2. The introduction of a dominant legal system for the regulation of hunting in Croatia in the second half of the 19th century

Following the abolition of the feudal system in Croatia, in the mid-19th century, there was a series of reforms aimed at modernising the old feudal system in all its aspects. Thus there was a need to reform the old feudal approach to hunting based on the regal rights or the privileges given by the ruler. Therefore, the reform of the legislation governing hunting is being approached, and through several attempts, the so- called dominant hunting system that is related to land ownership, i.e. giving hunting grounds to a lease by the state is formed. From then on to today, of course, with the numerous reforms in Croatia, and in most other countries, such a way of managing hunting grounds is applied. The author describes the process of transition from feudal regal to dominal hunting management system, and the adoption of several legal provisions to implement this process.

Human capital is a part of the capital of an organization based on education, skills, abilities and experience of its employees. Broadly, human capital encompasses for example, employee’s health, which is the foundation of organization's stability, efficiency and competitiveness. Investment in human capital means expenditure on health, education and social services in general and in its narrow sense. Human capital in vestment increases productivity and competitive advantage of an organization, manifested through additional inco me and higher profitability. Besides companies, individuals and society gain return of investment in human capital. Employees benefit from higher net earnings and other non-cash be nefits. Society benefit s from increased size of the economically active population, tax revenue growth, savings on social transfers, greater inclusiveness of democratic processes, etc. Obesity is the greatest threat of the 21 st century. The burden of obesity is immense and includes numerous life-long health, social, and economic consequences that are extended far beyond theBindividual level. Worldwide prevalence says that 1.9 billion or 39% of adults are overweight, andB650 million or 13% are obese. Besides excess healthBcare expenditure, obesity leads to lostBproductivity and foregone economic growth due to sick leave, lower productivity at work, mortalityBand permanent disability. Human capital is an important factor in individual, firm and natiBonal economic growth. Therefore, Binvesting in health is the basis for economic progress of a nation. In Croatia 38.1% of population is overweight and 20.3% are obese, with significant regional differences. The aim of the paper is to analyse the impact of high obesity rates in Easter n Croatia on human capital. A number of sector- specific measures are proposed to facilitate more effective obesity prevention measures that will consequently result in improvements in human capital and economic growth.

4. Impact of regional Inequalities on the exercise of human rights with reference to the situation in the Eastern Croatia

The aim of this paper is to investigate the impact of regional disparities on the exercise of human rights. Human rights are one of the fundamental values of the democratic system and a necessary requirement for the development and life in territorial communities. According to the basic tenets of human rights, they are innate (every human being acquires them at birth), inalienable (cannot be taken away from anyone) and universal (they belong to all people). Constitutional documents and international documents on human rights put man and his rights at the centre of attention and guarantee their protection. The territory of a certain territorial community is the starting point for the realization of human rights and political, economic and social activities of people. I fact, ability to exercise human rights by every person is dependent on the development of territorial communities. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights provides that there should be no difference in rights on the basis of territory to which a person belongs. In view of the significant regional differences in the Croatian territory, there are no equal opportunities for the realization of human rights. This is especially pronounced in the area of the Eastern Croatian, where individual rights are more difficult to exercise compared to developed areas. The existence of regional disparities in particular affects the realization of economic, social and cultural rights. These rights constitute a condition for human dignity. But in some cases, regional differences also affect other generations of rights. Human rights are interdependent and interrelated. The level to which an individual human right will be exercised depends on the realization of other rights. The author concludes that the unevenness of regional development of the country's territory contributes to unequal opportunities for the realization of guaranteed human rights and to unequal opportunities for development, as the basis for the realization of all rights. On the other hand, the author tries to show how balanced regional development is the basis for the exercise of rights in the entire territory of a certain territorial community.

Dinamika suvremenog poslovanja svim sudionicima uključenima u poslovni proces svakodnevno stvara izazov: donošenje odluka svekolikog karaktera, nerijetko i po više puta dnevno. U velikom broju slučajeva neke odluke treba donijeti u što kraćem roku, a informacije raspoložive za donošenje ispravne odluke nisu uvijek dostatne. Tražiteljima informacija na raspolaganju često puta stoji više različitih izvora s kojih je na mnogo različitih načina moguće prikupiti potrebne informacije. Bitnu ulogu u donošenju poslovnih odluka imaju i uvjeti u kojima se biraju izvori informacija i donose poslovne odluke. Kriteriji za odabir izvora informacija i procjenu njihove kvalitete različiti su no svi oni imaju jedan zajednički cilj- osigurati upotrebljive i pravovremene informacije. U suvremenom poslovanju uporaba računala i interneta, kako u komunikaciji tako i kao neiscrpan izvor svih vrsta informacija postaje nezaobilazno. Informatizacija i internetizacija u velikoj mjeri olakšavaju, ali i ubrzavaju poslovne procese kao poslovanje općenito. Danas je jedan od bržih, praktičnijih i jednostavnijih načina prikupljanja potrebnih informacija korištenje mrežnog sučelja, tj. interneta. Internet postaje dostupan sve većem broju korisnika, kako privatno tako i poslovno, a pristup internetu dostupan je u najvećoj mjeri svim zaposlenicima, neovisno o hijerarhiji. Kako bi se provjerila primjena teorijskih osnova u praksi, provedena su istraživanja u nekoliko značajnijih metalskih poduzeća na području Međimurske županije. U teoretskom dijelu rada ukratko su predstavljeni teorijski okviri poslovnog odlučivanja, a cilj provedenog istraživanja koje je predstavljeno kroz ovaj rad jest istražiti koji se izvori informacija na različitim upravljačkim razinama najčešće koriste u traženju poslovnih informacija te mjesto interneta kao jednog od novijih izvora informacija. Osim toga bit će istraženo koja su obilježja izvora informacija tražiteljima najvažnija.

This paper discusses the development trends of informatization in the function of the business change management in Croatian companies. This study is a review of the trends in development of informatization and factors of change management based on data collected from 50 large and medium-sized companies in Croatia. After analyzing the data, we systematized and analyzed factors of change management using complementary and comparative approach. The aim of the research is to systematize the factors of business change management, identify key factors and trends in strategic development of informatization of business systems, and analyze the modalities, the direction and intensity of the impact of trends in informatization on change management, by components (factors) and in a synergistic manner. In this paper we investigate the influence of strategic factors (trends) of development of business informatizaton on business change management factors to identify and systematize factors that promote alignment between business and IT strategy and factors of apps support to business system. The impact of strategic factors of informatization on business change management in Croatian companies has been investigated and presented using correlation-based techniques. The paper is structured in six interrelated parts. In the first section, the introduction, we discuss the features and trends in development of informatization as a function of business change management system. The second section discusses the features of computerized business in the example of Enterprise 2.0. In the third part, we systematize and describe the strategic characteristics of business system as factors of change management that define the level of shift from traditional to computerized operations. The fourth part presents and analyzes the results of the research of impact of strategic factors of business informatization on the factors of change management. In the fifth part, based on the results of research, we form and present a model of the impact of factors of business informatization on the factors of change management. A summary of the paper's main points has been included in the conlusion section.

7. Kulturne atrakcije u funkciji razvoja kulturnog turizma na području grada Orahovice

Tržište kulturnog turizma u današnje se vrijeme naglo širi, a kulturni turizam ubraja se među najbrže rastuće turističke sektore. Kulturni sadržaji turističke destinacije kao motiv turističkih putovanja obuhvaćaju specifične elemente koji predstavljaju odraz kulture nekog naroda koju čine kulturno – povijesni spomenici, arheološki lokaliteti, kulturne ustanove, kulturne manifestacije te raznovrsni antropogeni čimbenici koji potiču motivaciju za upoznavanjem običaja, tradicije, narodne umjetnosti, tradicionalnih obrta, gastronomije i drugih obilježja kulture određenog područja. Prepoznavanje kulturnih sadržaja kao turističkih motiva u centar pozornosti dovodi pitanje strukturiranja kulturne ponude i njenog uklapanja u ukupnu turističku ponudu receptivnog područja, a time i pitanje promicanja kulturnog turizma kao specijaliziranog oblika turizma koji bi kroz raznovrsne oblike selektivne ponude trebao zadovoljiti potrebu kulturnih turista za aktivnim odmorom kroz obogaćivanje znanja i kulturnih iskustava. Cilj rada usmjeren je na analizu realnih i potencijalnih kulturnih atrakcija u funkciji razvoja kulturnog turizma na području grada Orahovice. Među brojnim kulturno – povijesnim spomenicima te profanim i sakralnim građevinama grada Orahovice, kojemu je povijest u nasljeđe ostavila bogatstvo povijesne i kulturne baštine različitih stilskih obilježja, kao zaštićeni spomenik nulte kategorije osobito se ističe Ružica grad, jedan od najvećih srednjovjekovnih fortifikacijskih kompleksa u Hrvatskoj nastao krajem 14. i početkom 15. stoljeća. Rezultati analize kulturno – povijesnih resursa grada Orahovice upućuju na zaključak da autentičnost destinacija temeljenih na kulturno – povijesnom nasljeđu grada Orahovice predstavlja solidnu turističku atrakcijsku osnovu, pri čemu bi se turistička valorizacija kulturno – povijesnih objekata i lokaliteta trebala temeljiti na održivom upravljanju kulturnim resursima kao realnim ili potencijalnim kulturnim atrakcijama i učinkovitom koordiniranju svih čimbenika koji čine spektar kulturne ponude grada Orahovice kao kulturne turističke destinacije.

8. Orgulje-kraljica glazbala i dio kulturne baštine

Kulturna baština u bilo kojem postojećem obliku svojom raznolikošću i posebnošću predstavlja bogatstvo čovječanstva, a njenzino očuvanje jedan je od najvažnijih čimbenika za prepoznavanje, definiranje i afirmaciju kulturnog identiteta. Orgulje nisu samo glazbalo ili pomagalo koje se koristi za vrijeme bogoslužja već se za njih sa sigurnošću može ustvrditi da predstavljaju nezaobilazan dio kulturne baštine. Riječ je o jednoj o najstarijih vrsta glazbala koja se stoljećima prenose iz pokoljenja u pokoljenje te je stoga njihova kulturološka vrijednost praktički neprocjenjiva. Ovaj rad daje osnovne informacije o orguljama, glavnim dijelovima od kojih se ta glazbala sastoje te o sistemima gradnje koji su se koristili od početka gradnje orgulja do današnjih dana. U Republici Hrvatskoj sveukupno je evidentirano više od osamsto orgulja. Cilj ovog rada je dati prikaz najznačajnijh orgulja koje se nalaze u pet županija na području istočne Slavonije koje svakako čine značajan i veoma vrijedan dio kako hrvatske tako i europske kulturne baštine od kojih su po broju registara (ne i po kulturološkoj vrijednosti) najveće one koje se nalaze u katedralama u Osijeku, Đakovu i Požegi. Osim samih glazbala u radu su navedeni i najznačajniji graditelji orgulja. Neke od orgulja ubrajaju se u spomenike kulture o kojima treba redovito brinuti i održavati ih te samim time podliježu zaštiti Ministarstva kulture koje je zaduženo za razoj mehanizama i uspostavljanje mjera zaštite kulturne baštine s ciljem osiguranja njene održivosti. Zaštitom i očuvanjem kulturne baštine osigurava se postojanost kulturnih vrijednosti kao i potencijala za daljnji razvitak Republike Hrvatske, njenu afirmaciju, stimulaciju ekonomske konkurentnosti i kvalitetnijeg života u europskom okruženju što je veoma bitno imajući u vidu činjenicu da je podosta orgulja na području istočne Slavonije bilo znatno oštećeno pa čak i u potpunosti uništeno za vrijeme domovinskog rata.
