Türkiye Böğü faunası üzerine çok az çalışma mevcuttur. Bu çalışma ile ilk defa Bolkar Dağları böğü faunasına dahil olan taksonlar ve bu taksonların morfolojik ve sistematik özellikleri incelendi. 2009-2011 yılları arasında Bolkar Dağları?na yapılan arazi çalışmalarında 94 farklı lokaliteden toplam 527 örnek toplandı. Bu alanda üç familyaya ait (Karschiidae, Daesiidae ve Galeodidae) 10 farklı taksonun yayılış gösterdiği tespit edildi. Bunlar; Galeodes anatoliae, G. graecus, G. lycaonis, G. toelgi Galeodes sp. 2, Galeodes sp. 3, Galeodes sp. 4., Eusimonia nigrescens, Barrussus telescopus, Gnosippus sp. 1?dir. Bu taksonlardan Barrussus telescopus bu çalışmada dünyada yeni tür olarak tanımlandı. Eusimonia nigrescens, Galeodes anatoliae, G. graecus, G. lycaonis ve G. toelgi Bolkar Dağları?ndan ilk defa kayıt edildi. İlk tanımlarından bu yana ilk kez G. anatoliae ve G. lycaonis?e ait örnekler elde edildi. Galeodes lycaonis?in erkek örneği ilk defa tanımlandı. Bu alandan toplanan Gnosippus sp. 1, Galeodes sp. 2, Galeodes sp. 3 ve Galeodes sp. 4?ün bilim dünyası için yeni taksonlar olabileceği tahmin edilmektedir. Örnek toplanan lokalitelere göre her takson için yayılış haritaları oluşturuldu. Her taksona ait morfolojik karakterler erkek ve dişi örnekler için detaylı olarak sunuldu. Galeodes toelgi, G. graecus, G. lycaonis, Galeodes sp. 2 ve Galeodes sp. 3?te genetik çeşitliliği belirlemek amacıyla, böğülerde ilk defa RAPD-PCR tekniği uygulandı. Dış grup olarak Gnosippus sp. 1 kullanıldı. Altı böğü taksonu için 10 farklı RAPD primerinde 97 allel belirlendi. Galeodes?e ait taksonlar için 81 (% 83,51) polimorfik lokus tespit edildi. G. anatoliae, G. graecus, G.lycaonis, G. toelgi, Galeodes sp. 2, Galeodes sp. 3 ve Galeodes sp. 4?e ait örneklerden alınan karakter ölçümleri istatistik analizler ile ilk defa değerlendirildi. Taksonlar arasında farklılık gösteren morfometrik karakterler tespit edilmeye çalışıldı. Biyoekolojik veriler toplanarak her takson için ayrı ayrı yorumlandı. İlk defa, yayılış alanları karışan taksonlar arasında coğrafik mesafenin evrim süreçleri üzerine etkisi tartışıldı. Mesafeye bağlı izolasyon analizine göre bu süreçte coğrafik mesafe etkinliğinin düşük seviyede olabileceği gözlendi. A few study performed on Turkish solpugid fauna are present. Solpugid taxa belonging to fauna of Bolkar Mountains and their morphologic and systematic features were evaluated for the first time by this study. A total of 527 solpugid samples from 94 localities in Bolkar Mountains were collected by field works carried out between 2009 and 2011. It was detected that ten taxa belonging to three families (Galeodidae, Karschiidae ve Daesiidae) were distributed in this area. These are Barrussus telescopus, Eusimonia nigrescens, Gnosippus sp. 1, Galeodes anatoliae, G. graecus, G. lycaonis, G. toelgi Galeodes sp. 2, Galeodes sp. 3, Galeodes sp. 4. In addition to this, Barrussus telescopus was descripted as a new species of the world for the first time. Eusimonia nigrescens, Galeodes anatoliae, G. graecus, G. lycaonis ve G. toelgi were recorded from Bolkar Mountains for the first time. Male individual of G. lycaonis was descripted, to date specimens of G. lycaonis and G. anatoliae were obtained first time after the species had been orginally descripted. It was suggested that Gnosippus sp. 1, Galeodes sp. 2 and Galeodes sp. 3 and Galeodes sp. 4 could be new taxa for science. For each taxon, detailed morphological features of male and female specimens were presented by drawning distributional maps. For the solpugids of the world, RAPD-PCR technique was applied for the first time to determine the genetic diversity among Galeodes toelgi, Galeodes graecus, Galeodes lycaonis, Galeodes sp. 2, and Galeodes sp. 3. Gnosippus sp. 1 was evaluated as outgroup in the analysis. Ninety-seven loci were generated by ten RAPD primers for six taxa. Eighty-one (% 83,51) polymorphic loci were fixed for galeodid taxa. Measurements of character which belong to G. anatoliae, G. graecus, G.lycaonis, G. toelgi, Galeodes sp. 2, Galeodes sp. 3 ve Galeodes sp. 4, were evaluated by statistical analyses for the first time. Morphometric characters which are bearing differences between the taxa were examined. Bio-ecological observations were collected and interpreted for each taxon. It was explained that the effect of geographic distances on the evolution process for species whose distributions overlapped in the area for the first time. IBD analysis showed that the efficiency of geographic distances could be at the lower level on the evolution process. 173
