The present research study is aimed to evaluate the influential and general description of ease of use (EoU), product quality (PQ), and service quality (SQ) on users' satisfaction in SmartQ queuing service providers. The research method is quantitative research with an explanatory research paradigm. Three hypotheses are proposed. The subjects used from the survey research were 45 respondents. The eligible respondents are the ones who are partners of SmartQ services. The analysis presented in the current study has consisted of a detailed descriptive evaluation as well as a multiple linear regression approach. The findings revealed in this study indicate that the ease of use of SmartQ services affects the satisfaction of SmartQ partner users. The quality of SmartQ service products affects the satisfaction of SmartQ partner users. The three proposed hypotheses are proven to be positive and significant. The overall model shows the representation of R2 of 84.4%. The 15.6% is affected by potential outside variables not included in this study.

Migration bears a significant relationship with the dynamics of economic growth in developing countries. This study aims to investigate whether the allocation of internal migrant workers to specific regional units, as conducted in this research within East Java Province, Indonesia, yields the anticipated effects. The Heckman two-step estimation method was used in analyzing the impact of migrant workers on economic growth in developing countries. The results of this study indicate that the determinants of migrant workers in East Java are significantly influenced by age, gender, level of education, marital status, presence of family members under the age of 5, description of the category of origin, Gross Regional Domestic Product Based on Current Prices (PDRB ADHK), region of origin, and the number of poor people. The results of the analysis of the significant impact of migrant workers on the economic sector (PDRB ADHK in destination areas) on migrant workers in East Java are migrant workers of productive age, male migrant workers, migrant workers with bachelor/diploma's degree, migrant workers who come from areas with the widest type of floor is in the form of non-timber/soil housing, and migrant workers originating from small-town areas contribute the most to the PDRB of the destination region. The development of FinTech in Indonesia has had many good impacts, not only for the company but also for the employees within it. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, which resulted in limited outdoor mobility. This study aimed to understand the effectiveness of FinTech for formal workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. The qualitative descriptive study was a case study of 40 employees at a construction company in Surabaya. The results of the study showed that FinTech plays an important role for formal workers in companies, including efficiency and facilitating financial services, facilitating funding and transactions, improving the standard of living of employees, as well as planning future investments for the formal workers themselves.
