Abstract

Introduction and Aims This study is examining the effect of Q10 supplementation on some oxidative and anti-oxidative markers following one bout exhaustive aerobic exercise in sedentary men. Materials and Methods 20 sedentary men divided in 2 homogenous groups in double blind approach: supplementation group (2.5mg/kg Q10) and placebo group. Subjects participated in Bruce test after 14 days Q10 supplementation. Blood samples were collected 4 times.
