Dalam pengurusan cuti ASN, instansi yang yang bertanggung jawab dalam mengurus urusan kepegawaian lingkungan Pemerintahan Kabupaten Toraja Utara yakni Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan, dan Pelatihan (BKPP) Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Masalah yang terjadi pada BKPP Kabupaten Toraja Utara mengenai masalah cuti pegawai yang akan diajukan ASN. Terkadang masih ada ASN yang belum memahami aturan cuti sehingga pada saat ASN datang ke kantor BKPP membawa berkas permohonan cutinya, pengajuannya tidak dapat diproses lebih lanjut disebabkan karena permohonan cutinya yang tidak sesuai dengan aturan cuti yang berlaku. Ketika ASN ingin mengajukan cuti tahunan, BKPP Bidang Diklat harus mencari satu persatu arsip cuti pegawai dalam bentuk buku agenda untuk mengetahui sisa cuti pegawai tersebut, kemudian BKPP membuatkan surat pengantar pengajuan cuti ASN, yang mana itu membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan cukup ribet sehingga pengurusan pengajuan cuti pegawai menjadi lebih lama. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pembuatan suatu sistem informasi cuti ASN sehingga pemrosesan pemberian cuti ASN lebih cepat dan tepat dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah metode waterfall yang memiliki tahapan mulai dari analisis, perancangan, implementasi dan pengujian. Hasil pengujian blackbox yang telah dilakukan semuanya berhasil atau tidak adanya kesalahan (error) dan hasil pengujian implementasi sistem menggunakan User Acceptance Test (UAT) sudah sangat baik digunakan oleh ASN dalam mengajukan cuti dengan memperoleh nilai persentase 87,99%.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk upaya meningkatkan kemampuan guru kelas dalam menyusun KKM melalui pendampingan terhadap guru kelas SDN 4 Tallunglipu Kabupaten Toraja Utara. metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan (action research) yang terdiri dari 2 (dua) siklus, dan setiap siklus terdiri dari: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan bahwa pendampingan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun kkm terhadap guru kelas SDN 4 Tallunglipu Kabupaten Toraja Utara.

The forest bee farmer group in Rompegading Village still has problems regarding the limitions of hunting for forest bees which are only seasonal, safety and environmental risks and limited knowledge of trigona bee cultivation. With the program offered, the community can start a new business, namely trigona bee cultivation independently. The implementation of this program stars from socializing the introduction and potential of trigona bees, opening/cleaning cultivation/meliponiary areas, making bee houses, making paths to bee houses, planting food/flowers around bee houses, making bee boxes, searching for colonies in nature, installation of meliponiary signage, site fencing and monitoring and evaluation of activities. The activity was carried out for approximately 5 months starting from July to November 2021. The first harvest of 500 ml of trigona honey was sold and became a special satisfaction for member of the partner group. The Trigona Bee Thematic Village Development Program as an Effort for Community Empowerment in Rompegading Village, Maros Regency can be considered to have gone well because all activities carried out are carried out according to the scheduled timeline. It is hoped that from this PHP2D, the community of partner forest farmer groups have skills in trigona bee cultivation by utilizing the potential of the surrounding environment, so this can be the first step for them to start a trigona bee cultivation business so that it is hoped that a thematic village that is independent and caring for the environment will be created.

Objective. This study determined the economic burden for nonfatal uncomplicated acute coronary syndrome (ACS) using 100% compliance to certain a) non-invasive or b) invasive and non-invasive diagnostic and therapeutic interventions with class I recommendations in the American College of CardiologyAmerican Heart Association (ACC-AHA) clinical practice guidelines for ACS in three tertiary hospitals using the societal perspective. It also determined the costs using the patient’s perspective in the setting of one private tertiary hospital. Methods. This study was a cost analysis that included a) costs of patient’s resources, b) production losses, and c) costs of other resources or sectors, from hospitalization to one month postdischarge for ACS. Several models were constructed due to variations in the costs of diagnostic and therapeutic interventions in the three settings. Results. Using the societal perspective, one model for noninvasive options yielded the following (costs as of January 31, 2009): hospital A, Php87,014 - 124,799; hospital B, Php75,592 - 96,072; hospital C, Php71,969 - 92,148. Excluding fibrinolytic therapy, the lowest total cost would be Php65,000. However, if coronary angiography was added to the models for hospital C, the cost was Php107,154 - 134,574 (coronary angiography was not available in hospitals A and B). Using the patient’s perspective, theadjusted mean cost for the model which used the least expensive medication was Php96,421 (Standard Deviation = 34,076). Conclusion. The economic burden for nonfatal uncomplicated ACS may range from Php65,000 - 134,574.

This paper argues that the concept of sexual abstinence in early Christianity was not based on biblical proof-texting, but rather resulted from constructive theological efforts in response to the socio-political reality of the time and the early Christians’ aspirations towards women and the marginalized. By exploring the discourse surrounding marriage and sexuality in the Greco-Roman world and its impact on early Christianity, this paper highlights how the teaching on sexual abstinence challenged the imperial philosophy of desire and control. The paper posits that celibacy and sexual abstinence served as a social counter-conduct practice in response to the little appreciation for women’s bodies and the marginalized. In short, the teaching of Christian chastity addressed the elitism that pervasive in Greco-Roman philosophy of marriage and sexuality. Ultimately, the debate about celibacy in early Christianity was about the nature of human solidarity.

CO2 emission is a burning issue in current time. Carbon dioxide (CO2) is the critical anthropogenic greenhouse gas due to its abundance and its ability to remain in the atmosphere for thousands of years [1]. It is well-known that CO2 emissions contribute to global warming and climate change, which can significantly cause severe impacts and consequences for humans and the environment. CO2 emissions act like a blanket in the air, trapping heat in the atmosphere, and warming up the Earth [2]. This layer prevents the Earth from cooling, and thus raises global temperatures. A typical passenger vehicle emits about 4.6 metric tons of carbon dioxide per year. This assumes the average gasoline vehicle on the road today has a fuel economy of about 22.0 miles per gallon and drives around 11,500 miles per year. Every gallon of gasoline burned creates about 8,887 grams of CO2. Biodiesel is a domestically produced, clean-burning, renewable substitute for petroleum diesel. Using biodiesel as a vehicle fuel increases energy security, improves air quality and the environment, and provides safety benefits. In this paper we will discuss about current carbon emission in china, overview of biomass and their past and present uses, production process of bio diesel from biomass, Limitation of using biodiesel and proposed solution to overcome these challenges.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Nilai perusahaan mencerminkan kemakmuran para pemegang saham perusahaan. Likuiditas, profitabilitas, leverage, dan pengungkapan CSR merupakan faktor-faktor yang dapat menjadi pertimbangan investor dalam mengembangkan suatu perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui laporan keuangan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) likuiditas memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. 2) profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. 3)leverage memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. 4) pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan. 5) pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. 6) pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Increased uric acid levels have been known to be associated with different cardiovascular and renal diseases. Over the past few years, several studies have examined the role of urate-lowering therapy (ULT) in hypertension and major adverse cardiac events (MACE) and suggest a potential role of elevated serum uric acid as an independent cardiovascular risk factor. This meta-analysis was done to determine the association of 2 ULTs commonly used in clinical practice (febuxostat vs. allopurinol) on hypertension and MACE and resolve the conflicting results of the outcomes of earlier studies. Randomized controlled trials comparing febuxostat versus allopurinol published with outcomes on blood pressure, all-cause mortality, myocardial infarction (MI), and stroke were searched through PubMed, Google Scholar, and Cochrane database. A total of 10 studies were subsequently included in the meta-analysis. Pooled analysis of the mean differences (MD) were done for the outcomes on blood pressure (systolic and diastolic) and risk ratios (RRs) for the outcomes on MACE with corresponding 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Pooled analysis of studies on hyperuricemic patients showed that febuxostat 40 mg has no significant difference compared with allopurinol 100/300 mg with respect to diastolic (MD, -0.56 with 95% CI of -4.28 to 3.15) and systolic blood pressure (MD, 0.30 with 95% CI of -3.33 to 3.93). No significant differences were also noted on all-cause mortality (RR, 1.18 with 95% CI of 0.99-1.41), MI (RR, 0.92 with 95% CI of 0.72-1.18), and stroke (RR, 1.05 with 95% CI of 0.77-1.43). The results of this meta-analysis showed that the 2 ULTs (febuxostat vs. allopurinol) have no significant association with respect to blood pressure among adult patients with hyperuricemia. No significant association was also noted of either ULT with all-cause mortality, MI, and stroke.

There is no biblical conception that so interferes with public life and invites endless debates and controversies as the theology of election. From a religious studies perspective, the theology of election has created a tremendous, hideous impact on the history of humankind, from colonialization to Shoah to the politics of identity and populism today. Rather than being the doctrine that unites humanity, the concept of election has been regarded as the core cause that creates otherness. This article argues that the ideation of otherness in the theology of election is deeply connected to and cannot be separated from sexuality issues. The notion of circumcision, as the main feature of post-exilic priestly election theology, inevitably constructs the ideal of lineage purity, thus forbidding intermarriage. The unfaithfulness of God’s people during the Judean monarchy era would later be perceived as the main cause for the suffering and traumatic experience of exile. Radical holiness in the form of religious separation from other nations must be observed for the priests to enjoy the continuation of God’s promise in the form of descendants. The continuation of priestly lineages would assure the continuity of the Temple's existence and worship.

Sometimes an analysis of findings may not meet initial expectations. This outcome emerged after a six-month period of immersion in the life of a Chinese World Heritage Site. Both authors are familiar with the site – the first from living in the village and the second from visiting the village on many occasions for more than a decade. The paper describes a process of reflection and suggests this is rarely considered in the tourism academic literature. It indicates the outcomes of that process of reflection in coming to a much more Chinese centred cultural model of place meanings. The study reinforces the need for researchers to undertake self-questioning as a first step to the re-interrogation of findings to find hitherto silent nuances to fully understand the cultural and political contexts of tourism-induced change.

Blackboard E-Learning System has been utilized by many top schools in the Philippines. The purpose of this study was to evaluate Filipino high school students' acceptance and satisfaction of Blackboard E-Learning System by utilizing an Extended Technology Acceptance Model (ETAM). 8 latent variables were utilized in this study: Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Interactivity (PI), Attitude (A), Actual Use (AU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Feature (F), Behavioral Intention (BI), and Satisfaction (S). An online questionnaire was conducted at Senior High School Mapua University and a total of 200 respondent data were analyzed. The results indicated that AU is the most significant factor affecting S, followed by F, PU, PEOU, A, and PI. This study is the first study that investigated the Blackboard acceptance in the Philippines. The results would be very beneficial for educators, IT engineers, and even policymakers.

Pelayanan Perkunjungan merupakan pelayanan yang bertujuan untuk menyapa kehidupan anggota jemaat, dan mengenali setiap situasi jemaat, dan menguatkan Iman anggota jemaat oleh karena itu pelayanan perkunjungan sangat penting dan juga sangat di rindukan oleh anggota jemaat khususnya di Jemaat lembah Kasih Ollon. Pelayanan perkunjungan di Jemaat ini sangat jarang, walaupun dilakukan itu pun hanya kepada orang-orang yang tertentu juga. Berdasarkan pengamatan saya, pendeta belum melakukan perkunjungan secara maksimal, meskipun itu disadari bahwa pelayanan melalui perkunjungan anggota jemaat sehingga dapat dikuatkan untuk dapat menghidupi panggilannya sebagai gereja yakni bersekutu, bersaksi, dan melayani, perkunjungan dapat mengarahkan dan membimbing warga jemaat untuk tetap memelihara Imannya.

The population of ebony trees in Sulawesi has decreased and has been included in Appendix II Cites, which means it can only be traded based on quotas. Insect studies on ebony stands are still limited, especially in South Sulawesi. This study aims to determine the diversity and association of ebony with insects found in ebony stands in the Hasanuddin University Education Forest, Maros Regency. This activity was carried out in June 2021. Sampling was carried out using the light trap method for winged insects with nocturnal activity and pitfall traps for insects crawling on the ground. Data analysis to determine the diversity of insect species was carried out using the Shannon-Wiener (H') species and the Margalef index. The results showed that the insects found were 8 orders, 20 families, and 28 species from 128 individuals. Based on analysis of their functional role, the insect complexes consist of 34% herbivores, 50% predators, 8% parasitoids, 14% detritivores and 2% transient species. The diversity of species was classified as moderate, namely 2.71, while the richness index value of 5.56, which was classified as high richness in Ebony Stands.

1) To determine the hospitalization, follow-up and total costs, and the economic burden of community-acquired pneumonia among pediatric patients aged 3 months to19 years of age; 2) To compare the estimated cost of hospitalization to the pneumonia case rate payments of the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth).Using the societal perspective, both healthcare and non-healthcare costs were estimated. This was done through two tertiary private hospitals in the Philippines. A base-case and sensitivity analyses were performed using 2012 as the reference year. The PhilHealth claims were the basis for the economic burden.The estimated healthcare-related hospitalization cost for PCAP-C was PHP24,332 - 75,409 (US$576 - 1,786). For PCAP-D, it was PHP77,460 - 121,301 (US$1,834 - 2,872) without mechanical ventilation and PHP97,993 - 141,834 if mechanical ventilation was used. These amounts are markedly higher than the PhilHealth case rates of PHP15,000 for PCAP C and PHP32,000 for PCAP D. The post-discharge cost was PHP1,175 - 1,531 for PCAP C and PHP1,275 for PCAP D. The total hospitalization cost were PHP 31,332 - 93,609 for PCAP C and PHP117,103 - 160,944 for PCAP D. The exact economic burden due to pneumonia among the pediatric population was not definitely ascertained due to lack of specific number of PhilHealth claims for this age group.There is a huge disparity between the PhilHealth case rates for PCAP C and PCAP D and the study results. Hence, the estimated economic burden of hospitalization for pneumonia would be markedly higher.

Industri perikanan dan kelautan di Maluku berkembang cukup pesat. Peran provinsi Maluku memiliki peran penting dan strategis bagi kegiatan perikanan laut nasional, sehingga persaingan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang perikanan di Maluku pun meningkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pada umumnya untuk proses sistem supply chain ikan di Kota Ambon, yang berperan sebagai supplyer utama untuk pasokkan ikan yaitu para nelayan pesisir pantai di sekitar wilayah Maluku. Sistem distribusi pemasaran dari masing-masing perusahaan ikan bersifat Vertical Marketing System. Tingkat presentase konsumsi ikan lebih tinggi terdapat pada Kec. Sirimau 42%, dengan total konsumsi 9.294.000 kg/tahun. Kec. Nusaniwe (27%), Kec. Teluk Ambon (12%), Kec. T.A. Baguala (16%), dan Kec. Leitimur Selatan 3%. Berdasarkan pemetaan awal supply chain management ikan, juga terdapat usulan lokasi cold storage yang terpilih dengan menggunakan metode Point Rating, yaitu berada di sekitar kawasan Kec. Teluk Ambon dengan nilai terbesar yaitu 3,5. setelah dilakukan perhitungan terhadap faktor tangibel dan intangibel maka diperoleh nilai terbesar yaitu 3,5. Aksesibilitas perusahaan masih tergolong cukup baik. Avaibilitas atau ketersediaan bahan baku untuk seluruh perusahaan masih menjadi permasalahan, yang disebabkan oleh pengaruh faktor iklim, musiman ikan dan lainnya. Ditinjau dari segi cost untuk harga beli perusahan terhadap harga beli dan harga jual perusahaan untuk wilayah Kota Ambon tidak mengalami kesenjangan harga yang begitu besar. Sedangkan untuk pemasaran regional dan export memiliki kesenjangan harga dari masing- masing perusahaan.
