In this paper, 22 indexes are selected at three levels, including the informatization development level, the Internet development level, and the digital transaction development level, based on China's provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020, so as to build a digital economy development index system. Moreover, 28 basic indexes are selected from three aspects, including energy construction, energy production and energy consumption, so as to develop an energy economy development evaluation index system. The development index of China's digital economy and energy economy are measured by using the entropy weight method. The effect of the digital economy on the energy economy and its mechanism are tested by the static panel, the dynamic panel, and the mediating effect and regulating effect models. The results indicate that the digital economy has pronouncedly promoted the development of China's energy economy, and the development of the digital economy can have an effect on the rationalization of the industrial structure and then affect the development of the energy economy, and there is an intermediary effect. Moreover, the upgrading of the industrial structure is conducive to regulating the digital economy and facilitates the development of the energy economy. The development of the energy economy can be better promoted by focusing on the coordinated regional layout of the digital economy development, building a reliable energy commodity trading platform, and expediting the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure. Summary: Objectives: Memory T cells are hallmark of acquired immunological responses. The relationship of mycobacterial antigen-specific CD4+ memory T cell subsets with pulmonary tuberculosis was investigated. Methods: The mycobacterial antigen-specific CD4+ T cells were detected based on CD154 expression and phenotypes of memory T cell were analyzed by surface staining of CD45RA and CCR7 and flow cytometrical analysis in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and in tuberculin-positive healthy controls. The association of antigen-specific CD4+ memory T cell subsets with disease severity and anti-TB treatment was analyzed in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Results: Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis had significantly lower frequencies of antigen-specific central memory T cells (TCM) (p =0.019) and higher frequencies of effector memory T cells (TEM) (p =0.022) compared with tuberculin-positive healthy controls without tuberculosis. Patients with smear/culture positive results showed lower population frequencies of TCM and significantly higher frequencies of TEM (p =0.015) than those with smear/culture negative results. Treatment of TB patients with standard antibiotic regimens for more than one month led to significantly increased frequencies of TCM (p =0.031). Conclusions: The frequencies of mycobacterial antigen-specific TCM and TEM are associated with disease severity of pulmonary tuberculosis and TCM are associated with short-term effects of anti-TB chemotherapy. Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease of worldwide public-health concern. The development of resistance to an increasing number of second-line drugs and those used to treat multidrug-resistant (MDR) TB is rapidly becoming an emergency that could hinder the prevention and treatment of TB globally. This study describes the resistance profile of MDR and extensively drug-resistant (XDR) TB with a hospital-based survey in Beijing, China, conducted in the period 2007 to 2009. Drug-susceptibility tests performed on 967 Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains isolated from 967 patients showed that the rate of resistance to at least one first-line and at least one second-line drug was 70.1% and 60.7%, respectively. The overall MDR rate was 19.4%, and 14.9% of the MDR cases were XDR. In conclusion, MDR and XDR TB represent a significant number of total TB cases, therefore effective measures to manage these resistant strains are desperately needed. Development of a national TB policy in China might be a key method for solving the present problems of TB management.
