2. The Personal and The Transpersonal Psyche: Human Suffering, the Archetypes and the Clinical Encounter.

While Jung's notion of archetypes has had far‐reaching universal appeal and significance, it remains less obvious how these ideas might benefit the analytic patient. In particular, the therapist and/or patient may struggle to hold the tension between the latter's personal neuroses and how transpersonal/archetypal elements inform his/her experience. While Jung strove to develop a treatment that dealt primarily with the archetypal/objective psyche, the personal psyche is arguably the medium through which the archetypes are experienced. I contend that the "discipline" of Jungian analysis evolved from a transposition of Jung's ideas around transpersonal, philosophical and religious themes (borne out of his own self‐analysis), into a two‐person psychotherapeutic process. Jung provides little description of his clinical encounters and the way in which he conducted his analyses leaving an uncertainty that has likely contributed to the divergence of approaches practised today by analytical psychologists. This article considers the implication of these divergences for contemporary Jungian practice and proposes a way of working in the Jungian spirit that maintains a connection to the symbolic realm while at the same time remaining focused on the complexities of personal and relational dynamics. La literatura especializada en gestión del conocimiento ha abordado escasamente la capacidad de obtener información sistemática como un insumo que abastece la planificación en la educación superior, lo mismo que las dificultades que las universidades encuentran para obtener dicha información. Sin embargo, la tendencia creciente a realizar análisis acerca de los posibles escenarios futuros ha comenzado a proliferar como herramienta para analizar tensiones y desafíos. En ese marco, el presente artículo se propone analizar los principales desafíos de la función investigación de la Universidad Nacional de La Matanza (UNLaM) a 2030 desde la perspectiva de la gestión del conocimiento. Para ello, se torna preciso describir el funcionamiento de la función investigación en la UNLaM y la misión asignada a esta, así como analizar las variables que, desde la perspectiva de los principales actores a cargo de dicha función, podrían incidir en la gestión de la producción del conocimiento científico a futuro. En esa línea, se utilizó un encuadre metodológico prospectivo nutrido tanto del análisis documental como de la mirada de quienes están a cargo de la formulación de políticas específicas en sus respectivos departamentos, quienes a su vez se encuentran bajo el encuadre transversal que determina la unidad central: la Secretaría de Ciencia y Tecnología. Esto configura un análisis desde y para la gestión universitaria. De esa forma, el aporte que se busca realizar a través de este trabajo es doble. Por un lado, se espera contribuir con las discusiones del campo académico de ciencia, tecnología y sociedad; y, por otro lado, visibilizar aspectos centrales para la orientación de los tomadores de decisiones a cargo de la gestión del conocimiento científico en la UNLaM.

Luego de 40 años de vigencia del Código Civil de 1984, el autor revisa y cuestiona el grupo de normas que regulan la transferencia de la propiedad en el Perú. Teniendo en especial consideración el hecho de que las reglas generales de transferencia de propiedad en el libro de Derechos Reales no han tenido ninguna modificación desde su emisión en 1984, el autor desarrolla estas normas junto con aquellas que complementan nuestro sistema de transferencia de propiedad, y las principales discusiones que se han dado sobre estas materias en los últimos 40 años. En cada caso, se evalúa la coherencia del sistema y la relevancia de potenciales modificaciones. El autor propone reformas concretas a esta sección del Código Civil con el objetivo de asegurar la adaptabilidad de las normas de transferencia de propiedad a nuevos tiempos.

6. Transition from paediatric to adult neurological care: What do we know?

Introduction: Healthcare advances have allowed an increase in the survival of paediatric patients with neurological diseases. As a result, it is increasingly common to find these patients in adult neurology consultations. The aim of this study is to evaluate the current level of consensus on the transition of neuropaediatric patients among neurology and paediatric professionals in the Balearic Islands. Material and methods: We conducted an observational, analytical, cross-sectional study through an anonymous questionnaire consisting of 27 questions, which was distributed to neurologists, paediatric neurologists, hospital paediatricians, and primary care paediatricians in the healthcare network of the Balearic Islands. It was developed using Google Forms and distributed by the competent professional societies. Consensus was considered to exist for answers with 70% or more agreement. Results: Responses were received from 58 professionals; 46.6% were hospital paediatricians, 29.9% were neurologists, 13.8% were paediatric neurologists, and 13.8% were primary care paediatricians. Among other issues, consensus was observed on the need for a transition programme for patients with neurological diseases. No consensus was observed regarding the duration of the transition (P=.029) and how long simultaneous follow-up must last after the transfer (P=.09). Conclusions: Due to increased survival rates, there is a need to create transition programmes for paediatric patients with neurological diseases. In our study, more than 70% of professionals believed that it would be beneficial to create such programmes. Resumen: Introducción: Los avances sanitarios han permitido un aumento de la supervivencia de pacientes pediátricos con enfermedades neurológicas. Por ello, cada vez es más frecuente encontrarlos en consultas de neurología de adultos. El objetivo de este estudio es evaluar el nivel de consenso actual sobre la transición del paciente neuropediátrico entre los profesionales de la neurología y de la pediatría de nuestra comunidad autónoma. Material y métodos: Estudio observacional, analítico y transversal a través de una encuesta anónima que consta de 27 preguntas realizada a neurólogos, neuropediatras, pediatras hospitalarios y pediatras de atención primaria de la red sanitaria de las Islas Baleares. Se ha llevado a cabo mediante un formulario Google y la difusión se ha realizado a través de las sociedades profesionales correspondientes. Se considera que existe consenso en aquellas respuestas que han obtenido el 70% o más de coincidencia. Resultados: Han respondido 58 participantes, donde el 46,6% son pediatras hospitalarios, 29,9% neurÓlogos, 13,8% neuropediatras y 13,8% pediatras de atención primaria. Se ha alcanzado consenso, entre otras cuestiones, en la necesidad de un programa de transición para pacientes con enfermedades neurológicas. No se ha alcanzado en la duración de la transición (p = 0,029) y cuánto tiempo tiene que durar el seguimiento simultáneo tras la transferencia (p = 0,09). Conclusiones: Debido a la mayor supervivencia de los pacientes pediátricos con enfermedades neurológicas se plantea la necesidad de crear programas de transición para estos pacientes. En nuestro estudio más del 70% de los profesionales cree que sería beneficioso formar programas de transición.

7. Do the benefits of learning to write a compare-contrast text transfer to other types of writing task? Analysing the effects of strategy-focused instruction.

Cognitive Self-Regulation Instruction (CSRI) program is a strategy-focused instruction with three instructional components for improving students' writing product (direct teaching, modelling, and peerpractice). The present study aimed to explore whether the CSRI program leads to spontaneous transfer, improving the writing product (in terms of quality, structure, and text coherence) of an uninstructed genre (opinion text); and to examine whether the order in which the instructional components were implemented had an effect. A total of 126 students in their 4th year of primary school participated in the study. They were randomly assigned to one of two experimental conditions which received the CSRI but differed in the order the instructional components were delivered, or to a control condition which followed the traditional teaching approach. Our findings show that both CSRI sequences produced benefits in terms of greater structure and coherence of the writing product in the opinion text at post-test but not 8 months after the intervention. In consequence, for students to be able to adequately transfer strategies to uninstructed text genres, they need teachers to teach them how to do it effectively. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

10. Programa de ejercicios para mejorar la fuerza rápida en el lanzamiento de jabalina

El lanzamiento de jabalina es una disciplina atlética que requiere una combinación de técnica, velocidad y fuerza explosiva. Este artículo presenta un programa de ejercicios diseñado específicamente para mejorar la fuerza rápida, un componente crucial para maximizar la distancia del lanzamiento. Se diseñó un programa de ejercicios pliométricos de 12 semanas para mejorar la fuerza rápida en atletas de lanzamiento de jabalina, estes incluyó ejercicios de fuerza y potencia que involucran tanto el tren superior como el inferior del cuerpo. Cada sesión consistió en un calentamiento de 10 minutos, seguido de 30 minutos de ejercicios pliométricos y un enfriamiento de 10 minutos. Se evaluó la fuerza rápida mediante pruebas de salto vertical y lanzamiento de jabalina antes y después del programa. Los resultados mostraron una mejora significativa en la fuerza rápida de los participantes. El salto vertical aumentó en promedio un 15%, mientras que la distancia de lanzamiento de jabalina mejoró en un 10%. Además, se observó una mejora en la coordinación y la agilidad de los atletas, lo que contribuyó a un rendimiento general superior en el lanzamiento de jabalina. El programa de ejercicios pliométricos demostró ser efectivo para mejorar la fuerza rápida en atletas de lanzamiento de jabalina. Los ejercicios pliométricos no solo aumentaron la potencia muscular, sino que también mejoraron la técnica de lanzamiento y la coordinación. Se recomienda la inclusión de este tipo de entrenamiento en los programas de preparación física de lanzadores de jabalina para optimizar su rendimiento.

11. Transferência e a clínica psicanalítica das psicoses

Resumo: Desde o início do desenvolvimento de sua teoria, Freud observara que os psicóticos não respondiam ao tratamento psicanalítico, levando à ideia de que à psicose corresponderia um mecanismo de constituição diferente. Aos poucos, a transferência passou a ser alvo da investigação que conduzisse à descoberta de um modo a lidar com a psicose. Mas as descobertas freudianas foram insuficientes para se estabelecer um laço transferencial satisfatório para os psicóticos. Com Jacques Lacan, alguns conceitos freudianos sofreram modificação, com a criação de operadores próprios, surgindo a erotomania, consequência estrutural e lógica do vínculo entre analista e psicótico. Sendo assim, este artigo busca demonstrar uma clínica possível, sob a perspectiva psicanalítica, para o tratamento da psicose, a partir do estabelecimento do laço transferencial, por meio do manejo apropriado do gozo, que promova estabilização e consiga mitigar o sofrimento, como saída possível para o problema da indicação do tratamento psicanalítico aos psicóticos.

El uso de estudios de caso en las aulas, especialmente en el ámbito de la empresa, es una metodología que, desde su implementación en la Universidad de Harvard a principios del siglo XX, se ha enfocado hacia el aprendizaje activo, no solo respecto al tema de estudio en sí, sino también en cómo aprender a resolver problemas de forma analítica y crítica. Actualmente, es cada vez más necesaria la innovación en facultades de Empresa a partir del aprendizaje basado en estudios de caso, buscando que reflejen los cambios y tendencias de las organizaciones más contemporáneas. El valor de este artículo, en concreto, reside en cómo a partir de la realización de una investigación en 2 startups tecnológicas valencianas centrado en el desarrollo e implementación de su cultura organizacional innovadora, se logra diseñar un estudio de caso tipo Harvard basado en dicha investigación. Para su realización se toman como base las etapas tradicionales de una investigación de caso y se emplea una triangulación de métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos. Posteriormente, a partir de los resultados obtenidos se diseña, para su publicación y aplicación, un caso de estudio Harvard Deusto.

Este artigo tem como objetivo esclarecer os conceitos de lugar de suposto saber para Lacan e realizar possíveis aproximações com o conceito de eu hermeneuticus da filosofia hermenêutica. Para Lacan, o conceito da posição do analista como sujeito de suposto saber se dá como aquele que não possui todo o conhecimento acerca do outro. Esta posição está fundamentada no processo de transferência, ou seja, no que acontece na relação analista-analisando, que perpassa pelo campo da fala e que inicialmente se constrói em uma relação de afeto, compromisso e confiança no analista. Já para Rohden, o eu hermeneuticus é o lugar do filósofo que se coloca em uma postura de troca com o outro, aquele que se propõe a ouvir e compreender o mundo do outro sem dominá-lo.

This article deals with the transfer of material culture made by the Jesuits from Europe to the province of Paraguay during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, and its impact on social, economic and religious life on the indigenous people of the Guarani-Jesuit reductions, and the creation of new knowledge, composed of indigenous wisdom with European technologies in the workshops of the manual craft introduced in these reductions. This study is based on the results of a research project on the materiality of the polychrome wooden sculptures of these reductions and on the analysis of documents from different archives in Latin America and Europe. Resumo O propósito deste artigo é refletir sobre os conceitos de transferência e contratransferência, articulando-os com a dimensão clínica do lugar do observador no trabalho em grupos terapêuticos. Inicialmente, será feito um percurso histórico sobre tais conceitos na psicanálise. Posteriormente, a noção de transferência será discutida como um vínculo que pode se manifestar pela via da expressão corporal e sensorialidade, enquanto a contratransferência será analisada a partir do campo da intersubjetividade. Esses aspectos serão ilustrados por duas vinhetas clínicas.

La Expresión Corporal (EC) es, conjuntamente con la Danza, una asignatura obligatoria en los Grados en Ciencias de la Actividad Física y del Deporte (CAFYD) de España. Actualmente, en el Instituto Nacional de Educación Física de Cataluña (INEFC), esta asignatura se compone de seis créditos ECTS (60 horas). En los centros de Barcelona y Lleida, las profesoras de esta asignatura fomentan esta actividad expresiva dentro y fuera de la misma organizando cursos de formación continuada específicos de EC o mediante actividades extraacadémicas. Este manuscrito pretende aproximarse a la escritura de no ficción creativa, al reunir los relatos de cuatro mujeres explicados en primera persona. Tras su lectura se observan puntos en común entre ellas y cómo el trabajo en equipo ha facilitado la creación de un contexto óptimo para la emergencia de ideas creativas, organización de grupos artísticos, eventos o actividades que constituyen, de manera no formal, una formación paralela al grado. Esa formación ha sido el motor para muchas y muchos estudiantes que han orientado su carrera profesional al ámbito artístico del movimiento, ya sea como docentes o como artistas.

20. Supervisão em Psicanálise: uma revisão sistemática (2012-2022)

Introdução: A supervisão é considerada um dos três pilares da formação do psicanalista, junto da análise pessoal e do estudo teórico. Este trabalho tem por objetivo identificar as principais características atribuídas à supervisão em psicanálise. Método: Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática com análise narrativa de artigos acadêmicos entre 2012 e 2022 encontrados nos bancos de dados Scielo e Pepsic com os descritores “supervisão” em associação booleana “AND” “psicanálise” e “supervisão psicanalítica”. Foram selecionados 25 artigos. Resultados e discussão: Como resultado, foi identificada maior publicação de artigos em revistas de escopo sobre psicanálise. Os métodos mais utilizados foram qualitativos, em especial relatos de experiência, relatos de caso e ensaios teóricos. Notou-se uma tendência de queda do número de publicações sobre o assunto no período de tempo analisado. O dispositivo da supervisão tem sua origem na prática médica de obtenção de experiência profissional acompanhado de um supervisor mais experiente. Diferentes formas de compreender a supervisão atravessam a história da psicanálise e sua prática se insere na formação de novos profissionais nas instituições psicanalíticas e nas universidades. A orientação psicanalítica também foi encontrada em supervisões clínico-institucionais em serviços de assistência de políticas públicas. As supervisões podem ser individuais ou grupais, com características específicas, bem como o manejo necessário por parte do supervisor. Identificou-se a necessidade de discutir os efeitos da supervisão do ponto de vista dos supervisionandos.

O estudo aqui apresentado consiste em um dos produtos oriundos da pesquisa A arte imita a vida: articulações entre Psicanálise e cinema, financiado pela FAPEMIG, que investigou a utilização de produções cinematográficas como ferramentas pedagógicas no ensino de conceitos psicanalíticos. Neste texto, focou-se especificamente no conceito de transferência. Utilizando a série norte-americana In Treatment, que narra o cotidiano do psicólogo Paul Weston, selecionou-se as vinhetas das sessões psicoterapêuticas com Laura Colina, uma anestesista com uma fixação erótica por Paul, para explorar o tema. O objetivo era demonstrar a transferência em ação, utilizando um recorte específico dessas personagens para demonstrar a dinâmica transferencial. Empregando uma abordagem metodológica que combinava investigação teórica, método clínico e análise fílmica psicanalítica, o estudo partiu de uma hipótese diagnóstica: Paul é um neurótico obsessivo, e Laura, uma histórica. Essa configuração exigiu examinar a relação analítica centrada no amor transferencial, no qual a paciente projetou deliberadamente impasses com objetos amorosos no analista, por meio da atualização inconsciente. Apesar da natureza fictícia da série, as dinâmicas apresentadas refletem de perto as questões de desejo apresentadas no cenário analítico real. Os resultados destacaram a importância da compreensão do conceito de transferência no contexto clínico, enfatizando sua relevância no ensino e na transmissão da psicanálise em ambientes acadêmicos. Este estudo demonstra que, embora a ficção fílmica não substitua a análise de casos clínicos reais, ela pode fornecer um meio valioso para ilustrar e discutir conceitos complexos da psicanálise, especialmente em um ambiente educacional. A pesquisa conclui que o uso de filmes como ferramentas pedagógicas no ensino da psicanálise não é apenas viável, mas também benéfico para aprofundar a compreensão dos conceitos fundamentais da disciplina.

En la historia, la universidad y las políticas públicas han tenido interacción desde tiempos remotos. No es difícil evidenciar que aún antes de ser conocidas como tales, las instituciones de educación universitaria reunían a personas de alta influencia social, quienes muchas veces tenían en sus manos la posibilidad de mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas, La universidad y la sociedad han tenido conexión desde siempre, y su influencia recíproca con el entorno es innegable. Sin embargo, se levantan impedimentos para el aporte formalizado de la educación superior como espacio de generación de conocimiento científico hacia la sociedad. El presente trabajo presenta una reflexión acerca de las barreras más frecuentes que enfrentan las universidades para la transferencia de la investigación que generan hacia las políticas públicas. Entre aquellas barreras mas frecuentes se detallan y describen: el financiamiento de la investigación, la politización de las universidades, las instancias de comunicación con los tomadores de decisiones, la vinculación de la universidad con el medio, la temporalidad de la investigación, las competencias de los nuevos lideres investigadores, la burocratización universitaria, la contribución social como elemento misional y estratégico en la universidad, pocos espacios de trabajo interdisciplinarios. Cada una de estas barreras implican nuevos desafíos para la organización. Se propone, para superarlos, fomentar un trabajo mancomunado entre los diversos actores en pos de que las universidades puedan empoderarse con su misión de servicio y así verse involucradas en iniciativas colaborativas con el sector público y la sociedad civil.

The topic addressed aims to provide a description of how scientific production, knowledge transfer and decent work are presented in countries of the southern cone: Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay, specifically in public universities. For this, the volume of production, modalities of knowledge transfer and conditioning factors observed around decent work as an objective of sustainable development of the 2030 Agenda are investigated. The scientific foundation is based on statements made by Bokser (2019), Restrepo (2003), (Galindo Melero, Sanz Angulo, & De Benito Martín, 2011), UNDP, UNESCO, ODS, and the ILO. It has a descriptive level, mixed with a predominant approach; 45 researchers from public universities were randomly consulted for accessibility; The results were interpreted with the Sequential Exploratory Design (DEXPLOS) and cross-sectional design. Scientific production and transfer in the field of study, in a period of 12 years, has 99 publications, mostly in the context of economics and areas related to commercial engineering; in this the production is negligible. Scientific journals are the transfer medium par excellence. The management of the universities is rated as medium and low; access to information and open calls, and social recognition is valued. The conditions for decent work observed are summarized in personal development, job security, freedom, self-realization, and academic positioning. Introduction: the rupture of the extensor pollicis longus (EPL) tendon is a rare pathology and usually occurs in adult women in relation to distal radius fractures. Material and methods: we present the case of an adolescent female patient who, after conservative treatment with splinting of a Peterson type I physeal fracture of the radius, suffered an acute extension deficit of the thumb at six weeks, diagnosed with clinical radiological examination as spontaneous rupture of the extensor pollicis longus (EPL). She was treated with extensor pollicis indicis propius (EIP) transfer with satisfactory results and recovering her usual activity one month after surgery. Conclusion: this kind of injuries are infrequent in pediatric ages and rarely described in a pediatric patient with immature skeleton, what makes this case something exceptional. It is necessary considering these complications in patients of low ages even with no other risk factors. The most frequent treatment applied in adults as in children is the EIP transference with good results in the long term. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

La transferencia de las tecnologías ecológicamente racionales (TER) se coloca frente a problemas que demandan un marco legal eficaz. Las Naciones Unidas promueven una transferencia efectiva de estas tecnologías pero es importante considerar el papel de los derechos de propiedad intelectual. El Acuerdo sobre los ADPIC establece estándares mínimos a nivel internacional en materia de propiedad intelectual, incluyendo a las patentes. El Acuerdo contiene obligaciones específicas que pueden afectar la transferencia de las tecnologías limpias. Es importante considerar cómo puede el Acuerdo sobre los ADPIC lograr la transferencia de estas tecnologías. A este respecto el Preámbulo, los Objetivos y Principios son determinantes, así como la Convención de Viena sobre el Derecho de los Tratados y la jurisprudencia de la OMC. Finalmente para Cuba, país en desarrollo y Miembro de la OMC este tema es de suma importancia.

Este artigo se propõe a discutir a pertinência e a dinâmica do funcionamento do dispositivo de démarche clínica na formação de professores. Partindo da constatação dos limites da abordagem hegemônica na formação docente — aqui denominada abordagem cientificizante com método dedutivo —, levanta-se como hipótese que um trabalho de escuta de professores em grupos de discussão de casos — abordagem clínica com método indutivo —, nos quais se parte dos impasses que surgem no trabalho docente, permite levantar elementos que promovem um modo particular de implicação do professor na teorização de seu trabalho. Para tanto, discutiremos a posição da démarche clínica no interior do campo da formação docente, bem como analisaremos, através de fragmentos de trabalho nos grupos de escuta de professores, o funcionamento e a eficácia destes grupos na formação docente.

Na literatura contemporânea existe um vasto material sobre o atendimento psicanalítico às crianças, entretanto poucos trabalhos versam diretamente sobre os fatos clínicos psicanalíticos construídos nesse contexto. O objetivo do estudo consistiu em realizar o levantamento de fatos clínicos relativos ao atendimento de crianças na clínica psicanalítica localizados em artigos on-line. Realizou-se uma revisão integrativa de literatura, considerando o período de 2010-2020. Foram selecionados 30 artigos que atenderam aos critérios de inclusão e exclusão. A análise culminou em quatro categorias temáticas: diagnóstico de TEA, condição de adoção ou abandono, abuso sexual e sintomas decorrentes da problemática familiar, as quais contemplaram duas subcategorias: fatos clínicos psicanalíticos referentes aos sintomas e fatos clínicos psicanalíticos relacionados ao manejo.

Propõe-se no presente artigo lançar luz sobre a questão que se impõe à psicanálise, desde seus primórdios, tendo em vista a simultânea aproximação e oposição entre hipnose, sugestão e especificidade do método psicanalítico. Em especial, as autoras elegem o contexto de criação da psicanálise para ilustrar tais aparentes contradições, tendo o conceito de transferência como elemento que as arremata. O texto se inicia com um breve panorama histórico sobre as terapêuticas baseadas na hipnose e na sugestão, seguido por uma apresentação de como, ao promover uma distinção entre hipnose e sugestão, Freud percebe que o abandono da primeira não significa a erradicação da segunda, na clínica. Com tal percurso, as autoras visam clarificar que, se essa constatação poderia aproximar perigosamente a psicanálise de um tratamento sugestivo, de uma forma decisiva Freud se apoia nela para proceder uma radical diferença entre os dois.

The thermal effect that occurs due to the insertion of igneous intrusions in sedimentary basins has been widely investigated in different geological contexts, either to obtain more precise information about the development of the basin and or for the purpose of exploring and evaluating the mineral resources existing there. We can verify that the knowledge of the thermal gradient is fundamental in studies of heat distribution through means such as the Earth's crust or mantle, as this way, we obtain the thermal evolution of magmatic intrusions and adjacent rocks over geological time. For the present work, the determination of the temperature gradient and consequently the thermal evolution of a 13-meter-thick sill and adjacent rocks located in the Paraná Basin - Irati Formation, was obtained through the use of the one-dimensional heat dispersion model in transient regime of finite time, in which, in the spatial variable the numerical method of finite differences (FDM) is used and in the temporal variable the Euler method. Although in cases of large and thick magmatic bodies or sections that include the terrestrial lithospheric and asthenospheric mantles, the mechanism of convection and radiation has an expressive role in the energy transfer process. La fantasía de la segunda generación es un recurso importante que emerge en este tipo de transferencias a propósito del cuidado de la primera generación. La consideración sobre lo materno resulta muy cercana al psicoanálisis y su clínica, sin embargo su abordaje conceptual es complejo. Lo materno es cuerpo y es un estado mental, para el pequeño bebé, quien muestra un interés especial por la sensorialidad que produce tempranamente la presencia y la interioridad de ese primer objeto de relación. Una de las más valiosas experiencias sobre de que se trata lo materno es la que surge de la transferencia que se despliega en nuestro trabajo analítico. En este contexto vale reconsiderar de qué hablamos cuando nos referimos a la función mental de contención. The psychoanalytic clinical fact is a construction, within the transference relationship and based on psychoanalytic theory, of new meanings to the content brought by the analysand, through the analyst's observation, inference and experiences. This integrative review aims to identify the clinical facts related to the care in the psychoanalytic clinic for adults, reported in the online scientific literature. An integrative literature review was carried out, based on the search carried out in electronic databases (Scielo, Lilacs, Pepsic and Café Capes), for articles on a psychoanalytic clinic with adults prior to the period from 2015 to 2020. Twenty five articles that met the previously established inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected. The results provide an overview of adult psychoanalytic clinic addressed in recent online literature. Purpose: To analyze and document the case of the Alliance to Promote the Development of Digital Capacities in Mexico as a space that promotes the linkage and transfer of knowledge supporting the development of technological capacities in Artificial Intelligence. Methodological Design: The article is built under the assumption that Artificial Intelligence can be a tool which supports convergent science, if the adoption and transfer process is modeled based on a socially meaningful construction; for those who develop it, especially for those who will be its final users. Results: A case is presented which shows how the strategies followed by the different institutional actors that conform the Alliance promote the design of applications linked to Artificial Intelligence, such as data and image analysis, using servers, training, and certifications. Research limitations: This is a single case study; therefore, it would be worthwhile to comparatively analyze how these types of alliances behave in other locations. Findings: The way in which references, and knowledge are woven to build an alliance whose purpose is to develop and transfer Artificial Intelligence technology from the perspective of convergent science is shown. Among the findings is documenting a triple transfer process where linkage plays an important role that has allowed different institutional actors to build bridges that have facilitated interaction with others. Technological progress has modified the interactions between individuals. Psychoanalysis, as a method of investigating mental processes, safeguards theoretical and technical assumptions while considering the social changes of each era. The present study aimed to investigate the possible implications of the use of digital media, such as cellphones and apps, such as WhatsApp and Skype, in the transference relation between patient and psychoanalyst. Thus, the objective was to investigate how information and communication technologies are perceived and used by professionals in the context of the psychoanalytic clinic previous to the covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted using the clinical-qualitative method. The data were analyzed using the content analysis technique. Eight Brazilian psychoanalysts participated, who were interviewed based on a semi-directed script from 2018 to 2019. The results showed that technologies entered the clinics, becoming part of the analytical work. The interviewed professionals expressed opposition to the new devices in the practice of the psychoanalytic clinic, highlighting differences between face-to-face and virtual contacts. However, they considered that the transferential relation, fundamental for psychoanalytic work, remains regardless of whether the setting is face-to-face or digital. Finally, there was a certain flexibility in the use of information and communication technologies with patients in emergency situations, enabling the reflection on the impact of the pandemic on how attendance is practiced in the psychoanalytic clinic. 44. A intersubjetividade na díade: fonte de intuição do analista.

- Abstract
This paper begins by questioning why the concept of intuition is not part of Freud's metapsychology. After conducting research, the author hypothesizes that Freud, who was concerned about making psychoanalysis a credible science, different from all others, did not formulate the concept, which was already being used and deepened by philosophers at the time. With Sigmund Freud (1856-1939), psychoanalysis emerges as a method of psychic treatment and investigation of the unconscious. Freud considers dreams as the real way of accessing the unconscious. Later, Melanie Klein (1946) introduced the concept of projective identification, while Donald Winnicott (1956) described the analytic relationship as being similar to the mother/baby relationship. Wilfred Bion (1962), integrating the theories of both Klein and Winnicott, describes the concept of rêverie, further integrating the notion of intersubjectivity into psychoanalysis. André Green (1989), describes the concept of tiercéité, later developed by Thomas Ogden (1994) to refer to the analytic third party, illustrating how, in the analytic relationship, both analyst and analysand are modified by their joint experience of the dyad. From this perspective, the author considers the psychoanalyst's intuition as an unconscious mechanism resulting from intersubjectivity within the dyad, and which currently warrants its integration in the Dictionary of Psychoanalysis. This article focusses on the research undertaken in our PHD study (Ribeiro 2021) and aims to spread some of the results related to the learning of third languages. Third language learners' Language Awareness, their view about the roles of other languages in the learning of German as a third language, particularly English, are central issues. The differences between the mother tongue and foreign languages, their acquisition and learning processes and how these differences impact on the learning of a further third language will be analysed. The criteria determining which language suits as a resource in the learning of a specific foreign language will also be analysed. Bearing this theoretical framework in mind, we will, then, present our empirical study. First, we are going to characterise the students who took part in our study and the methodological instruments used to collect the data. Afterwards, we will present and analyse the data. The goal of this note is to offer a critical review of the contrastive analysis hypothesis within the field of second language acquisition. The notions of interlanguage, universal grammar and mental grammar are discussed. Transfer is redefined as the output of underlying rules in the grammar of a second language. Through Jackendoff’s notion of a mental grammar we reconcile the contribution of structural and generative grammar to the understanding of the phenomenon of transfer. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
