Perumda Tirta Hita Buleleng during the 2017-2022 period has a good and healthy performance but if further analyzed the value obtained from the performance assessment decreases from year to year. This condition indicates that although performance achievements are included in the good and healthy category, there is a decrease in the quality value of governance in Perumda Tirta Hita Buleleng. This research analyzes the influence of transformational leadership on Company Performance using mediation variables in the form of organizational innovation at Perumda Tirta Hita Buleleng. The population in this study was all employees at Perumda Tirta Hita Buleleng. Determination of samples using the purposive sampling method, namely employees who have a minimum work period of 3 years and other related ones totaling 100 people. This research uses a quantitative research design, which is based on the positivism paradigm. The data in this study was collected in the form of questionnaires and the data were managed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study show that: Organizational Innovation has a positive and significant effect on company performance, meaning that increasing organizational innovation in Perumda Tirta Hita Buleleng can improve company performance. Based on the research findings and analysis of the research results, it can be concluded that organizational innovation and transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on company performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh 7P terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada konsumen Mall BTC Pangkalpinang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh pembeli makanan ringan di Mall BTC Pangkalpinang. Sampel dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow berjumlah 100 sampel. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan sebelumnya dilakukan pengujian instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik untuk keakuratan hasil analisis regresi dengan program SPSS version 26.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Product berpengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Mall BTC Pangkalpinang, Place berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Mall BTC Pangkalpinang, Price berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Mall BTC Pangkalpinang, People berpengaruh Positif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Mall BTC Pangkalpinang, Promotion berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Mall BTC Pangkalpinang, Process berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Mall BTC Pangkalpinang, Pysical Evidence berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Mall BTC Pangkalpinang, dan 7P berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

This research aimed at exploring how social media was used to promote a tourist destination and how tourists perceive the related content of the social media. The study was conducted at the Tourism Department of Buleleng Regency and the tourism site of Banjar Hot Spring. To meet the fistt research objective, data were collected from three officers and a head of maketing division. The participants were recruited using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of having involvement in the management of social media. Data were collected using observation, interview, and focus group discussion. For the second research question, 38 tourists voluntarily participated. Data were gathered using open-ended-questions method. A qualitative approach was employed for data analysis. The findings suggested that the Tourism Department has demonstrated an optimal utilisation of social media to promote Banjar Hot Spring. However, the use of story telling and type writing may enhance the performance of social media. The second data analysis revealed that tourists perceived the social media was satisfactory.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Hotel Brits Resort Lovina. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Hotel Brits Resort Lovina yang berjumlah 35 orang. Objek penelitian ini berfokus pada variabel kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Hotel Brits Resort Lovina sebesar 70,2%.

This study aims to describe the commodification of traditional foods namely Sate Lilit Bali or Balinese type of Satay at the Spice Beach Club, Bali. This research uses a qualitative research approach. The object in this study is Sate Lilit, which is in the Spice Beach Club restaurant. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews, documentation, and observation. This study found that Spice Beach Club Lovina had commodified the Sate Lilit Bali to promote Balinese food and culture promotion without reducing the cultural value of Sate Lilit Bali. This study is important for a reference for further innovations in culinary art study in Hospitality Industry.

The aim of this study was to analyze the implementation of safety and health management system in a workplace to the laboratory employees of PT Tirta Investama AQUA Mambal. The approach used in this research was descriptive qualitative. The data were collected by conducting interviews and document studies. The subjects of this study were 10 people, including the Head of Laboratory and Laboratory Staffs of PT Tirta Investama AQUA Mambal. The results of this study indicated that (1) A good K3 implementation would create a safe and healthy work atmosphere, (2) The consequences of K3 violations could result in injured and death employee (3) One particular attempt that can be used to minimize the workplace hazards was by decisively giving penalty to the employees.

This study aims to obtain explanative findings that test the effect (1) work environment on employee performance indirectly through job satisfaction; (2) work environment on job satisfaction; (3) work environment on employee performance; and (4) job satisfaction on employee performance at Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Karangasem. The design used in this research is causal quantitative. The subjects used in this study were all 67 employees at Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Karangasem and the object of this research were work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. The research data were collected using a questionnaire method, then analyzed using path analysis. The results of this analysis significantly indicate that (1) work environment indirectly affects employee performance through job satisfaction; (2) work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction; (3) work environment has a positive effect on employee performance; and (4) job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance at Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Karangasem.

This study aims to test the influence of (1) product quality on customer satisfaction, (2) quality of service to customer satisfaction, and (3) product quality and service quality to customer satisfaction of Toyota Avanza. Design research using caesal quantitative. The subject of this study was a user of Toyota Avanza type 1.3 G M/T in Singaraja who knew the ins and outs of Daihatsu Xenia type 1.3 R M/T and was more than twenty years old and had been using it for more than a year, which amounted to 100 respondents. The data was collected using a questionnaire instrument consisting of 14 statements which were later converted into interval data and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. From the analysis that has been done obtained results that (1) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (3) product quality and service quality have a significant effect on Toyota Avanza customer satisfaction.

This study aimed to examine the effects of (1) the level of formal education on work experience, (2) the level of formal education on employee compensation, (3) work experience on employee compensation, (4) the mediating role of work experience on the inflence of the level of formal education on employee compensation. This research was a causal quantitative study in wich data were analyzed using path analysis. The subjects in this study were all employees of the Kantor Camat Mendoyo. The objects of this study were the level of formal education, work experience, andcompensation. The population of this study were30 employees as respondents. The results obtained in this study indicate that the level of formal education has a positive and significant effect on work experience; the level of formal education has a positive and significant effect on compensation; work experience has a positive and significant effect on compensation and work experience mediates the effect of the level of formal education on compensation.

This study aims to examine the effects of: 1) motivation on employee performance, (2) capability on employee performance, (3) motivation on capability and (4) motivation on employee performance through capability at Gran Surya Seririt Hotel. Research design used in this study was quantitative causal. The research subjects were all employees of Gran Surya Seririt Hotel with a population of 32 people. Data were collected using questionnaire and were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that: (1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) capability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) motivation has a positive and significant effect on capability and (4) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through capability at Gran Surya Seririt Hotel.

Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Delta Satria Dewata yang berjumlah 35 orang. Berdasarkan karakteristik masalah yang diteliti maka penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, kemampuan kerja berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, kemampuan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to determine the types of complaints and how to handle the department f & b service at the Hotel Baruna Bali Holiday Resort. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using interviews and observations as a method of collecting data. The informants who participated in this study were tour operators in the field of administration. The results showed that there were several types of complaints at the F&B Service Department at the Baruna Bali Holiday Resort Hotel. The results showed that the types of complaints by the F&B Service Department at Baruna Bali Holiday Resort Hotel were the lack of professional waiters / waitresses, when serving guests, waiters / waitresses were not polite when serving guests, guests waiting for orders too long. There is a procedure for handling guest complaints at the F&B Service Department at the Baruna Bali Holiday Resort Hotel called ILEAD. This procedure serves as a guideline for employees in the department f & b service in handling complaints

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Penerapan sistem hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) dalam penyimpanan bahan baku makanan di main kitchen Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel (2) Kendala apa saja yang terjadi di main kitchen (3) Bagaimana upaya chef de partie dalam menangani masalah yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif kualitatif yang memaparkan data yang telah terkumpul melalui observasi dan wawancara serta dokumentasi yang telah dilakukan secara langsung kepada chef de partie. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel memiliki prosedur penyimpanan yang sesuai dengan sistem Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP). Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan di main kitchen Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel masih banyak mengalami permasalahan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada chef de partie di main kitchen mempunyai upaya-upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan menurunnya jumlahkunjungan wisatawan ke Obyek Wisata Pemandian Air Panas Toya Bungkah, Desa Batur, KecamatanKintamani, Kabupaten Bangli. (2) Upaya peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Obyek WisataPemandian Air Panas Toya Bungkah, Desa Batur, Kecamatan Kintamani, Kabupaten Bangli. Penelitianini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang mengambil lokasi di Pemandian Air Panas ToyaBungkah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini pengelola Pemandian Air Panas Toya Bungkah dan wisatawanyang berkunjung. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode (1)observasi, (2) wawancara dan (3) dokumentasi. Menggunakan pedoman wawancara sebagai instrumenpenelitian.
