A novel and highly sensitive flow injection method was developed for the determination of Mebeverine. The method is based on the formation of an ion pair compound between Mebeverine hydrochloride and calcium hexacyanoferrate in an ammonium chloride medium, resulting in the formation of a whitish-yellow precipitate complex. The analysis was performed using a homemade NAG-4SX3-3D triple flow cell CFIA Analyzer. The experimental parameters were studied to optimize both the chemical and physical aspects of the method. The linear working range was obtained to be 0.01-40 mM, with an impressive correlation coefficient (r) of 0.9907. The limit of detection (LOD) was determined to be 0.349 µg/150 µl, and the repeatability of the method (RSD%) was demonstrated to be less than 1.5%. To further evaluate the performance of the newly proposed method, a comparison was conducted using the standard addition method in conjunction with a classical method. Overall, the developed flow injection method offers simplicity, sensitivity, and reliable analytical performance for the determination of Mebeverine, making it a promising alternative to the classical method. A precise, simple, and accurate continuous flow injection technique was used for the instantaneous estimation of bromhexine hydrochloride (BH-HCl) in tablet dosage form. The chemical and physical parameters of the reaction of BH-HCl with tetraphenylborate to produce a yellowish-white precipitate were determined using an ISNAG fluorimeter analyzer and diverging light at 90°. The calibration curve for BH-HCl was linear with correlation coefficients of 0.9994 and linearity percentage r²% = 99.87 over a concentration range of 0.01-20 mmol/L, L.O.D = 0.3610 µg/125µL (0.007 mmol/L), and RSD% less than 0.3% for 3 and 13 mmol/L (five replicates). This approach was efficiently used to estimate the levels of BH-HCl in two distinct pharmaceutical companies. When the newly developed method was compared with the turbidimetric method using a t-test and standard addition, it was discovered that there had not been any significant difference between the two approaches at the 95% level of confidence. A new turbidimetric, simple, sensitive and fast method for determination of Ketotifen-fumarate via the on line -continuous flow injection manifold design of KTF-Ammonium molybdate (Am) system. The method based on the reaction between KTF with Am in aqueous medium to form a gray-white colour precipitate as an ion pair complex, using continuous flow injection system of a new homemade ISNAG-fluorimeter. Chemical and physical parameters were studied and optimized. The calibration graph was the linear dynamic in the range of (0.05-5.5 mmol.L-1) which was better representation, with correlation coefficient r=0.9999.The limit of detection (LOD) 20.420 ng/sample from the stepwise dilution for the minimum concentration in the linear dynamic ranged of the calibration graph with RSD% lower than 0.15 % for the 2.3,10 mmol.L-1 (n=8) concentration of Ketotifen Fumarate. The method was successfully applied for the determination of Ketotifen- fumarate (KTF) in three pharmaceuticals preparation of different companies. A comparison was made between the newly developed method analysis with the classical method (HANNA instrument for turbidity measurement) using the standard addition method via the use of individual and paired t-test and F-test. A method is described for the determination of paracetamol(based on the formation of a orange-reddish color species by reduction of Fe(III) to Fe(II) by paracetamol and then reacted with 1,10-phenanthroline) in the range 0.001-0.09mMol.L-1 (r =0.9801, r2 = 0.9606, and R2 % = 96.06) with a detection limit (LOD) 21.77ng/160µL(3SB)(S/N=3) and with RSD% for 0.01 and 0.07mMol.L-1 less than 1 % (n=6). The method was applied successfully for determination of paracetamol in pharmaceuticals formulation. Analysis of drugs used the standard additions method via the individual t-test.
