YÖK Tez No: 670170 Bu çalışma, ortaöğretim kademesinde eğitim görmekte olan öğrencilerinin okula bağlılıkları ile algılanan sosyal destekleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek, okula bağlılığın ve algılanan sosyal destek düzeylerinin cinsiyet, yaş, sınıf düzeyi, okul türü ve sosyo-ekonomik düzey gibi değişkenlere göre anlamlı bir fark oluşturup oluşturmadığını ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Betimsel tarama modelinde nicel bir araştırma olan bu çalışmanın örneklemi 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılında Karaman ili Merkez ilçesinde eğitim görmekte olan 274 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Veriler 'Kişisel bilgi formu', "Okula Bağlılık Ölçeği" ve "Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği" ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde ANOVA, Bağımsız örneklem t-testi, Pearson korelasyon ve çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizleri kullanılmıştır. Analizler neticesinde elde edilen bulgulara göre ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin okula bağlılıkları cinsiyetlerine, sınıf seviyelerine, okul türüne ve sosyo-ekonomik düzeye göre; algılanan sosyal destek düzeyleri okul türüne ve sosyo-ekonomik düzeye göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermektedir. Dahası okula bağlılık ve algılanan sosyal desteğin aile alt boyutu arasında düşük düzeyde, özel bir insan ve arkadaş alt boyutunda ise orta düzeyde pozitif yönde anlamlı biri ilişki vardır. algılanan sosyal destek düzeyleri okula bağlılığın anlamlı yordayıcısıdır. This study aims to determine the relationship between the school commitment and perceived social support levels of high school students. It also aims to find out whether some demographic variables such as age, gender, grade, school type and socio-economic status have meaningful effects on school commitment and perceived social support levels. The research has been conducted in a relational survey model as a descriptive study. The sample of the study is 274 high school students studying in different kind of schools in Karaman. Data were gathered with Personal Information Form, School Commitment Scale and Multi-Dimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support. Data analysis was done with SPSS testing techniques including Independent Samples T-test, One Way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Analyze and Linear Regression Analyze. According to the research findings gender, grade, school type and socio-economic status of students have a significant on school commitment, also school type and socio-economic status have a significant effect on perceived social support levels of high school students. On the other hand, research results showed that there is a low-level correlation between the school commitment and family subscales of perceived social support. In addition, it was found that there is a positive and medium level significant correlation between the significant othersand friends subscales. Finally perceived social support is a significant predictor of school commitment.
