Search

Political, economic and cultural relations between the Turkic States, which gained their independence with the dissolution of the Soviet Union, and the Republic of Turkey have accelerated since the 1990s. Literature and language studies were also affected by these developments. Writers, poets and academics have started to translate various works between Turkic dialects. The beginning and increase of translations from Turkey Turkish to other Turkic dialects and from these dialects to Turkey Turkish has necessitated scientific research on this subject. Because various problems and difficulties arose in trasnlation between dialects. For this reason, linguistic studies in this field aim to identify these problems and produce solutions. In this study, it was tried to determine the inter-dialect/intra-linguistic translation problems in Mehmet Emin Yurdakul's poems, which were translated from Turkey Turkish to Uzbek Turkic by Tahir Kahhar, and an analysis was made using the descriptive statistics method. In this intralingual diachronic transfer, the statistical consistency between the source text and the target text constitutes the basis of the study. In order to detect these consistencies, translation strategies were used to determine the reduction, expansion and modulation operations at the word level in the examined translation and their statistics were tried to be obtained.

Conjunctions in Kazakh Turkish as well as in Turkey Turkish; They are words that connect words, phrases and sentences in terms of shape or meaning, establish various meanings between them, do not have an independent meaning on their own, but gain meaning in a sentence and are used as a task element in the language with these aspects together with prepositions. Kazakh Turkish is an important Turkish dialect that has attracted the attention of linguists with its rich conjunction of conjunctions that it has had for a long time. In our study, Kazakh conjunctions will be examined in terms of structure and function and will be tried to be explained in the light of Kazakh grammar books and written texts. In this context, various literary texts (novel, long story "povest", story, etc.) selected from Kazakh literature will be used. In addition, these conjunctions will be classified according to their duties/functions and compared with Turkey Turkish. Thus, together with gerunds, attention will be drawn to the importance of conjunctions that add value to the agile and rich expression style of Turkish and its intense expressive power; In particular, the subject of conjunction of Kazakh Turkish and Turkish language in general will be examined. Studies on Turkey Turkish dialects have been studied only as "phonetics, morphology, vocabulary or dictionary studies" until recent years. Contrary to these dialect studies, which have become traditional in recent years, research on dialects has been further deepened and studies on structures in dialects have gained a new dimension. In particular, there has been a noticeable increase in studies on auxiliary verbs. Auxiliary verbs have been studied as a structure in the morphology until today. In today's studies, this situation has mostly left its place to meaning and function. In this study, the auxiliary verb “dök- (to pour)”, which has not been identified as an auxiliary verb in Turkey Turkish dialects until today, was handled and some data and evaluations were included. The verb “dök-” was only considered as an independent verb in previous studies on Turkey Turkish dialects or in grammar books on Turkey Turkish, but the verb was never identified and evaluated as an auxiliary verb. In this paper, contrary to this situation, the first determinations were made about the use of the verb "dök-" as an auxiliary verb. The first reason why the verb "dök-" has not been included as an auxiliary verb in any of the dialect studies can be explained by the fact that not many dialect studies have been done in the geography where it is used, and the second reason is that usage areas are limited to one province based on the current findings. In this study, there is information about the compound verb structures formed by the auxiliary verb "dök-", which is used together with the verbs or nouns, the gerundium that it is used with, the tenses and its positive-negative uses. It is thought that the study will contribute to the study of Turkey Turkish dialects and to the literature in terms of introducing a new auxiliary verb.

Günümüzde artan araştırmacı ve araştırma sayısına rağmen Türkçe sözdiziminin çözülememiş birtakım sorunları bulunmaktadır. Bu sorunların bir kısmı bilgi, belge ve kaynak yetersizliğinden; bir kısmı ise daha önce ortaya atılmış fakat doğruluğu kabul görmemiş iddiaların tekrar edilegelmesinden kaynaklanmaktadır. Türkçe sözdiziminin hakkında kabul birliği sağlanamamış konularından biri de unvan grubudur. Başta terim adı olmak üzere tanımı, yapısı ve kuruluşu hakkında dilciler arasında bir görüş ayrılığı bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca dilbilgisi kaynaklarında bu kelime grubunu oluşturan iki unsurdan biri olan unvan unsurunun içeriği de pek aydınlatıcı değildir. Unvan grubu ile ilgili söz konusu ihtilafların esas sebebi, daha önce ortaya atılmış fakat doğruluğu kabul görmemiş iddiaların sorgulanmak yerine bazı dilcilerce doğru kabul edilerek günümüze kadar tekrar edilegelmesidir. Bu çalışmada unvan grubu, Türkçe’nin söz dizimi özellikleri ile tarihî gelişim ve değişim süreci esas alınarak bütün yönleriyle incelenmiştir. Öncelikle söz konusu kelime grubu tanımı, terim adı, kuruluşu, yapısı, unsurları ve içerikleri, yazılışı, cümle ve kelime grupları içerisindeki yeri ile cümledeki görevleri bakımından ele alınarak bütün özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra bu özellikler Türk edebiyatının seçkin eserlerinden alınan cümlelerle örneklendirilmiştir. Böylece unvan grubunun tüm özelliklerinin belirlenmesine, hakkında eskiden beri tekrar edilegelen doğruluğu tartışmalı bilgilerin düzeltilerek doğru öğrenilmesi ve öğretilmesi ile bu kelime grubuyla ilgili kabul birliği sağlanmasına katkıda bulunulmaya çalışılmıştır.

The oldest two major branches of Oghuz Turkish are Turkey Turkish and Azerbaijan Turkish. Turkey and Azerbaijan Turkish hold all the linguistic and syntactic features of the Old Oghuz Turkish within themselves. The geographical differences they have had did not lead to serious changes in the language, especially in the field of language, between Oghuzes. There are no significant differences between the dialects of Oghuz Turkish in terms of the structure of sentences, the arrangement of the elements of the sentence and the meaning of the sentence. Turkey and Azerbaijan Turkish divide into two in terms of the structure of the sentence. Simple and Compound sentences. In Turkey and Azerbaijan Turkish, simple sentences are sentences that consist of main elements with a single verb. In the dialects of matter, there are several structural logical types within simple sentences. In Turkey and Azerbaijan Turkish, simple sentence divides into a structural logical type that shapes according to the verb and to structural logical type that shapes according to the subject. Phrases formed with the word of üzere discussed among prepositions in grammer studies in both historical Turkish and Turkey Turkish is used in often as adverb in syntax. In this study, it is aimed to emphasize the usage and functional features in terms of collacation preposition of üzere in noun element + preposition in Turkey Turkish. In the examination made for this purpose, it has been seen frequently to use with -mAk gerund suffix in the context of collacation features of preposition of üzere in Turkey Turkish. Preposition of üzere in verb + -mAk structure is used frequently with functions of approach, purpose, reason, condition. Other than these functional features, there are also functional features of structure of -mAk üzere such as sequencing, detailing / explanation, continuity in the action that takes place or is desired to take place. Usegas in structures of --DIğI üzere and -AcAğı üzere of preposition of üzere are less common. In direct proportion to the frequency of use functional diversity in -mAk üzere structure is not seen in sequence of - DIğI üzere and -AcAğı üzere. Verbal is an important concept in Turkish with its usage frequency in that it gives power for expressions; provides a short way to transmit messages; prevents unnecessary repetitions and connects the sentences in fluent ways. The aim of the study is to search the verbal which has been named with different grammatical names and which have been put into categories as gerund, participles, and verbal adverbs via the corpus. The corpus (including approximately 35 million entries) has been built up in line with the principles of corpus linguistics. The verbal will be examined according to syntactic and functional qualities. On this aspect, via a corpus infrastructure, the aim of the study can be summarized as to demonstrate and identify the morphological structures of verbal; the specific uses of this morphological structures; the importance of verbal in teaching Turkish as both native and foreign language; the distributions of them into strata (different text types etc.); their systematic labels and their use in idioms/patterns. The question, one of the basic stages of human thinking, has various usages in Turkish as a grammar category as in all languages in the world. One of these usages is intonation. Question intonation is a suprasegmental phoneme created by the harmonious combination of multiple suprasegmental phonemes, including primarily stress and tone, in a sentence during a verbal communication while stating the question that the sender wants to convey to the receiver in a sentence consisting of multiple words. Intonation, though not very common and measured, is used to form question sentences in contemporary Turkish dialects and accents. However, Azerbaijani Turkish is the only Turkish dialect in which it is prudent to produce question sentences with intonation and is widely used in both spoken and written language. The question intonation is used in a measured and widespread manner as a means of producing question sentences together with the question suffix and question words in Azerbaijan Turkish. This question sentence type, which is seen to be used very little since Old Anatolian Turkish in the history of Azerbaijani Turkish, began to be more widely used starting from Fuzûlî in the 16th century. The questions sentences with intonations, available in Turkish of Fuzuli who is regarded as an important poet of not only in Azerbaijan but also the whole Turkish world with his unique poetic language that he formed, appear in different structures established with the creativity and meticulousness of the poet. In this study, the question sentences with intonations used in Fuzûlî's Turkish Divan were revealed by determining various words and structures that are indicative of such question sentences, the samples revealed were divided into various groups by categorization, and phonetic and morphological elements which enable these structures to turn into question sentences with intonation were explained. Thus, the subject of the question sentence with intonation, which is only general knowledge in the history of language, was examined by taking into consideration the Fuzûlî sample. Objective: The speech sounds are used in audiology and audio-verbal therapy. Perception of speech sounds is related with their acoustic properties and inner ear physiology. Therefore, a perceptional aspect of the acoustic content should not be overlooked. In this study, we evaluated linear and perceptional changes in the vowels’ sound content at and over the comfortable hearing level according to dBA-filter. Methods: Recordings of 8 vowels () of the contemporary Turkey Turkish were filtered by a dBA-filter. Then linear frequency data (Hz) of both original and dBA-filtered files were analyzed for fundamental frequency (F0) and formants (f1 to f5) by Praat; subsequently, the data were transferred to the perceptional range (Critical Bark Bands, CBB). Results: Our data demonstrated that linear values of F0 and f4,5 did not reveal any relationship with vowels, while f1-3 presented phoneme-specific patterns. dBA-filtering did not affect linear data of f3,4 ( was the only exception) and f5. Linear f1values were increased by dBA-filter (particularly in < ı,u,ü>). f2 of <ı, u> presented major deviations. Vowels’ CBB-changes were evident in f1 (the only exception was ), and it was evident in only f2 of <ı, u>. Conclusion: It is apparent that speech sound content at and over the comfortable hearing level stimulates higher frequency bands than found in original voice. Only presented no perceptional change while major changes were particularly seen in <ı, u>. Thus, we could pronounce that perceptional aspect by dBA-filter would provide us with a new perspective for understanding the results of speech tests. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
