. In the research, experimental model with pre-test / post-test control group design was used. The study group consisted of 60 students, 30 of whom were experimental and 30 of whom were in control, in the 4th grade of a state primary school in Alaşehir district of Manisa province. The research was carried out in the 2017-2018 academic year and the implementation process took 11 weeks. During the implementation phase, the students in the experimental group prepared a collaborative digital story. Social Emotional Learning Skills Scale was applied to the students as pre-test and post-test. In addition, students' free writing studies were evaluated with the Creative Writing Grade Scoring Key. In the analysis of the data, t-test for dependent groups, t-test for independent groups and single-factor ANCOVA analysis were used.As a result of the data analysis, it was revealed that there was a significant improvement between pre-test and post-test scores of creative writing and social emotional learning skills in both experimental and control groups. When the pre-test scores of creative writing skills were taken under control between the experimental and control groups, there was a significant difference between the post-test scores in favor of the experimental group and this result showed a moderate effect. When the pre-test scores were taken under control, it was concluded that there was no significant difference between the post-test scores between the experimental and control groups for social emotional learning skills. As a result, it was seen that collaborative digital story preparation increased creative writing skills and did not affect social emotional learning skills. As a result, it was seen that collaborative digital story writing significantly increased creative writing skills and did not significantly increase social emotional learning skills. 94
