In the business world, the survival of large, medium and small companies is difficult, taking into account that administration is responsible for the performance of efficiency and effectiveness in administration. The objective of this study is to analyze the indicators as management tools in the administrative process of the association, the methodology used was a mixed approach where methods such as synthetic, logical historical, systematic, statistical-inductive and deductive analysis were used considering a sample. non-probabilistic for the convenience of 46 people, highlighting that in the administrative process of the association it lacks innovative - scientific knowledge in relation to the use of management tools, in this context and as an analysis a deficiency in the performance of the processes was determined or activities that are carried out, thus proving that management indicators are very useful for the administrative process, allowing them to measure and evaluate the procedures carried out within the entity; At the same time, the direction of achieving the goals set by the association is of great contribution; it also recommends implementing management tools, determining them according to the needs that allow adequate monitoring and control of administrative processes.
