The design of auditorium chairs can directly reflect the image of public spaces. At present, the development of public furniture is relatively slow compared to household and office furniture. The design of auditorium chairs on the market is severely homogenized, relying on past experience and lacking scientific guidance. In order to create a better indoor public activity environment for users, from the perspective of user needs, first of all, 21 user needs for auditorium chairs were obtained through semi-structured interviews. Then, the Kano model was used to determine the attribute positioning of each demand. Finally, the FAST method was used to transform user demands into functions, assisting in the design optimization of hall chairs and promoting the future development of public furniture. The results indicate that the design of auditorium chairs must meet safety and stability, and the comfort and rechargeability of the seats are the most important needs of users. In the future, the functional design of auditorium chairs also needs to consider intelligent applications. The study applies a Kano-FAST integration method to the design innovation of auditorium chairs, providing data support for the development of furniture enterprise auditorium chairs and promoting product upgrading and optimization.

AbstractThe provision of information and emotions is the core competitive edge for mobile apps to attract users to utilize their services and functionalities. Considering user demands and gender differences, it holds great significance for mobile apps to optimize personalized services by elucidating the formation mechanism of privacy disclosure behavior from the perspective of online social support (information and emotional). We adopt online social support theory and construct a model based on Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) framework to collect questionnaire data from 548 respondents for empirical analysis. The results showed that both online information support and online emotional support have direct or indirect positive effects on privacy disclosure behavior, with perceived justice and privacy concern mediating this effect. Perceived justice has a negative impact on privacy concern. Besides, females exhibit higher levels of privacy concern and lower levels of disclosure, and there are differences in the types of demand support between males and females in privacy decision-making. [Purpose/Significance] From the perspectives of strategic planning and implementation, this paper explores the development characteristics, development trend and practice path of agricultural knowledge service, and provides reference for the digitalization and intelligent development of agricultural knowledge service under the background of data-driven intelligence, and serves to support major national strategies such as rural revitalization and digital countryside construction. [Method/Process] In order to analyze the characteristics of agricultural knowledge service, this paper analyzes and summarizes the service from the perspectives of industry and discipline. In terms of industry, it focuses on the analysis of industry positioning of agricultural knowledge service, while in terms of discipline, the subject characteristics of agricultural knowledge service are analyzed. In order to grasp the development trend of agricultural knowledge service, this paper analyzes the service development course from the historical perspective and reveals the development trend. Finally, based on the above conclusions, combined with the needs of national strategy for agricultural knowledge service in supporting strategic development and serving rural construction, the development suggestions of agricultural knowledge service were put forward, including two levels of strategy and implementation. [Results/Conclusions] About the characteristics of agricultural knowledge service, under the perspective of industry, agricultural knowledge service takes knowledge service as the core; from the perspective of discipline, agricultural knowledge service is characterized with the service based on the agricultural field. From the development stage, agricultural knowledge service has gone through three stages. The first stage is the exploratory period of interwoven development with agricultural information service. The second stage is characterized with the explosive development of platformization. It is now entering the third stage - the stage of data-driven intelligence. From the perspective of the development trend, this stage is characterized with precision, intelligence, digitalization and knowledge. In order to promote the innovative development of agricultural knowledge service and better serve and support the national strategy, this paper puts forward development strategies, including the strategic level and the implementation level. At the strategic level, agricultural knowledge service should be guided by national strategies and policies, optimize the distribution of knowledge service, maximize the benefit of resource and service allocation, focus on the key points of national strategic development, and give priority to meet the key needs of national strategic development. At the implementation level, agricultural knowledge service should implement intra-industry and extra-industry cooperation, integrate superior resources, and promote the coordination between the service supply and the service demand, so as to build a harmonious knowledge service ecology.

[Purpose/Significance] Research on the demand and supply analysis of agricultural literature resources is of great significance to the collection construction of agricultural libraries, especially under the current new situation. The demand analysis of academic resources of agricultural science has always been a difficult task for agricultural special libraries because it covers a wide range of disciplines and involves the multiple cross and integrated applications of various disciplines with agriculture science. This paper innovates the methods of demand and supply analysis based on multi-level information organization and fine-grained data analysis, which would discover both the systematic demands and accurate demands of agricultural researchers, and help to adapt to the changes of agricultural science research paradigm. [Method/Process] This study took the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) as an example, collecting its published foreign language journals and the corresponding cited references, as well as its usage data of foreign language electronic journals databases. Then this paper used the methods of citation analysis, subject organization, etc. to analyze the institutional demand characteristics that include literature language, document type, publication years, disciplines distribution, covered subjects and the utilized database of foreign-language periodical resources. The full-text supply rate of foreign-language electronic journals has been calculated to evaluate the satisfaction and the ability of supplying collection resources. The literature comprehensive utilization index has also been calculated to reflect the literature utilization capacity of CAAS's affiliated institutes by the methods of correlation analysis and multiple correlation coefficient weighting. [Results/Conclusions] The results show that the demands of foreign-language journals of CAAS involve not only classical agricultural disciplines but also some emerging and interdisciplinary fields, and there are big gaps in the level of literature supply and utilization among its affiliated institutes. The construction of literature resource supply system of CAAS should strengthen the demand analysis, enrich the subscription mode of full-text resources, and expand the non-full-text resources. As for the agricultural special libraries, the demand and supply analysis of agricultural science literature resources should follow the development trends of agricultural disciplines, taking into account the systematic and prospective demands, and carry out accurate, thematic and knowledge-based demand analysis in the relevant subject areas. Users can also be encouraged to participate in library collection construction, and diversified demand feedback channels should be provided for them. At the same time, resource construction quality and service efficiency evaluation should also be brought to the forefront.

The climate of change in music reference represents a challenge to librarians. The three issues in the library literature that probably have the greatest impact on music reference service and are the subject of this paper are changes in users, sources, and modes of access to sources. These three issues are certainly related, as users need to use sources, and they need to know how to access them in order to use them. Reference librarians are called upon to mediate this process. Music library collections have their own peculiarities, however. Because they contain a wider variety of materials than many other kinds of library collections, reference librarians for music collections must be aware of the format, content, and intended uses of these materials, as well as the research patterns of their patrons. In the recent past, as cultural norms have changed with the paradigm of Western culture, users have wanted to use music libraries in new ways, and librarians are challenged to accommodate them. The musical genres used and requested by today's library patrons are different than they once were, both for listening and for academic study. Musical reference sources are being issued in electronic formats, and this represents a challenge for some users. The expanded use of interlibrary loan and electronic access to materials represents new opportunities and challenges.
