World Health Organization works in partnership with Cochrane Rehabilitation to develop package of interventions for rehabilitation relevant to a range of key health conditions including rheumatoid arthritis. This study provides an overview of Cochrane systematic reviews which synthesizes the quality and quantity of available evidence on the effectiveness of rehabilitation interventions in rheumatoid arthritis.

Background: Sarcoidosis is a multisystem and granulomatous disease associated with impaired functional capacity as a result of pulmonary and cardiac involvement. Factors adversely effecting functional capacity in patients with sarcoidosis have not been systematically assessed including myocardial strain imaging on echocardiography which enable to diagnose subclinical cardiac dysfunction. We aimed to evaluate the effect of left and right ventricular global longitudinal strain (GLS) on submaximal exercise capacity in patients with sarcoidosis who do not have clinically manifest cardiac involvement. Methods: Extracardiac biopsy proven 56 patients with sarcoidosis and 26 controls were included consecutively. Submaximal exercise capacity of the subjects was assessed with six-minute walk test (6 MWT). Pulmonary function tests and standard transthoracic and two-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography were performed to the all subjects. Linear regression analysis was performed to find independent predictors of 6 MWT. Results: Fifty-six patients (18% male) with a mean age of 52.5 ± 10.7 years were included. Patients with sarcoidosis had low 6 MWT performance and higher New York Heart Association classes and NT-proBNP levels. There were no significant differences between controls and patients with sarcoidosis in parameters of pulmonary function test. Biventricular GLS levels and biatrial reservoir and conduit function values were lower and systolic pulmonary artery pressure (SPAP) was significantly higher in patients with sarcoidosis as compared with controls. Older age and higher SPAP were found as independent predictors of poor 6 MWT performance. Conclusion: Although biventricular GLS levels were lower in the patients with sarcoidosis, only age and SPAP elevations were independent predictors of the submaximal exercise capacity. Çalışmamızın amacı Tokat ili KOBİ'lerinin Müşteri İlişkileri Yönetimi hakkında bilgilerini, algılarını ve uygulamalarını görmek, MİY algılarını etkileyebilecek özellikleri belirlemek, yenilik, pazar ve karlılık performansları ile MİY algıları arasındaki ilişkiyi ölçmek ve bu konuda işletmelere kendilerini geliştirmek için öneriler sunmaktır. Araştırma, tanımlayıcı olarak planlanmıştır. İşletme yetkilileri ile birebir görüşme yapılarak veriler anket uygulaması metoduyla toplanmıştır. Örnek büyüklüğü %5 anlamlılık düzeyinde 169 birim kabul edilmiştir. Örnekleme yöntemi olarak kolayda örnekleme metodu seçilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda Tokat İli KOBİ'lerinin MİY algılarının yüksek düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak MİY uygulamalarının eksik ve yetersiz olduğu, MİY konusunda eğitimsiz ve çağın gerisinde oldukları görülmüştür The purpose of the study is to reveal SMEs’ practices, perceptions and knowledge about Customer Relationship Management, determine the features that may affect the perceptions of CRM, measure the relationship between innovation, market, profit-earning capacity performances and their CRM perceptions and finally recommend suggestions for promoting themselves about it in Tokat. The study has been planned as descriptive research. Data has been obtained by survey via interviews with managers. Sample size has been admitted as 169 firms at 5 % significance level. Convenience sampling has been chosen as sampling. As a result of the research, Tokat provinces SMEs’ have high level of CRM perceptions. But their CRM practices are deficient, exiguous and they are uneducated and anachronistic about CRM

Yeryüzü referanslı navigasyona küresel navigasyon uydu sistemleri sinyallerinin bulunmadığı durumlarda ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Son yıllarda, hava ve sualtı araçlarına yeryüzü referanslı navigasyon uygulaması üzerine araştırmalar sayısal arazi yükseklik veritabanlarının daha doğru üretilmesiyle hızla artmaktadır. Kara yüzeyi ve deniz tabanının doğrusal olmayan yapısı yeryüzü referanslı navigasyonu doğrusal olmayan bir kestirim problemine dönüştürmektedir. Problemin doğrusal olmaması ve Gauss dağılım göstermemesi sebebiyle, Kalman ve genişletilmiş Kalman filtresi gibi doğrusal veya doğrusallaştırılmış kestirim yöntemleri çoğu arazi tipleri üzerinde düzgün çalışmamaktadır. Bu nedenle bu tez, doğrusal olmamayla ve farklı hatta çoklu türde olasılık dağılımlarıyla başaçıkabilmesi nedeniyle parçacık filtre üzerine odaklanmaktadır. Etkin Yeniörneklemeli Ardışık Öncelik Örnekleme ve Öncelik Yeniörneklemeli Örnekleme olmak üzere iki farklı parçacık filtre uygulaması yapılmıştır. Sayısal arazi verisi kullanılarak örnek bir uçak senaryosunda her iki algoritma da test edilmiştir. Farklı parçacık sayıları ve farklı hata değerlerine sahip ataletsel ölçüm birimleriyle benzetimler gerçekleştirilip incelenmiştir. The need for Terrain Referenced Navigation (TRN) arises when Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) signals are unavailable. In recent years, research on the application of TRN to aerial and underwater vehicles has been increased rapidly with the developments in the accuracy of digital terrain elevation database (DTED). Since the land and sea floor profiles are inherently nonlinear, TRN becomes a nonlinear estimation problem. Because of the highly nonlinear and non-Gaussian problem, linear or linearized estimation techniques such as Kalman or Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) do not work properly for many terrain profiles. Hence, this thesis focuses on the particle filter (PF) for dealing with nonlinearities and different types of probability distributions even multi modal. Two different particle filter (PF) implementations are studied, Sequential Importance Sampling with effective resampling (SIS-R) and Sampling Importance Resampling (SIR). Both algorithms are tested for an aircraft sample scenario over a DTED map. Simulations with different number of particles, inertial measurement units (IMUs) having various error specifications are performed and investigated. 99

GİRİŞ ve AMAÇ: Periferik arter hastalığında girişimsel tedavi yöntemlerinin popülerliği giderek artmaktadır. Bir çok vasküler alanda perkütan girişimler tedavide ilk sıradadır. Çalışmadaki amaç periferik arter hastalığında girişimsel tedavi yöntemlerinin merkezimizdeki sonuçlarını değerlendirmektir.YÖNTEM ve GEREÇLER: Temmuz 2011-Ekim 2015 arasındaki tanısal ve girişimsel işlemler retrospektif olarak tarandı. Girişimsel işlem verileri ve hastane içi istenmeyen olaylar hastane kayıtlarından incelendi.BULGULAR: Toplam 11224 adet anjiyografik işlem tarandı. Bunlardan 1144 tanesi periferik arter hastalığına yönelik tanısal işlemlerdi. Toplam 167 adet girişimsel işlem (ortalama yaş 62±10, %82'si erkek) tespit edildi. En sık alt ekstremite (n=101), ardından kranial (n=43), üst ekstremite (n=19) ve viseral (n=4) arterlere yönelik işlemler izlendi. Genel işlem başarısı %95'ti. Intravasküler stentler %81 (n=135) hastada kullanıldı. Hastane içi major istenmeyen olaylardan ölüm 1 (%0.6), serebrovasküler olay 2 %1.2), transfüzyon gerektiren kanama 1 (%0.6), diyaliz ihtiyacı 1 (%0.6) hastada izlendi. İşlem sonrası amputasyon veya miyokard enfarktüsü izlenmedi. Hastaların %89'u ertesi gün taburcu edildi. Karotis arter hastalığının girişimsel tedavisinde serebrovasküler olay oranı %4.7 (n=2) idi. İliak, femoral/popliteal ve subklavian/brakial arter girişimlerinde işlem başarısı sırasıyla %97, 92 ve 90 iken karotis/vertebral ve renal arter girişimlerinde başarı oranı %100'dü.TARTIŞMA ve SONUÇ: Periferik arter hasatlığının girişimsel tedavisi merkezimizde yüksek işlem başarısı ve kabul edilebilir istenmeyen olay insidansı ile yapılabilmektedir., INTRODUCTION: Interventional procedures for peripheral arterial disease have increasing popularity. Percutaneous interventions have become the first line therapy in many vascular territories. Aim of the present study is to evaluate the procedural results of percutaneous interventions for peripheral arterial disease in our single center.METHODS: Angiographic procedures performed between July 2011 and October 2015 were retrospectively evaluated. Interventional procedural data and in-hospital adverse events were acquired from hospital records.RESULTS: A total of 11224 angiographic procedures were screened. Of these, 1144 procedures were performed for the diagnosis of peripheral arterial disease. A total of 167 interventional procedures (mean age 62±10, 82% male) were detected. The most common procedure was lower extremity intervention (n=101), which was followed by cranial (n=43), upper extremity (n=19) and visceral (n=4) interventions. Overall procedural success rate was 95%. Intravascular stents were used in 82% (n=135) of patients. Among in-hospital adverse events, death was observed in 1 (0.6%), cerebrovascular events in 2 (1.2%), bleeding requiring transfusion in 1 (0.6%), dialysis requirement in 1 (0.6%) patient(s). Post-procedural amputation or myocardial infarction was not observed. Majority of patients (89%) were discharged from hospital the next day. Cerebrovascular event rate in carotid artery intervention was 4.7% (n=2). Iliac, femoral/popliteal and subclavian/brachial artery interventions had a procedural success rate of 97, 92 and 90%, respectively. Procedural success was 100% in carotid/vertebral and renal artery interventions.DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: Percutaneous interventions for the management of peripheral arterial disease can be performed with high procedural success and acceptable adverse event rates in our center.

Objectives: The iso-osmolar contrast agent iodixanol may be associated with fewer contrast-induced acute kidney injuries when compared with low-osmolar contrast agents. The aim of this study was to compare iodixanol and iopamidol in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) who were undergoing coronary angiography.

Bu çalışmada KOBİ'lerde müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi(MİY) uygulamalarının ve algılarının ölçülmesi amacıyla uygulamalı bir araştırma yapılmıştır.Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde KOBİ'lerin tanımı, yararları, önemi ile ilgili bilgiler vardır.Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde, konuyla ilgili geniş çaplı bir literatür taraması yapılarak müşteri kavramı, müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi kavramı, gelişimi, amacı, kapsamı, süreci, unsurları ile Türkiye'de ve Dünya'da MİY uygulamaları ve KOBİ'lerde MİY hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde çalışma ile ilgili olarak Tokat'taki 172 KOBİ'ye MİY uygulamaları ve algıları hakkında uygulanan anketin verilerinin değerlendirilmesi yapılmış ve MİY uygulamaları ile algıları ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmadan çıkarılan sonuçlar ve öneriler bu bölümde yer almaktadır.Dördüncü ve son bölümde çalışmanın sonuçları öneriler ve ileriki çalışmalar için tavsiyeler yer almaktadır.Çalışmanın amacı KOBİ'lere rekabet avantajı verebilecek olan müşteri ilişkileri yönetiminin KOBİ'ler tarafından ne kadar uygulandığı, nasıl algılandığını ölçmek ve eksik olan yönlerini güçlendirmek için öneriler sunmaktır. In this study an empiric research has been done in the aim of measuring customer relationship management practices and perceptions of SMEs?In the first chapter of study, there are informations about definition of SMEs, benefits and importance of CRM.In the second chapter of study, by doing wide literature survey about the study, information about concept of customer, concept of customer relationship management, development, purpose, scope, process, elements of CRM, CRM applications in Turkey and World and CRM in SMEs is given.In the third chapter, related to study, the survey data about CRM applications and perceptions of SMEs? which was applied to 172 SMEs in Tokat, is evaluated and CRM practices and perceptions was tried to measured. The conclusions and recommendations reached in the study, given in this chapter.In the fourth and the last chapter the results of the study, recommendations, and recommendations for further studies are included.The purpose of the study is measuring how much the CRM which can provide competitive advantage to SMEs is applied and how it is perceived by SMEs and offering proposals to strengthen the weak aspects. 184

Floods for many years have been the most important natural disasters in this region, therefore Ulus Basin is selected as a pilot study area. The lack of levees around the river and the change of the river bed by the villagers unconciously, resulted in big flood events in the basin, causing large damages in the area. While analyzing flood events, classical methods are still being used by government and private organizations. But, the integration of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with these methods, not only makes the study more extensive but also gives the advantage of making more trials and presenting the results in more understandable way to the non-technical people. This aim is achieved with the integration of GIS and MIKE 11 modeling system modules in this thesis. To obtain the basin characteristics ArcView and Arc/Info GIS tools are utilized. For the hydrologic studies MIKE 1 1 NAM rainfall - runoff module is used. This module is run to prepare input for the boundary conditions of MIKE 11 HD module. The iiiMIKE 1 1 HD module is used to determine the water levels for the observed flood events with MIKE 11 NAM module results. Then, with the integration of HD module with MIKE 11 GIS the innundation maps are obtained for 1991 flood, and 25 yr, 50 yr and 100 yr flood events seperately.
