Blunt abdominal trauma being one of the most common abdominal emergencies; they explain the patient's indication of armed expectation in the absence of any notion of hemodynamic instability. The objectives were to determine the hospital frequency, to identify the etiologies and to analyze the therapeutic modalities. The study was retrospective and prospective from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2018 involving 45 patients treated for hemoperitoneum in the general surgery department of Sikasso hospital. All patients admitted to the department for blunt abdominal trauma with hemoperitoneum were included. We collected 45 patients whose mean age was 18.7 years (extreme 3 - 55 years). The sex ratio was 4.6 in favor of men (37 M, 8 F). We found 23 (51.12%) cases of AVP, 13 (28.89%) cases of falls from a height, 11 (7.7%) cases of aggression, hoof kick 1 (2.22%). 19 (42.22%) patients had low haemoperitoneum, 16 (35.56%) medium abundance, 10 (22.22%) high abundance. 32 (71.11%) provided non-operative treatment with a mean hospital stay of 13.7 days (range 5 to 20). 1 patient was unstable, it was activated 24 hours later. We immediately had 12 patients (26.67%) with an average hospital stay of 16.5 days (extreme 10 -24) and the postoperative course was simple in 66.67% (8 cases). We recorded 1 death (2.22%).

The aim of this study was to determine the epidemiological-clinical and therapeutic aspects of MU in children. This was a descriptive cross-sectional study, over a period of 5 years from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2020 carried out in the urology department at the University Hospital Center "Point-G". We collected a total of 69 cases of malformative uropathy (MU) in children. The frequency was 1.41% of all hospitalizations and 5% of patients operated on during the study period. The sex ratio was 7.6 in favor of the male sex. They were admitted by referral from health personnel in the majority of cases, i.e. 93%. The mean age at diagnosis was 7 years. The circumstances of discovery were ectopic abutment of the urethral meatus (43.5%), pain in the lumbar fossa (23.2%) or bladder globe (10%). Ultrasound was performed in all of our patients, and revealed uropathy in 25.9% of cases. The most common uropathies were hypospadias (42%), pyelo-ureteral junction syndrome (23.2%) and posterior urethral valves (13%). All cases benefited from surgical correction adapted to the type of malformative uropathy. The evolution was without complication in the majority of cases in the 1st postoperative week, i.e. 84% of cases.

Bladder exstrophy is a rare urogenital birth defect. In the sub-Saharan context, most cases are diagnosed at birth or older due to lack of prenatal surveillance. The treatment is exclusively surgical. Several techniques have been described and modified over time. The surgical reconstruction technique can be done in a single or several procedures. This clinical observation was reported a case of complex epispadias bladder exstrophy, managed in a single procedure in a 10-year-old boy. The postoperative follow-up was simple.

Introduction: The purpose of this study was to conduct an analysis of the diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of prostate abscess and a review of the literature. Clinical Observation: We report the case of a 24-year-old patient; admitted to our ward for acute detention associated with a febrile state at (38°C). On physical examination, the digital rectal examination could not assess the condition of the prostate due to severe pain and the rest of the examination was unremarkable. We formulated the following diagnostic hypotheses: prostate abscess, prostate cyst, acute prostatitis. Ultrasound allowed the diagnosis of a prostatic intraparenchymal cyst. The CBC reveals hyperleukocytosis and the ECBU came back positive for Escherichia coli. The diagnosis of a prostate abscess was retained after a guided echo puncture. Treatment consisted of transperineal drainage combined with antibiotic therapy suitable for ECB of pus aspirated during ultrasound-guided puncture. The evolution was favourable. Conclusion: Prostatic abscess is a rare pathology. Faced with a prostate collection in a febrile context, a puncture under ultrasound guidance could confirm the diagnosis. His treatment of choice remains endoscopic drainage and adapted antibiotic therapy.

l’objectif de notre étude était de décrire les dermatoses bulleuses de l’enfant à Bamako (Mali) en 2015. du 1er janvier 2015 au 31 décembre 2015 nous avons réalisé une étude transversale descriptive. Sur un total de 19 250 enfants vus en consultation dermatologique, 152 enfants (0,78 %) avaient une dermatose bulleuse et ont été inclus dans notre étude. les enfants étaient répartis en 85 garçons (55,92 %) et 67 filles (44,08 %), le sex-ratio était de 1,27. les différents de dermatoses bulleuses observées comprenaient les dermatoses bulleuses auto-immunes (11,19 %), les dermatoses bulleuses infectieuses (57,24 %), les toxidermies bulleuses (6,58 %), les dermatoses bulleuses héréditaires (9,87 %), les dermatoses bulleuses immunoallergiques (11,84 %), les dermatoses bulleuses d’origine nutritionnelle (1,97 %), les dermatoses bulleuses d’origine physique (1,32 %). les dermatoses bulleuses de l’enfant recensées étaient nombreuses et variées. l’impétigo occupait le premier rang de ces affections.Mots-clés : dermatoses bulleuses, enfants, dermatologie, Bamako-MaliChild’s Bullous dermatosis in dermatological department in Bamako (Mali)The aim of our study was to describe bullous dermatoses of children in Bamako (Mali) in 2015. [EN] Wide band gap methylammonium lead halide perovskites (CH3NH3PbX3, X=halogen; CH3NH3: MA) are interesting materials for photovoltaic applications. They have recently gained substantial attention because of their high efficiency, low cost, superior optical properties. The most attractive and representative perovskites are methylammonium lead halides (CH3NH3PbX3,) denoted as MAPbX3, X = Br, Cl, I. usually the optical and structural properties of CH3NH3PbBr3 can be adjusted by introducing other extrinsic ions such as chloride and bromide. In this work, instead of replacing the halogens I or Cl with bromine (Br) as usual, we preferred to act on the post-transition metal (Pb). To this end, we replaced lead with chromium (Cr) which is a transition metal and may have the same oxidation state (+2) as lead. MAPb0.93Cr0.07Br3 thin films were deposited on ITO substrate by the spin coating process. X-ray diffraction analyses indicated the formation of a cubic perovskite with space group Pm3 m. The structural analysis reveals films with (110) and (220) as main peaks. Deposited films showed a strong absorbance in the UV¿vis range. The band gap values were estimated from absorbance measurements. It was found between 1.60 and 1.80 eV. SEM analysis shows a morphology with good coverage and no apparent crystal orientation.
