1. Aphis jaroslavholmani Kanturski & Bezděk nom. nov. Aphis knautiae Holman in Holman & Pintera, 1981: 50 (nomen nudum) Aphis holmani, 2019 , in Kanturski & Bezděk, 2019. Junior homonym of Aphis holmani Stekolshchikov, 2005 Type material: • PARATYPES / Aphis / holmani / DZUS // 10877 /apt. 4-5 / Knautia / silvatica / Macocha / Moravia c. / ČSSR / 19.5.67 / Col. J. Holman. Remarks: The relevant taxonomical and nomenclatural details are summarised as follows: Kanturski & Bezděk (2019: 197) described Aphis holmani as a new species. The authors were unaware that Stekolshchikov (2005) described a new species with the name Aphis holmani. After that, two available names are known that have the same spelling (ICZN 1999, Art. 53.3) and Aphis (Aphis) holmani Kanturski & Bezděk, 2019 becomes a junior secondary homonym of Aphis (Aphis) holmani Stekolshchikov, 2005 (ICZN 1999, Art. 57.3). So far, no junior synonym is known for Aphis holmani Kanturski & Bezděk, 2019 and it became necessary to propose a new replacement name under the Art. 60 (ICZN 1999). Accordingly, a new name— Aphis (Aphis) jaroslavholmani nom. nov. is proposed for Aphis (Aphis) holmani Kanturski & Bezděk, 2019 to honour Jaroslav Holman—an outstanding aphidologist from the Biology Centre of the Czech Academy of Sciences in České Budějovice (Czech Republic). Holotype (by original designation) is deposited in Biology Centre of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Institute of Entomology, České Budějovice, Czech Republic.

Periphyllus van der Hoeven, 1863 (Hemiptera: Aphididae: Chaitophorinae) is a Holarctic genus, with just three species native to Nearctic: Periphyllus americanus (Baker, 1917), P. brevispinosus Gillette Palmer, 1930, and P. negun-dinis (Thomas, 1878). Males and oviparous females of P. brevispinosus and P. negundinis and males of P. americanus are described. Original keys to the identification of the known native and non-native sexual morphs of this genus, associated with maples in the Nearctic Region, are given.

The paper presents the results of the study on species diversity and characteristics of planthopper and leafhopper fauna (Hemiptera: Fulgoromorpha et Cicadomorpha) inhabiting selected post-mining dumping grounds in Mysłowice in Southern Poland. The research was conducted in 2014 on several sites located on waste heaps with various levels of insolation and humidity. During the study 79 species were collected. 37. Employees’ autonomous relation to work. A Lacanian approach

- Abstract
Critical and interpretive traditions in organisation studies have significantly contributed to our understanding of managerial and organisational controls and how employees respond to them. In this thesis, I propose that our understanding of employees responses is expanded when psychical processes are also examined. In order to do this, I developed a framework, which draws on Jacques Lacan theory of the subject. The framework is based on my interpretation of the psychic processes of alienation-separation. I also draw on a set of other psychoanalytical concepts, such as the unconscious Desire, lack, jouissance, master signifier, and the sinthome. This study examines two journalistic organizations, a journalistic start-up and an investigative unit in a large media broadcaster. It demonstrates how investigative journalists’ autonomous relation to their being at work is shaped. According to my research, an extent to which employees construct their separation and relation to their being at work depends on their relation to their unconscious Desire. The ways in which organisational structures support or impedes such processes are identified in the thesis. I discuss the implications of the findings for the study of organizations, including the contribution of the developed framework for studies of subjection in organizations. Principally, this research contributes to the literature of three areas: control, suffering, and motivation. It moves the research on autonomy and controls from considering mainly variables of autonomy at work to an attention to the employee’s relation to work, including what motivates and causes workers’ (dis)satisfaction or suffering.

- Abstract
The CO2laser welding technique was proposed as a method of joining dissimilar materials. The corrosion resistance of the joint of TP347HFG and VM12-SHC stainless steels in chloride solution was investigated. The stainless steels were butt welded. The materials were examined by electrochemical methods. The microstructure of the weld and the heat-affected zones were observed in an optical (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF) was used to determine variations in the main chemical elements across the fillet weld. The results showed a substantial intermixing of both substrates within the fusion zone. The joint in the environment of strong electrolytes of Cl-corrodes according to the electrochemical mechanism. The corrosion kinetic parameters for the substrates were calculated and discussed. The joint possesses medium resistance to electrochemical corrosion in relation to both steels.
