This research is entitled The meaning of bribery and cacap-cacapan in traditionalmarriage in Palembang city. This research discusses the phenomenon of the meaning of bribes andcacapan-cacapan which is carried out at traditional marriages in the city of Palembang. Bribes andcacap-cacapan are the last care of parents and extended families in the form of feeding the brideand groom with roasted chicken turmeric sticky rice and sprinkling setananam flower soaking wateron the bride's head. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The aim of this research isto describe the meaning of bribes and remarks and what the meaning of each procession is to beundertaken. Based on the results of research on the meaning of bribery and speech, this posessionis a positive thing which contains prayers and hopes from parents, family and closest people.

This study aims to determine the community’s acceptance using of the modification Technology Acceptance Model approach for internet television services. The type of research is descriptive and verification with the descriptive survey method. For operational variables consist of perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, perceived quality, attitude, and intention. Data obtained from Indonesia for internet television which is amounting to 213 people. The data were collected using a questionnaire instrument. Questionnaires have been prepared based on indicators of each variable by using Likert’s scale. The result of descriptive analysis showed that Indonesian people accepted internet television services using the modification technology acceptance model approach. The result of CB-SEM showed the model of internet television is quite fit and the hypothesis indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, perceived quality has influence toward intention through attitude in simultaneously and partial., Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerimaan masyarakat Indonesia mengenai layanan internet tv dengan pendekatan modifikasi Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh bagi seseorang untuk menggunakan internet tv tersebut. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan penelitian survey. Untuk operasional variabel penelitian terdiri dari perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, perceived quality, attitude, dan intention. Data yang diperoleh dari seluruh pengguna internet Indonesia ialah sebanyak 213 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Kuesioner disusun berdasarkan indikator dari masing-masing variabel menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil analisis deskriptif bahwa masyarakat Indonesia menerima layanan internet tv dengan pendekatan modifikasi TAM dengan variabel-variabel yang meliputi perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, perceived quality, attitude, dan intention. Hasil analisis CB-SEM menunjukkan bahwa model layanan internet tv dengan pendekatan modifikasi TAM cukup fit dan hipotesis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment dan perceived quality berpengaruh positif dan cukup signifikan terhadap intention melalui attitude baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

This study aims to: 1) To find out and analyze the effect of career development and motivation on job satisfaction, 2) To know and analyze the effect of career development and motivation on employee performance, 3) To find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, 4) To find out and analyze the influence of career development and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction PT. Jabar Jaya Perkasa. The study was conducted at PT. Jabar Jaya Perkasa with a research sample of 58 respondents. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was an influence on career development and motivation on job satisfaction, 2) there was an influence on career development and motivation on employee performance, 3) there was an effect on job satisfaction on employee performance and 4) there was no influence on career development and motivation on performance employees through job satisfaction PT. Jabar Jaya Perkasa. This means that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, the variable job satisfaction cannot mediate between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Jabar Jaya Perkasa.

This study was to determine the competencies and service quality of government employees teaching part-time at the university. The study collected data on the assessment of the teachers about skills and students regarding the service quality of their teachers in a private non-sectarian university in Cebu City, Philippines. The part-time teachers in the university have extremely high competencies in methodology, motivation, material utilization, instructional process, teaching evaluation, and interaction process. As these college teachers gain experience both in school as teachers and as government employees, they are also enriching their ability and commitment to teaching and for the goal of quality education. The quality of their services is learned through their readings research and self-learning activities as part of their continuing education. The level of competencies among the part-time teachers in the university is not significantly associated with their service quality delivery.

Tujuan: Kuesioner Pra-Skrining Perkembangan (KPSP) adalah instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengetahui perkembangan anak normal atau ada penyimpangan. Tujuan skrining ini untuk mengetahui apakah perkembangan anak normal atau tidak. Denver II adalah salah satu dari metode skrining terhadap kelainan perkembangan anak, tes ini bukanlah tes diagnostik atau tes IQ. Kedua metode pemeriksaan ini digunakan untuk mendeteksi penyimpangan perkembangan anak. Deteksi penyimpangan perkembangan anak dilakukan di semua tingkat pelayanan kesehatan mulai dari Posyandu, Pos PAUD/BKB, Pustu, Puskesmas, Polindes, Bidan dan dokter praktek hingga Rumah Sakit. Pelaksana skrining bisa petugas atau kader Posyandu/PAUD/BKB, guru TK, tenaga kesehatan atau petugas terlatih lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil screening KPSP, Denver II, serta perbandingan hasil screening KPSP dan Denver II pada anak usia pra sekolah di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gandus Palembang. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anak usia pra sekolah di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gandus Palembang yang termasuk dalam criteria inklusi sebesar 94 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan univariat dan bivariat. Analisis bivariat dengan menggunakan koefisien cohen’s kappa. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak usia pra sekolah normal. Ada kesepakatan antara pemeriksaan perkembangan KPSP dan Denver II terhadap perkembangan anak usia pra sekolah ditunjukkan dari hasil koefisien cohen’s kappa sebesar 0,289. Simpulan: Ada kesepakatan antara pemeriksaan perkembangan KPSP dan Denver II terhadap perkembangan anak usia pra sekolah. Kata Kunci : Anak Usia Pra Sekolah, KPSP, Denver II

This article discussed how to bridge communication between international students studying at host universities in other countries through digital literacy practices and is a model for global social interaction. This article also investigates the use of English proficiency, specifically for students in Indonesia and Thailand via online platform. It is based on semi structure interviews synchronously and asynchronously conducted with international students in both countries. The article focuses on five international students studying abroad from five different countries. This article uses an ethnography case study which describes some images from the results and findings in greater depth. The findings indicate the reasons for analysis and effectiveness in moving literacy practice toward digitalization for L2 students. These findings suggest that new literacy learning is rapidly evolving with advanced technology, necessitating the use of a high-speed Internet connection. This study contributes to language planning as L2 based on ethnography which has also been adapted into digital literacy for Thai and Indonesian students. In addition, this research's contribution is to give some people more about the importance of digital literacy practices, especially for an institution that has international students in teaching and learning. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi mengenai strategi pembelajaran komunikasi kelas IV SDLB di SLBN 7 Jakarta Timur. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari satu subjek yaitu kelas IV SDLB. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Strategi pembelajaran komunikasi dilakukan dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kegiatan pembelajaran komunikasi secara tersirat masuk ke dalam mata pelajaran reguler. Tidak ada materi pembelajaran khusus untuk pembelajaran komunikasi, dan tidak ada strategi pembelajaran komunikasi khusus yang diberikan kepada peserta didik autisme. Oleh karena itu, guru sebaiknya merancang strategi pembelajaran khusus kepada peserta didik autisme untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi secara maksimal. This qualitative descriptive study aimed to gained the information on learning strategies of communication in class IV SDLB SLBN 7 East Jakarta. Subjects of this study consisted of one subject of class III SDLB. The writer used descriptive method with qualitative approach. The data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed by using the model of Miles and Huberman. Learning strategies of communication is done from the planning, implementation, and evaluation. Results showed activity communication implicit learning into the regular lessons. No specific learning materials for learning communication, and no communication learning strategies specifically given to students with autism. Therefore, teachers should design specific learning strategies for students with autism to improve social interaction skills to the fullest.
