In this paper, in the scope of a non-extensive statistical model for the nucleon's structure function, the volume of the gluons in the nucleons and the relations among the temperature, T, the parameter "q" of Tsallis statistics, and the scattering energies, Q 2 , are studied. A system of equations with the usual sum rules are solved for the valence quarks, the experimental results for the polarized structure function, and the estimated carried moments for gluons and quarks. Each state of T and q leads to a set of chemical potentials and different radii for gluons and quarks. We conclude that gluons must occupy a larger volume than the quarks to fit the fraction of the total momentum. A linear function of the temperature with Q 2 is obtained as an approach. The objective of this article is to analyze the evolution of the police staffing of the PMSC in the last two decades and half and present short, medium and long-term projections that make it possible to draw panoramas of management and strategic positioning of the Santa Catarina Corporation. The study is quantitative analytical, using appropriate statistical tools, but also qualitative. Data from the period 1994 to 2020, provided by the Directorate of Personnel and the General Staff, were used. The results, presented in the form of tables and comments, in general, point to the existence of deficiencies in the PMSC's staffing and allow some reflections on the impacts that these deficiencies cause in the public security policy of the country. The proposal of the present work is to study the difference between the strange quark–antiquark amount in the proton and neutron. For this purpose, the possible nucleon–hyperon–kaon fluctuations are analyzed with the effective chiral theory. The small difference of particle masses is shown to be in the origin of this isospin asymmetry. The dependence of the results on the mass cutoff parameter and with the coupling constants is analyzed. In the present work, the effects of the nonextensivity are considered in a model to obtain the polarized structure function for the proton and neutron, including the strange contribution for each one. We studied an application of nonextensive thermodynamics to describe the structure function of nucleon, in a model where the usual Fermi-Dirac and Bose-Einstein energy distribution were replaced by the equivalent functions of the q-statistical. We find a solution for exponential inflation in a Brans-Dicke generalized model, where the coupling “constant” is variable. While in General Relativity the equation of state is p=− ρ, here we find p= α ρ, where α<−2/3. The negativity of cosmic pressure implies acceleration of the expansion, even with Λ<0. This study focuses on the presence of (multi)fractal structures in hadronic matter through the momentum distributions of mesons produced in proton-proton collisions between 23 GeV and 63 GeV. The analysis demonstrates that the q-exponential behaviour of the particle momentum distributions is consistent with fractal characteristics, exhibiting fractal structures in confined hadronic matter with features similar to those observed in the deconfined quark-gluon plasma (QGP) regime. Furthermore, the systematic analysis of meson production in hadronic collisions at energies below 1 TeV suggests that specific fractal parameters are universal, independently of confinement or deconfinement, while others may be influenced by the quark content of the produced meson. The present paper reports on the methods of the systematic analysis of the high-energy collision distributions—in particular, those adopted by Jean Cleymans. The analysis of data on high-energy collisions, using non-extensive statistics, represents an important part of Jean Cleymans scientific activity in the last decade. The methods of analysis, developed and employed by Cleymans, are discussed and compared with other similar methods. As an example, analyses of a set of the data of proton-proton collisions at the center-of-mass energies, s = 0.9 and 7 TeV, are provided applying different methods and the results obtained are discussed. The article analyzes the relationship between the constitutional distribution of ICMS revenue to municipalities, the municipal autonomy, enshrined in the current Federal Constitution, and the form of federalist state, with the objective of understanding the impacts of not allocating this revenue on the autonomy of these federated entities and in the federative pact itself. This is a descriptive and analytical study with a qualitative approach that focuses on a case involving the state of Santa Catarina and its electric power company, involving donation of ICMS to the Social Fund of the state without the respective distribution, from which are considered the relations of the three institutes mentioned, their legal consequences and reflexes in the municipalities. The conclusion is that the non-constitutional distribution of ICMS revenue, in addition to disrespect for constitutional law, severely violates the other two guiding principles of current Brazilian constitutionalism, municipal autonomy and federalism.
