Abstract

This study investigated heart rate synchronization (synchronized arousal) between performers and audience in a real-life dance battle. Although similar phenomena have been observed in some rituals, no studies have been conducted on art performances, such as dance and music. We organized a dance battle and measured the heart rate of both the dancers and the audience during the actual performance. The degree of heart rate synchronization was calculated using cross-recurrence plot/cross-recurrence quantification analysis. The results show that 1) heart rate synchronization between the dancers and audience does occur in dance battles, 2) the degree of heart rate synchronization varies depending on the social relationship between the dancers and audience, and 3) the degree of heart rate synchronization dynamically changes as the performance progresses. These findings suggest that embodied, physiological, and social aspects are involved in the process of performance sharing and appreciation.

Abstract

Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries are common in sports involving jumping and rapid direction changes, often occurring in non-contact situations. The risk of ACL injury is evaluated by knee flexion and valgus angles; a small knee flexion angle combined with a large valgus angle increases the risk. Monitoring these angles during activities can help athletes recognize their ACL injury risk and adjust their movements. Traditional 3D motion analysis, used for measuring knee angles, is costly and impractical for daily practice. This study proposes a knee supporter with stretch sensors to estimate knee flexion and valgus angles in practice settings, evaluating ACL injury risk and notifying athletes of high-risk movements. The proposed device wirelessly transmits data from three stretch sensors placed on the device to a PC and uses machine learning to estimate the knee angles. The results of the evaluation experiments, conducted with data from five healthy male and female participants in their twenties, indicate that the estimation accuracy for the knee flexion angle, achieved by a model trained using a Random Forest Regressor (RFR) with data from individuals other than the target user, resulted in a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 8.86 degrees. Abstract

Kumite is a karate sparring competition in which two players face off and perform offensive and defensive techniques. Depending on the players, there may be preliminary actions (hereinafter referred to as "pre-actions"), such as pulling the arms or legs, lowering the shoulders, etc., just before a technique is performed. Since the presence of a pre-action allows the opponent to know the timing of the technique, it is important to reduce pre-actions in order to improve the kumite. However, it is difficult for beginners and intermediate players to accurately identify their pre-actions and to improve them through practice. Therefore, this study aims to construct a practice support system that enables beginners and intermediate players to understand their pre-actions. In this paper, we focus on the forefist punch, one of kumite's punching techniques. We propose a method to estimate the presence or absence of a pre-action based on the similarity between the acceleration data of an arbitrary forefist punch and a previously prepared dataset consisting of acceleration data of the forefist punch without a pre-action. We found that the proposed method can estimate the presence or absence of a pre-action in an arbitrary forefist punch with an accuracy of 86%. We also developed KARATECH as a system to support the practice of reducing pre-actions using the proposed method. KARATECH shows the presence or absence of pre-actions through videos and graphs. Abstract

In virtual reality (VR) tourism, when watching a video of a tourist location, the feeling of presence improves the experience. Furthermore, it is desirable to be able to give a feeling of having been there before to the users visiting the site afterward. In this study, we aimed to reveal the factors that provide these feelings. We hypothesized that one of the factors is the perception of self-motion. Therefore, we proposed a method wherein the users were induced to turn their heads to the left and right when watching the video of a tourist site via a VR head-mounted display. We conducted two experiments and found that the proposed method conveyed the greatest sense of presence. On the other hand, there was no significant difference in giving the feeling of having been there between the proposed method and watching the video of the site on a PC

Abstract

新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大に伴い，イベント開催時の混雑緩和は重要な課題となった．現在，入場制限などの方法で混雑緩和が図られているが，帰宅時に人が集中することが問題になっている．そのため，イベント参加者に指示を行い，退出時間や退出ルートを強制的に分散させる手法で帰宅分散が行われているが，このような指示は観客の不満につながってしまう．そこで本研究では，プロサッカーチーム「ヴィッセル神戸」のホームスタジアムであるノエビアスタジアム神戸を対象に，イベント終了後にスマートフォンアプリケーションを通じた情報提示を行うことで，イベント参加者の無意識での帰宅分散の実現を目指す．そのための事前調査として，新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大後に開催されたリアルイベント参加者に対するアンケート調査と，KDDI Location Analyzer（KLA）を活用したスポーツイベントの帰宅行動分析を行った．そして，これらの分析結果を踏まえた混雑緩和手法の考案および情報提示用アプリケーション設計指針の策定，提案アプリケーションのデザインを行った．本稿では，KLA を活用したスポーツイベントの帰宅行動分析結果を示し，2 種類の調査結果を踏まえたアプリケーションの設計指針および提案アプリケーションについて述べる．

48. 振付師が意識した楽曲パートをダンサーに共有することによる振付指導手法

Abstract

ダンスショーでは複数人の動作の同期が重要であるが，振付の動作自体が同じであっても，「背景楽曲のなかで特にドラムの音を意識して踊る」「特にメロディを意識して踊る」といったように，意識した楽曲パートによって動作のリズムや細かい動きは変化するため，ダンサー全員が同じ楽曲パートを意識して踊ることが望ましい．ダンサー全員が同じパートを意識するためには，振付師が意識したパートをダンサーに伝えることが必要だが，従来の擬音語を用いた指導方法は擬音語での表現が感覚的なものであるため理解しづらく，意識しているパートを振付師がダンサーに伝えることは難しい．そこで本研究では，振付師が意識した楽曲パートをダンサーに共有する振付指導法を提案する．本論文では，まず質問紙調査から従来の指導方法では意識しているパートをうまく伝えられないこと，意識しているパートを伝えるのは編曲が有効である可能性があることを確認した．さらに，意識しているパートを推定・共有するシステムの意義を明確にするため，振付師が意識したパートをダンサーに伝えた際に，ダンサーの振付の習熟度に変化があるかを評価した．評価の結果，振付師が意識したパートをダンサーに伝えたグループは伝えなかったグループより，ダンスのリズムが振付師の意図したリズムと合うようになった．さらに評価結果をもとに，振付師の動作から振付師が意識しているパートを推定し，そのパートを強調した音源に編集してダンサーに提示するシステムを提案した．

49. 画像データとセンサデータを用いた室内環境における温熱快適度の推定

Abstract

人が感じる温熱快適度は温度，湿度，気流，放射熱などの複数の要素によって変化する．このためスマートルーム，スマートオフィスなどの快適性環境を構築するためには，これら要素の制御が重要となる．理想的な快適性環境とは，人が感じる温熱快適度に合わせて温度や湿度などの要素が自動的に調節される環境のことであり，カメラ，ウェアラブルセンサ，環境センサなどで取得した生体データと環境データから温熱快適度を推定することで構築できると考えられる．そこで本研究ではこれらセンサを用いて人と室内環境の画像データとセンサデータを取得し，CNN により主観的温熱快適度と客観的温熱快適度を推定する手法を提案した．実験では，室内環境の温度と湿度を変化させながら画像データとセンサデータを取得するために，室内温度と室内湿度を制御する機器としてヒータ，クーラ，加湿器，除湿機が配置されたパイプ式ブースを部屋内に設置した．実験中は被験者をブース内に滞在させ，被験者が左足，右足，左腕，右腕に装着したNTC サーミスタ，指に装着した心拍センサ，ブース内に設置された温湿度センサ，風速センサ，RGB カメラ，サーマルカメラから各種センサデータ，RGB 画像，サーマル画像をそれぞれ取得し，主観的温熱快適度と客観的温熱快適度を推定した．なお，データ処理に用いるCNN モデルはKerasのPre-trained モデルにあるResNet50 をもとに構築した．また，RGB 画像とサーマル画像のみを用いた推定モデルも用意し，センサデータの有無が快適度推定に与える影響についても検討した．

50. 音楽的リズム感に注目したサッカードリブル練習方法としてのリズムゲームの提案

Abstract

サッカーにおいてドリブルは試合中に最もよく行われる動作の1 つであるため，ドリブル技術の向上は必要不可欠である．ドリブル技術を向上させるにはリズム感を高めることが重要であるが，サッカーにおけるリズム感の向上を目指した練習方法や解説動画は少ない．そこで本研究では，音楽的なリズム感に注目した新たな練習方法としてドリブル動作を用いたリズムゲームを提案する．プレーヤは時間内にできるだけ高いスコアを取るようにドリブル動作を行うため，ドリブル技術の向上が期待できる．評価実験ではドリブルテスト，およびリズムテストを3 種類行い，スコアを算出した．また，リズムゲームのプレイ前後での各テストのスコアの変化に関する調査を行った．その結果，リズムテストでは従来の練習に比べ，リズムゲームのプレイによるスコアの有意差は生じなかったが，ドリブルテストにおいては提案システムを用いた練習を通じてスコアの向上がみられた．提案システムを用いた練習方法では，リズムを意識したドリブル練習を通してドリブル技術が向上する可能性が示唆された．
