This article proposes integration methods such as rural tourism festival activities with the theme of Naadam festival, development of rural tourism cultural products, and innovation of rural tourism development models, and analyzes the impact of these methods on the economic, social, and ecological benefits of rural tourism. Finally, the problems and challenges faced by the integration of Naadam culture and rural tourism development were summarized, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed. Protected areas (PAs) are pivotal to biodiversity conservation, yet their efficacy is compromised by insufficient funding and management. So‐called other effective area‐based conservation measures (OECMs) present a paradigm shift and address PA limitations. Such measures can expand conservation areas, enhance connectivity, and improve the existing system. To assess the conservation status of biodiversity in Tibetan cultural areas in China, we investigated the spatial distribution of wildlife vulnerable to human disturbance (large‐ and medium‐sized mammals and terrestrial birds) in Xinlong, a traditional Tibetan cultural area. In particular, we compared a PA (Xionglongxi Nature Reserve) and OECMs targeting species conservation. We also investigated the relationship of wildlife with human temporal and spatial activities. The OECMs complemented areas not covered by PA, especially in rich understory biodiversity regions. More species in OECMs tolerated human presence than species in the PA. Existing biodiversity reserves failed to cover areas of high conservation value in Tibet and offered limited protection capacity. Expanding PAs and identifying OECMs improved Xinlong's system by covering most biodiversity hotspots. Building on the tradition of wildlife conservation in Tibet, harnessing OECMs may be an effective means of augmenting biodiversity conservation capacity. We recommend further evaluation of OECMs effectiveness and coverage in Tibetan area as a way to enhance the current PA system. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study, part of a request for UNESCO to protect the practice of transhumance, provides a reflection carried out by shepherds in dialogue with pastoral agents who have accompanied them for several years. The dynamics of transhumance, a multi-millennial practice, links to a group of populations and a particular civilisation characterised by a historical, linguistic, cultural and social specificities. Transhumant pastoralism belongs to their cultural identity. Considering current governance systems, the problem exposed will be studied according to what constitutes the phenomenon of transhumance and its historical evolution. How are the shepherds situated in terms of resilience and resistance? What are their vulnerabilities and their capacities for adaptation? What is their conception of appropriate governance while respecting their traditional culture? This text intends to give some answers that they provided.

In this article, the author analyzes visual discourses of physicality in modern porn discourse through the prism of structuralist theory proposed by Russian researcher Vladimir Propp. The article is one of the first attempts in modern historiography to transplant the methods and principles proposed by Vladimir Propp to analyze the current state of porn in popular culture. The purpose of the article is to analyze the relationships and interdependencies between modern porn culture, presented in visual forms, and its historical predecessors. It is assumed that the origins of pornographic discourse, which operates in visual forms, can be localized in folk traditional culture. Forms and dimensions of physicality and actions of the heroes of modern pornographic discourse are perceived as structural elements of mass culture. The results of the study can be summarized in the following way: 1) the visual structure of modern porn has lost its uniqueness and originality in the consumer society; 2) the plots and sequence of actions of the heroes of modern pornographic discourse can be compared with similar plots and behavioral strategies of folk discourse; 3) porn in modern society plays roles that are similar to ones played by fairy tales in the traditional culture of pre-modern societies. The author believes that modern porn discourse imitates reality, although initially the behavior of the characters and the plots are fantastic and unrealistic in their nature. It is shown that the development of porn became a reaction to the demand of consumer society for visualized narrative constructions based on the archetypes of traditional folk culture.

Traditional culture of settlement is an important medium to record the process of balance between human and nature, and it was passed down from generation to generation in different forms (e.g. sacrificial culture, social structure, belief worship). With the intensification of global multicultural integration, the integration relationship between culture and nature has become an important approach for the protection and inheritance of traditional culture. Now, the relationship between artistic creation and ecological environment has been extensively studied. The scientific consensus regarding the influence of ecological environment on artistic creation has gained widespread recognition. Nevertheless, previous research neglects the relationship of traditional culture and natural environment, as well as different spatial characteristics, which are closely related to agricultural production and living. Based on the in-depth investigation of 23 traditional settlements of Yi minority in Southwest China, this paper conducted spatial analysis based on aerial photography, satellite maps and field investigation to analyze the relationship of culture-environment-space. Our results showed that there are significant differences in settlement space (e.g. landscape pattern, landscape space, architectural form) of Yi minority distributed in different areas. Under the same cultural background, the dispersed layout appears in Liangshan with high altitude and cold climate; the mountain foot layout appears in Central Yunnan and Northwest Guizhou with flat terrain and mild climate; the centralized layout appears in Honghe with narrow valleys and hot climate. These results shows that traditional culture comes from the natural environment, and the settlement space built under the guidance of the traditional culture must be in harmony with the natural environment. Therefore, protecting the traditional culture plays an important role in the sustainable development of urban and rural settlements. In addition, our findings may serve to inheritance and protection of traditional culture in other area all over the world.

AbstractFestive rituals have demonstrated their political power at the performative level, as well as to integrate those who are part of the ritual and exclude those who are not. In this sense, governments have a fundamental power in this decision and show their strong capacity to orientate the celebration toward regression or social progress. In the case of the Fallas in Valencia, we can see how, with the arrival of Franco’s regime, the festival was instrumentalised by the conservative class, generating an orthodox definition. This definition has survived in the most orthodox sectors of the festival, in which a hegemonic masculinity is established while other identities are stigmatized. However, the change of government implied a discursive reorientation and generated a paradigm of tolerance and respect for sexual diversity from an institutionalized vision. Thus, the inclusion of the LGBTQIA + community in a neo-traditional festival, the action of the local government to achieve it and the opposition of civil society are debated. Likewise, a double discrimination against bisexual people is observed, as there is a greater representation in the Fallas of the rest of the LGBTQIA + community, especially homosexuals and transsexuals. The study aims to consider the issues of vocal creativity by analyzing students' song-creating processes. To achieve this goal, survey methods were used. They greatly contributed to the determination of the important data. The survey demonstrated that among all styles of musical compositions, students give the greatest preference to folk and classical Chinese compositions. The results also showed that only 7% of the research participants had previously created their own musical compositions while 68% of students do not possess such a skill. These data contributed to the development of training recommendations for creating one's own musical compositions based on the study of historical features of folk and classical Chinese songs, characteristic elements of texts and melodies, as well as to the development of improvisation skills and expressiveness formation. At the end of the training course, it was determined that the musical composition creation quality was almost identical, which was confirmed by the Student's t-test. The study also showed that, in the musical composition creation, the poetry writing level (58%) is higher than that of music writing (42%). Ancient Chinese literature is an important carrier of Chinese traditional culture while Chinese incense culture is an important part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture. The ancients used incense to compare the people with good deeds and noble character; incense can exorcise evil spirits, dispel evil spirits, and forget worries, while exotic incense can also welcome gods and help the dead into immortals. Integrating incense culture into the teaching of ancient literature course can not only enrich the teaching content, inject new vitality and imagination into the teaching, but also guide students to consciously shape a perfect personality, take the initiative to inherit and innovate traditional Chinese culture, and serve the construction of contemporary culture. Background: Inheriting excellent traditional Chinese culture is a prerequisite for ensuring the continuity of the cultural genes of the Chinese nation. However, with the historical mission of shaping the national character of the descendants of the Chinese nation, intangible cultural heritage martial arts face the problem of an unclear curriculum content construction mechanism in university inheritance and make it difficult for these martial arts to shoulder the responsibility of cultural inheritance in the era. Method: Educational ethnography as a research method is conducive to the in- depth exploration of the mechanism of curriculum content construction in the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage martial arts in universities. Results: Research suggests that the construction of curriculum content for the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage martial arts in universities relies on the form of cooperation between universities and inheritors, and form three models of curriculum content construction: off campus, on campus, and on-campus cooperation. The construction of curriculum content for off-campus inheritors belongs to the "attachment style" model, which is based on the actual needs of the inheritors and the selection of boxing types. The construction of curriculum content for inheritors on campus belongs to the "reshaping" model, which is the inheritor's "simplification and reorganization" based on traditional routines and subjective and objective conditions of inheritance. The construction of course content in school local cooperation belongs to the "integrated" model, which is the reintegration of course content by universities based on their own development characteristics and the characteristics of various martial arts. Conclusion: In the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage martial arts in universities, emphasis is placed on local knowledge, core skills, cultural traditions, and other characteristics, highlighting the excellence of its cultural inheritance. In the future, the focus of the inheritance of these martial arts in universities should be to cultivate innovative talents who are familiar with both traditional and modern martial arts. Under the impact of urbanization as well as the influence of cultural exchanges between ethnic groups and the need to develop housing in the modernity direction of the northern mountainous people, the construction of buildings with traditional housing architecture characteristics is gradually decreased. It is highly possible that the traditional heritage of ethnic communities will gradually be forgotten if the mutual influence relationship between traditional culture and architectural housing is not being paid sufficient attention. In order to provide insight into traditional housing architecture and guide the preservation and development of residential architecture, the research aims to identify the influences of traditional culture on residential architectural space. The article employs a variety of techniques, including field surveys, analysis and evaluation of real-world scenarios, overviews of related studies, and the inheritance of secondary data from earlier research endeavors to accomplish the suggested research goals. The study focuses on analysing the following five categories of traditional housing architecture, which are: 1) The influence of living culture; 2) The influence of costume culture; 3) The influence of labor and production culture; 4) The influence of culture, lifestyle, local customs and practices; and 5) The influence of religious culture. The well-known narrative of zombies, the reanimated monsters of contemporary popular culture, can be traced back to the late 1960s, or more specifically to the release of the film Night of the Living Dead (1968) by American director George A. Romero. However, at the time of the film's inception the term zombie was already widely present in American popular culture: the cinematography of voodoo zombie, created in Haiti through magic and psychoactive substances, appeared in America in 1932, with the release of the film White Zombie, based on the travelogue The Magic Island (1929), by American missionary William Seabrooke. The paper initially points to the social and historical circumstances that led to the spread of zombies in Haiti: as the first independent nation of the Western Hemisphere, Haiti at the beginning of the twentieth century became the subject of American imperialist strategies and a threat to the maintenance of hegemony, therefore in the texts of colonial travel writers it was described as a nation of savagery, black magic, powerful voodoo cults, and the reanimated dead. Cultural and racist stereotypes that were transmitted to the United States justified the American "civilizing" mission, i.e. political and economic interventions. The role of zombies in Haiti was that of a slave, a profitable workforce, used by local urban elites, voodoo sorcerers, and colonial regimes since the eighteenth century. In this regard, my analysis highlights the ways in which White Zombie reproduces the established image of Haiti as an exotic place filled with mystery and dangers, adopts the dominant American viewpoints marked by discrimination and racism, and sets cultural norms of distinguishing between the civilized and the barbaric, whereby the white color of the skin reflects the norm of the civilized. To this end, the dialectic of slavery is emphasized in the film by the zombification of a young white woman, thus manifesting the tensions that existed between the imperialist powers and their "subjects" of enslavement, and emphasizing the unequal power relations between subordinate Haitian slaves and Westerners in high positions. Finally, the changes that have taken place over the decades of the zombie monster's development are highlighted: the zombie moves away from Haiti and approaches the modern world, and becomes a reanimated, highly infectious, cannibalistic monster of consumer society, that is, a monster of the global capitalist system.

Societal Impact Statement Preserving and conserving crop landraces, tended by indigenous farming communities, is crucial for future food security. This research focused on rice landrace diversity in the north‐eastern Himalayan region of Nagaland, India, where Naga communities cultivate rice according to their dietary and cultural preferences. Rice diversity is closely linked to the region's ethnolinguistic and ecological variety. On‐farm conservation, in collaboration with indigenous communities, is imperative to protect these germplasm resources. Involving these communities actively in conservation efforts will safeguard their traditional knowledge, endorse sustainable farming practices, and enhance the resilience of local agricultural systems. Summary Understanding the genetic diversity and cultural significance of crop landraces is crucial for their conservation and sustainable utilization. This study focused on rice landraces from Nagaland in north‐eastern India to assess their genetic diversity and explore their associations with ethnolinguistic groups. We collected 78 rice landraces from Nagaland and a small part of Manipur and conducted microsatellite genotyping for genetic analysis. We integrated social anthropology and population genetics analyses of rice landraces to glean insights into the genetic diversity, population structure, and ethnolinguistic history of rice cultivation in Nagaland. The study revealed the rich cultural significance of rice landraces among the Nagas. Farmers practiced small‐scale subsistence farming, maintaining diverse rice landraces. Naming conventions were based on factors such as seed source, color, grain type, and ecological suitability. Rice landraces played important roles in ethnic cultures, festivals, and religious ceremonies. Genetic analysis identified significant diversity, with 277 alleles across 69 loci and a moderate gene diversity of 0.57. Two distinct sub‐populations were identified, with one dominated by Chakhesang and Angami Nagas and the other by Sümi and Lotha accessions. Differentiation was observed between lowland and upland cultivars, with one sub‐population comprising exclusively lowland varieties. Cultural factors and cultivation practices influenced population differentiation, with ethnicity and ecotype having a significant impact. The study also highlighted the correlation between ethnolinguistic differentiation and the indica–japonica structuring of rice landraces. Different ethnic groups in Nagaland had distinct cultivation practices, contributing to genetic differentiation. Overall, this research emphasizes the need to preserve rice landraces and associated traditional knowledge for future improvements and cultural heritage conservation. It provides insights into genetic diversity, cultural significance, and the relationship between genetic diversity, cultural practices, and agricultural traditions.

The paper probes into the modernization and conservation of Hankou old Lifen which is a typical residential building with high historical value in Wuhan, China. This research emphasizes the range of government and community structures, using analysis on three different modernization models: Xian’an Fang, Changnian Li, and Tongxing Li. This includes qualitative analysis using a mixed method approach; on-site observation with photography to capture the spatial features as well as narratives from residents within these areas; and semi-structured interviews. The findings highlight the importance of conserving Lifen neighborhoods in view of its historical knowledge, cultural legacy and other urban development experience. In the end, maintaining and evolving them can be sustainable only through a hybrid that pairs state support with community involvement. This research provides key insights for policymakers, urban planners and conservationists working to balance heritage preservation with the contemporary needs of cities.

The purpose of the research paper is to analyze the main theoretical approaches to studying the quality of life and identify promising research directions and productive research methodologies for studying the problem using the example of Left-Bank Ukraine of the 18th and 19th centuries. The scientific novelty: methodological studies and theoretical advances related to the issue of quality of life are analyzed. Previous scientific works related to Left-Bank Ukraine in the second half of the 18th - early 20th century are studied. The potentially most important areas for further research and prospective approaches to their implementation are identified. Thus, for the first time, a scientific problem that has not been studied on Ukrainian material is articulated and actualized. Conclusions. As of today, there is practically no historiography that would consider the history of Left-Bank Ukraine in the second half of the 18th - early 20th century through the prism of quality of life (as an interdisciplinary category). Instead, there is a significant body of research devoted to related aspects: economy, demography, development of medicine and sanitation, cultural changes, everyday life, etc. These studies are conducted in different scientific environments; however, they are an important source of factual information for studying the quality of life in this territory. Despite the methodological primacy of sociologists, historians still have the greatest prospects in this field. The need to understand the local specificity, the peculiar features of the era, and critically interpret the sources is essential. In the paper, it is proved that the study of certain economic aspects, the spread of new foodstuffs, medicalization, and educational initiatives alone can provide little insight into the quality of life in the region. The use of some additional markers (for example, demographic) and broader territorial comparisons is inevitable. At the same time, modern quantitative (first of all, sociological) methods will allow to compare and search for dependencies between various aspects and markers. Here, even with the use of already well-known sources, it is possible to study new problematic issues using our documentary material, involving methods tested by foreign colleagues. Funding. Chinese science fiction (sci-fi) draws nutrition from traditional Chinese culture to achieve a modern transformation and promote the development of the national narrative in Chinese sci-fi. There are three ways to realise the transformation. First, adapt and reproduce classic stories, myths, legends and history. By embracing modernity, this unlocks the connections between traditional culture and modern technology, and thus acquires supportive force for modern life. Second, reconstruct history by imagining new routes of technological evolution and thus open up new possibilities for history. By considering contemporary realities, this answers the contemporary call for a more advanced culture. Third, use the national spirit as the soul of Chinese sci-fi. When providing Chinese wisdom and solutions to global challenges, we should balance the relationship between the global vision and the national characteristics of Chinese sci-fi and develop future-oriented national characteristics. This article explores the results of the research on preservation of ethnocultural traditions among the descendants of Ukrainian settlers in Primorye, based on ethnolinguistic expedition conducted in June, 2023. The expedition was carried out jointly with a senior researcher at the Institute of Slavic Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Dr. G.P. Pilipenko. The route of the expedition included the rural settlements of the Primorsky Territory: Rettihovka, Chernigovsky district, and Khorol, Khorolsky district. The choice of the surveyed territories was due to the fact that here in the late XIX – early XX century compact settlements of immigrants from the Russian provinces of the Russian empire were formed. The predominance of the Ukrainian population in the surveyed areas, located in the fertile steppe zones of the Khanka lowland, similar in landscape to the places where the settlers came from, contributed to the formation of loci of traditional culture, which showed a high degree of stability in the process of adaptation to new environmental, climatic and socio-economic conditions. The purpose of the field study was to collect information on the material and spiritual culture of Ukrainian settlers and their descendants in Primorye territory, to fix the degree of preservation and variability of the original traditions among representatives of different generations in the conditions of the adaptation processes. During the expedition, the ethnographic collections of Khorol local museum of history were observed. On the basis of the data obtained, elements of ethno-cultural traditions were identified in terms of family and calendar rituals, folklore, narratives about the first settlers in Primorye. Recollections of household culture, holidays, children's games were recorded, and peculiarities of dialect were noted.

The study examines the Republic of Korea’s (ROK) history politics under Park Chung Hee rule (1961-1979). The author argues that it’s possible to identify two stages of the development of policy toward Korea’s national heritage: 1) the early stage (1961 to mid 1960s), during which the government of the ROK managed to create the legal basis of the state policy on the protection of cultural heritage and the Office of Cultural Properties and 2) the late stage (the late 1960’s to 1979), when the regime carried out large-scale propaganda of Korean traditional culture. The article covers such problems as historical views of Park Chung Hee, restoration of Korean places of military glory, measures to perpetuate the memory of Korean outstanding historical figures - admiral Yi Sun-sin and king Sejong the Great, glorification of the ancient Korean kingdom Silla, promotion of Confucian values. The author concludes that President Park Chung Hee sought to strengthen the national consciousness of South Koreans in order to mobilize them to implement national tasks and unite the population around the authorities. The main emphasis was placed on the heroic pages of the military history of Korea and the history of Silla, the first unified Korean state. In the 1970s, the state actively promoted Confucian values to ensure the loyalty of the population to the authoritarian regime of Park Chung Hee. Despite the democratization of the Republic of Korea since 1987, Park Chung Hee’s cultural policy has played a significant role in shaping the historical identity of modern South Koreans. The research is based on Park Chung Hee’s works, ROK’s official documents and materials of South Korean researchers.

In 2022, Professor Ke Ping's History of Chinese Bibliography was published, which covered the development and evolution of bibliography from the Spring and Autumn period to the Republic of China period, with the characteristics of inheriting tradition, discovering new historical materials and scientific analysis, made up for some deficiencies in the study of bibliography history since the 1930s. strengthened the academic status of the field of Chinese bibliography history and became a new benchmark for bibliography history research. At the same time, the book can also be continuously improved, such as expanding the scope of historical figures and dynasties, and strengthening the connection between the history of bibliography and the history of science and technology, and the history of ideas. The research aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the narrative expression of Chinese mythological themes in animated films from the perspective of traditional Chinese culture, integrating insights from film narrative studies and traditional Chinese philosophical texts. The past decade has been a booming period for mythological-themed animation films in China, during which a multitude of outstanding works emerged. Creators have drawn inspiration from traditional Chinese culture, creating uniquely Eastern mythologies. Innovation can be felt in the portrayal of narrative characters, the configuration of temporal and spatial structures, or the use of traditional thinking to tell stories. Internet technology is developing rapidly, and young students, as the subjects of Internet use, are also the objects of college civic education. Based on the Internet+ era, the strategy of integrating traditional culture with the path of college Civic Education has become a necessary issue for reforming this educational direction and the purpose of this paper. Based on the information and culture dissemination mode of the Internet, this paper integrates traditional culture in exploring the path of Civic Education and puts forward an innovative method of college Civic Education. Compared with the original Civic Education method, the average satisfaction of students has increased by 6.6 percentage points, and the comparison has improved by 9.91%. The average satisfaction of teachers increased by 7.6 percentage points and by 9.84% in comparison. The percentage of students who think that the effect of Civic Education is very obvious has increased by 2.7%, the ratio of those who think it is improved has increased by 3.5%, the ratio of those who think it is generally improved has increased by 1.4%, and the ratio of those who think it has almost no improvement effect has decreased by 6.3 percentage points compared to the original. Traditional culture and Civic Education are organically integrated with the support of Internet technology, which optimizes the path of education realization, makes the path play the main role of students, strengthens the interaction in teaching, and refreshes the level of this educational work comprehensively. Traditional culture is a symbol of a country's existence and history. The external dissemination of traditional culture is the key to expanding the country's influence and enhancing the country's international image. The external dissemination of culture also poses a potential impact on the country's economy and development. In the context of the information age, the dissemination of Chinese traditional culture is attached great importance. The culture of the Forbidden City, from self-construction to borrowing, from online to offline all-media communication channels, unique and novel cultural and creative products and a young brand image provide it with a unique means of communication. The dissemination of the Forbidden City culture is of positive significance to the demonstration of cultural confidence and the innovation and development of culture, and it can be used as a typical case of the dissemination of Chinese traditional culture. Big data technology analyzes the research object through the process of data collection, data screening and data processing, combined with various data analysis tools, and the ultimate goal is to obtain favorable results for the analyst based on the analysis. The use of big data technology in cultural communication research has gradually become the focus of current scholars. This paper takes the Forbidden City culture as the research object, analyzes the current situation of the foreign communication of the traditional culture of the Forbidden City, puts forward the dilemma of the current external communication of Chinese traditional culture based on the current situation, summarizes the problems and reasons of traditional cultural communication, and designs corresponding solutions combined with big data technology. Through the data simulation of Chinese traditional cultural communication using big data solutions, it is found that the demand satisfaction, cultural benefits after cultural communication, and the direction of cultural influence have all improved after analyzing the user's individual needs combined with big data technology. The complexity of contemporary global challenges concerning biosocial–political wellbeing comprises humanity's actions on many scales. Planetary Health and One Health are examples of broad fields emerging in the last decade to address these complexities. Scientific research has been focusing mainly on the biological aspect of the problem, and the role of indigenous knowledge systems (IKS) as drivers of change in Planetary Health is poorly explored. Transdisciplinary approaches are needed, and, thus, it is essential to highlight the social–political side of this reality by integrating social sciences and humanities in these research communities. The Africa Community of Planetary Partners for Health and Environment (ACOPPHE), through its Art and Indigenous action team, seeks to explore this integration by interrogating and engaging in research using self-study methodologies and arts-based research methods. In traditional scientific research, it is common practice that the researcher is positioned outside of their research. The results are expected to offer complex scientific answers that are often not useful for communities in need of solutions. Frequently, the arts have not received sufficient exploration as a means for research. Another aspect of this problem is that the indigenous peoples of many places in the world have often had their knowledge of human and planet health marginalized because it was practice-based and passed down through the embodiment of knowledge and not through modern-day written knowledge. Autoethnographic and arts-based methodologies have great potential here in bridging the communication between the scientific world and the lived experience of the communities through their cultural and traditional practices. They make room for intersectionality, as well as making the knowledge from research findings valuable and explicit to the layman. Self-study methodologies offer the space for sharing lived experiences, critical dialogue, and possible solutions for the biosocial and political issues that our world faces today. The present article is based upon information gathered in the Sălaj villages, analyzed from an anthropological point of view. In the old traditional homes, wall carpets (a broadloom carpet on the wall) were fitted instead of paintings, greetings, or words of wisdom. This naïve combination of words and images meant to call to action or to praise speaks of the history of an era, of the evolution of textile techniques and industry, about the unspoken history of women and their place, about sawing and embroidering skills but also about the traditional mentality or the atmosphere in those households – about family, weds, love, cleanliness, hygiene, cooking skills or Christian holydays. We see here a cultural phenomenon that transcends ethnography or the study of traditional fabrics and opens horizons of study in the field of cultural and historical anthropology, sociology, private life history and even interior design. With the advent of the era of media convergence, the storage management and inheritance of excellent traditional Chinese culture will usher in new opportunities, creating new opportunities for tapping the contemporary value of traditional culture. This work aims to explore the current protection and innovation of excellent traditional Chinese culture. It takes the digital storage and communication of intangible cultural heritage as an example to summarize the status quo of its storage management and communication, leading to the necessity of intelligent storage of excellent traditional culture. Meanwhile, in terms of intelligent storage management and communication, the application innovation of media convergence combined with blockchain technology has entered the public's vision. To better realize the intelligent storage and communication of excellent traditional Chinese culture, this work mainly studies how to operate the clever integration mechanism of media convergence and blockchain technology and summarizes the advantages of the two. The software development and design of the traditional culture storage system platform are carried out, and the platform's structural characteristics and development process are clarified. Finally, the mechanism is applied to the intelligent storage management and communication of traditional culture to test the time consumption of its network storage and information query. The results show that the test network has a good overall performance, short time consumption and stable operation when the storage network access is not blocked. This work can provide a more diversified information storage management and communication scheme, and provide a theoretical and practical basis for the intelligent storage management and communication of excellent traditional Chinese culture.
