This research is motivated by SMUN previously only providing scholarships for underprivileged students, while for students who excel, the method is not yet, therefore, research by implementing data mining with the C4.5 algorithm method so that in the future, if the scholarship program is for outstanding students already exists, then SMUN can immediately apply it. The sample data are 33 scholarship recipients with subjects that have been determined based on the report card scores of prospective scholarship recipients. The selection results for receiving scholarships to outstanding students so far have only been calculated in general terms, the possibility of incorrect results will cause losses for students who have good achievements. As a result, there are students who should get the scholarship rights and do not receive it. The problem of this research is how to make it easier to analyze students who need and are entitled to receive scholarships, how to make it easier to select and determine scholarship recipients. The research uses the C4.5 algorithm to overcome these problems. With the C4.5 algorithm, the percentage accuracy value can be calculated which is used to determine whether the student is entitled to receive a scholarship or not. The data collection technique in this study is to use student report cards. classification value in determining students who get scholarships with the highest accuracy of 81.81%. The accuracy value was obtained by experimenting with the testing process with the number of student data as many as 33 students. It is hoped that it will make it easier to receive scholarships for students who excel academically in school.

Karang Taruna is a forum for fostering and developing as well as empowering in an effort to develop productive activities by utilizing all the potential available in the environment, both human resources and natural resources that already exist and the use of the internet as one of its social activities. The Karang Taruna 07 management wanted to build organizational branding, but due to lack of knowledge about the importance of building organizational branding and did not know how to make organizational branding so that the Karang Taruna 07 management did not yet have the Karang Taruna 07 organizational branding. administrators and members of the youth organization about organizational branding and how to manage social media to improve the organization's image. In connection with the Covid19 pandemic, the community service program on "Utilization of Social Media for Branding of Youth Organizations RW 07 Kwitang Village" in the form of lectures, discussions and questions and answers and practicums was carried out using online media. From the implementation of this training, it is expected to increase the knowledge and abilities of the participants on how to use social media to build positive organizational branding so that they can support youth activities.

Didalam praktiknya pun anak-anak didampingi agar memastikan anak-anak dapat menerima materi sekaligus mempraktikannya di Gadget nya masing-masing, tentunya melalui dalam jaringan (online) dikarenakan kasus Covid-19 yang semakin meningkat, pelatihan diadakan dari jarak jauh. kegiatan pelatihan ini merupakan sesuatu hal yang sangat diperlukan oleh anak-anak yang tidak mampu untuk bersekolah terutama untuk mereka yang ingin menempuh pendidikan tetapi dipaksa oleh keadaan ekonomi untuk mengurungkan niat mereka. Terbukti dari hasil kegiatan ini antusias mereka untuk belajar sangat besar apalagi tentang teknologi yang mereka gunakan sehari hari yakni Gadget/Smartphone mereka. Kami berharap setelah ini akan ada banyak mahasiswa intelektual yang tergerak hatinya untuk dapat menolong anak anak tidak mampu di berbagai daerah khususnya untuk anak-anak yang putus sekolah. Karena pendidikan merupakan hal yang penting bagi para generasi penerus bangsa. Linear programming that can be found in life around is an assignment problem. Common assignment problems include n tasks that must be assigned to m workers assuming each worker has different competencies in completing each task. One of the methods in solving this problem is the Hungarian method. The purpose of this research is to optimize the assignment of employees by looking at the cost of daily wages. The problems that occur at the OneTop Frozen Store are the ineffectiveness of the work process and the swelling of operational costs, especially at work, Order Sorting, Packing, Labeling, Delivery with 4 workers. The application of the Hungarian method and testing of Software Quality Management obtains optimal wage costs so that operational costs can be reduced to a minimum without reducing the quality of service to consumers. Based on data processing in the Hungarian method, an assignment that is in accordance with the work in preparing Frozen Food orders at the OneTop Store can cost a daily wage of Rp.130,000 (one hundred and thirty thousand) to be the optimal wage cost per day. when compared with the previous calculation without using the Hungarian method by paying wages of Rp. 175,000 (one hundred and seventy five) per day. Based on the application of the Hungarian method, it is effective in determining an assignment and placement of workers so that they can work more effectively on a better and optimal Frozen Food ordering process., Pemrograman linier yang dapat ditemukan di kehidupan sekitar adalah masalah penugasan. Penerapan metode Hungarian dan pengujian Software Quality Management memperoleh biaya upah yang optimal sehingga biaya operasional dapat ditekan seminimal mungkin tanpa mengurangi kualitas pelayanan kepada konsumen. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan metode Hungarian, suatu penugasan yang sesuai dengan pekerjaan dalam menyiapkan pesanan Frozen Food di OneTop Store dapat dikenakan biaya upah harian sebesar Rp130.000 (seratus tiga puluh ribu) menjadi biaya upah optimal per hari. jika dibandingkan dengan perhitungan sebelumnya tanpa menggunakan metode Hungarian dengan membayar upah sebesar Rp. 175.000 (seratus tujuh puluh lima) per hari. Berdasarkan penerapan metode Hungarian ini efektif dalam menentukan penugasan dan penempatan pekerja sehingga dapat bekerja lebih efektif dalam proses pemesanan Frozen Food yang lebih baik dan optimal.

All countries in the world are currently experiencing a severe economic crisis following the outbreak of the COVID-19 outbreak. In Indonesia, the Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy is reported to have increased the number of poor people. Social assistance is a government program to improve the social welfare of the lower economic community. In carrying out the program, the central government and local governments coordinate with each other so that the program is right on target without any element of fraud. In the neighbourhood of Rukun Warga 001, Kelapa Dua Village, there are still obstacles in selecting the eligibility for social assistance recipients, namely Non-Cash Food Aid. The data on the poor are not in accordance with the actual conditions. In this study, to implementing data mining with the K-Means Algorithm. The K-Means Clustering algorithm is used to classify people who are classified as eligible to receive social assistance and those who are not entitled to receive social assistance. The data sample used is the data of Rukun Warga 001, Kelapa Dua Village. The results of this study indicate that cluster 1 with the appropriate category of receiving social assistance according to government programs in the Rukun Warga 001 neighbourhood of Kelapa Dua sub-district amounted to 13 families. And cluster 2 in the category of not eligible to receive social assistance amounted to 97 heads of families out of a total of 110 heads of families in RW 001.

In accordance with the decision of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia regarding Circular Letter Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policies in the Emergency Period for the Spread of Covid-19 where the Learning from Home Process is carried out through online / distance learning. In its implementation, the online learning process raises new problems including the location of teachers and students being separated when carrying out learning, making teachers unable to directly monitor student activities during the learning process and some of the students have difficulty in accessing, obtaining learning resources and media. to support understanding of the material being studied. Various initiatives were taken to ensure that learning activities continued even in the absence of face-to-face sessions. Technology, more specifically the internet, smartphones, and laptops are now widely used to support distance learning. In order to meet the needs of participants' understanding of learning resources, it is deemed necessary to have training on Optimizing Online Teaching Resources and Materials as Learning Support for Ar Ridho Orphanage Fosters who are able to provide explanations and understanding of how to get learning resources by utilizing online media. The purpose of this training is that it is hoped that the training participants consisting of students will be able to add various reference sources and teaching materials needed and make it easier for them to understand learning materials and use them to support the online learning process.

Karang taruna merupakan wadah aspirasi bagi seluruh masyarakat desa Pagelaran dan para lembaga, dimana visi dari desa Pagelaran adalah “ membangun desa yang maju”. Tugas Karang taruna adalah menanggulangi berbagai masalah kesejahteraan sosial terutama yang dihadapi generasi muda, baik yang bersifat preventif, rehabilitatif, maupun pengembangan potensi generasi muda di lingkungannya. Pelatihan yang diberikan oleh Dinas Sosial dalam mengembangkan budi daya ikan dalam pemasarannya masih kurang maksimal. Oleh karena itu pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini pelatihan yang diberikan adalah edukasi mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pemasaran dalam bentuk pemasaran digital atau digital marketing. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini maka dapat menambah pengetahuan dan kemampuan para pemuda karang taruna Ciomas dalam memasarkan hasil ikan dengan memanfaatkan digital marketing sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan.

The purpose of this study is to select the location of student boarding houses using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and C4.5 optimization techniques. The source of the data was obtained by observing and giving questionnaires to 150 respondents who were lodging in the Pematangsiantar-Simalungun area. from the data set of 81 records and using 5 parameters of assessment ((C1) water cleanliness, (C2) Facilities, (C3) Transportation, (C4) Security, and (C5) Conditions) obtained the results of modeling using the C4.5 + PSO algorithm has better accuracy is 97.78% compared to the C4.5 model whose accuracy is 97.53%. Thus, it is evident that the PSO applied to the weighting of the C4.5 attribute increases the value of accuracy..

Penerapan ilmu komputer semakin meluas ke berbagai bidang. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan dampak positif pula pada bidang kesehatan saat ini. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi pada bidang kesehatan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih baik. Salah satu implementasinya adalah untuk melakukan diagnosa penyakit gigi dan mulut. Penyakit gigi menjadi hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan oleh karena efek yang ditimbulkan penyakit gigi akan dirasakan juga oleh bagian tubuh yang lain. Selain dari itu, keterbatasan informasi, kehadiran tenaga medis gigi dan biaya perawatan yang mahal merupakan salah satu penyebab munculnya permasalahan yang lebih luas pada penanganan penyakit gigi. Pada penelitian ini dibangun suatu aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis webguna membantu konsultasi bagi pasien penderita sakit gigi dan mulut. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Forward Chaining dengan mempekerjakan pola algoritma. Diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat digunakan untuk mendiagnosa penyakit gigi dan mulut dimanapun dan kapanpun melalui device yang terhubung internet.

PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk. (PJA) telah menerapkan E-Procurement sebagai salah satu aplikasi yang merupakan implementasi Good Corporate Governance. Penerapan e-procurement ini dimulai pada tanggal 20 Mei 2014 dan PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk. merupakan BUMD DKI Jakarta pertama yang menerapkan e-procurement yang terintegrasi dengan sistem keuangan dan sistem terkait lainnya dan saat ini menjadi BUMD percontohan dalam penerapan e-procurement. Fokus penelitian ini adalah observasi seputar work flow pengadaan barang/jasa yang manual dan menggunakan e-procurement. Observasi ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana perubahan work flow pengadaan barang/jasa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan e-procurement; teknologi informasi yang digunakan dalam penerapan e-procurement; manfaat dan kendala selama proses penerapan e-procurement dan menganalisis key success factor penerapan e-procurement. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif deskriptif.
