Aim This study evaluated the correlation between learning needs and behavioural intention of sexual health care in female Registered Nurses and to assess the moderating effect of gender role on this relationship. Design In this cross‐sectional questionnaire‐based survey, a convenience sampling of female Registered Nurses was included from Chung Shan Medical University Hospital, Taiwan. Methods Three questionnaires were used to obtain self‐reported data on learning needs, behavioural intention and gender role. Most sensors have been taken up, which resulted in a massive data size, with the continuously growing IoT (Internet of Things) devices and communications infrastructure in development. The inspection of the manufacturer to identify product defects is one of the most common examples. In order to develop an effective inspection system with greater precision, this paper has been proposed a Fog Computing based Hybrid Deep-Learning Framework (FC-HDLF), that can find possible defective products. Since a large number of assembly lines can occur in a single factory, one of the main problems is how these data are processed in real-time. The system can handle incredibly large amounts of data by discharging the load from the central servers to the fog nodes. In this paper, there are two obvious advantages. Next, the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model is adapted to the fog computing environment, which improves its calculation performance considerably. The other is that a model of control is built that can display the form and extent of the defect simultaneously. A decision-making framework for multi-agents is built to ensure a production process architecture to optimize production processes.

In recent years, with the continuous development of Internet technology and the deepening of economic globalization, cross-border e-commerce has become a new international trade model and an important growth point of foreign trade. With the popularity of international trade, domestic consumers have a deeper understanding of foreign products and brands and willingness to purchase, but at this stage, cross-border e-commerce transactions are not as close to domestic online shopping, and a few have business opportunities. PortUnity is the first among overseas consumers and some avant-garde consumers with a sense of consumption. Most people have not yet reached real cross-border e-commerce, so cross-border e-commerce has broad development potential on a global scale. As a high-tech field, cross-border e-commerce has few relevant theories and literature. Therefore, this article aims to explore the influencing factors of consumer purchase intention of cross-border e-commerce based on a wireless network and machine learning and to provide decision support for the management and operation of e-commerce in order to promote the better development of cross-border e-commerce. This article analyzes the influencing factors of consumers' intention in cross-border e-commerce shopping by combining literature research and empirical research. With the support of wireless networks and machine learning, perceptual-based ease of use and perceived usefulness of the original TAM, the individual influencing factors of cross-border e-commerce consumers' purchase intention and e-commerce platform factors are summarized according to the characteristics and technology acceptance model of cross-border e-commerce. In this questionnaire survey, the author fully explored the survey value of each respondent, and all the 100 questionnaires were successfully recovered, with a 100% utilization rate of data. The research results of this article show that in addition to the originally perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, consumers' income level, education level, age, gender, service, safety index and price of cross-border e-commerce platform, and other factors also affect the cross-border consumption frequency of consumers.

The emergence of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused a large-scale outbreak and has rapidly spread across China and multiple countries. We reported countermeasures in infection control for diagnosis of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS- CoV-2) infection and the experiences of point of care diagnostics and medical quarantine for presumed SARS-CoV-2-infected subjects. We conducted a retrospective cohort study on subjects came to Chung Shan Medical University Hospital with suspicion of SARS-CoV-2 infection during January to March, 2020. We performed the real-time reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction testing (rRT-PCR) for SARS-CoV-2-infection and reported the results of testing and treatment. A total of 212 participants were enrolled due to suspicion of SARS-CoV-2 infection. Five of those were confirmed COVID-19 cases after monitoring for a period of 14 days and were cured. The time to rRT-PCR test conversion after treatment is variate. The infection control measures of home quarantine and mandatory medical quarantine combined with rapid diagnosis seem to postpone the speed of transmission of SARS-CoV-2 infection at once in Taiwan. Due to lack of vaccination and confirmed antiviral therapy, it is important to strictly abide by the infection control measures.

In many social and behavioral sciences, longitudinal study has become an important research method. Since the data is collected more than one specific point of time, the longitudinal study allows researchers to realize the growth trajectories of the individual in an organization, and even the changes in the whole organizational behavior. Also, the researcher can get the support of the causal relationship for his theory hypothesis by identifying the temporal precedence of variables. Moreover, the data collected at different points in time may avoid common method variance. Although the longitudinal study has such advantages, some researchers have misused it and made their model structure too complicated. Adding too many temporal differences in their model may conclude in the wrong results. Random Coefficient Model, one of the longitudinal study methods, is apt to have an incorrect model specification and result in a spurious regression relationship. This may inflate the Type I error and cause spurious results. In the present study, we attempt to apply the framework of the Latent Growth Curve Model as the basis of our research design. We also use Monte Carlo simulation to calculate the sample size and to test statistic power and effect size. At last, hopefully, we may provide a different aspect to the researchers who are intended to conduct longitudinal studies.

The NiO thin films were prepared by the electron beam evaporation method using synthesized sintered targets. As-prepared films were characterized using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, UV–VIS spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The thicker films were found to exhibit a well-defined structure and a well-developed crystallite size with greater transmittance modulation and durability. The as-deposited thinner films of 170 nm showed a faster response time during electrochromic cycles with a coloration efficiency of 53.1 C/cm 2 than the thicker ones. However, the thicker films showed no enhanced electrochromic properties such as a larger intercalated charge than the thinner ones. The electrochromic properties of the thinner films became deteriorated after 800 cycling tests.

The Data Envelopment Analysis, DEA was adopted in this study to explore the relative operational efficiency of the 17 automobile dealers in Kaoshuing. In terms of factor selection criteria, the four input factors include: operating cost, operating expenses, year-end bonus, and the number of employees. On the other hand, there are two output factors, including gross profit margin and operating profit margin. Using operational data from April 2016 to March 2017 totaling 12 months. The results show that the automobile dealers with overall efficiency accounted for 29.41%. As the relative efficiency was reached, there was no need to make further adjustments, but to continue with the existing operating mode and scale. The operational inefficiency of the automobile dealers that came from pure technical inefficiency accounted for 70.59%. In order to improve the inefficiency condition, one should start from the management aspect to adjust the resource allocation method and maximize output through the most appropriate input and output portfolios. The automobile dealers’ operational inefficiency that came from scale inefficiency accounted for 17.65%. In particular, those in the increasing returns to scale stage should enhance the scale to improve efficiency, while those in the decreasing returns to scale stage should therefore reduce the production scale to improve efficiency. The ratio of the automobile dealers’ operational efficiency that came from pure technical inefficiency and scale inefficiency reached as high as 70.59%. In order to improve the inefficiency condition, it is suggested that managers refer to the recommended benchmark automobile dealers in this study as the learning objects.

Some unscrupulous merchants saw the profitable sale of goods on the Internet. They took the opportunity to introduce fake and inferior goods and infringing goods online for sale. This practice greatly damaged the legitimate rights and interests of online shopping consumers. Therefore, how to effectively manage Internet fake sales is a big problem that needs to be solved urgently. This article mainly studies the decision-making of counterfeit goods in e-commerce trade based on machine learning and Internet of Things. This article defines the core issues of anti-counterfeiting of e-commerce goods, clarifies the purpose of anti-counterfeiting of e-commerce goods, innovates and proposes new ideas and methods of anti-counterfeiting systems from the perspective of machine learning and the Internet of Things Anti-counterfeiting sharing and anti-counterfeiting punishment, effectively deal with the issue of e-commerce goods purchase. The survey results of this paper show that about 89.9% of repurchasing users are in the 0.4-1 prediction score segment, indicating that the model's threshold setting at about 0.4 will have a good prediction effect, and the model's prediction effect is stable. The experimental results of this paper show that the prediction model in this paper can well predict users' purchasing behaviour and can shield and report merchants with fake and shoddy products.

This study investigated the effects of incremental service innovation on customer brand association and further explored the multilevel mediating and moderating variables underlying this link. Multilevel analyses of the data were conducted using 374 valid questionnaires from employee–customer paired samples in 68 hospitality companies in China. The research results showed that incremental service innovation (supervisor-reported) explained significant variance in customer brand association (customer-reported). The service sweethearting (employee-reported) fully mediated the relationship between incremental service innovation and brand association. Furthermore, sustainable human resource management (supervisor-reported) positively moderated the relationship between incremental service innovation and brand association. This study originally represents a unique contribution to combine the individual and organizational perspectives of service innovation and further confirms the multilevel-moderating effect of sustainable human resource management that enhances the relationship between service sweethearting and customer brand association. Managerial implications and future research suggestions are presented.

We have prepared the NiO films using electron-beam evaporation with a specially designed target. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, UV-visible spectrophotometry and cyclic voltammetry. The structure of NiOx films with (111) preferred plane orientation is good for electrochromic properties. The (111) orientated film shows tetrahedron-island structures. The best of the grown film shows high transmittance modulation at the wavelength of 550 nm with good durability and electrochromic properties after 800 cycles. The coloration efficiency of the best film is about 34 C/cm2. The electrochromic properties of the developed NiO films are discussed and compared for possible device applications.

Neurogenic bowel dysfunction is a common comorbidity in spinal cord injury patients that may result in fecal incontinence. Abdominal massage is one intestinal training method that is used to improve bowel movement and defecation.To review the effectiveness of abdominal massage on neurogenic bowel dysfunction in patients with spinal cord injury.A systematic review of Chinese and English-language articles was performed in six databases using the following key words: spinal cord injury, abdominal massage, neurogenic bowel dysfunction, and bowel training. Relevant studies published prior to June 2016 that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected. The Downs and Black scale was used to appraise the quality of each of the included studies. Eight studies were included in the final analysis.Four of these studies indicated that abdominal massage significantly improved bowel functions and the regularity and frequency of bowel movements. Although two of the studies indicated that abdominal massage significantly reduced the use of glycerin and laxatives, the remaining six did not. The eight studies earned respective quality scores ranging between 13 and 25.The current literature lacks consensus on the efficacy of abdominal massage in terms of improving bowel dysfunction in patients with spinal cord injuries. Future studies should use more stringent experimental designs such as randomized controlled studies to explore the correlations among massage time and frequency and bowel function improvements in order to provide guidelines for clinical care applications.腹部按摩於改善脊髓損傷者神經性腸道功能障礙之成效—系統性文獻回顧.神經性腸道功能障礙是造成脊髓損傷病人大便失禁常見的合併症，腹部按摩為腸道訓練的步驟之一，可增進腸蠕動與促進排便。.旨在透過系統性文獻回顧研究方式，探討腹部按摩運用於改善脊髓損傷病人神經性腸道功能障礙之成效。.以系統性文獻回顧方式，運用「脊髓損傷」、「腹部按摩」、「神經性腸道功能障礙」、「腸道訓練」等關鍵字，於中、英文6個資料庫進行搜尋。主要選取截至2016年6月符合納入與排除條件之相關文獻，使用Downs 及 Black量表進行文獻評讀，最後納入8篇文獻進行分析。.有4篇文獻顯示腹部按摩介入後，分別在腸道功能、排便時間與排便頻率上有顯著改善；2篇分別顯示在甘油球與瀉劑使用上獲得顯著改善，另兩篇則無成效。分析文獻品質得分介於13至25分之間。.文獻樣本中，以腹部按摩對改善脊髓損傷病人神經性腸道功能障礙之成效仍不一致。未來應以更嚴謹之實驗性研究設計，例如：以隨機對照研究來探討按摩時間、按摩頻率以及腸道功能改善之關係，以提供臨床照護之指引及運用。.

It is the most important for the company to improve customer value and customer loyalty through service innovation. However, at present, only researches related to organizations or consumer behaviors are conducted, there is rare research into the combination between organization level and consumer behavior, and this research tries to explore this aspect, which is the motivation and contribution of this research. This research aims to explore the relationship between “Interdepartmental Integration”, “Service Innovation” and “Customer Loyalty”, according to the analysis results, the relationship between “interdepartmental integration and service innovation” and “service innovation and customer loyalty” has a low positive correlation and it reaches significant level; it shows the relationship between “interdepartmental interaction and progressive innovation” and “interdepartmental collaboration and fundamental innovation” is significant.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among surface acting, mental health, and positive group affective tone. According to the prior theory, this study attempts to establish a comprehensive research framework among these variables, and furthermore tests the moderating effect of positive group affective tone. Data were collected from 435 employees in 52 service industrial companies by questionnaire, and this study conducted multilevel analysis. The results showed that surface acting will negatively affect the mental health. In addition, the positive group affective tone have significant moderating effect on the relationship among surface acting and mental health. Finally, this study discusses managerial implications and highlights future research suggestions.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to integrate and evaluate the spinal cord injury rehabilitation nursing theory named Super-Link System Theory using participatory action research. Method Data were collected from October 2007 to September 2008 in a rehabilitation hospital by means of interviews, participant observations, documentary resources, case conferences and reports, and participants’ self-reflective inquiries. The Super-Link System Theory was introduced to 31 rehabilitation nurses. The nurses selected a key reference group including the researcher to facilitate the participatory action research process to implement and evaluate the theory. Data were analyzed using content analysis. Results The findings shows that several key concepts were clarified and specific nursing interventions were identified. Furthermore, an integrated link system from the hospital to the community through both rehabilitation nurses and discharge planners was established. Conclusion The study demonstrated an evidence base for an evolving theory of care, and empowered nurses to make sustainable changes to their practice.

Enhancing self-efficacy, self-perception, and social support can be an effective way for people with spinal cord injury (SCI) to move forward. The purpose of this study was to explore relationships between "moving-forward behavior" and demographic and disease characteristics, self-efficacy, self-perception, and social support among people with SCI. The study was designed as a descriptive-correlation, cross-sectional study. The participants were selected using cluster random sampling (n = 210) through the Spinal Injury Association in Taiwan. A statistically significant relationship was found between moving-forward behavior and age (t = -2.30, p < .05), self-efficacy (gamma = -0.25, p < .01), and self-perception (gamma = -0.39, p < .01). Age (odds ratio [OR] = 0.964, p < .05) and self-perception (OR = 0.824, p < .05) were both significant predictors of moving-forward behavior.

Aims and objectives We assessed the effects of a spinal cord injury home rehabilitation DVD on patients with spinal cord injury. Background Multimedia have been used widely in health care in the digital age. The provision of rehabilitation instructions is a major responsibility of the rehabilitation staff. Design This study adopted a quasi-experimental pretest–posttest control group design. Methods We collected data from a rehabilitation nursing ward at a medical centre between October 2011–April 2012. The participants were recruited before being discharged from the hospital. The experimental group (n = 28) received multimedia DVD instructions for three months, in addition to teaching sessions conducted by the researcher, whereas the control group (n = 31) received instructions without a DVD. Both groups completed the self-perception and self-efficacy scales used in this study before and after the intervention. Results The results indicated that, after the multimedia DVD intervention, the experimental group exhibited a considerably greater improvement in self-perception than did the control group. Although we recorded increased scores for both self-perception and self-efficacy for both groups, no marked differences emerged between the control and the intervention groups by using a generalised estimating equation. Conclusion These results suggest that the home rehabilitation DVD is an effective instrument for improving self-perception and self-efficacy in patients with spinal cord injury. However, monitoring these patients over the long term is necessary. Relevance to clinical practice Our study results confirmed that the spinal cord injury home rehabilitation DVD is a practical health education tool. We plan to use the proposed DVD intervention with a larger number of hospitalised patients, and to continuously monitor their improvement.

The subject of this article is a 20 year-old female with thoracic spinal cord injury with paraplegia suffered during a car accident. The article reports on the nursing experience in helping the patient manage her autonomic dysreflexia (AD), training the patient in self-catheterization, and using relevant social resources in order to achieve a successful return to her studies at school. The authors collected data using interviews, observations, and physical assessments between November 20 and December 30, 2008. The two nursing diagnoses of AD and inadequate preparation for a successful return to school during rehabilitation hospitalization were made during caring procedures. Holistic nursing assessment was employed and the Super-Link System Theory was applied to establish a link between the hospital and school. Individual nursing interventions used included understanding the inducement and treatment of AD, performing self-catheterization, and enhancing the support system by introducing successful clients and relevant social resources in order to transition the patient successfully to her new post-injury life. The patient consequently transitioned smoothly from rehabilitation hospital to school. The authors hope this case report will provide a useful reference for nurses charged with caring for patients with spinal cord injuries while still enrolled at school.
