The article provides information on the current state of the cotton and silk industry in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The history of the crisis and subsequent development of the silk sector during the period of independence is covered. Due to the government's special attention to the sector, mulberry groves were expanded, the sericulture system was reshaped by applying innovative technologies, and a chain was established from mulberry seeds to the production of finished silk products. A number of scientists have conducted scientific research on expanding the feed base, creating new breeds of silkworms, improving feeding technologies, and developing new types of fabrics from silk thread and its mixture with other fibers. For the development of the industry, a sericulture cluster system has been established based on foreign experience. "Kharir Tola" LLC, operating in Andijan region, was one of the first to launch a silk production cluster in the republic. In addition, in the article, the structure of the silk industry cluster, the sequence of processes in them, the types of products to be obtained, are prepared in advance, and then the production is carried out. By applying the innovative technology of surfactant to the silkworm feeding process, 20% feed consumption was saved, productivity increased, morbidity decreased, silkiness increased, and quality raw silk was obtained. This article presents the urgency of the problem, the sequence of technological processes for the production of silk twisted yarn from raw silk for the production of medical bandage. In order to fold a few threads, and give them a twist, first raw silk is rewound onto a spool. Before rewinding, the hanks are checked for gluing, in our cases a low gluing is determined, therefore, in order to soften the glued places, the threads are treated with an emulsion by spraying. After that, raw silk holds the rest room and is rewound to the two flange bobbin using the MT-85 machine in the Japanese system. The principle of operation and technological drawings are given. Torsion is carried out by adding 3 raw silk 2,33 tex to give the left twist S 350 tw/m and adding 8 raw silk 3,23 tex with the left twisting S 500 tw/m. The torsion process is performed on a TK-2 twisting machine. The process of fixing the twist of the finished twisted yarns is made on Japanese equipment SC-750. The qualitative indicators of twisted yarns are given: linear density, coefficient of variation in linear density, breaking load, breaking elongation, direction and amount of twist, and coefficients of variation in twisting. The article examines the structure of silk fibers and ways of efficient use of fiber waste. Based on the analysis of the composition and structure of the fibers, it is possible to use them for paper production. The use of short staple fibers in the production of stock paper and the processes of preparing them for incorporation into paper pulp are widely covered. Information is provided on the technological process of cleaning fibers before adding them to paper pulp. The influence of the mass fraction of fibers in paper on its strength, breaking and tearing has been thoroughly analyzed and illustrated by means of graphs. For the production of high-quality paper, for example, valuable paper, for the preparation of paper used in printing, drawing, painting, etc. Fiber semi-finished products must be cut to the required length and separated into individual fibrils before crushing (grinding). The technology of preparation of natural silk waste as raw material for paper production is presented. In addition to silk fiber cotton fiber was also studied in the research work. Theoretically, the effect of fibers in tearing and breaking of paper is shown in the pictures.
