The intraoperative discovery of a 1×1 cm GB hole on the right lateral wall of the GB fundus revealed an unexpected and significant deviation from the hypothesized pathogenesis. This case report provides a complicated diagnosis scenario for a hepatobiliary illness aggravated by schizophrenia. Arriving with frequent nausea and vomiting, a 70‐year‐old female patient with schizophrenia missed typical symptoms of gallbladder (GB) disease, including fever and stomach discomfort. This odd look and corroborative imaging showing a cystic lesion in the right belly led to a diagnostic suspicion of a sizable GB mucocele. But a surprising result from an emergency laparotomy revealed a significant GB perforation, different from the previous diagnosis. This case highlights the difficulties in identifying atypical GB diseases, particularly in individuals with mental comorbidities that could conceal or alter the expression of physical symptoms. To confirm or rule out differential diagnosis and allow early and tailored treatments, it emphasizes the need for thorough diagnostic tests, including a complete clinical history, physical examinations, laboratory analysis, imaging modalities, and surgical procedures. Plants/herbs are the primary source of organic chemicals utilised in contemporary medicine to treat various ailments in the most ancient system of therapy known as Ayurveda. Acharya Sharangdhar was the first to describe a scientific method for preparing Asavas/Arista, a fermented food containing various plant-derived medications as well as jaggary. The worked out parameters for the quality control and stability of Asavas/Arishtas were addressed in this study report for the two Arishtas. The pH, % alcohol, percentage sugar, and other formulation parameters are observed. The observed values indicate that there is no unique change in the data that support the scriptural reference that Asavas and Arishtas did not lose their efficacy over a longer length of time. The pH of Asavas and Arishtas employed in this investigation was determined to be between 3.60 to 4.30, indicating that the preparation is acidic. Whereas the alcohol range of 5% to 8% revealed that the organic components associated with the ingredients contained in the formulation are well preserved in their self-generated alcohol created during the fermentation process. The paper commences with a broad overview of the field, elaborating on the need for automated video summarization tools to navigate and condense the massive, ever-growing sea of YouTube content. Further, we systematically scrutinize the role and implementation of NLP methods in extracting meaningful textual data from videos, focusing on video transcripts, closed captions, user comments, and associated metadata. Subsequent sections dissect seminal and recent works, studying various NLP techniques such as text summarization, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and deep learning architectures employed in this context. The paper also focuses on the various metrics used for evaluation and shows datasets generally used to assess the performance of these summarization systems. Finally, we identify current challenges and potential future directions for research in the area, acknowledging the evolving landscape of online video platforms and AI technologies. This review aims to provide researchers and practitioners with an encompassing perspective on the pivotal role of NLP in enabling more efficient, accurate, and intuitive navigation of YouTube content ultimately shaping our digital consumption experiences.
